revivedbur and ghostbur headcannons!!!!!!!
cw below for below the cut thingy!
very partial ken-doll style nudity used to show off scars and other featured without coverup. no privates are shown though so no worries
so c!wilbur is the son of a goddess and an angel. making a shapeshifter, a shapeshifter who is very mentally unstable down the line.
he reverts back to bird like features though, especially when he was younger. but now he reverts back to it because of guilt.
though his wing will never grow back, even if he wanted them. because during the making of lmanburg he cut them off. wanting to look as human as he could without shapeshifting.
his legs are meant to look like weird paw bird feet type things. i feel like he now he feels as if he doesnt deserve to be human. as if hes an abomination. but his lack of wings simbolise that he STILL thinks he supirior..
and ghostbur. to contrast revivedbur he wears lighter colours.
i imagine when ghost ur first showed up he was all monochromed. but over time as people started to see him as a different person other then just a ghost version of wilbur, making colour shine through his clothing, only being known as someone different in matirialistic ways. but deep down everyone knows hes just wilbur. hense the gray skin and stuff lol!
as a ghost he foesnt remember the sad upsetting feelings of wanting to be human. only that he used to love shapeshifting into the things closest to him. so as a ghost he chooses to have more sheep like features. with a piglin tail. like friend. and technoblade. but most parts stay human like. similarly to tommy
cw:i talk about transmasc pregnancy very breifly(as a transmasc)
the locket, while its something small to the design is significant. having photo's of two times wilbur was happy. telling sally about his pregnancy. and the begining of lmanburgs start
w/out clothes
funny alt to the locket
the locket photos
funny wilbah image

Wilbur could鈥檝e never, ever brought Tommy back to Utah with him. Because he recognized that he and Tommy had grown apart. His sweet Tommy, his baby brother, had grown up while Wilbur hadn鈥檛 been looking. He had been beaten, and bullied, was killed and was carved into someone new.
Someone who no longer had to relied on Wilbur for everything.
Someone who had been cursed by the people around him, and yet, still looked at the world with so much love and kindness and joy.
Wilbur had been his world once, but now, Tommy had people he loved on the SMP, and people who loved him back, as tumultuous as their history had been. Tommy was healing and he had begun healing without Wilbur.
Wilbur, who had spent 13 years alone with nothing but his thoughts and concrete walls and train whistles that were never meant for him. Wilbur, who had been broken by the people he loved and decided to destroy his world with them still in it. Wilbur, who was still sick and needed help and recognized he could not find that in the SMP. Wilbur, who loved Tommy, who gave his all for his joy, who chose to tear it down when his light was stripped away.
Wilbur, who tried to apologize to everyone he could, so they could have something left of him that was not riddled with craters and covered by ash. Who knew he could not make his everything happy, if he had asked him to come with.
Because Wilbur knew Tommy would say yes.
Because Tommy loved Wilbur, just as much as Wilbur loved Tommy.
And Wilbur not spend the rest of his life, watching that spark of joy slowly disappear from the arid desert heat and loneliness and having to support his ill brother alone. Wilbur could never do that to him. Not to his little Tommyinnit. Not to his Tommy, who had, once, not been quite as angry.
No.
This time, Wilbur鈥檚 solitude was a choice.
A choice made so he could finally, finally. Apologize to himself.
He could not heal in the SMP, but Tommy could.
So this was where they must part.
The next time they would see each other, perhaps Wilbur could finally be content.
So, Wilbur sailed away, on a simple wooden boat, in a thunderstorm at night, and went back home to Utah.
