Some thoughts about the leaks

I read two different names for the ship tho. Eldritch (that would be cool, lol) and Aldgate. And there's also the ship of the Philadelphia Experiment, the Eldridge. Hope someone can clarify what the actual name is.

If it's Eldritch, it could be a reference to Eldtrich horrors or the dnd campaign in '79, when Nancy joined the party. 1979, (Will's) sister, El.

If the name is Aldgate, it could be a reference to the Aldgate Pump in London, where Kali was abducted.

The pump has a gruesome past that gained it the nickname 'Pump of Death' after it caused a cholera outbreak in 1876. It was discovered that the pump's water supply contained sediment including calcium that was leached from human bones in nearby cemeteries.

This is a huge parallel with Will. Will vanishes and in S2 Jon says that he's not the same. Also, 12! I don't know if they show Henry in Dimension X or they just say that he wound up there. But anyway. They mention 12 hours when Owens takes El to Nina, so that's about Henry, but it's also about Will. Before that scene, we get a close up of the light bulb in El's closet (like the one in the shed) and Owens even mentions working out of a shed.

EDIT: Someone on Reddit says that when Henry disappears Brenner finds Henry's spyglass. He begins searching for him and that's what leads him to Hawkins.

But the whole thing is sus. I need more info about the Mind Flayer and Henry's powers. Also, what a coincidence that Henry disappeared in Nevada where Brenner was conducting experiments, and then moved to the town where Brenner's lab is. Tell me there's a scene that shows that Brenner helped the Creels relocate. It would be a cool parallel with Owens helping the Byers to relocate in California.

Brenner's father returned seriously ill from Dimension X and unable to take blood transfusion. Henry's blood, like Brenner's father, is unlike any other humans. He developed a connection to the UD (and presumably with his powers) when he went missing. It's also explained that the lab kids were created through blood transfusion from Henry to pregnant women

Interesting that they mention that Brenner's father was unable to take blood transfusion and then Brenner uses Henry's blood. But I'm sure this is not the whole story.

Henry, El and the other lab kids

I read that they show a photo of the other nine lab kids, including Kali. That would explain why they kidnapped a girl in England. They knew who Kali was and that she had Henry's blood and powers. But now I have a new question lol: why was Kali in London? Did her mother run away, or the women could leave the lab with their babies? let's start when they first go head to head during cheer tryouts where Britney is trying to show Camille that she has what it takes to be on their squad even tho she doesn't want to be a "cheer whore" and betray her old squad so she ends up refusing to join

This is one of the most lesbian movies I've ever had the honor of watching and this came out in 2006!! if this came out now they would have a huge following and so many fanfics but alas then it wouldn't be the same movie we know and love 🥺 And although this was one of my favorite scenes in the movie we do have one honorable mention!!!

Yeah! They probably have big celebrations. For example, ancient Egyptians had Opet festival dedicated to Amon-Ra. And it was big, like really big. And very important. I imagine that people of Egyxos would have a festival dedicated to Ra and his sons (pretty similarly to Opet) but Exaton is not showing up for obvious reasons, so there's Leo instead of him.

Seeing how in one episode Leo sent Anubi in knock out after the jackal man dared to show up at his home, I think that's a very realistic outcome. Maybe when he becomes so enraged the brastet of Ra is sparkling with its huge amount of energy. Imagine Leo punching mummies, throwing them left and right while his friends are standing behind him like: 😰

I feel like some of them: Hyksos, Ramses and maybe Kha will be more optimistic about living on Earth for some time. Kefer and Neith may be constantly afraid for the safety of their city. And Horus... He's just himself. Remember how he didn't want to take Leo seriously and hating on humans, I don't think he changed his mind that much. I mean, he probably respects Leo, but still think the whole humanity is a weak civilization (Leo is an exception for him now, because he's the Last Pharaoh). So it would be fun to see all those different reactions mixed up.

I picture it like they get into some kind of hurricane or vortex that throws them somewhere in a deserts. And Kefer is confused by what happened at first, but he's happy he's not alone, he doesn't mind Exaton and sees the situation as an opportunity to spend some time with his big brother, maybe talk about their incomprehension. Exaton is just himself. He's angry, refuses to listen to his brother, leaves Kefer alone, gets in trouble, goes back. And then they're trying to find their homes.

One day Apis is like: "You know what's cooler than a dangerous maze? Even more dangerous maze!" Or he's just bored and got tired of an old planning that he already knows by heart. So he starts a new project, Kefer sends him some workers and Apis also asks some of his friends to help him. But them someone gets lost, someone is trapped, very dangerous creatures escape from their cages and then disaster fun begins.

Just imagine Ra seeing a copy of Shu and panicking (tho I think Hyksos would give a robot some design changes so they aren't that similar to confuse the viewers). I wonder how he would call them? Maybe Onuris/Anhur since he was like one of Shu variations in mythology. That would be symbolic. Need to think, I don't remember all Shu alternatives only that one.

We were ripped off the Twilight Isles. They mentioned a cool new location and never showed it. I always wanted to see who lives there except Bastet and her daughter. And, yeah, Horus should be in that episode. You know why. Also speaking about Horus' father. I have an idea about that (spoilers: it's not Osiride), but it's too big to type it out here, I'll made a separate ask for that.

Sounds like secondary episode arc. Like, you know, Egyxos episode always have showing Leo's normal life. But I'd want to see more of other characters having fun, maybe getting into some adventures while Leo's fighting in Egyxos. Tho I don't have anything in mind for a plot? Maybe the twins are lost? Or maybe combine it with an idea of Exaton kidnapping Leo's siblings?

Yeah, the mirror match! But who would cause such a trouble? I imagine that episode to be like those when Kefer and Exaton work together. So there might be a new or old character who's against both of the brothers. Or Exaton's evil plot fails and everything just turns against him.

Who I have in mind: Anput or Upuat/Wepwawet. Because they're pretty popular.

Considering that Leo never had an older brother and Kefer never had a younger one that would be wholesome to see. Exaton just stays behind, because he's a bastard man.

Sorry I just saw that post, I now scrolled and saw where was all coming from! About Eden I understand you, I actually said in my post between parenthesis that it still was obviously bad so we actually thought the same😅

And for the rest I didn't say that was the only reason, that's why I said "to say one", as in just an example of other things. Also, I don't think they are mistreating them nor not doing things like the examples you put on purpose (not saying you are), but instead it all comes from a reason: not having time and also bc of planning it for another moment on purpose for marketing reasons like release this thing in another key moment bc it will have more good response(but I wouldn't agree either, I would like them to have freedom without thinking if what's the best moment to do whatever). Which is the root they need to change and put of their part. I get that the guys themselves are workaholics and love their job and also said like Mingi once that even if they don't like it they are freelance so their type of job requires them to work a lot but they still should put boundaries...I don't think there is malicious intent and I can't generalize the company either. Idk, I think is a bigger problem than that from Korea in general (tho can name more countries), of the toxic hussle culture, praising effort and passion to the point of not sleeping much and working a lot..Like, you can see this everywhere including the guys so it's hard to change a whole system and specially in such a competitive world that forces both KQ and the guys to work that much and having to put even more effort bc of being a smaller company, they truly can't afford to stop. But! They still should say no to some things and find other ways bc that's not going to be sustainable long term, everyone involved including the staff that the guys said they even worked even more than them is going to burn out so bad sooner or later🫠

But I'm assuming they will eventually manage that? I mean they will be forced to do it bc.. But also they may thought that once they reach the level of Fame they want they will be able to stop more but that's not going to happen bc they will have to maintain the fame and all that, bts Is the best example. So idk, I hope they find a way seriously😮‍💨

i honestly and truly think that kq are simply terrible at managing ateez well and properly, so yeah i don't think they're intentionally robbing certain members of opportunities but rather they don't manage ateez's time well enough or take enough care to cater to each member's interests and talents well enough either. there most definitely is that toxic hussle culture you mention prevalent all throughout kpop and this mindset of having to move fast and quick as though there's a timer counting down on them and their time as a group. however, i think kq must realize sooner rather than later that with the way they're currently pushing ateez, it's not feasible for them to be able to continue long term solely on account of burnout, mental fatigue, or physical fatigue. i'm not saying they should stop completely but rather slow down for a time. they've got plenty of money. the tours have made them a huge amount of money. ateez pretty much singlehandedly pulled kq out of debt and funded a great deal of other projects kq is doing too, not speaking from a point of bias but from what market reports have shown in recent years. i think they're got enough money to slow down on world tours, festivals, and things like kcon appearances as well.

i also really believe that kq is wildly understaffed still to this day bc they want to maintain the 'family-like' mentality of the company. kq could really make good use of a social media manager, a bigger team of stylists, and certainly more higher-ups who specialize and understand business really well. and i feel like they should have already managed that by this point in time... especially since they debuted a new boy group? like i would hope that they would have had this all sorted and figured out prior to starting a new project like that bc now it affects not only just ateez but also the new group and everyone who manages and works with that new group too. and frankly from the way ateez discuss their trajectory and their fame, i don't see them finding a happy place to be content at in terms of fame. each time they achieve something, they adjust their goals and keep pushing for something bigger and higher than before, which is likely a product of them coming from a company outside the big4 and also just their work ethic in general but i don't see them slowing down any time soon which is another layer of concern for how the company is working them right now

I didn't like F2 for multiple reasons, but what bothered me the most - that wasn't actually an option - was character's personalities, they have every right to change, but all of the trio felt off to me, like there was one whole movie lackinh between F1 and F2 to further explain all of the changes. There was to little Kristanna development to justify the sudden jump from quarelling and one (1!!!) kiss to engagement. As for the sisters, I don't mind the change of status and farewell, but it was also too sudden, badly explained, ale I didn't like the role reverse and the fact Anna was so hyperfocused on Elsa. I get it, she has trauma, I'm glad they finally leaned to it... but why now? F1 didn't hint any of that. And while we're at it, why the parents??? Ngl, I really like F2 Agduna - but ONLY when I force myself to not remember their F1 versions, otherwise it doesn't make sense. And don't even get me started on Elsa cringing on Let It Go or this pityful Kristoff's performance. I love the idea, but hate the fact the writers made fun of that and made us the audience unable to take him seriously bc of this parody of a music video. Olaf was a tad irritating as always, so I'm not dissappointed, but I must say I very much prefer F1 Sven, less human-y. As for Northuldra, there's no much to say, too little screentime and wasted potential. I like the design, tho (maybe not so much the clothes) and love Mattias overall

Several of your points I can share with you, Anon; despite me being probably the loudest F2 admirer of the fandom.

Kristanna development (it probably would have been better if they had went full angsty dramatic with the Nokk scene or kept it in F1 spirit.) Now they are "hopelessly in between".

Anna's hyperfocus. Forest of Shadows book kind of helped me to understand Anna pre-F2 but if one is not into other materials they could have issues with her behavior.

Lost in the woods performance. The song itself is great in my opinion and I remember they mentioned that they wanted to make normal scenes for it, but then something changed, Idk why.

some thoughts on a path Vlad might have taken were Danny Phantom not a Nicktoon:

this AU (tentatively titled Mastered AU) begins in season 1 ep 7 "Bitter Reunions", which proceeds kinda like canon for the first half before going off the rails. this is all about how a more cunning, sneaky Vlad might accomplish his goal of becoming Danny's father.

step one: Vlad seriously turns down the obvious creep factor. openly hitting on Maddie or slighting Jack would make things more difficult for him in the long run, after all. Vlad's a billionaire CEO - he's got more than enough experience shorting stocks and forcing mergers to recognize the merits of not showing your hand early. he can behave for a while, if he must.

step two: once Vlad catches Danny shifting from ghost to human the night before the reunion, he throws away the whole 'Murder Jack' plan (for the moment). this means no Skulker, no halfa trap, and no more surveillance vultures. Vlad focuses instead on catching up with Maddie, and on befriending Danny and Jazz. he makes an effort to treat Jack like he did in college, pre-accident. without a big ol' ghost fight, the reunion proceeds as normal. Vlad relies on Jack's social difficulties to embarrass the kids and to frustrate Maddie. once Jack has made a real mess of things -- think 'makes unfounded assumption that a guest is possessed, then attacks them' level mess -- Vlad gently offers each of the non-Jack Fenton's his number and use of his home if things in Amity ever get to be "too much". Vlad could absolutely let get Jack arrested for assault, however, he'd find it more useful to talk the assaulted guest out of pressing charges, gaining Maddie's, Jazz's, Danny's, AND Jack's goodwill. Maddie is angry enough at Jack's blunder that she insists he sleep in the GAV.

Maddie, Danny, and Jazz all have separate conversations with Vlad before bed or during the night. in those convos, Vlad continues to portray himself as a supportive adult AND casually fishes for info on the Fentons' home lives. Vlad does not have a great chat with Maddie. their interests and senses of humor do not jive, she thinks his mansion is tacky, etc. Vlad begins to contemplate whether he still loves Maddie, or if like Gatsby, he's fallen for the idea of her. also in these night convos, Danny complains how messy the lab is, and how cleaning it is one of his chores.

once Vlad has all this new info, he throws himself into a new grand plan: Steal a Family. the parts of the plans are:

1. buy another mansion in Amity (neighbors w Sam would be optimal). have the home thoroughly inspected and ensure its safe and well-prepared for kids. begin the process to become a foster parent.

2. get closer with the Fentons and simultaneously try to make Jack look bad as much as possible (casually, sneakily tho - things like suggesting situations/events he knows Jack does poorly with). spend time with them, especially Danny (eg "My new mansion came with a big rooftop telescope. I don't know much about stargazing - perhaps you could come by and show me the ropes?")

3. publicly become a Trusted Adult to the Fentons. be a shoulder for Maddie to cry on (eg "Oh no darling, he forgot your anniversary again? How thoughtless! I'm so terribly sorry... maybe you'd like to join me and the kids at the movies to take your mind off of things?"). as part of this, help out when possible. offer to pick Danny up from school when Jazz is tutoring, or to take the kids to/from the mall when the Fentons are inventing. this establishes Vlad as 'family friend' or even 'honorary uncle' in the town's eyes.

4. once sufficient time has passed (3-6 mos... before s1e11 "Shades of Gray"), orchestrate a CPS report on the Fentons. maybe he mentions Danny's lab chores to another adult who then reports. maybe he overshadows Lancer and files one because of Danny's suspicious injuries and evasiveness. maybe he slowly helps Jazz understand the abusive elements of the Fenton house (contaminated food, unsecured dangerous lab equipment, Jazz's parentification, etc) and she makes the report herself. regardless of how, a report is filed seemingly without Vlad's interference.

5. CPS comes. by this point, Vlad has decided that Maddie is no longer the one he wants; Jazz and Danny are far better prizes. he doesn't defend either Maddie or Jack beyond an initial 'they're good people, i'm sure they're good parents!' but once informed of the allegations, is cooperative, quietly appalled, and outwardly guilty that he didn't do something sooner. CPS decides on the kids' immediate removal - who is their go-to emergency placement ? Vlad Masters, the family friend with a recent foster license.

6. profit. he's got the kids - all he has to do is keep them. now's the time for a reveal: in the interest of Trust and Honesty at home with his new wards, Vlad reveals his halfa status.

now, how well Vlad's plan goes is up in the air. how does Vlad prevent an early reveal via Danny's ghost sense? does Jazz see through Vlad's nice-guy persona? can he stick to these steps, or does he become invested enough in the kids' safety to call CPS early?

now that i've written all this, i have an alternate take: what if Vlad does a halfa reveal at the Wisconsin mansion while the others are sleeping? he could help cover for Danny's ghost fighting with a business internship after school, thereby ingratiating himself with his New Son from the get go.

the question hanging over this whole AU is: will Vlad remain evil underneath all his plotting, or will he change for the better as he 'fakes it til he makes it' to get Fenton Fatherhood? here are two scenarios: a) he's still evil lol. his power over Danny and Jazz means he can slowly twist them towards his kind of morality - and he does. b) Vlad realizes he's met his end goals and is actually, for once, happy! he resolves to do right by the Fenton kids and to try and preserve this newfound happiness at all costs.

anyways these are all a ton of ramblings! i'll nail down the timeline and what i want to happen in Mastered AU eventually. i have plans to use this idea in a longer-form fic, but i am tired and a slow writer lol. i'd love to hear others' thoughts on how a less-obvious Vlad might go about becoming Danny's (and Jazz's) father :]

Thank you for your reply. My ask was kind of all over the place. (I've done some dbt before with a previous therapist and it helped! But that therapist was not a good fit I'm at a new one now tho).

Random thing, you mentioned bpd I heard in my abnormal psychology class that a lot of therapists won't treat someone diagnosed with bpd??? It was the teacher who is a grad student studying to be a therapist who said it. And like. I don't understand. They sound like a very in need population who was often abused and there's a whole huge book of treatment resources written by someone with bpd. I've heard they're "hard to treat" and talked about like they're hopeless. but like why be a mental health professional if you don't like mentally ill/different people?

This is also the same professor who insisted trauma is only the few things listed under dsm ptsd definition as traumatic events.. like she said parents getting divorced isn't a traumatic event because you aren't physically in danger... that class really scared me about the mental health field because of all the awful people in it aspiring to be therapists including the teacher.

Ahahaha, what IS it about undergrad abnormal psych professors? Mine said he wouldn't touch clinical practice with a ten-foot pole, and told a story about how once a student told him she had schizophrenia, and he knew that she was lying because obviously nobody with schizophrenia could actually manage to attend university.

(It's seriously untrue. I've had both friends and clients with psychotic disorders who succeeded in university. He was being an ableist bastard. Like, I know psych students can tend to over-identify with a disorder they're studying without actually having it, but that doesn't mean no psych student is ever entirely correct about their deal.)

Okay so, BPD. The thing about BPD is that it requires a special skillset that does not come standard in most clinical training. If a therapist who doesn't have that skillset tries to treat someone with BPD, the therapy will not be very effective and the process will be very frustrating for both them and their client. To be very frank, it's just as true that ordinary therapists are bad at treating BPD and don't like feeling stupid, as it is that people with BPD are hard to treat.

(And training to deal with people with BPD clinically is often not included in grad school education. DBT training is expensive and they won't accept you unless you have an adequate clinical placement.)

Also, part of dealing with BPD in particular is... people with BPD often have trouble seeing authority figures with anything more nuanced than "adoration and compliance" or "fear and loathing". As a therapist, you're signing up as an authority figure. Part of the work means letting your client express all their feelings about you, and helping them work to something more nuanced and sustainable, like, "I am furious and enraged that I'm in pain and I wish my therapist could take that pain away, but I realize that's not within her power. I have to admit that she's not being an evil villain here, so I can feel my resentment but let it go."

Which can be stressful to deal with, as a therapist. You have to live with a lot of hurt and anger and rage headed your way, and keep your perspective. Be empathetic without getting carried away in those emotions. You have to be able to face that pain and say, "I can't take that away. I can only help you learn to bear it."

Basically everyone I know in grad school had a nervous breakdown somewhere along the line because we go to therapist school because we're smart and capable and feel good about helping people, so when we encounter a person we can't help, or are put in situations where we have to stop helping, we tend to have existential crises and end up sobbing in the student lounge about What Am I Even Good For Now. I was lucky because I had a version of that breakdown before I entered grad school, and my therapist warned me to get a new shrink when I moved for my Master's, "Because if you don't need one at the beginning, you'll definitely need one by the end." So I was more equipped to help classmates for whom this was a wholly new experience.

In my opinion, the healthy way to approach the problem of A Person You're Not Good At Helping is to practice humility, set reasonable boundaries, recognize the limits of your competence, and see where you can learn and grow. But many therapists and helping professionals use what I consider to be an unhealthy approach, labelling such clients as "defensive" and "resistant" and "hard to treat" and blaming them for the difficulty.

Which like, I get that "practicing humility" is like "doing exercise", sometimes you're tired and cranky and don't want to go for a run. Sometimes you just want to blame the other person for not accepting your magnanimous help.

Anyway, within the field of mental health psychotherapy, complex trauma is a unique sub-speciality that many therapists don't want to touch at all. I had many classmates say, "Woof, you're into complex trauma? You must be so tough, I could never." 🙄

(Technically I have the ethical obligation to represent my profession in the best possible light to encourage public confidence in the field of psychotherapy. But I think it's not undermining the profession to admit what everyone already knows, which is that some therapists are oblivious assholes who do bad work. I've seen it, I've met them, I want them to piss off forever. Jordan Peterson is a blight to our names and Phil McGraw can go choke.)

So people who are on your wavelength about BPD and trauma and What Therapists Are For are out there. They're just a little rarer than the usual run of therapists. For what it's worth, I've found they cluster more in areas like complex trauma, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and the Hearing Voices Movement. Next year (knock on wood) I'l be going to a conference on the treatment of complex trauma with a friend, and this sounds weird given that it's a weekend all about child maltreatment, but I expect it to be a blast, because I'll get to be among My People, talking about the work that fills our souls.

I really wish that as an undergrad, I'd spent more time hanging out with Social Work students, and going to conferences and trainings. Those are where I met some of the coolest people I really clicked with. And in grad school, I had the extreme pleasure of meeting other people who were a lot like me. Those friendships were especially rewarding because as skilled helpers, we ended up playing a game of Needs Chicken, where each tries hide their own needs and caretake for the other, which finally ended up in a standoff where we had to agree to put down our caretaking skills and just be honest about what we wanted, even if that felt new and scary and raw.

Little rant bcs i feel like we should just start gatekeeping the show LMFAOO

The Audacity you must have to go to someone's post about a certain fandom just to shit over their content claiming they "ruined the show" even tho they've liked it since the first episode came out and are actually making an effort into creating fun content. Even tho u don't make a single effort into contribute to the fandom nor u are part of it ✋💀

It's kinda annoying how everyone goes "OMG u guys were my Childhood 😭❤️😭❤️❤️😭" when the kratt bros or the wild kratts account posts anything on tiktok but when ppl wanna give the show more recognition by making content or fanart, you get acused of being a poser by the "oG fAnS" that don't EVER bother about it's existence until someone big mentions the show like??? If u like the show ur happy to see more people are getting interested in it, don't u? But what happens istead? You get some dumb ass with "oh You know this band? Tell me the names of all the members, all the songs and the baterist's dog's name or ur a POSER" vibes when you're just trying to have fun and actually create fan content of something everyone else just remembers like one time in their lifes, they post the same idea of "like if this was ur Childhood" or "who remembers this show??1!2!2!" To never talk about it again. Those videos being so praised while original content only gets recognition from other ppl who are actually in the fandom makes me think that all of them only remember they liked it when it makes them feel superior from the others, kinda like when some tmnt fans from older versions feel like they're better than Rottmnt fans because Rottmnt is a "new version"(Even tho 2012 is also a reboot but that one is like the bible to these bitches), and, aparently, being a new show makes liking it an insult to the grown ass adults who claim to have liked them since the first comics and enjoy to bully minors that just wanna have fun with a show or franchise they enjoy🚶

- Samuel isn't the type that necessarily loves kids, however that doesn't mean he necessarily hates them. He wouldn't know how to react if his partner says they are pregnant or want to adopt. - or anything of the sort! - He would react in a polite and pleasant manner, but the heaviness wouldn't shrink in until a few weeks or month.

- Not going to lie, he would prefer a son over a girl. It's not that he is sexist, it's that he is afraid that he would kill whoever hurts his little princess, which would scare and distance her.

- However, he doesn't mind what the end result is, he would just want to be a good parent because he never had an actual good one. You would expect him to have the mentality of 'I suffered, so why shouldn't they?' But he truly doesn't.

- He would absolutely be lost with babies, but would be very willing to learn about how to take care of them. He would surprisingly smile at them a lot, and even speak in a babying voice. Big scary gangster has a heart.

- The crying would sometimes drive him crazy, but he would absolutely never take it out on the baby, just try to learn which cry means what exactly. If it goes on for long, he might as well cry too.

- He would absolutely never trust anyone expect his s/o with holding his baby. That's his baby, whoever hurts it will die. He has set his mind on that long ago, truly. He had a terrible childhood, he won't let that happen to his own kid.

- People are absolutely not allowed to be loud around his baby, or even smoke around them. He would go out of this place to protect them, but maybe be a little tense during it.

- Honestly, when he would be around his family, he would be very very vulnerable. It would be his special safety net, and his weak spot. He wouldn't try to show that though, so people don't hurt his family, he can't let that happen.

- He still wouldn't become a full on softy though, but when he is around his baby? Lord! He has a whole personality change. Samuel who? There is only SuYoung's dad here!

- Ah, did I mention? He would want the baby to have a name that starts with an S. It will either have Seung in it, but even if not that, it will definitely have 'Eun' in it. If that's not an option? Y'all are going to look at baby-name sites at 2 am. The! baby! needs! a! name! that! starts! with! an! S! Seriously, if the child is adopted and has a name already, it will just become their middle name. Samuel will not chill out.

- However, whatever happens, the child will either be his Princess/Prince/Snowflake. He will probably buy a lot of things that will make not only having a baby easier, but having a baby life easier. As in; Both the child and the parents will have it easier.

- Samuel would absolutely love to dress up his baby in ridiculous clothes, like a baby overall with a hoodie, that just makes them look like a big carrot. He would just take pictures of them, but dress them back up in normal baby clothes, to not make the baby uncomfortable.

- What he would love as well is to take pictures with the baby, and record important moments. Like first words, learning, saying first word ect. That baby would probably become the most important person in his life.

- Absolutely not going to lie, Samuel is the kind of person who would love his child(ren) way more than he loves his s/o. Sure, it's great to have a loving s/o, but his son/daughter/child? They are top priority, he is responsible for their birth, and he will make them have the best living experience possible. He isn't going to put them through what he went through.

- I think he would also feel very loved. Especially if the baby falls asleep on his chest or tummy, he would definitely feel like he is a good dad. He would just be proud 'hey! i created that! It's beautiful and lovely!'

- Sammy is also the type of person that would peck his baby since he loves them so much. Please don't think of anything sick though, it's pretty normal and a lot of parents do it. However, if the baby hits him or pushes him away due to uncomfortable, he would of course stop and stay with hugs. It's just that his monkey brain would go 'woah!!!!!!! princess/prince/snowflake!!!!!!!!!!!'

- Talking about hits, babies hit people since they are developing and don't know that it's not fine. Whenever he would get hit by the baby, he would stay totally calm. He would kiss their little hand and kindly say that hitting papa/dad isn't nice. He would find it quite adorable, actually. He would probably have a hard time to not laugh if the baby bites his nose even.

- He would absolutely be the best dad. He would feed the baby, bath the baby, change diapers, cut their nails so they don't scratch themselves! Literally best dad.

- Maybe, if in the future he will be on good terms with Eli, he would even ask for advice. He is a good dad, and that includes admitting that he doesn't know everything, and he needs help.

kiddo big baby life

- Samuel would honestly be the kind of dad other kids are jealous for. They would want a dad like him, you know? But at the same time, they would all respect and fear him because if they hurt his little baby? It won't have a happy end for anyone. Samuel wouldn't need to raise his voice or hand for that to happen.

- Samuel would always prepare bento for his kiddo, and definitely even make them breakfast. No matter how picky they are, he would try to make the food they ask for. However, he would never let them eat in bed, unless they are sick.

- Talking about that, sometimes he would pick up his kid from school earlier than he is supposed to, either because he feels like his kid doesn't want to be there, or just because he wants to make family memories. He would also lie to the teachers.

- Also! 'Hello' and 'Goodbye!' hugs and cheek kisses are a must. Samuel is not an affectionate person, but both him and his kiddo would agree that they should always do that. Also, 'goodnight' and 'good morning' forehead kisses are a must too. He does it because he loves his kid, but also because you can never know when will you see someone for the last time. He would never say that out loud tho.

- He would do it even if he is mad, but when he is mad he would be scary. Not because he would get violent with his kid, but extremely silent. The kind of silence that screams disappointment. Funny thing is though, he would be like that exactly to not turn violent. He doesn't trust himself, so he has to control himself. It wouldn't happen often tho.

- He would be a little strict, but nothing too much. Just general healthy strictness. Like no chocolate after 6pm, limited tv time, children lock on the tv, computer ect. He is protective, but not overwhelming.

- If his kid would as a lot of questions he would be fine with that. He would just look at it as an opportunity to teach them, so he would answer all in an appropriate way. Also, hey, at least he can teach his kid that cheating is disgusting.

- Talking about that, he would be terrified of becoming like his dad. So even if he wouldn't love his s/o after a few years, he would still keep in the relationship and hide his feelings so his baby can grow up in a happy environment. He would never cheat though, so that's that.

- He would still be a good dad though! He would be happy if his child has independence and his own interests. He would let them pick their clothes, but also choose aesthetic matching outfits for them.

- Also, Samuel wouldn't really care what their sexuality, gender, religion, style and thought manners are, as long as they have morals and don't have disrespect in their heart. He values respect a lot.

- Also, he would teach them to be polite because that brings them far in their life. However he would also teach them to never do what they don't want to. Seriously, he would at some point teach his kid to remember the quote that says "The hill that you carry was only supposed to be climbed"

- He would also like, be chill if they fight. Teacher calls in that his kid fought? Cool, he would calmly tell the teacher to watch out properly next time. At home he would ask how they stand and hold their fist while fighting. To teach them how to do it properly.

- He would probably also prefer to have them in a fighting class of some sort. He would list multiple material art styles, explain the rules and ask his kid if they would be fine to go to at least one. It's not that he wants his kid to be violent, but he wants them to be able to protect themselves.

- HEALTH IS TOP PRIORITY!! Sammy is the type of dad you can tell anything to because he won't judge. That includes health and mental health, he would be careful and set up a comfortable mood. He wouldn't be ablist at all and just take care of his kid the way he is supposed to.

- Also, when the kiddo needs to get a shot or their blood taken, he would be next to them, holding their hand. Softly talking to them so they can get through it. He would also praise them, probably buy stickers and ice cream.

- He also absolutely wouldn't mind spending money on his kid. Their room would look like a dream land full of plushies.

- The support in this house would be above the roof. His kid likes painting? There is a whole art room. His kid likes biking? There is a whole biking day each weak.

- He would also help the kiddo study, although he wouldn't always be the best. Samuel didn't get rich by studying after all.

- He would also teach them stranger danger, and have a secret word with them that means 'something is wrong, please come here and help me'.

teen ��

- He would probably stop babying his child when they become 14, but that doesn't mean he wouldn't be affectionate! He just wouldn't want to embarrass them.

- Not going to lie, he would hit his kid if they do something big enough to deserve it. For example, if his kid would willingly do drugs - forced is something different - he would definitely hit them. Or if they hide smoking, or smoke in general. It wouldn't be abusive, or a daily thing. He would only use if necessary. He saw how those effect people, and he experienced how bad smoking is, he would have strict rules and he wouldn't let his child go through it. They will either choose the easy way, or the hard way.

- Do not misunderstand though, he won't get mad at every single little mistake. He would be a smart parent, just a little stuck up to his own views. He would tell them that he would rather get a call from them saying they snuck out and need to be picked up than a call from the police that his child is dead or went missing.

- Also, he wouldn't tell them what they should wear or not, but he would always make sure to put something in their bag that they can cover themself up with incase they are around someone that makes them uncomfortable incase their outfit shows skin. The gender wouldn't matter, as he is not sexist.

- He would be supportive with whatever their dream is, but would make sure to tell them that dreams can change and that they should make a back up plan incase it does. He is just realistic.

- Talking about that, he would make sure that his kid has a safe to work at next to him incase they want that. He wouldn't force them, but he would like to be a good role model.

- Funny enough, he would know how dumb teenagers can get. His worst fear would be his kid becoming as dumb as him when he was a teenager. Literally, he knows he made bad decisions and let his worth be measured by others, and he wouldn't want his kid to be like that either.

- He would also be fun though, he is the type of parent you can have inside jokes with. He would sometimes not laugh, as he is used to kids saying dumb stuff, but if it's a good joke he definitely will just have a great time with you.

- He is a proud parent too! Literally, even if his kid is a dumbass or a himbo, he would love them and their achievements whatever those may be.

- Absolutely wouldn't know slang, but would still attempt to joke around and do it. It would be fun because he would use words incorrectly.

- A must is definitely teaching his kid about life. In how to view humans, how to treat them and that he should understand that everyone is different.

- Samuel is the type of dad that knows his kids every interest, but not because he is pushy but because they feel comfortable talking with him. It would make other parents jealous for sure. He doesn't understand though, he thinks it's normal.

- When it comes to dating, he wouldn't be a helicopter parent. However, he would teach his kid to not just trust anyone and choose wisely, also, to always have protection. Let that be pepper spray or condom, it works in different situations. Poor person who dates his kid tho. They would constantly get looks that say 'I am watching you, better be careful.' He wouldn't be watching.

- Well, there would be CCTVs around the house though, so if they come home drunk, or past their bed time he will know. And wait. It's not that he would scold, it's that he would have a serious conversation.

- He would still do fun things with them too though! Like having bike fridays, vacation weekends, movie marathons ect. He would be a mix up a lowkey fucked up parent and a mix of the fun and loving parent that's always there.

☘️ Pt 3. AgedUp! Sorcerer! Junpei. AU where everything is fine and nothing is wrong.

☘️ (I think Tumblr ate a message i sent you last night i realized Junpei proably would become a closet marine biologist after Moondregs came along seeing how they are a giant ass jelly fish, so here is Junpei and reader on an aquarium date.) (not me spending over an hour looking up an aquarium in Tokyo to make sure this is accurate)

☘️Junpei finally had just decided to turn off his phone after it continued to ring. When he turned it on that morning, your body still curled into his, bracing himself for whatever awaited him. Which turned out to be 50 messages from Yuuji, 30 from Nobara, 60 from Gojo-sensei (seriously this guy), one from Megumi which just read "Did you have send THAT at midnight to my boyfriend? I had been trying to sleep." and an near uncountable number of calls and voicemails. How much they all cared about him and his sex-life was both enduring and concerning. Leaning more towards concerning. They had become his family after the death of his mother, a role they took far too seriously. But it did bring the biggest smile to his face while making his heart swell.

In the end he responded to them as simply as he could including apologizing to Megumi. You still slept on, eyes shielded from the sunlight that streamed into the flat by the shared blanket and his chest. Almost as soon as he sent the message to Yuuji there was a response.

So when do we get to meet them?

Soon, I haven't told them about anything. They only just found out about the scars last night.

Oh shit. How did that go?

Better then expected, its hard to explain over text. But they ended up saying "I love you"

Junpei shook his head. Yuuji was a ball of sunshine made human even if Sukuna was more a blackhole and arse. It was a wonder that Yuuji had enough sunshine to deal with that, his dower boyfriend, his strange big brother Choso, and Junpei as his bestfriend. But somehow he did. Putting the phone back down he looped both arms around you and held tightly. Though Junpei had been feeling lighter recently. Somethings did dull in their aches with the passage of time. Having something new and bright to focus on helped blunt the edges as well. Not to mention seeing and hearing how you felt about the scars lifted him up higher. You stirred faintly a mewling cry escaping like an exhale. He shifted slightly to see if you were waking up or still sleeping. Blurry eyes looked back at him.

"Good morning."

"Only if there is coffee in my near future." You kissed where shoulder met neck nuzzling in when he shivered.

"If you want coffee I'm going to have to let you go and your going to have to get off of me." He sighed while raising an eyebrow.

Nipping at the sensitive skin before you slipped off him but still tucked close. Reluctance to move and not to just continue to lay in this moment was a weighted blanket on you both. Till his stomach growled. Now there is moment of mortification when your laying in bed with your new lover and they hear that you do in-fact have a body and it makes noise. With a deep shaky sigh he braced himself for what he didn't know.

"I'm hungry too." You murmured against him.

You continued to surprise him. He let out a gentle laugh and kissed the top of your head.

"Well I'll make you breakfast too then. How are your legs feeling now?"

"Better I'm sure I can stand on my own now, if you want help?"

"No its fine. I want to spoil you this morning."

"Keep talking like that and I'll never want to leave."

"That is the master plan." This time he kissed your lips. Both of you setting aside the minor horror of morning breath to enjoy the remembered contact.

Breaking away Junpei got up trying to remember where his boxers had ended up the night before. The floor was cold and he thought about finding socks. Still he got up and went to the hallway kitchen to turn the coffee pot on.

"Do you have any plans today?" You called.

"Not really do you?"

"No. But I'd like to spend more of it with you." Surprised Junpei turned to you with smile, enjoying the blush across your cheeks while you sat up with only the blanket around your shoulders. He continued to set up the pot measuring out the grounds. Hiding a spreading blush of his own.

"I have a pass for the Aquarium in Sumida, is that something you would be interested in?"

"I've never been but it sounds like fun. You must really like the ocean if you have a pass at the Aquarium."

You had no idea, once he had gained Moondregs he had become a little obsessed with jelly fish and then the ocean as a whole. Next to him the coffee started to pour.

"I think its beautiful, at just a glace its so peaceful but the longer you look the more power you see within it."

"That's a beautiful way to put it. Now I really want to see it, but only if you promise to share with me your excitement. Your so cute." He tried to glare at you while pouring coffee into two mugs. Your smile like a thousand stars took away any power it would have had.

"Cream or sugar?"

"Just some cream, I like it strong." He fixed the mugs till it looked right hopefully and brought them over. Sitting back down he handed you the mug.

"Thank you." You pressed a kiss to his shoulder before taking a sip. "Well if you make breakfast I can get ready and then clean up while you get dressed."

"Sounds good. But I will admit I love you like this." His eyes roved around the shapeless blanket knowing under it was your body which was so new and yet beloved to him. Raising an eyebrow you slipped the blanket off. Sucking in a breath and putting his mug on the table Junpei turned to taste the coffee on your lips. Both of you forgetting everything else.

It was hours later before you both stood in the aquarium. Junpei had instantly tugged you towards the jelly fish. The large tanks on the floor and walls almost made it seem like you were surrounded by the creatures. Excitedly he started to point them out and explain everything he knew about them. For your part seeing the excitement in his eyes and how he seemed to glow as he talked made you fall harder for him. There was so much joy in his actions and how he spoke it was hard not to be effected by it.

"Sorry I'm probably boring you." He smiled sheepishly before pressing a kiss to you forehead.

"I'm enjoying myself, and I love seeing how excited you are." Leaning into his chest, a comforting bliss in the simple act.

"Let me show you my favorite place." His hand tangled with yours.

From the Jelly Fish exabit you moved to Ogasawara Large Aquarium. The back of it, the aquascope, with it small windows and rounded walls left small areas to be able to watch the fish and sharks swim past relatively undisturbed by others. Holding you tucked to his chest while his head rested on your shoulder Junpei began to almost doze with the happiness and warmth buzzing though your bodies.

"Hey don't be falling asleep on me. My legs are still sore and I have no idea how to get home." You whispered in his ear.

"Fine. It's not my fault your so comfortable." Kissing your neck before standing back up still holding you close.

"Flirt." He loved how you shiver at the contact. "This has been an amazing date, we haven't even left and I already want to come back."

"Then come back with me, let's repeat the day tomorrow."

"Including how we woke up?"

"Especially that part." Nuzzling your neck, desire growing bright.

"I like that plan. On our way back can we get something sweet?"

"I already have something sweet." He whispered before nipping at your shoulder a place he had to recently learned was ultra sensitive. Your shiver and laugh was better then sake. Tightening his arms he closed his eyes taking in all he could of this moment hoping that it held the promise of a future overflowing with more moments like these. ☘️

as someone who’s majoring in marine biology- it makes me extremely happy just to think that junpei would also love sea life. Also, I think it’s canon that he likes ocean related stuff (idk tho I haven’t googled it)
