For the longest time, I was in a cycle of a seemingly unending misery. I would feel okay for while - a short while tbh- then back to where I started.. Again.

I thought it was a temporary rut but time and time again I was proven wrong and you wanna know the worst part of it all?

Everything is my fault. The reality I see now is a result of past words, thoughts & actions.

On a bright side, I can get myself out of this self ridden cage I put myself in just as easily.

Nobody is coming to save me, only I can set myself free.

SO I will using this blog to;

Write about my journey and stay accountable

Share lessons I've learnt / knowledge I've garnered to help others

Post / reblog motivational, growth and mental health content

Self express

I'm starting again but this time I'm taking a different approach, instead of being so hard on myself and trying to do so much at once, I'll be nicer and kinder to myself & take things one at time.

Slow and steady wins the race

Now that I've reflected on past experiences, I realized it's better to make progress than waiting for everything to be perfect. It's better to focus on one goal and achieve it than to try to achieve 29 goals and end up achieving none. At the very least, I'd MOVE.

2024 must be worth it. Let's DO this and make everyday count!
