One thing I will always love about The Winchesters is how petulant it is about its romance parallels. It really is knocking you over the head with parallels to Dean’s feelings in particular.

The show is built around the choosing—the running your own race despite your circumstances.

yasu & kasen for @tricoufamily's duo challenge dynamic - sugar relationship genre - realism yasu (45) - angry, kind, boisterous dark blonde + short hair birth mark, long face, scars kasen (24) - nervous, jealous, gloomy your choice + extra long hooded eyes, big ears, freckles a little backstory for them, yasu comes from a very rich family but decided to work as an english professor at a japanese university that kasen attends. yasu made the mistake of attending a party his friends invited him out to a bar where he got a little too drunk. kasen was walking home from the train station when he stumbled upon a drunk yasu slumped on the sidewalk and took photos of him. he noticed yasu had an expensive brand bag and belt on him so he later threatened to send them to the school the next day unless he started paying him a weekly allowance. i didn't notice till after that i gave them both big ears & freckles but here we are, i love them sm. i might do this again~

I think s9 human Cas should’ve died for a little bit and actually made it to heaven and we should’ve gotten to see his very best memories, which consists of random peaceful moments in history mixed with the times spent with his friends, his chosen family, with his Dean. The main one being in purgatory. The liveliness of a day in a forest on earth that Castiel was tasked to guard thousands of years ago contrasted with the eerie silence of a night in purgatory watching over Dean while protecting him from the various beasts lurking around. The little moments of peace and happiness Cas was able to find in both situations that makes up parts of his heaven. And I think Dean should’ve seen said heaven and remembered how it was the night before Cas let go on that cliff in front of the portal and thought about how Cas never planned to keep that moment, that experience being with Dean that he’s just realizing Cas must’ve loved so much if it made it to his heaven. And how back then Cas wanted to die but now he’s actually dead. And I think Dean should’ve lost his shit a little.

#this could happen in 9x03 I’m no Angel #but it could happen at other points of the story #and maybe after Cas gets to the bunker. and he gets to stay because Dean insists so because he just um fucking died.#and then. the bed. the…the…the bed…#the two nightstands…the cross…the empty bed side…#Cas GETS TO STAY ON DEAN’S ROOM. AND THEN THEY SLEEP TOGETHER.#and I’m saying like actual sleep because nothing actually happens #(bros being bros amiright)#BUT. Cas dies AFTER that.#so that goes into his piles of best memories too #and then. Dean sees it and the way that scene plays in my head is so eerily familiar BECAUSE.#it’s paralleled with 3x10 deanlisa dream scene.#and the whole time Sam is just standing there and he’s like looking at Dean and Dean is like don’t look at me like that.#and now Dean can’t just lie and be like “this never happened” (like in 3x10 “I’ve never had this dream before”)#because this is Cas’ memories. it’s real it happened.#and Sam actually looks away like he did in 9x03 when Dean held Cas’ face.#alright thanks for listening.#supernatural #spn #destiel #deancas #casdean #dean winchester #castiel #dean x castiel #reiotalks

I love the idea of Gortash going to some fancy dinner and some people make comments on his weight gain and he gets all sad and after the dinner Cas has to tell him that he looks good that way, and not to listen to haters (hurt/comfort ig? Idk I’m in a sad mood rn) skskskkshdjshs

u know I get the general idea but honestly I can’t see Gortash being truly sad about this really im so sorry😭 I think Gortash couldn’t really give less shits about other people’s opinion especially about his appearance in general, but I also think that if someone loses a comment about his weight to his face he’d just turn it around and manage to make a fool out of them for even mentioning it…. hes a talker ywah… and when it comes to literally insulting him I think both Cas and him find a certain joy in torture and painful demises💜

anyways though while I don’t think Gortash lets stuff like this get to him (general feeling of superiority anyways) I think there’s a very slight sore spot when it comes to comments like… him being unfit to lead with his body nd with him being so “greedy” or whatever if it happens at some dinner. I don’t think he’d ever even bring that up to Cas if it happens, it’d be more of a scenario where he’s a bit absent afterwards and Cas teasingly brings up if he’s really gonna let some peasants get to him like that. followed by some…. “come on you always looked like a mess and people still always feared you” and “if you get so fat you can’t walk I’ll carry you to the throne so you can still have people executed” type of horrendous unintentional ted talk that still hits the spot every time because they’re focusing on equally horrible things😭

Oh my god the parallels of Sam's Hell trials to Jack's trials to kill God and Amara........ I'm going to end it rn. I always sort of thought this because of the similarities in that:

they're a set of trials which are a great burden to be shouldered by one person for the greater good (very much in a classic hero's journey sort of way).

yet despite this, the reason at the heart of WHY they're doing these trials is because of a belief in their fundamental worthlessness or corruption without completing this grand act for the greater good (Sam and his need to achieve purity from the demon blood, believing the trials are purifying him; Jack, thinking of himself as fundamentally corrupt and having fulfilled the 'monster' status he so desperately wanted to prove that he wasn't, believing that killing God and Amara is the only way he can achieve forgiveness).

But now having watched 15.15 and just finding out that Jack's going to DIE because of this and he's known it from the beginning - RAHHHFJDBFIUHRUI JUST LIKE SAM WANTED TO DIE IN THE END. Another parallel and I don't like it, it's a punch to the gut, a knife to the stomach.

I don't know if some of you saw the post calling Destiel shippers the flat earthers of the supernatural fandom.

At first, I felt personally attacked because I have an engineering degree in science, so fuck no I'm not.

Then, I found it kind of funny though, because of how ridiculous it is.

And finally, there is just nothing, NOTHING flat about shipping Destiel, neither Destiel itself. So it's just not possible.

Anyway, I usually don't want to talk about haters, but I just happen to see some posts like that sometimes against my will and I just don't understand how people would want to post hate on this social, any social actually. Like just go mind your own business and let me mind mine. Let me enjoy what makes me happy.
