Bunny Suit Bulma Cosplay

I really wanted to use this blog more to kinda document how I do some of my cosplays on a budget. When I first started cosplaying in 2020 I always felt an unnerving amount of pressure to produce cosplay content.

For Bulma, it was a very spontaneous cosplay choice for me. I started to get into Dragon Ball Z around Christmas time and felt myself limited with sizing options, however this was all very cheap and accessible through Amazon UK!

Wig: I bought this blue wig for around £10 on Amazon. You are very much paying for what you get with it so be weary. I'd say if you can find a higher quality option that suits you, go for it! All I did to it was detangle it, straighten it, crimp it, straighten it again, hair spray it using GOT2BE Glued and then trim the bangs.

Bunny suit and tights: so this is where I wish I did things differently. As a cosplayer who is VERY self-conscious about their body, I tend to overthink how costumes fit more than anything and I ALWAYS size up. I did not have to size up with this one, in fact, I should've sized down two sizes as the suit itself was quite stretchy and elasticated so there was way more than enough wiggle room. I'll probably order another one just so it's a little tighter and works a bit better for me. The tights barely fit so I'd say if you're a bigger person, shop elsewhere for tights. I don't trust any that come in these cosplay sets as they always seem to be one size that NEVER accommodates. The cuffs, tail and ears were all impressive quality for the price point.

Makeup Honourable Mention: I plan on making an entire post detailing my favourite products to use but the blush I used in this was the MadeByMitchell blursh in the shade 'Sweet Cheeks'. I swear by this blush. I'm not usually a fan of cream products but this sits so well on the skin and also I've found myself using it as a blush in my day to day life without any foundation or additional products.

Summary: For the wig and costume it only set me back £29.95! A really cheap cosplay if either Bulma or any other bunny girl is on your list!

Good and bad con stuff

mBad: There was a cool looking ghostface cosplayer that i kept missing so i didn't get a pic, but as he turns out he was going around the con waaay too much in character and scaring the shit out of people. He was coming up behind them without warning and putting his prop knife to their throats

Good: Actually found someone cosplaying Souichi Tsujii and got a photo of them, It's the fist time i've ever seen a Junji Ito character cosplay irl

#The con itself was pretty bad but man so i love seeing people cosplay cool ass characters #non horror related but i was cosplaying Bulma in the pink dress and i found Bunny suit Bulma we just just pointed at eachother and yelled #And got a photo together #rita's originals
