Lalo's devotion to Hector is so hilariously sad - like, Hector is NOT a cool dude and has never been a cool dude. He can't control his temper, can't run his territory, and is dumb as a box of rocks. He's a bully and a child abuser, and the only reason he wasn't killed along with his brothers is because he was locked up in jail for almost two decades. He's always been pathetic.

Which makes Lalo's devotion so baffling and weirdly poignant. Like...THIS is your hero? Because Lalo actually IS a badass - the kind of badass Hector always wanted to be.

Shoutout to @ryssabrin for informing me that there is a UNIQUE KISS ANIMATION IN THIS AREA! And I'm so glad to know about it because I think this might be my second favorite Hector/Karlach kiss (after the one where they're both all smiley and happy and he kisses her nose, which is basically unbeatable).

Giffing the other kiss took me approximately a billion years and three billion files so we won't be doing that again; here's a video instead.
