This is Glade (pronounced like the air freshener brand). She's got more energy than several small children hopped up on a gallon of caffeine each, which she uses to torment other characters. Wreaking minor havoc like a small-time demon gives her a sense of purpose. She would also definitely chug a Big Gulp sized Sprite mixed with hot sauce if you questioned her ability to do it.
