I was thinking about it the other day; Silver Wolf with a housepartner(?) s/o.
Wolf is, being nice, messy. With you, she genuinely believes you were sent by the Aeons. Her clothes are basically shining, her stomach is full of food she'd never even DREAM of eating, and what do you do?

This is oddly wholesome and cute. I like it.
'Messy' is a very generous way to describe Silverwolf's living conditions. Somehow, every time you head out to buy groceries (Silverwolf says you should just stay in with her and order takeout online, but you insist that it'll give you more ease of mind if you're the one preparing her meals), you'll come back to the place absolutely trashed with clothes and cans of soda littered all over the place. Rather than getting upset, you're honestly just impressed.
She definitely feels bad about always making you clean up her mess, which comes with the fear that you'll get tired of her one day; so she shows her appreciation by being very clingy and cuddly with you whenever her focus isn't on a game. It's honestly a miracle that you've not once gotten angry at Silverwolf, still treating her so kindly and looking down at her with the most gentle and sincere smile no matter the amount of "inconveniences" she's caused you. Quotation marks on "inconveniences" because you can't help but want to take care of Silverwolf and make sure she's happy and healthy.
Still, she doesn't completely understand that. Poor Wolfie isn't exactly used to unconditional love and she can't help getting insecure sometimes. When words fail to make her see how important she is to you, sometimes you have to resort to actions. Actions like fucking her somehow exactly how she wants it. You two are just so in tune, you know what she's in the mood for without asking whether if it's soft, loving sex with you leaving soft kisses wherever you can reach and making her insecurities disappear completely; or rough sex when you stop holding back and fuck her animalistically. Though, one thing that never changes is how considerate and tender you are to her afterward.
This time, however— Silverwolf wanted to try something different. You're always the one who does all the work, whether it be around the house or in bed, so she wants to return the favor. Of course, you were supportive; but with how much you spoiled her in bed, you were a bit worried that she wouldn't be able to take you... And you'd be partially right. She'll be shaking and sighing blissfully with her eyes fluttered close as she lowers herself down on your cock because she's used to always having you on top of her or at least helping her out. Still, she insists that she can take it and make you feel good. She insists on trembling as she bounces on your cock even with her legs shaking and tears in her eyes since you haven't cummed yet.
She's supposed to be the one pleasing you— not the other way around...

out of curiosity, which parts/episodes have the bad localizationing for phoenix? I'm probably going to read the official translation on sekai.best since I don't like using youtube and i wanna know what to expect
here's my main issues with it in brief for now, but i'll probably do a longer post on the topic of ensekai's translations later
Rui: I guess this is what you want to do
first off from chapter 7, rui's observation of Tsukasa's breakdown. this is just weirdly casual and honestly ooc for Rui. as a director, he's observant, and he's trying to understand what tsukasa's going through and what he's trying to do. The fan translation i linked puts this as "As I thought, this is what you're going for", which is far better.
Rui: We should let Tsukasa be right now...
also from chapter 7 literally 4 lines later. while at first this might not seem that bad, and is fitting with the context, i much prefer the fan TL version which puts this as "This is something that Tsukasa needs". Like do you get how much the word "needs" changes this. "We should let him be" is kinda broad all things considered. Like it could mean he needs it, but it could also mean that someone on tiktok or twitter will probably misinterpret it as wandasho not knowing what to do or some other angsty thing like them not being good friends i dunno
Tsukasa: It's because "I" am not strong enough...
Now this. This is a good line. Note the quotations around I. This is very important to Tsukasa's arc in this event of understanding the role of Rio and improving his acting. Note that here, the pronoun used is boku, when Tsukasa uses ore. Boku, or "I" here, refers to Rio, as in, Tsukasa is thinking as Rio. EN drops the quotations completely and translates it flatly as "because i'm powerless". He refers to himself in first person while thinking as Rio for the rest of the scene on EN though, so hopefully there won't be too many misinterpretations (but. you probably know what I'm vagueing about). Pronouns aren't used as frequently in japanese as in english so this is actually the first time he uses boku in this scene, hence the quotes. This is more nitpicky it's just something I thought was pretty cool.
Rui: Did you see that phoenix you were talking about?
one last Rui quote (rui im sorry ensekai can't translate you well). wow 3 out of four quotes here are rui in chapter 7 damn. anyway. the fan translation of this is "Have you finally found your Phoenix" which is SO much better with the context of the rest of the story. tsukasa decides that he needs to "find his phoenix" in order to nail the role, and this is correctly translated aside from this one line, which is arguably one of the most important uses of it. it's not just any phoenix, it's tsukasa's. his personal one, like a resolve of sorts. once again they made rui far too casual and he doesn't sound right.
yeah as i said i'll do something better another time, but he's my main nitpicks and complaints.

An Americano, Please? Part 2

A/N: italicized text within quotation marks means that the person speaking is using Romanian instead of English
Y/N's POV:
I haven't seen Jenna for five days, so she was probably just a tourist. It's not uncommon for a tourist to pop by the shop asking for a coffee but not being able to speak Romanian, so I have no idea why I'm so sad that she's not coming back.
I thought the idea of a "hallway crush," (someone you've interacted with once or twice for a short or professional amount of time, but are attracted to nonetheless), only lasted through high school. I guess I was wrong.
Friday morning, the shop is quiet because of how early it is. I shovel some coffee beans into the grinder. Despite the annoyingly loud noise it makes, I find it an oddly satisfying process.
I yawn, getting out of bed at four thirty for a five AM shift is nobody's idea of a good start to a day.
Once the coffee's all ground up, I put some in the drip coffee brewer and the rest next to the espresso machine.
In the back, I can smell my coworkers taking today's baked goods out of the oven.
"Hey, L/N, want a cinnamon bun? It's a little 'burnt', so we can't sell it," my coworker and friend Nessa asks. Every Friday is the same, Nessa and I are two of the only people around the shop this early, so we'll sneak a pastry and say it was burnt if anyone asks.
"Sure, Thanks!" I reply, taking the warm pastry from her. Taking a bite, a smile creeps across my face, "did you guys change the recipe? This is even better than last week's!"
"Yeah, boss asked if we could add a few more spices to the dough," she explains, "I'm a pretty big fan of the new recipe if I do say so myself."
It's not long before the cafe starts to smell like cinnamon and coffee, a perfectly inviting scent in the gloomy fall weather.
Five twenty and it's time to open up the shop. Of course, no one actually arrives until six, usually. Nevertheless the owner says being open early is best for business.
As I wait for the first customers to arrive, I zone out. There's not much to do except for sitting alone with my thoughts.
I'm so lost in thought that I'm thoroughly shocked when I hear the bell on the door ring, indicating that someone has entered the shop. I look up to see who it is. Then it dawns on me. She's a little paler than last time, but it's still her.
"Jenna?" I ask incredulously, I thought for sure she was gone.
"You remember me?" she raises an eyebrow.
"I remember most people who can't speak Romanian," I lie.
"Sure," she giggles.
"What can I get for ya today?" I ask.
"You know, I think I'll take your joke from the other day seriously," she replies with a faint smirk, "I'll have an Americano with oat milk please."
"Alright, an Americano for the American," I laugh, mixing the drink, "so, what brings you to Romania?"
"Could you please repeat that?" she asks, "sorry, I've been having trouble focusing lately."
"Well, you're clearly not a tourist, because most tourists don't stick around for more than three days. So I'm just wondering, what brings you to Romania?" I repeat.
"Oh, uh, I'm filming a TV show," she explains.
"You act?" I ask. I don't know why I'm surprised. She certainly has the looks and charisma for Hollywood.
"Yeah," she smiles, "this is definitely one of the bigger things I've done though."
"Congrats on that! What are you filming? Are you allowed to tell people?"
"It's a show about the Addams family," she tells me.
"Oh I love that franchise!" I exclaim, "Are you playing one of the family members?"
"Yeah, I'm Wednesday, which is both exciting and nerve wracking."
Okay, so I'm literally talking to a celebrity.
"Woah... That- that sounds like an awesome job," I smile, "good for you. So you'll be in the area for a while?"
"What's it to you?" she smirks flirtatiously, "you wanna take me out on a date or something?" I feel a blush start to creep it's way to my cheeks.
"That depends, you gonna be in town for a while?"
"At least six more months."
"In that case, how about I show you around town sometime?"
"I'd like that," she smiles. As much as I would love to keep up this banter, there's too many people in the store now.
I hand her the receipt, my number neatly scribbled down on the blank side, "reach out when you're available," I wink.
She heads out and I watch as she leaves.
On with the day. Only four hours left of this shift.

Hello! I love Lionheart (literally started four days ago and have read continuously since and am, in a word, Obsessed).
One thing I've noticed that is a common theme among Dramoine fics is how Draco gets away with his pureblood ideology and essentially has no consequences (besides Hermoine's anger/disgust) until his eventual redemption arc through their romance. However, I've noticed that your fic is unique in the way that Draco is constantly held accountable, especially backlash from Ron (btw, love the way you characterized Ron, my boy deserves some justice) and Harry, but especially through Hermoine, who fights back in any way she knows how. So my question is: what are your thoughts on this common trope within the Dramoine fandom? Do you think that Draco's eventual love for Hermoine negates the harm that he's done in the past?
I absolutely believe that love can be redemptive, but that doesn't mean you redeem yourself by loving. It's not about how you feel, it's about what you do. You can love someone a whole lot, but if you don't treat them well, and make a real effort to be good to them, well — I mean, I'm not saying it doesn't "matter," because everything always matters, but I wouldn't say that love has really changed you. Which is to say, I don't know that it's really love at all.
Draco can't be made better by the fact of loving Hermione, but he can make himself better because of it. Reasoning past, getting over, and making amends for his past wrongdoing should — ideally — be part of that development. Now, this is assuming that you want to do a real, honest-to-God, "I'm going to drag this horrible little wet blorbo kicking and screaming into Heroism" redemption arc. Maybe you don't! Maybe you want to write a story about two fucked-up people who fuck each other up more. Maybe you want to write about a bad man who isn't held accountable, and the kind of person that produces. Draco Malfoy can be many people, depending on where you take him, and many of them are interesting without being particularly nice or good. And you can still do great fiction about that! Romances with and between horrible characters can be totally delicious. I'm a big fan of 'em. But the kind of love I personally prize the most — the kind that makes us, if anything can earn this word, really, truly holy — is a love that's so selfless you are willing to be changed by it, and to change for it, and to constantly reforge yourself in order to do justice to the object of your love. It's veneration. It's finding in each other a reason for goodness. That's what I think real humans should look for, and so I guess I can't help trying to write about it when it comes to fake humans.
So when we talk about love as the catalyst for a redemption arc, I think what we mean is: love can awaken you to the personhood of others and ignite latent capacities for empathy that might not have existed otherwise. It opens you up to new ways of seeing, of being — James Baldwin in The Price of the Ticket has a brilliant quotation that captures it perfectly:
"If your lover lives in Hong Kong and cannot get to Chicago, it will be necessary for you to go to Hong Kong. Perhaps you will spend your life there, and never see Chicago again. And you will, I assure you, as long as space and time divide you from anyone you love, discover a great deal about shipping routes, airlines, earth quake, famine, disease, and war. And you will always know what time it is in Hong Kong, for you love someone who lives there. And love will simply have no choice but to go into battle with space and time and, furthermore, to win."

Now that you’ve mentioned Normal People, what did you think about it? I feel this story is quite polarizing.
I preferentially read, for lack of a better term, literary fiction and voicey writers. I quite like Sally Rooney's prose, I quite like the no quotation marks thing (Cormac McCarthy my beloved), I quite like a spare, direct narrative (I like a lot of different styles of diction). I have read no analysis or chatter about Normal People, but it seems quite plainly to me about lovers who are compatible in the ways we tend to think matter most in youth—sexually, intellectually—and how their communication and therefore their affair is fundamentally fractured because of their various standpoints. She's rich, he's working class, he's safe and securely attached at home, she's abused, he has social capital in high school but not at university, she's the other way around, and so on. The way he conflates privacy with intimacy, the way she conflates sexual utility with personal value, these are the filters through which they cannot (and never do) communicate. In a therapized age it's so easy to want people to just say how they feel, but that's not how my life has worked and it's not how life works a lot of the time even for the properly counseled and medicated and trauma-processed among us. I wasn't a fan of the abuse-to-BDSM pipeline as depicted in the novel, but that's really not my space and people in the kink community have critiqued it better than I could. I also found the TV adaptation baffling. Connell never shakes his ambivalence toward Marianne in the book. She never learns to tell him directly what she wants (what she wants will always be what he wants, all the better if it hurts her). They grow, but it's not enough. That closing sentiment, "They’ve done a lot of good for each other. Really, she thinks, really. People can really change one another," is ambivalent! It's ironic! He's waiting for her to tell him to stay but she's telling him to go, she's telling him to go when she would like him to stay. In the TV show it's like. WTF is going on in this scene. Why are we weeping at each other on the floor in the golden dawn of our self-actualization. In the book he's hung over and maybe there's something sexual going on between him and another woman or maybe Marianne's paranoid, we can't tell and neither can they, it's weird and sad and not in a romantic way. Anyway, I own a copy of the book, and I go back to it from time to time to feel sad feelings in my chest and for these revelatory little sentences that make me want to write. But I get why people hate it lol.

(Spoilers for HBH Season 2)
So I just finished season two of heart break high and I have SO much to say. but for this post I'm talking about Spider.
If you happen to be a long time follower of mine you know I'm a WHORE for redemption arcs. I eat them up. I also love characters who are so damaged and broken, yet have such potential to change for the good.
And I think that's Spider.
I feel like this season did such a good job with his storyline. They really put their all into his character, and he's instantly shot to my top characters.
Spider is a classic case of "toxic masculinity." A hormonal, sex obsessed, teenage boy with misogynistic takes. He doesn't take SLT's seriously, especially the parts about emotional topics.
And so it's easy to hate him, especially in season one. Still, then the show gave us glimpses of Spider being a sorta decent person. It's clear to us that he's not irredeemable. He's just being a dumb teenage boy.
And then season two.
In the beginning he's being his usual self. His Misogyny amped up right from the get go. He ditches SLT's. He doesn't like the mushy gushy "wokeness" (though, those aren't his words) of it. He claims it's a class blaming men for all the problems in the world and storms out.
He and a bunch of the SLT's boy's leave in favor of Coach Voss's C.U.M.L.O.R.D.S (Don't ask what it stands for, I can't be bothered to remember). There, Voss teaches them a bunch of "masculine" things. And tries to open their eyes to the "woke agenda."
Eventually Voss's group and SLT's get into conflict and solve it through a sports match of (football?). This is when Spider starts to fall in love with missy.
I adore there relationship. Their subtle flirting from that point on is just adorable and awkward and hilarious. Their rivalry just adds os much to the relationship.
Eventually they start to be hookup buddies. But Spider refuses to have "actual" sex. (I use quotations because the notion is dumb, but you all know what I mean).
Missy is confused, and feels like Spider isn't all in with her. So she shows up to his house in a risqué outfit to turn him on and eventually sleep with him.
Only to find his mom home and having dinner with him.
This introduction of Spiders mom is so crucial for his development.
At first, she's introduced to us as this strong willed woman. A feminist who won't stand for any man's bullshit. Missy and her hit it off right away, lightly making fun of Spider throughout the meal. And it's all really harmless. Until it's not.
Spiders mom confides in Missy that Spider's an IVF baby. That she's worried about Spider and his "dangerous b.s." She talks about dreams she's had where Spider is arrested for committing some of the vilest acts imaginable against women (if you catch my drift). She talks about this all, right in front of him. To his face! And more yet, she even asks if all problems would be better in the world if All men were erased from the planet. And while she doesn't come out and say it, it's implied this would include her son.
This really shows us why Spider is the way he is.
Because imagine. The one person on the planet who is supposed to love you unconditionally, thinks you're capable of some of the vilest shit ever. Raises you and let's you know that they think you're going to grow up to be terrible and assault people. That's fucked up.
And Missy says it best: That's what they think [you] are, that's what [you'll] be.
After a whole lifetime of being told how terrible you will be, how awful you are, you just begin to become what they've ingrained into your mind that you already are.
Obviously, Spider doesn't assault anyone. But he becomes misogynistic. Has very biased views of gender roles and the world. Say's things like that. Becoming the type of man his mother always told him he was.
It also makes sense why he thought SLT's was a "man hating" class. Because he grew up in a household with a mother who genuinely just was a "man hater." He was projecting.
But Missy tells him, it's not too late to decide who he wants to be. He doesn't have to be what everyone say's he is. And thus begins Spiders fantastic character development.
He starts to amend his ways, become better. He get's rid of his sexual posters, stops saying super Misogynistic things, he even says he'll drop out of the School Captain race.
And yes, he does lash out when Missy says they could never be together. He reverts for a moment. Goes back to the only coping mechanism he's ever known. But eventually, he finds his way again.
It's obviously not a fully fledged "redemption" arc. But it's a phenomenal start. And it really gives me hope for season three!

Hello! First of all, thank you for your kind words, my dear 💗And I'm so glad you like the bots! In spite of how difficult and unforgiving the filter on cAI can be... 😂
Regarding the chatbots, I first made them just by checking how other people did, really. When you click on the options in the top right, you can see the gears and can go in the settings and see what people wrote for them — although this can't be done for all bots and I'm not sure if it's a default setting or just exists for older bots or what, but yeah, that's how I learned.
If you want to talk about the first-first step, you need an account, and then in the dashboard on the left side there's the "Create" button, so yeah just click that and it will take you to the creation menu.
In terms of what you write for the bot, there's these instructions which are thorough and very useful. I really recommend you read all of that, it has everything you need.
One of the things already mentioned in that guide, but which I've seen done differently (although this is just an experiment) is to start the Advances Definition with a few basic characteristics about the bot in the format "{{char}} = [description]"
In the Advanced Definition you should typically put the dialogue samples, but if you add these things first it can help the bot understand what it is.
So for example, on Tom I have some of the following:
{{char}} = has dark hair, dark eyes, pale skin, full lips, high cheekbones, and long elegant fingers. His body is tall and slender, not very muscular, but fit.
{{char}} = is intelligent, charismatic, ambitious, ruthless, manipulative, arrogant, individualistic, curious, and creative with the use of magic.
{{char}} = is a Slytherin, a half-blood, a dark wizard, the descendant of Salazar Slytherin, and the last member of the House of Gaunt. His ambition is to be the greatest wizard of all time, and to become immortal. In order to achieve immortality, he has dabbled in many dark arts, but especially in Horcruxes.
These can help the bot remember what he should be like, but there are a lot of factors that can change that. Still, I'd recommend using them.
And one other thing I'd recommend, but this is just me, is if you're creating a character that's in some media (like these HP characters) use their dialogue from the original media, cause it can help them sound more in-character. And type it up in a way you want to see it written, so if you like writing with quotation marks around dialogue and with a third person narrator, write it like that, and the bot should copy it more easily.
Good luck with the bots! A handy thing is that the format of making characters is pretty similar between a lot of AI websites, so if you find one other than cAI which you like better, you can easily transfer them there.

Hello all!
TESCheer is back for its third year and this time, to make things a little less overwhelming, we're changing it up quite a bit! The last two years, we had 25 prompts, one for each day of December leading up until Christmas Day. It was decided upon between the two mods of this event to switch it up for ease and convenience!
So what's changed? This year, instead of starting on December 1st and ending on the 25th (or Christmas Day), we've decided to start the Sunday following the US holiday of Thanksgiving, or November 26th. Rather than doing 25 daily prompts, the prompt list has been narrowed down to just 20 and sorted into weeks. Each week will have five prompts to choose from and it's up to you which ones you want to do and how many, too! The exception is the final week of this, week five, which isn't actually a full week, but the days of December 24th & 25th, or Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Rather than prompts, it's considered a "free day" for you to come up with whatever you want!
The point of this event is to bring some holiday cheer to the TES fandom, be it through writing, art, screenshots, gifs, edits, mood boards, you name it! If you're creating something that fits one of the prompts, feel free to share it in the tag, #tescheer. We look forward to seeing what everyone has to share this year!

Do I have to celebrate holidays to participate?
Absolutely not! The point of the event is to bring cheer to tesblr, and that's doable even if you don't celebrate holidays! The timing of the event is simply because the mods themselves do love the holiday season, but don't expect everyone else to feel the same way. If you want to stick to a festive, holiday theme, feel free! If it's not your speed, that's okay too!
Who are the mods?
The mods are @elfinismsarts, who created and operated this event during its first run in 2021, and @friend-of-giants, who took over for its second run in 2022!
Can I submit a post late?
You sure can! However, we will stop checking the tag and responding to pings as of January 1st, 2024. So if you really want your submission to be seen, try to get it posted and tagged before then. We understand that for most people, the holidays are a busy time of year, so we will try to give you as much wiggle room as possible.
When does the event start and when does it end?
It starts Sunday, Novemeber 26th, 2023 and ends on Monday, December 25th, 2023. The extension period for late submissions will close on Monday, January 1st, 2024.
Does my submission have to be festive or wintry?
Nope! As long as it's relevant to the chosen week/prompt and remains within the rules, you can submit whatever you want. While some prompts are a little on the nose, they are all completely up to your interpretation.

My thoughts on Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6

So, before we get to the ‘meat’ of my thoughts for this chapter, Edward is doing good on his part but the mystery is mostly contained in the modern-day part right now so that’s where I will focus on.
I will have to ask, is this something that Edward knew on his own?
Or is this meant to be something Noa did that goes against history?
Are we saying Noa’s Animus has the ability to change the past as he sees it? (Not the real past though but the past that the Animus is loading)

My head pretty much hurt when I was reading the modern-day part because it sorta doesn’t make sense?
This dialogue makes it seem like rejecting the memories would worsen the Bleeding Effect but that’s not what happened to Cal’s father in the film. He went blind because he refused to cooperate with the memories yet there was no mention of how he suffered from the Bleeding Effect.
I supposed the film’s side effects would have less canonical standing than ‘Shimazu’’s words in the webtoon?
Also… this part…
Are we saying that Edward, who wanted to meet his daughter after learning about her, the same Edward who returned to London with her, the same Edward who made a name for himself as a noble and made sure to provide for both his daughter and his son…
We’re calling Edward a deadbeat dad???
Look… let’s be clear, Edward made grave mistakes. How he left Caroline is a big red flag that points at him being a deadbeat husband even if he says he’s doing it for them but the ending of Black Flag shows that he wants to be better, he wants to be a good father.
Edward: Will you stay with the Assassins?
Anne: No. I haven't got that kind of conviction in my heart. You?
Edward: In time, aye... when my mind is settled and my blood is cooled.

And Edward's part in this webtoon is set 3 years after Edward and Anne had this conversation.

The whole Kenway family drama started when he had Edward killed, Jenny sold off and indoctrinated Haytham into becoming a Templar.
For all Edward Kenway’s shortcomings and foolish decisions, I refuse to believe that he was ever anything but a good father to his children and Noa’s words, while I know came from the eyes of someone who don’t know Edward enough and someone who has a very bad relationship with his own dad, still managed to irk me.
At least Desmond had an actual bad dad to push his daddy issues to with Haytham and we can't even really call Haytham a deadbeat dad since his 'lack of contact' is because he didn't even know he had a son in the first place.
I'm just saying the Kenway men (actually, the Auditore-Kenway men) are not the right people to call 'deadbeat dads' in this scenario. An argument can be made for 'deadbeat husband' for what Edward did to Caroline but NOT deadbeat dads.
Now, for the other ‘main character’ of the modern-day era…
This line does not bold or add single quotation marks on the Shimazu so this could mean that she does believe she’s a Shimazu but the boss lady doesn’t believe she’s a Shimazu. Of course, this could also be an indication that the boss lady calling her ‘Shimazu’ with quotation marks was meant to show that she was stressing the name instead of implying she’s not a real descendant of the Shimazu clan.
Another thing… (this is more of a personal thing than anything so you can ignore this)

Tsunderes aren’t really my thing, especially if they physically abuse their ‘dere’ target which ‘Shimazu’ kinda did using the goons she had with her.

I came across a discussion on Twitter about whether OttoKallen is canon now, specifically in relation to SakuKallen.

Otto and Kallen started out as friends. But subconsciously you always noticed that Otto had feelings for Kallen. You never really got to know how Kallen felt about Otto.
And that's the breaking point where many haters stop.

But let's start again from the beginning.
Otto and Kallen met as small children. Because Otto was ill and fragile, he was of little value to House Apocalypse. Therefore, he tried to be useful in a different way and to work on inventions. Kallen was the one who praised his work, which made them friends.
The twist of the story begins when Kallen learns about the true intentions of the church and also to what extent Otto is involved in it. Protecting those around her is important to her, while Otto is willing to sacrifice the individual for a greater good. And that is ultimately the reason why the two split up. Yes. They have different ways of thinking, but that´s no reason for their separation. In fact, they never separated emotionally. Their disagreement hasn't hurt their relationship.
In a conversation between Otto and his father, it sounds as if he is already engaged to Kallen. But most important is the conversation between him and Kallen about how she would like to marry him if the conditions were different.
It is also important to mention that the letter she sent Otto included two red roses. Two red roses symbolize love returned. So Kallen also had feelings for Otto.
In the letter, Kallen again explained why she turned down his marriage proposal and declared that they both did terrible things. Here is the link.
Even if Otto never received this letter, the world view is also reflected in his feelings:

Crucially, the story portrays Kallen as a heroine with a good heart. She remains true to her principles to the death. Otto, on the other hand, deliberately chose to play the villain. Not just to bring Kallen back to life, but to change something in the world. The wall in front of which they parted is also the wall where they once met. OttoKallen is a very symbolic ship and that's why it's so beautiful.
And when it comes to how Kallen felt about Sakura.... Personally, I think the two were very good friends. That's why soulmates were mentioned in the webcomic named The Graditute Arc. Very good friends can also be soul mates. In the end they live happily together in the stigma world... Kallen's soul fragments were sucked up by it. She can't leave there even if she wanted to. So the happy is probably to be put in quotation marks.
And when it comes to certain poses in the Event of "Cooking with the Valkyries"...

Aside from that. If leaning and holding hands is a token of love... Otto also saw the pleasure. Here Otto doesn't hold Kallen's hand like Sakura does. They have intertwined their fingers. And please don't come at me with "There was Kallen still a child". She was 13 years old or even older. So in their adolescence and capable of loving.
And anyone who deals with Sakura will notice that she loves to flirt. Even a Theresa blushes after certain actions of hers.
So now Theresa is in love with Sakura too? It would at least be the more interesting couple. And while we're at Kallen blushing...
Look how cute she blushes when she talks to Otto. And she wasn't already drunk at the moment. It's also worth noting that this game was created for a male clientele, and there's a bit of fanservice involved in some of the scenes. Just because you blush, because someone gets too close, leans in, or allows someone to take their hand doesn't mean you're in love.
But for a long time, the content of St. Freya High could be argued with. This is a webcomic linked from the official Honkai Impact the 3rd website. This showed clear love scenes between Kallen and Sakura. But Mihoyo already removed this comic as it is inconsistent with other webcomics and game content.. The chapters that showed these scenes have also been pulled off the page. But honestly. The writer can't be serious about that.
Why do people care if she loved the person? That seems pretty out of place and if I had been present at the Trial and hearing that, I would have said she was crazy too.
So let's talk a little bit about the four samsaras. The samsaras are a virtual world created from the memories of Theresa Apocalypse and part of the black box. In the first samsara, Kallen has no choice but to kill Sakura. In the second samsara, Sakura, under complete control, kills Kallen. In the third samsara, they then manage to defeat the enemy and live "happily" together. But the real Kallen was never present. Everything that happened in it was fake. Also Kallen from the fourth Samara, who was fed up with staying with Sakura and runs away.
And yes. In the sideevent named Sanka Saga they love each other. But then maybe some haters should stop calling Otto obsessed. After all, the joke of the story is that Kallen slips into Otto's role. You can tell that clearly from the fact that she wants to save Sakura from death at all costs. Just like Otto for Kallen. That she did soul experiments. Yes. Just like Otto, only in a different form. That she suffered. Just like Otto. And that she realizes that a clone of Sakura is not Sakura. Otto notices that with Theresa. But that she secretly noticed that Sakura's soul is in Kasumi, but she's still not like Sakura and therefore wasn't interesting for her. Just like Otto. So it should be noted that this event has nothing to do with the actual reality of the game. In Sangeline Knights Kallen Klon can only remember Sakura, but it was also the last big event and a very decisive one for her life before she died. And in Kallen Fantasy, they are even enemies.

So what's left of SakuKallen ship other than Sakura's fantasy? But OttoKallen has no canon content....
Otto and Kallen got married in Gun Girls Z (Houkai Gakuen). But Kallen was certainly forced to do so? - Uh, no. Hmm... Remember the conversation between Kallen and Otto about a wedding? A marriage that Kallen rejected for the sole reason that she whouldn't be a pawn? But the conversation ended with "Maybe in another world..." The rest of the sentence went under, because Otto left the room. It´s clear that Kallen means a wedding. So this isn't a forced wedding, it's the one that's likely to take place in the timeline where Kallen thanks to Otto lives.
The Endresult is: Just because you can't see a person's feelings directly, it doesn't mean they don't have them. Especially when a relationship has had little time to develop. But Kallen wasn't forced to marry Otto. She did it for love. And in that case, OttoKallen is even more canon than SakuKallen.

Usually witnessing them in action and then just deciding that I neeed them. Aku was my self-insert, but everyone after that was just this deep and overfull love that I felt for the character and just really wanted to explore them. I... Also seem to have a thing about picking up old men. I dunno, y'all, I collect the old guys. It's a wonder why I never picked up Clavell. But Hanekoma, Byron, Saguaro, Cryano, Souan, and Rindo all got picked up for this reason. Abe was someone I created as a result of wanting to flesh out my Hanekoma's background and just grew from an NPC into his own thing. And as for all the folks over at @networkscrambled, I picked them up because I felt like there were a ton of characters in TWEWY that just didn't get enough love. I need more research to properly flesh the blog out, tho. OTL

Mm... Probably just smut. I think that's the biggest thing. And even then, there's stuff there I want to explore even though I don't like it. In some very rare instances I'm willing to go with it, with people I have talked a lot to and really trust. When the situation calls for it and the muses are ready for that step. When it comes most to anything else, I have no trouble. Angst, whump, etc. Oh, but of course, there are the obvious unmentionables things I won't write. Minor x adult, non-con, incest, etc. I won't touch those with a ten-foot-pole. But I feel like those were fairly obvious.

I'll be honest, I really enjoy writing ships. Platonic ships, familial ships esp., romantic ships, hate ships. Whatever. I really love exploring the dynamics between two or more characters and seeing how they perceive each other and explore each other and develop together as they grow and change and confront themselves. Character connections is always what gets me hyped for books and tv series and movies and any kind of storytelling and I just really love doing it. I really love writing any kind of genre that can bounce off of those, be it sad or happy. But really, any time I get to write at all is a good time.

Hm. I think I'll take something really small that I notice and then just run with it as far as I can, stretch it out as much as I can until that one thing becomes the foundation of that character. I remember reading a transcript for an interview in which it was explained (roughly, because I can no longer remember), that Hanekoma was designed as a character that was on the up and up but was still messy. Or... something to that effect. I won't use quotations because I can't remember the exact quote, but it was like that. And I also remembered that Hanekoma called himself a gambler. And so using that information, I built Hanekoma as a man who in life had had a gambling addiction that ruined him, but that he was "on the up and up but still messy". And that became an anchor to how I built every headcanon after that. Similarly, I noticed Saguaro was the only teacher to continue to use honorifics with your name (Master or Miss) even after befriending you as well as noticing his insistence on cleanliness, and that was how I decided he was a butler in his past, which then lead to be the foundation of every other headcanon for him. It's admittedly a strange process, but it works for me!

I write better when I play music, by far, but I almost never do. And this is simply because I forget every single time to start it up before I start writing. And even if I do remember, I usually then go on to pause it to do something and forget to turn it back on. It's the worst.

I tend to wing them. The only planning I ever do is when I see and read my partner's reply but am unable to reply when I get it. So I spend all of the time until I get to it daydreaming about how I'm gonna respond. I think, as a reactive sort of roleplayer, I just want to be able to feel the emotions of my muse as they're feeling them, going through the reply and feeling how they'll react to it right away. With a lot of pre-planning, I feel like I kind of lose a sense of my character, and it feels more detached, so I can't get those real heavy emotions in my reply. So I think I do wing it as much as possible.

Oh ho. Oh, yes. I think shipping is like my bread and butter. I did mention that in one of the questions above. All types of ships are all so good to me, and I love love writing them. I have so much fun squishing little guys together in various ways.

My name is Kohitsuji, or Kohi for short. When I first joined tumblr I went by Aku, however, so it wouldn't be uncommon to hear someone refer to me by that name. I stopped using Aku because people were confusing me for someone else, but I really like the wordplay between "lamb" and "coffee" for this blog especially, so I'm actually kind of glad I changed it these days. ^^

I'm not super great with picking favorites, and color especially. I really love colors of all kinds. And I love iridescents and holographics and things like that the most.

Again, this is difficult for me to pick. I'm pretty sure there isn't a single genre of music I haven't found something to like in. So trying to name ones I like most... I feel like it's impossible, even trying to narrow it into bands. That being said, Sibling brought home two new records and one was Badger and the other was Alexander Rabbit which were both excellent bands.

Fall definitely. Autumn, whatever ya call it. I love the spring-like weather without all the pollen coming with it. The beautiful colors of the clear sky and the dappling leaves. I love how the air starts to smell different and how the temps drop low enough for me to start wearing sweaters again. I love the spicy smells that come with fall, from foods to perfumes. I love fall the most, it's very cozy.

So many! Well. I worry about calling people my friends and best friends when I don't 100% know for sure that they feel that way about me or would even appreciate me saying that about them. I have a lot of people here that I really really love. And I hope they care about me, too. But I might just stick with a very small number of names that I know for sure they feel the same way. First, there's @mundanemiseries who tagged me in this in the first place~ ^^ Kellin is so so sweet to me and has been such a help to me and I really love their muses. Joel and Hanekoma are so sweet together~ @wrongtrain is another. Morton has been my friend here for such a long time, and they're the one person I feel like can actually unlock my brain to understand what's going on with me most of the time. I never feel quite so understood as I do when I'm talking to Morty. I love them so so much and I love writing with them when they're around to do so, whoever they've got the space for that day. And I would be remiss not to mention @justiceburst, who was one of the first Joshua muns I ever interacted with and soon became my canon Joshua. Dusty may be writing new characters now, but they're no less engaging of a writer and they're still such a close friend to me. I care so deeply for them and everything we've been through together. ^^ Then there's @fangedstories. Roxy has been consistently active with me since meeting me, which is something that still surprises me. XD I'm really grateful to her for putting up with me so much. @lollipopsandgunshots is another. Katee talks to me so much and we've clicked so well together ooc. I love the work we've done with our muses, too, and especially that Katee is one of the few folks that I can actually get ideas for Aku with. ^^ There's also @phoenix-flamed, who has been so kind and caring towards me since the moment we met. I am so grateful to be able to have Vonny to talk to when I need it, though I admit that I don't poke them nearly enough. Still, I have them to thank for Hanekoma's whole FFXVI verse, so they continue to be a big inspiration to me regardless. ^^ And last but not even remotely the lest, @rubiesintherough has become such a dear friend to me. I used to be so afraid of Ruby, wanting to interact and never really knowing if I could stand up to her impeccable writing. But I am so so glad I finally reached out to start talking to her because she's so nice and so fun to talk to and I love all of her muses so so much. I feel like I've been thoroughly blessed with an abundance of friends~!

...so do you download a cursor? how do you use it for your tumblr account? i wanna do it tooooo help meh 😩
You have to add it to the code. Which sound scary, but I've been copying and pasting html code on here since I was 12 and it's a lot than it seems.

First you have to go to the actual webpage of your blog, which for you should be weird-bookworm.tumblr.com
On the top left corner there should be a set of icons that look like this:
Click the one that looks like a painter's palette (the fourth one from the left)
Your page should now look something like this:
We're going to focus on the sidebar for now
Go ahead and click this bitch right here:
It should open up a page that has a lot of intimidating code that looks like this:
Scroll all the way to the bottom of all that code. I'm not 100% sure you need to scroll to the bottom but that's how I've always done it and it makes it easier to keep track of the code I add myself
You're going to to the very end of the last line of the code and press enter. It should go from this:
To this:
if you haven't done so already, this is now the time to go copy the html that you're going to use. Make sure you copy all of it. It should start with a "<" and end with ">" (without quotations of course)
Paste the html into that new line
Next, you're going to want to check to see if the code actually worked. So FIRST, you're going to press this button at the very top of the code:
Once you press that, you should be able to go to the right side of your screen where that preview of your blog it. Since you're only changing the cursor, it should show up immediately once you're on the preview page.
Satisfied with the preview? Good, this last step is crucial! For the love of fuck, press the blue save button that should have shown up next to the update preview button after you updated the preview:
If you don't and you leave the page, all your work will be for naught. I can't tell you how many times I spent working on past blogs, adding music, scroll bars, cursors, etc. all to forget to press save and lose hours of work.
And voilá you now have successfully changed the cursor for your blog. It'll only work on your main blog page. If none of that worked, idk what to tell you. The person who wrote the code might have forgotten to add something or you didn't copy all of the code or a third thing that none of us will ever know.

I was reading Bell Hooks' Talking Back and reached the part "about self recovery" and there she speaks about having to speak using the language of the oppressor and on the first moment I'm reading it as a poor black woman in university, surrounded by middle class and rich white men but then it hits me "Right, that's not the only thing queer about me in this situation".
And reading it I understand how the value is attributed according to hegemonic culture, forcing the oppressed to share their experience under some kind of translator so that we can transmit it in a way that fits the standards of the oppressor, we force ourselves to feel in a way that they can understand, to act on our feelings in a way that is acceptable for them and it's about being a black woman yes but is no different for me as the experience of being aspec.
Actually, while reading it I could only think about this part of me. I feel safer around poc and around woman and around people who are not going to look down on me for the price tag of my clothes and my cellphone brand and because of where I live I'm usually in safer spaces, I have spaces where I can feel my anger and pain unapologetically. But amongst many things there's this one that I don't, this one I have to speak about as if it's a minor inconvenience, no matter where I am I can not run from the agony and I can't express it, there's no place where I can feel safe, where I can forget for one single second that I'm different. I won't ever belong.
I am aromantic.
See? It's underwhelming. Because we never talk about how it feels to be Aro using the big words, for the good and for the bad. When we try to explain what we are, who we are, we always need to lessen our feelings — unconsciously from what I've seen online — so that others will listen.
Because I'm not allowed to feel intensely about my own identity much less my own oppression, they don't understand, because they think it doesn't matter. There are dozens of posts just in this blog, I bet from all around the world, about institutional, political, nationwide laws and societal organizations that establishes something that hurts aro, aces and non-partnering people, and since I can't speak strongly against the big shit imagine if I do so about the "lesser" problems (in quotations because when it comes to caring for Aros everything is a lesser problem).
I am not even allowed to say they are making privileges for partnering (specifically abled) peopel on taxes because they won't see it as a privilege, it's a "little help", sometimes it's even a "reward". I'm (not really) sorry but a reward is only a reward when everyone has the chance of achieving it, if the opportunity is not the same then it is a privilege for those who can try to achieve and a reminder to the rest — to us! — that we are in the wrong and living the way we do is not how it is supposed to be.
You know the worst part? Is not explicit. It's something people don't even realize. Like I said, we've read many confessions here, living costs, hospitals, job seeking, health treatments, everything is so incredibly amisiac not in an "I hate you" way, or "you are not allowed to this" way, in a "I don't recognize your existence, not because I want to exclude you, but because the possibility that something like this exist doesn't cross my mind and even when it does I just dismiss it because that's not how real people are in real life" way.
It's that point where you feel the neurodivergent, the disabled and the non-partnering experience slightly converging, when you see the world being built around you and you can't fit. They are not even making an effort to keep you out, this is not like a bar with a little sign that says you are not allowed in, is more like a tavern from a magical world with a natural barrier against you. You can't force yourself in, you can't ask them to change, you need to convince people to leave it.
And by it I mean our cultures, our societies, because adding our flags to pride and making teachers learn sign language is great, but June is here and no one else talks about us and when we talk about ourselves no one else hears and all our classmates can't even sign a hello so it's no different than learning alone.
And I can't be angry about it! Not strongly at least, I can't be intense, I can't be scary, I can't be loud about it, because if I do I'm turning it into a big deal and it shouldn't even though it is very much a big deal despite it not affecting you specifically. So I gotta lower myself, I can't be direct, I can't say that your viral speech about love is harmful to loveless people just because it was said with good intentions, because they are advocating for a good cause, because "the world is lacking in love and that's why it is this way" is trying to push for the good and I'm in the way of it.
What the world needs is more respect, that is the opposite of hate. Your "love"? It is harming me. Actively. I'm being painted as a villain and I'm not even allowed to be mad about it. I can't say a single fuck, literally, if I use the word fuck I am in the wrong.
Somehow I am as much part of the problem as the ones spreading hate. So if I, the Aspec, speak out of line, if the Aspec doesn't take lots of care with each word used, the tone, the expressions, the gestuees, then you have every right to step on me and, I know this from years of experience, no one will stop you.
[The Bell Hooks anon here again, got a bit anxious about someone misunderstanding me so I just wanted to say that what I was talking relates to the self-recovery explained in the book, which is a way to find or create the language needed to talk back and speak up, and what I meant was we cannot find this self-recovery as a community if we don't find ourselves (being aspec, the individuals and not being aspec the victims, the invisible beings), and since there's no self prior to amatonormativity and amisia (no matter how nice your family is and how protected you've grown, like I said, the aphobia is not explicit so people don't even know they are being aphobic), to find a full self we need to talk about what is like to be us, we need to create a collective, we are so very different but we are still one single community, and that includes talking about what hurts us, and we need to be truthful about it so we can find what it is that pain us as a whole, what it is that can be changed and find means to create change, actual tangible change that can function intersectionally but also independently. It won't work if we are not allowed (by others or by our own conscious) to talk about it in the way we feel it. Adding to that the issue of breaking from the oppressor she talks about, you can't be afraid of educating and even calling out someone for something aphobic even if minor, the prejudice can only be solved when the person doing it changes, we've been silenced before, we lost any sense of unity and it's great we have a space like this to ease our minds and vent like I'm doing right now but we need to know what is it we want to say then make ourselves heard. And no one hears when you whisper in the middle of a hurricane.]
