He held the small kitchen knife that he smuggled in his clothes with a vice like grip. As if he let it go right now it would simply dissipate into thin air. He let out a puff of air as his chest worked itself up and down.

He did it. He actually managed to swipe it without anyone noticing. He did not know if it would work, banging into the island like that and opening the drawer under the noise cover he had created with his rattling screams.

He felt a giddy smile creep onto his face, and he looked up at the ceiling and laughed.

“Oh Tommy…. I’m going to get us out of here,” He said to himself firmly as he cautiously hid the small blade into the bed.
