Today’s word:

Choose to bless them

It is amazing how some choose to be mean, spiteful, and even curse you. And some stop talking to you altogether.

As leaders in ministry and in industry, we face this often.

God said love them anyway.

Jesus said bless them and pray God’s goodness on them.

“But I say to you who hear: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who spitefully use you.”

‭‭Luke‬ ‭6‬:‭27‬-‭28‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

If they only knew… they would not misuse you, would not be mean, would not be spiteful, would not ignore you.

But we who have received God’s grace through Jesus Christ need to forgive them and choose to bless them and show them God’s love.

So, today and as often as you think of “them” choose to forgive them, bless them, and pray our God’s best for them: healing, health, wholeness, peace, salvation, and the joy of the Lord.

Amen?
