Been thinking about the ships and I decided on committing to a full-fledged theory for s2 (not a headcanon cause I think I'm onto something):
We got The Revenge, Stede's ship.
We got Blackbeard's ship, presumably Queen Anne's Revenge though the name was never stated in the show.
So now Stede needs some sort of new vessel for the time being, and takes a merchant ship and decides on naming it Royal James ("fits with the R theme").
So what I'm theorizing is
1. Ed's former ship is gonna be called Queen Anne's (Blackbeard's flag wasn't historically accurate until it was...)
2. The Revenge... is gonna sink. Something's gonna happen to it, but either way, they can't stay there anymore when the season ends
Even if they wanted to, it now holds bad memories of it becoming a shell of a ship for Ed's kraken era. And who knows what happens to Queen Anne's, maybe something similar. So now they're left with Royal James, but since they have now finally met in the middle, this can become a complete fresh start for both of them... so they rename it Queen Anne's Revenge.

some undercover mission doodle 🤔
they are older (Hobie is 22 and Miles is 20), so they are allowed on more complicated missions.
but they r not dating (yet), currently torturing everyone with their 5-years-and-counting slow burn 😔

If you were going to make a character that was the soul of planet earth in a human body you might think to make her motherly. Wise. Forgiving. Mother Earth cares for us, she provides, right? But Tamsyn Muir wrote Nona the Ninth and said YES planet earth is loving but also she is SO SO ANGRY and HURTING. And actually she cannot care for others right now she needs to be cared FOR.
Also she wants to eat pencils and she thinks flowers are sexy.

Hey, if you have speech impediments, you are so amazing.
If you stutter or have a lisp or misspeak easily or you have a flat affect or a limited verbal vocabulary or if your voice is AAC or if you just have a difference in your vocality, you are so incredibly important and amazing.
Just know that your voice is yours. Nobody will ever be able to truly take it away. Your voice is part of you, and you deserve to make it as true to you as you deem fit. I hope you have the space to grow with your voice and whatever about it makes it unique.

Im gonna be honest I thought the big reveal for the awaken Ansur quest would be that the Ravengards are descendants of Balduran and that the ‘ Ansur ‘ that they were seeking were themselves ( get it bc it sounds like answer ) and you get cool amour for Wyll based on a grand Wyrm ( maybe even made with Wyrm scales ? Bone ? Teeth , even ? ) like i remember going into this mission I was so convinced that would be the answer . So imagine my horror when the Emperor started up some nonsense again

Hey making my return just for this
Grian told Cleo and Etho “If we turn red today, I’m sticking by you. That’s the deal. It’s not over until it’s over.” Which, first of all, is such a big deal because he’s known for going wherever is continent (“I’ve never seen a man drop a pair of sunglasses so fast” - Scott) and he actually stayed loyal to them and kept his word. Etho and Cleo knew he wasn’t trustworthy and still welcomed him with open arms.
At the end of Secret Life for Etho, he died by saying “I’m going home everybody, I’m dying in my home.” The place that he made with Grian and Cleo, and he called it home.
Now, keeping all of this in mind, I can’t help but wonder what would have happened if the roomies had won. I mean all of the odds were against them, but just imagine for a moment. It would be Desert Duo at the sand castle all over again. None of them wanted to win without each other, but there could only be one.
Grian having to relive the cactus circle all over again? Etho finally being present in what he called a family and having to make the decision to die or to kill? Cleo being comfortable and accepting these idiots, and now she has no choice but to do the unspeakable? It’s not like all three of them can win. In their minds it would always be the three of them, but in the Watcher’s minds, there can only be one.
