just wanted to draw my agent ocs bc i love them very much.
Some info below the cut
August/Auggie considers Maisie to be her sister, they come from the same hometown. After Splatoon 2’s story mode, Maisie lived with Auggie for a bit to make sure she wasn’t still hijacked. She’s got a kind heart and a rough exterior, and she’s incredibly cautious around new people, letting other agents speak for her until she’s sure enough to talk to them. She has a limping gait due to past injury but she’s still very physically strong.
Quin took a long time to adjust to Inkopolis after octo expansion and over the course of that she got quite comfortable around Maisie to the point that when she moved back home, Quin followed her. So now they’re roommates!! Yay!!
Rika got fuzzified after running into the fuzzy ooze in Alterna one too many times (she never learns), and August is perpetually on babysitting duty. Rika will chase after any object thrown in her line of sight and Aug uses this tactic to get a moment of peace by throwing smallfry as far as she can to distract the other agent.
Maisie is essentially treated like August’s little sister and she acts the part. Likes sending her annoying texts (or rather, sending them to Agents 1 and 2 and telling them to pass the message onto August who doesn’t have a phone.) She’s very loud and extroverted, the perfect balance to Quin’s introvert.
My one minor critique about the Fall of the House of Usher is really just a big pet peeve of mine that I've seen in other stories: the entire narrative is Roderick confessing to Auggie about everything that has happened, going through all sorts of crimes and how each person has died, But then after everything, Auggie just decides not to do anything with the recording??? We went through this huge story and the answers to so many issues die with the Ushers?
Not taking it to evidence to exhume Griswold, not closing other various cold cases that the confessions may have solved, not sharing it to the world to give everyone else effected by the Ushers a sense of justice, not giving any of the spouses or significant others connected to the family a sense of closure of what the hell happened, and most importantly and ....most heinously... not telling Morrie about why her innocent hero of a daughter is dead.
I get the intended conclusion is that Auggie is finally at peace and saw justice served, but isn't the story a lot bigger than just him? At the very least, I like to think he told Morrie, Jules, and Bill off screen. What's the point of recording the story if it's not going to go anywhere? Like he couldn't in good conscience just leave a dead body buried underneath Fortunato? They could've just had Auggie accidentally leave the recording in the house when it got destroyed or like to see if before he made it out and made the split decision to leave it - giving at least some sort of dramatic satisfaction to his choice.
Maybe I'm missing something, lemme know if anyone has any other thoughts.
Mainly cuz Claude here hides A LOT compared to his twin brother, Pablo, but he's still a nice kid X'3 Just a very socially awkward babeh ;w; #rottmntoc #rottmntfanart

Auggie and Reed are basically a couple, but they’re not dating. Auggie doesn’t understand dating and the term “more than a friend”. He feels like “boyfriend” and “girlfriend” are just labels and that they’re kinda weird. When people are like “Awh, you guys are so cute together!” and “Reed totally likes you,” Auggie replies “So? I like him too. I like all my friends.”
Reed’s totally romantic with Auggie and Auggie doesn’t even know it’s romance. Like Reed and Auggie hold hands all the time, and Auggie will, out of habit, play with Reed’s fidget ring, Reed will tell him all the things he likes about him. Every single greeting, every time they see each other, even if it’s only been an hour, Reed will compliment him. Reed totally fawns over Auggie. Sometimes Reed will draw something and plan on giving it to Auggie, but he doesn’t give it to him. He’s probably got a bunch of drawings in his drawer that he was gonna give Auggie, but he didn’t. He would definitely make an origami heart and give it to Auggie. Auggie would smile and thank him, and neither of them think anything more of it.
Reed eventually figures out his feelings for Auggie and accepts it. He knows he likes him, but he never thought he liked him as more than a friend. He didn’t want to like him more than a friend. Reed would ask Auggie to be his boyfriend, but he doesn’t ever ask him because he knows that Auggie doesn’t understand dating. He also knows that if they do ever put that label on them, as boyfriends, it would somehow change things. Like if they were dating, it would be different, and he doesn’t want it to feel different.
(They both know that kissing isn’t something that friends would usually do, but they don’t care and they kiss each other anyways)
