..everytime I feel happy my depression reminds me I'm too bad and not good enough to feel happy.

Immer wenn es mir einige Zeit gut geht, was durchaus auch bei schweren Depressionen der Fall sein kann, werde ich von meinen Depressionen daran erinnert, dass sie noch da sind und es mir nicht gut gehen sollte. Aber warum passiert das?

Ich will, dass es mir schlecht geht, weil ich nichts anderes verdient habe. Ich bin ein schlechter Mensch und schlechte Menschen sollten kein Glück erfahren dürfen. Und da merke ich, wie streng ich selbst zu mir bin, aber ich weiß nicht warum. Ich weiß nur, dass ich schlecht bin.

Ich will, dass es mir schlecht geht, damit alle mir glauben, es geht mir schlecht. Sonst wird man doch nicht mehr ernst genommen. Nicht mal von meinen eigenen Elterb werde ich ernst genommen, wenn ich mal gut gelaunt bin.

Man ist ganz alleine mit seinen Gefühlen. Wenn man zwischen schlimmen Phasen glücklich ist, will man es nicht zeigen, weil man Angst hat, dass man als "aufmerksamkeitsgeil" abgestempelt wird. Wenn man dann wieder schlecht gelaunt ist, will man es nicht zeigen, weil man keine Hilfe will. Weil man denkt, man hätte nichts besseres verdient, als diesen Schmerz.
