Otto Octavious, AKA Doctor Octopus is finally here!

Fun fact: I was originally going to go with having Doctor Octopus be Olivia Octavious, inspired from Into the Spider-Verse, but fellow Spider-Man artist @hollowsart inspired me to go with the beloved Otto and honestly, I love how the man came out!

Hollow also helped me with designing the Actuators and I love the design that they came up with, however I took some liberty and made the ends the claws from TSSM

I definitely have some really sad lore in store for this man, JUST YOU WAIT.
