what's your funniest high story?

Uhhhhhh, not funny but looking back it it's fucking hilarious.

I was going about my normal day and decided to annoy my dealer with getting tabs (LSD) I brought them, went home and was meant to go to a party the next day. My friends told me not to take it because I'd probably kill myself (I didn't fyi), got home texted my mate that I was gonna do it, he told me take quarter coz it was my first time having acid. I took quarter fucking sucked that shit dry and swallowed.

After 1 hour didn't feel shit so I took another quarter after 10 mins didn't feel shit so went fuck it and took the whole thing-

After maybe 5-10 mins I called my dad and it really started hitting, I thought I had a dick and started stroking the air like a little bitch for at least 20 mins (I am a little bitch fucking sue me and sadly I didn't come 🫡), everything started to move and look weird, think I hung up on my dad at that point. I then proceeded to have a panic attack for 5 hours (I just had a deju vu moment guys sorry), I paced around my room for about an hour, breaking my fan, multiple plates, lecturing myself why not to do LSD and probably my mental health- I called my sister and she told me her dog went paralyzed in the back legs and I laughed my ass off and told her I consumed too many red bulls (I was about to die) refused to pee for probably 6 hours if that (I had taken it at 7-8pm at night) I then texted my guy friend and told him random shit coz I was freaking out THEN I called my bsf who literally said "I'm going on a. Little trip, not like you tho" and it made it worse, she then started playing rick and Morty in the background which I could "see" I then hung up on her got a text from my Mom saying "go to sleep" by this point I was gonna jump off a fucking building , I then went to my dog and proceeded to cry for at least 20 minutes while she was asleep, I also texted my bsf and continued to text her before she had to go to work at 2am (she's American so like maybe 7-8am her time) I was panicking and being rude but that's fucking besides the point I was fucking hilarious (I was literally shaking and my muscles were contracting) . Texted my friend at 6-7am when she woke up happy birthday and that I was still going to her party~

Had to walk to the bus coz I wasn't sober enough to fucking drive, got onto the bus and to the ferry, god decided that day he was gonna make me cum on a boat (I didn't actually DW it was just the movements) I also almost punched this kid on the face coz he wouldn't stfu and I was angry, got to the party I then proceeded to drink alcohol until I was 6 shots in and had redbull and vodka. I got another bad trip and by this point I hadn't slept for 20 hours so I called my sister and begged her to come pick me up, then uh yeah I went to sleep and it felt like my body was falling through the mattress (don't recommend)

It’s 2210, I have school tomorrow, am in huge amount of pain, buT I CANNOT UNTHINK THESE. Bakugou became my comfort character and so I need this while writing Flame of Healing. LETS GO!

Personally, I don’t think reader would be a hero, but their line of work is still public eye(I’m thinking modelling).

Also we are going with the Soulmate Au where their name is on your dominant wrist.

Also also, like Flame of Healing, reader has a regenerational which can turn the users hair to a green fire.

Also also also, again, like in Foame of Healing, Reader’s mother is a pro hero named Phoenix.

You see him at the UA sports festival and see him as a mutt.

“I don’t care if he has the same name as my Soulmate Ma! They had to put a muzzle on him!”

Even if your mother and you disagree on him she still puts in a offer for him to intern with her. She isn’t surpised he didn’t choose her she not a top 10 hero and he did win.

When you grow up and become a model you became popular quickly and would often do QnA with fans on Instagram.

It was when you were 19 you started to really follow Ground Zero’s caree and became a fan.

So much of a fan you only agreed to do shoots in his merch.

Ken-Chan’s Fan Event!!!

I basically died and ascended so I’m writing this from beyond this world.

Have a peek under the Read More if you guys are interested in hearing about this fan event! Unlike the Donut Conferences, I don’t think he’s making a DVD of this one.

OK so ken-chan's event was in this little basement cafe with like... 60 people max. Super close quarters, and I saw him and Hiroki and Justin closer than when we were second row at Takato's event. UGHHHHH HE'S SOOOOOO CUUUUUTE They all were, but obviously Ken-chan in particular. Especially with his current longer hair, he looks especially boyish.

At first he just like quietly appeared out of nowhere from the back and everyone was like wait, what? what?? lololol Then he made his way over to the "stage" area and took the microphone to say hi to us, make sure that we grabbed food from the buffet, etc... He actually started the event with circling around the tables and taking photos with everyone (which I think took everyone by surprise because that's usually done last). So he took photos with everyone and was restricted to 20 seconds at each table to chat lol. The staff kept him on-time otherwise I think he would’ve definitely gone over.

I told him it was my first time at one of his events, which made him happy and then he asked me how I got to know about him, so I said Engeki, and then I told him I came from America to watch it and to come to this event and he was happily surprised. He was gonna ask me another thing but time was up! Not much anyone can say in 20 seconds if you’re trying for an actual conversation lol.

For the guest corner he kept giving us clues and I think we all knew who they'd be but everyone was shy so nobody spoke up to guess who. And then Justin and Hiroki came out and there was cheering and clapping~♡♡♡ (There’s a part of me that is deeply amused to have seen Hiroki twice in three days and both times at some other actor’s event where he was a ‘secret guest’ LOL. For not going to an Ino Hiroki event, I’ve seen him quite a bit lately lol) Instead of going to Ken-chan first, Hiroki decided to be a little shit (like always) and he went for the buffet table instead and Ken-chan was like, “Later! You can eat later!”

Ahhhhhh seeing the three of them together like old times was sooo -clutches heart- And they were really happy about it too. Hiroki and Justin hung out just yesterday with Kage-chan to watch the World Cup, and Ken-chan knew about that but he doesn't know anything about soccer. But he actually decided to watch some yesterday and thought Senegal's coach was really cool, and then he said the Japanese goalkeeper was cool and the other two were just like, “yeah.... no comment.” I also don’t know anything about soccer, but my twitter timeline seems to have mixed feelings about the Japanese goalkeeper and I’m assuming Justin and Hiroki don’t really like him lol. Justin had been a guest at a previous donut conference, and Hiroki has gone to one before, and he asked, “How is this any different from a donut conference?” Since this particular fan event is named differently and stuff lol. But the whole theme of this one is to just “relax” so for example, there’s no Kenko appearance, and based on the DVDs I’ve seen, the donut conferences tend to be a little bit more elaborate in content. More like Takato’s event that I saw probably. But this one was meant to be smaller, more easygoing, more intimate.

If there was ever any doubt that the "Today's Third Years" videos were ken-chan's idea, no more reason to doubt lol. The other two were whining about being tired after Engeki performances but Ken-chan would always come up to them with, "So for today's theme!!" Justin pointed out how much thought Ken-chan put into those themes all the time. Hiroki apparently wasn't overly fond of the one where he was the boy catching bugs and Ken-chan was the cicada and Justin was the mantis. Which cracked me up because that's probably one of my favorites and also Hiroki arguably got the best part since he wasn't a bug lol But Hiroki likes to complain tho lol. And still he admitted that because Ken-chan was always so excited about them he'd get into them too, and Justin agreed to that.

Keeping with the Engeki stories: Apparently one time in the dressing rooms, Justin's personal makeup mirror was missing, but his and only his, and he was confused and wondering, “...are they telling me not to wear makeup??” And Ken-chan said, “You could just go on stage without makeup, you look good enough to not need it.” But Justin replied, "Ok but like, Asahi is Japanese. And I have this foreigner face. And I have to try and make my eyes look smaller." So then Ken-chan asked the crowd, “Who does their make-up in the mornings and tries to make their eyes look smaller?” Obviously nobody raised their hand and Justin answered, “Pretty sure it’s just me. Just me.”

English became a topic at one point and Justin admitted he's stopped taking English lessons because he’s gotten too busy to go. That and, "I also realized I could just practice by talking to my family." And Hiroki was like YOU SHOULD'VE REALIZED THAT FROM THE START! Hiroki also wanted to brush up so he recently bought a textbook for self-study, but he said it was too hard. Lots of unknown vocabulary. Then Ken-chan said he actually remembers the first English word he ever learned, which was "sacrifice" and the others were like WHAT A WEIRD FIRST WORD??? But it's because a friend of his from grade school used it kind of weirdly and after he asked the teacher what it meant, he realized better what his friend was talking about, thought it was profound and then remembered it forever.

Hiroki was like, "I kind of understand how you could be friends. He sounds weird like you." Actually Justin and Hiroki called Ken-chan "weird" a number of times lol, like it's his defining feature or something. That and he texts them in their three-person group chat like a “girlfriend.”

He’ll send them selfies and go, "Here's today's Akisawa Kentarou!" and Hiroki is always like dude, what? Or out of nowhere he’ll tell them, "It's cold out so take care and don't catch a cold ok!" And Justin was like, “It's kind of like having a girlfriend.”

For a little question corner someone wanted Justin and Hiroki to say something they liked about Ken-chan and also one thing they disliked. Justin loves ken-chan's bright and warm personality. He feels like Ken-chan gives him extra energy and strength and that he always gets caught up in Ken-chan’s pace. Hiroki loves that when it comes to Ken-chan he can really feel like he cares for each individual in their own unique way. Like Ken-chan is mindful of different people and holds a different kind of love for everyone. WHICH I THOUGHT WAS KIND OF DEEP I DUNNO I GOT EMOTIONAL. Justin agreed and Ken-chan said how happy he was to hear that.

Another question was, if the three of them could appear together in a play again, what kind of roles would Ken-chan imagine for everyone? And honestly it got kind of weird and convoluted, but he assigned Justin to be a monk, and for Hiroki to be someone completely plain and normal. Because Hiroki’s done a lot of different types of roles as an actor and since his normal personality is kind of out there, he thought it would be a challenge for Hiroki to be as plain and as normal as possible. And Ken-chan himself would be like... the bad guy running an evil organization, but then he found religion and converted... but it was a trick... it got weird. Justin was nodding his head and kind of getting into it, but Hiroki’s face just kept getting more and more confused LOL. And at the end he was just like, “What is this?! This would definitely have a bad ending!” ( 絶対バッドエンド！) Justin just went, “Yeah this just all reminded me of how amazing Ken-chan is. He just comes up with stuff like this.” Hiroki was just giving these super doubtful looks, oh my god, he looked so funny honestly.

When the guest corner wrapped up and Ken-chan said goodbye to them, he tried to kiss Hiroki’s hand as he shook it, and Hiroki was just giving him the funniest stink-eye for the next two whole minutes as he slowly, slowly backed off from the stage area lololol. (Again, HIROKI IT’S NOT LIKE YOU DON’T TRY TO SNEAK SMOOCHES FROM PEOPLE, I JUST SAW YOU TRY TO SMOOCH TAKATO TWO NIGHTS AGO; HE’S SUCH A LITTLE SHIT I LOVE HIM).

After that, Ken-chan treated us to a song, and my heart was soaring because I love his singing, and he picked such a sweet song with sweet lyrics, and UGH. I need to see him live in a musical someday. He was all nervous before he started too, saying that he was bad at singing and everyone in the room just VEHEMENTLY shook their heads like WHAT ARE YOU EVEN TALKING ABOUT?!?! But the space was small and he wasn’t on an elevated stage at all, so I’m sure the intimacy of the setting made it a little more nerve-wracking singing a solo song in front of 60 people.

Then for his good-bye message he thanked us all for supporting him and for making events like this possible. He even gestured to me where I was sitting and said, “Even coming all the way from America! She’s here from America, everyone!” and the other girls did the “Ehhh???” thing at me and OMG I just kind of bowed meekly. But then another girl in the front raised her hand and said she was from China studying abroad, and Ken-chan was all, “I’m global! Global Kentarou!”

Then for the send-off, he would shake our hands and try to spend at least another 20 seconds talking to each of us as he gave us our individual good-byes. If you ordered his donut conference DVD, there was the option to have him give you your copy at the end of the event, so obviously I did that lol.

He also prepared these little handwritten cards for everyone with small felt roses attached, so I now have a handwritten card from Ken-chan~

When it was my turn, he took my hands and shook them and thanked me for coming all the way from America to see him. He asked me how long the trip takes, and I told him that from Seattle to Narita is about a 10-hr flight, and he was like, “That’s so far!” And then I showed him the donut earrings I wore for his event, and he poked one gently and pointed them out to his friend who was assisting at the event (It was Shouma, who helps him at every event I think) and was just like, “Look at her donut earrings! They’re so cute!” And then he complimented my Japanese, wished me a safe trip home, and held my hands again (how do I ever wash these hands again?) and said, “Have a nice day!!” and I dunno. My heart just like... melted. Also my gift for him this time was a black shirt that has “have a nice day” embroidered on it so it was also a bit... not deja vu, but ANYWAYS. I’m so proud of myself for not tripping up the stairs as I left because oh my god the euphoriaaaaa~

My photo with him is going to be one of my most prized possessions forever probably.

Oh! Also the three of them made a video after the event (x) but since Ken-chan and Hiroki are “graduated” from being Karasuno third-years, it’s not titled the usual “Today’s Third-Years.” Now it’s “Today’s Adults... or wannabe adults anyway”

The last few of my college lessons happened almost a full month after graduation occurred.

This weekend was a big a weekend. My birthday is June 6, and so this weekend was my “birthday weekend” if you will. And Pride so happened to also be going on in DC.

So I got a hotel room with my friends (Eddie, Ryan, Yasmine, Crumley, and Lauren). The parade was on Saturday, the festival on Sunday, and we had night life events to go to both night. This weekend ended up not being what I expected. We didn’t make it to the parade until 6, and didn’t even hangout for very long before departing. We ended up skipping the festival all together. Friday night I cried over some guy that didn’t see how great I am, and Saturday night I ended up talking to a pedophile on accident (long story).

But at the end of it all I realized something. I fucking love my friends. I was stressed, disorganized, and a little bitter that my two other friends (Mike and Zyanya) didn’t bother telling me anything / bailed. We’ll get to that though.

But regardless of the weekend I had fun. I had people in my corner. We danced. We ate. We spent time with one another. But the funniest thing is I think I had more fun with Eddie and Yasmine when we got coffee and hung out after.

We talked about Yasmine’s friend problems, and Eddie’s family, and I realized something. #1 I had been so fixated on my own problems/sadness/loneliness I wasn’t invested in my friend’s lives. I used to be the person people came to. The person who would always be an empathetic listener. And throughout this year my insecurities and high expectations made it so that was less of an aspect of my personality.

Secondly, the small moments and exchanges will most likely always matter more in the long run than the parties, the alcohol, and the big events. Never underestimate how a small, meaningful conversation can ultimately change the entire trajectory of your friendship.

Now to get to Zyanya and Mike. I’ll hit Zyanya first. Z has a lot of shit going on in her life. And it’s been frustrating being her friend here lately because it seems as if every aspect of her life is consumed by emergencies that she has to address. It made it so I felt like I was losing her as a friend. Then my birthday rolled around. Eddie and I ventured to Charlottesvile and got lunch with Zyanya. It was so organic. We were back to where we had always been. So thirdly, don’t easily give up to the people you love. And you’ll think you love more people than you do. But you have a solid 3 or 4 that you know you just cannot let go.

Mike. Mike is probably the biggest part of this story. Mike was supposed to meet up with me for pride for my birthday. He didn’t come to the parade. And he refused to buy tickets when we planned for that because it “wasn’t his thing”. I usually would put up a fight because I wanted him to be a part of the full experience, but I have learned throughout this year that you cannot force people to do things they don’t want to do. You can encourage them on the basis of hanging out with you / spending quality time with you and hoping that’s enough. But for some people it simply won’t be.

Well the kicker is Mike went out Saturday anyway. He refused to come with us, but ultimately changed his mind. I was pretty frustrated on the basis of him already skipping the parade, and not meeting up with us. And the idea that he had kind of done this throughout the entire year. I got drunk. Sent a text message saying my frustrations, and telling him exactly what he sent me when he refused.

He ignored it.

We didn’t hangout Sunday either. More frustrating. Here we are, someone I thought I was close to lying about the night activities and then ignoring me because he doesn’t want to address conflict. So here’s the text convo:

Shane: Uncool not texting me back and uncool not spending time with me on my birthday weekend / possible one of the few opportunities I have before Seattle. But whatever man just figured I would tell you.

Mike: Shane...My Dude...I went to town and had an incredible time. You would’ve hated it. I didn’t want to interrupt my bliss to respond to the negativity. I had planned to meet up with you Sunday but after that text I didn’t really want to so I did what was best for me and continued doing my own thing. I am sorry that I missed your birthday weekend. This was my first pride and I lived it for me, hope you did the same.

I was infuriated. I felt like he had blatantly disregarded my feelings yet again on the basis of his own happiness. Not for one second thinking how I was feelinv

Shane: You are one of my most selfish friends, your word means absolutely nothing, and I shouldn’t have expected anything less. I hope you had fun.

12 hours passed.

Shane: Sorry that was really intense. I’m just hurt and really wanted to see you. But that was uncalled for and I do apologize.

Mike: This is something I wrote this morning and was going to send to you in a couple days:

Shane, Believe it or not I care about you very much, which is why I am writing this. Someone has to say it but none of your friends are willing because they fear the backlash. Also this is not about pride weekend, this is just life in general. There world owes you nothing. You are not the center of the universe. You expect everyone to drop everything for you and then get irrationally angry and upset when they dont’t. In that heat, you begin a confrontation. This is draining for you and for the other person involved. You take that one problem and make it a problem for all your other friends by complaining to them, over and over. This builds more negativity between you and the friends you originally had no problems with. This is magnified when you ask for their input on an issue in which they were not originally involved. They will take your side even if they don’t agree with you because they don’t want to be the one you talk about next. In the instances where they do attempt to openly disagree with you, it is often met with a close mind because you are looking for validation, not assistance.

Thos friends, although they still care about you, then have less of a desire to hangout with you because the negative energy begins to feel inevitable. They try to help you reach a more positive place, but eventually come to understand that it is you that needs to help yourself, and there is very little they can do. I have watched this pattern over and over again this past year, but have never said anything because it always seems like you have finally learned. You are very self aware, nothing i’ve said above is something you haven’t already said to me. But I just wanted you to hear it from someone else in hopes that next time you begin complaining you are able to catch yourself and understand that you are only fueling the negative vibes that you claim to so desperately want to escape.

This does not warrant a response, I’m not looking to open a discussion, this is just my observations from living with you this past year. I hope you find them beneficial in the long run even if they are slightly infuriating at the moment. Please know that this does not discredit the fun times we have had together. I truly wish you nothing but happiness.

So that’s a lot right? Right. But he’s not wrong. He’s totally not wrong. My negative energy does manifest itself in a lot of different and uninspiring ways. However - I was pretty solid this weekend in terms of this conflict. I didn’t bring it up often - I was just incredibly frustrated. And honestly there were better instances when this could have been discussed. Not when you bailed on me for the 100th time and almost seem to need to scapegoat you out of the conflict.

Anyway -

Shane: None of the things are wrong in the slightest. I 100% agree. However if we are being honest you do this thing where you will never commit. Whatsoever. You won’t commit to anything or anyone because you are driven on this complex idea of happiness that you haven’t really found yet. This makes small moments of bliss, like you stated above, take control of how you treat other people. Other people you said you were close to.

When you initially stated you were not interested in clubbing, I didn’t argue. We bboth know that in itself is a stepping stone. I realized the idea of going out isn’t for everyone. However after getting over the hump of not seeing one of my really close friends, he skips the parade and then proceeds to go out anyway. And then refuses to respond when I am rightfully frustrated.

So yes I agree with what you’re saying. I get it, and believe it or not I am working on it. But for you to see that i am working on it you need to look deep into yourself and recognize that you do have to do things you aren’t necessarily interested in to maintain friendships.

You have bailed on me throughout this entire year in regards to most things. And we both know if you ask me to do something I would do it with you not because I am interested in said thing but because I want to spend time with you.

So in summary I have a lot to learn, and I need to have less backlash to people’s complaints, frustrations, whatever have you, but I need people to be open.

So thank you for that. But don’t disregard your own faults in having me come to some enlightened truth. Because what you said is soemthing that needs to change, but this weekend, this example in particular is less prominent of a good example than past events this semester because I have been working on it, again, believe it or not.

Prioritize people in your life or you might lose them.

This was an important weekend for me. For me to see people I truly do love. Regardless of how you have felt my toxic energy manifest itself you should have sent this text message before bailing on me and ignoring me. And deep down I think you get that. And luckily enough I didn’t complain about this at all until your message back to me basically disreagrded all my feelings and just told me how swell of a time you had so I still had a really great weekend with the people who did come.

Regardless of if you respond or not thank you for telling me. Eddie and I actually had a conversation very similarly to almost exactly what you just said because I brought it up because I can feel it. I can see it happen. But again, every conflict isn’t based off one person. I perpetuate the conflict to last, but usually I am not the catalyst for it to begin.

Anyway - if this is it since your message dauntingly acted as if we are never speaking again I wish you the best of luck as well.

A lot, right? It’s not that I don’t agree. I still do. I don’t think I expect everyone to give me the world, but my expectations are pretty high because I feel as if I do a pretty good job of being there for people I care about. And in this same light people don’t meet my expectations. Because people love, feel, and act very differently.

So fourthly, have open dialogue. If you need validation. Say that. And fifthly, negative energy is contagious. Complaining and venting are healthy ways to decompress but as is anything only if it’s in moderation. I need to learn to moderate these aspects of myself.

Mike didn’t address the conflict at hand in that he always puts his happiness way above anyone else - even if it means hurting their feelings. I hope that he was able to understand that I did understand big picture, but within this specific weekend he needed to be a better friend. This idea of happiness is going to continue to float around his head, but if he continues to choose his own self-righteous idea of what happiness is supposed to be he will never be happy.
