One of my favorite things to do is design outfits for my babies. Lucky's sense of style is typically butchy, but she can get down with some femininity (though the final outfit is one she'd never choose herself).

Dani redesign time! She's an old character of mine that never got a proper reference so here she is now. She's got a Gina Linetti sort of vibe, just more subdued with a chill skatergirl attitude added. She effortlessly blends in with any kind of group, at the expense of never truly feeling close to anyone, and since she rarely lets her true feelings be known, most view her as sort of mysterious. Dani joins the Guild to help her single father pay off medical debt incurred by her chronic health issues.

I had a thought: What if I redesigned one of my favorite ttrpg characters? So I did! And man the difference in my art since I made her is HUGE. Lucky has a much better design now. I also decided to show what she was like before joining as an adventurer. So skinny and sad :c ALSO.... decided to take another crack at Joaquin's design. MUCH better now. Her backstory has changed a little, no longer a missing heir to a big corporation, but still the same general vibes of her personality. Important note that is not obvious: she has a gun now >:)

Some tender love between Rio and Tristan. He's a romantic, a poet, a healer, aaand a stone cold killer (much like Rio). When Rio's mutation began it was painful and bloody, as her fingernails fell out and her skin blistered off. Tristan was there to help heal her, and comfort her when it all grew back wrong. He's also currently MIA and presumed dead :)))

Rio does eventually settle in with the crew and get more comfortable. Through her relationships with them she's developing maturity and confidence in herself. I love doodling romance, and it was cool to draw her at various points in the expedition~

Now for the guys who aren't being That Way with Rio lol. Kenny and Rio sort of share leadership roles for the expedition, and you may recognize her bestie Sicko from an older piece I did last year. Carlo is gay and won't be doing any of that nonsense, which she was extremely grateful for.
