Are there going to be intimate scenes in the game? If yes, then I hope there is a fade to black option!
Hi, yes, this has been addressed a few different places, including here and in the game's general content warnings (pasted below)! However, if I do choose to make things more explicit than the "fade to black" method, that "extension" will be clearly labelled and optional. :) Hope that makes sense!
Strong adult language and fantasy profanity
Fantasy violence, including descriptions of battlefield violence and warfare; minor mentions of injuries and blood
Death (avoidable NPC deaths as well as mentions of victim death during investigations)
Descriptions of playing a law-enforcement officer and peacekeeper in a fantasy context
Mentions of victim kidnapping and torture during crime investigations
Discrimination in a fantasy race context; mentions of sexist situations and language
Forced marriage, in that some non-player characters are described as being betrothed in political marriages
Optional depictions of player-character trauma or grief
Descriptions of nightmares; mild to moderate horror situations
Brief mentions of fantasy drug use and addiction in an investigative context; depictions of non-harmful fantasy smoking and casual alcohol consumption; casual depictions of gambling
Optional sex implications (non-explicit, fade-to-black "candlelight" scenes)

Hi! So I might be missing something, but what is TSR age rating? I only saw nsfw tag for silver king, or is my Tumblr bugging, or no one asked you yet? 馃
I forgot to add the tag for it - but honestly? TSR is really 18+. It's very dark. Please do not play if you are squeamish with gory details!
There's a list of trigger warnings at the start of the game as well, so hope that helps!

I decided to make this a separate post, but I think Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is tricky in the sense that it doesn't meet the criteria for a 16+ movie, but it's also clearly rough to be 13+. Especially what Rocket went through as a kid was traumatic and it kinda worries me that I saw some around 10 years old kids in the audience聽without their parents (or at least I didn鈥檛 see any adult with them). Everyone of course are different and it wasn鈥檛 necessarily too bad for them but personally I would have been really scared if I had gone to watch something that brutal at such a young age.聽Obviously, being in my early twenties now, the movie wasn't scary despite the dark themes, but as an early adolescent it would have been a whole different thing

I need some advice from those who鈥檝e read the Inheritance Games.
I know an eleven year old who wants to read the books. The official age rating is twelve and up, but we have it categorized as YA fiction. Is the twelve and up an okay thing to stand by?

hi! can i know what is the age rating for this? thanks :)
Hello! Honestly, I'm not going to force anyone to stop reading because of their age, but I do recommend that readers be at least 15 years of age. What's more important is for you all to be mindful of the content warnings included in the demo itself. It can be a way for you to avoid the content you don't wish to see, or you can also use it as the deciding factor as to whether or not you'll keep reading.
As long as you're fine with those, then sure, feel free to keep going on. Just remember to take breaks when you need to!

since my Trolls stuff is kinda blowin up and ik Trolls is a kid centered thing + half of y'all don't read cus i already had to block 2 ppl
my profile is 16+ and I highly suggest you don't follow unless you're that age
I'm not comf w kids/early teens seeing my shit since I make more mature (horror, teen rated humor, etc) content and I don't wanna be the reason a kid has issues just cus they couldn't take 3 minutes to read my bio and respect my space
---
while yes, I do draw childrens media stuff, thats not ALL thats on my profile and not ALL I will post - so it's less 'I don't want kids interacting with kids media' and more 'I don't want kids following me and seeing my other content'
you can like my stuff! sure! reblogs are stuff are fine! just don't follow me cus that means you WILL 100% see my more mature content
Inb4; 'Just make a side blog for kids show stuff!'
I shouldn't have to? Just respect my choices? I don't draw horror stuff ALL the time and I'm a huge child at heart so I love cartoons -- doesn't mean I need 3 dif blogs for each thing (plus thats super hard to keep track of)

Someone: they didn鈥檛 rate it fantasy horror-
Me:鈥ge ratings and genres aren鈥檛 the same thing?
Like one can indicate what to expect sure. But what鈥檚 allowed in the content is determined by the age rating.
Not the genre.
Genre is just what the story is.

So in the Netherlands we don鈥檛 just show age limit but we also show reasons why
So you can decide what to avoid(or what looks good ;) )
Simple & effective.
Do any other countries do this too?
(I still love the one for sex)

What soccer mom at ESRB rated The Mansions of the Gods game T? Aside from being simple and repetitive, it's super tame. The "violence" is clean and oversimplified. The game should've been rated E10 at most.

What age rating will you think my show must be and must it be marked for kids
Tone: the show is known to be surreal and absurd scenarios and surreal and dark humor sometimes and the show is for everyone but not specifically children and is more aimed at teens and adults, it gonna be one of those web cartoons like chikn nuggit, lackadaisy, spooky month, smg64, asdfmovie and the humor is going to be kinda similar to the marvelous misadventures of flapjack
