Wieght gain tip number 2: what should i eat 🤷‍♀️
Now that we talked about the best nutritional intakes to gain weight, both healthy and unhealthy, next next question to ask yourself is: what do I eat?
Now, let's start with you unhealthy piggies first. Good news for yall! You get to have all the fatty and delicious food you want 😋. Now, what is a good meal plan that will last you a week and won't hurt your wallet 🤔
Well any American knows the magnificent super store called Walmart 😌. Now what if I told you this bad boy can get you so fucking fat with only 40-50$ a week?
At 35-50$ a week: you can get around 3k calories per day for 1 whole week
Let's get the fun stuff out of the way. For your morning snack should be light compared to your afternoon snack, I recommend getting fritters. You can scarf down 720 calories with 2 fritters. A whole box of 6 fritters is merely 4 dollars, sooooo you should pick up 1-2 boxes. Your breakfast should be your lightest of your meals. If you want to go the extra mile and be lazy, I highly recommend Jimmy Dean Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissant Sandwiches, each sandwich is 400 calories and one box has 4 sandwiches in it, so once more get 1-2 boxes for the week at this point you've spent between $10-$20 and eaten around 700-1.2k calories so far. It's not bad for a start, but im sure that tummy is still very hungry 😋. So let's move on to some lunch, and I know just the meal that will fill that gut! Starting off with your sides, you should pick up some Great Value Seasoned French Fries. 11 servings per bag with 140 calories per serving and only $3.75. As always, I recommend getting 1-2 bags like usual, of course, the more the merrier 😁. For your main meal, I recommend eating some nice and healthy American made burgers 😋, so grab some patties (recommend 20% fat 80% lean). The All Natural brand sells 12 patties per pack at $10! And if course you can eat a burger without buns, sooooo let's grab some big carb filled buns 😌. Great Value Jumbo Hamburger Buns should be the cheapest and most carb heavy buns you can get at only $2 (although you have to pick up 2 for all 12 patties). So let's have the final snack before bedtime, I think something light like walmart's famous Freshness Guaranteed Frosted Sugar Cookies should do, hehe 😉
In total, this should set you around 2.7-3k calories worth of food, which is more than enough to fatten up anyone under 200lbs

They did serious damage to Lexy’s credit card in the form of a cast iron pan, a pot, basic cooking utensils and a four-person set of dishware before they even made it to the grocery store.
Peter tried not to go nuts there. He really did. But Kon had that empty kitchen! And to be honest, shopping was major wish fulfillment. Even though he knew he wouldn’t be eating all of the food he got way into it. They stocked up on easy freezer food like pizza rolls and fries. They got pasta mixes and jarred sauces and they got snacks and sweets. He even got Kon baking basics. It might take Kon a while to get into his fresh bread era, but it was going to happen. Peter was calling it now. Kon was just that kind of guy.
The last thing he got was meat. Meat and cheese and fresh vegetables. Peter ended up putting back half of what he initially put in the cart because, honestly, Kon didn’t have a massive super appetite and he didn’t know how to cook yet. Vegetables were just going to go bad, so he only got what he planned to use that night. He also stocked Kon up on breakfast supplies- bread and jam, eggs, sausage, coffee and tea and juice.
‘I wish I was staying with Kon to eat this. I’m going to be hungry again tomorrow.’
Peter pushed down that greedy little thought where it belonged. He was going to be eating lunch and dinner with Kon tonight, since they were cooking together. That was already really generous on Kon’s part. He couldn’t ask for more.
The boys ended up making spaghetti. Peter wasn’t the best cook in the world, but he could cut onion and garlic to cook meat in, shred in carrots and zucchini, and add a jar of red sauce to make something nutritionally dense that tasted really good. Kon hovered over his shoulder watching this process and making faux sports commentary. 
“Go away!” Peter shoved Kon with his shoulder, laughing. “Go start the garlic bread.”
“...Garlic bread?” Kon asked hopefully. He seemed way younger than he was sometimes. “You can make that at home?”
“You can, if you get to cutting garlic really small.” Peter tossed him a bulb without looking.
They ate dinner while watching some drama that Kon picked out on a streaming service. “Holy shit,” Kon said quietly after his first bite. He put down the plate and took a photo.
Peter snorted. Kon must have sent it to someone because his phone went off constantly after that.
He wasn’t even done eating their late lunch when he first wondered where he was going to sleep tonight. Peter stared down into his pasta like it might have some answers. When should he leave? What would he say if Kon asked for his phone number? He didn’t have one. He couldn’t give Kon the number to the phone he had on him– he was pretty sure that he really should get rid of it in case someone was tracking him. 
He should ask first. If he directed the conversation it would be easier to be normal than if he was just answering questions. So Peter swallowed hard, made himself smile, and said, “This was fun. Wanna hang out again?”
Kon noisily slurped down some sauce and wiggled in place while he chewed and swallowed. “Yeah, we should!” he agreed. “You uh, free later this week?”
He was jobless and homeless with no other acquaintances. 
“I have some time,” Peter said casually. “I’m kinda busy tomorrow, but the day after? Should I come over in the afternoon?”
“Yeah!” Kon bounced up off his seat for a moment. “We can finish the projects. Or work on them, at least.” He screwed his face up with a thought. “Can I get your handle or number, in case my work pops up?”
Peter’s smile turned fixed. “Actually, not now,” he said as casually as he could manage. “I dropped my phone in water. I just have my Dad’s old phone right now for emergencies.” He didn’t need to add that lie, but what if he needed to pull out the flip phone later? He didn’t want Kon to think that he just hadn’t wanted to give his number.
Kon laughed. “That sucks, man,” he empathized. 
Oh thank Thor, he bought it. 
The fabric was dry by then, so Peter helped Kon cut it out and sew it into place. Kon modeled his new look in the living room and then took approximately two hundred selfies while Peter worked on his project. Kon eventually flopped down on the sofa upside down and started sketching out design ideas. Peter glanced over and saw what looked like a boob window cut into some kind of top.
…Kon would look great in it. Peter didn’t comment. He smiled a little more when he went back to cutting out pieces for his own jacket.
“Smile!”
Peter looked over on reflex and cheesed. A shutter went off. “Can I send that to my friends?” Kon asked, so casually that Peter knew it mattered a lot. “Cassie says no way did I meet someone without her.”
“Go ahead.” Peter gave a thumbs up for reasons even he did not understand. Good thing he wasn’t a weird little guy! 
Kon looked relieved. There was less tension when he went back to looking at his phone. “Thanks, man. You want to think about dinner soon? You’ve been working for a couple of hours.”
Peter had to blink a few times to process that. Oh yeah, he was pretty stiff. He stretched experimentally. “You’re right,” he said, mildly surprised. “Huh. What did you have in mind?”
Kon shrugged. “Pizza?”
Peter hummed. “We can pull that off,” he decided. “We have… two more jars of marinara, one will do. Cheese, the bell peppers- yeah, that’ll work.” He stood in a smooth movement. “Could you get the flour down from where we put it- yeah, thanks.” Kon hovered back down and handed him the bag.
“I meant that we should order it,” Kon said, but he didn’t protest. “You can make pizza? At home?” He was delighted by this new information.
“You can make basically anything at home,” Peter said, because it apparently needed to be said. “Can you look up a pizza dough recipe?” He got out the salt and tried to remember where he’d put yeast.
Pizza did not go quite as smoothly as the pasta had. Kon brutalized the dough by over mixing it and the gluten developed bonds strong enough to rival the Hulk. But it was still edible! Kon was openly delighted with what he had made. Peter stole sideways glances at him, wondering if he should reassure that it was a great first try.
‘..I’m not sure he knows that it’s really tough,’ Peter decided. He said nothing. They watched one episode of Kon’s selected drama before Peter decided it was time to go.
Kon seemed surprised when Peter said that. He blinked at him a few times. “It felt like I was at the tow- a sleepover,” he said self consciously. He forced a laugh. “Yeah. You wanna leave your stuff here?”
Peter looked around Kon’s surgically clean living room and wondered if Lexy’s cleaning staff would throw away his stuff. “Yeah, sure,” he said, because it wasn’t like he had a place to store a project. “I appreciate that.”
He left not much later, making his excuses and backing out into the night with dread that he didn’t want to face curling in his gut. The feeling intensified as he got down to the lobby of Kon’s apartment building.
It was dark out, even with the streetlights on. The air was cold against his face. Peter huddled into his jacket, hand wound tightly around the strap of the bag with everything he owned in it.
At least he knew the time. It was a little past 10 pm.
He needed a shower and to sleep. The gym should be empty now. He could break back in, shower, and then go sleep on the library couch again. Even if the librarian came in early again, he could get a few hours of sleep.
He woke up again to the sound of keys in the door downstairs. This time he woke up feeling much better rested. Peter wandered blearily until he found a clocktower and realized it was nearly 9 am. Nice. He was working on his sleep debt, then. He surely hadn’t spent more than an hour between traveling to the gym, showering, and getting to the couch last night. That was maybe 9.5, 10 hours of sleep?
He left to a new hotel for a breakfast buffet. This one was particularly sad. He had two pieces of peanut butter toast and a glass of milk before he heard the front door staff quietly phone someone else asking if they had any teenagers staying at the moment. He left pretty quickly after that and walked for a while, heart pounding. The police didn’t descend on him with sirens and lights, so he was probably okay.
‘I can’t go back there.’
Later that day, Peter grimaced and took a moment to indulge in burying his face in his hands. He was overwhelmed and he still felt shitty and dirty and gross despite his shower. Maybe it was getting spotted as a homeless teen eating from the buffet? Yeah. Probably that.
He was in the library again, sitting in front of one of the older computers and hoping he'd get a reply from a potential client who had asked for some information. 
Maybe it was a little weird to spend all day in the library. He was on notice for librarians acting like they wanted him to clear out, just in case.
But, assuming no one had any problems with it, why not spend most of his daylight hours there? He could study computer science, use the computers to do his work, and be somewhere temperature controlled for free. They also had pitchers of coffee and tea for free that he took advantage of. 
He was hungry, though. He was always hungry. Maybe it had been a mistake to go to Kon’s house. It almost felt worse to be hungry again after eating everything he wanted two meals in a row. Peter suppressed despair. He was doing his best! He was taking care of himself.
"Is everything alright?" 
Peter shot up and gave a sheepish grin to the librarian. He hadn't noticed her approaching, but he'd been lost in his head. "It's fine," he said. 
The older woman gave him a sympathetic smile. "Well, let me know if there's anything I can help with. It's what I'm here for." 
Oh. Before she could turn away he blurted out, "College!" 
Her face lit up. "Are you applying?" 
"I need to." Peter wrung his hands together. "But I don't know where to start. I want to go somewhere with a strong sciences program but I think I need to go there on scholarship." 
She sat down beside him, an easy smile on her face like this was a topic that she enjoyed. “Do you care about where it is?”
Peter shook his head. “It would be best if I could stay in NYC since I know here, but I’m willing to go anywhere that meets those conditions.”
She nodded slowly. “There’s a few places I can think of.” She hesitated. “Do you expect to be eligible for testing related scholarships?”
“Yeah,” said Peter, who was so good at tests but would probably falsify the results that he needed if he didn’t manage to take tests in time. “I test well. Very well.”
“That’s great! And you said sciences? Technological sciences?” she didn’t glance at his current computer science book, but she didn’t have to. 
“Yes,” he said, not entirely sure what he should be focusing on. Engineering, to build some kind of portal? Astrophysics like Dr. Foster, to find an Einstein-Rosen bridge? He’d have to get his foot in the door to figure out what was going on in the fields here. Shit, he should have looked into that already. 
“And you would be looking to live by yourself, on campus? Or off? With family?”
“By myself,” Peter said, and wow that was depressing. “And whichever way is cheapest.” He cringed as he said it. That felt pathetic too. He wanted to say he wanted to live on campus since he’d be more likely to meet people that way. But honestly, he had no resources, at all. He couldn’t afford to be picky. 
The librarian’s smile was a bit fixed now. “I… I almost hate to suggest it, but have you considered Gotham?” She continued before Peter had to decide whether or not he should admit he didn’t know that university. “It’s a dangerous city to live in, but it’s very affordable, and there’s extensive funding for the sciences and student support services.”
“...Because it’s a dangerous city and doesn’t get many people?” Peter confirmed.
She was doing her best to keep a poker face. “That’s right. They have a brain drain situation at the moment, so the sciences are really well funded. I think you could probably go there with full support, though that might be contingent on taking an internship or job in Gotham after graduation.”
Huh. He considered it. He’d never heard of Gotham, so it had to be a city that didn’t exist back home. But so what? How bad could it be? It was like, Chicago or something? He could handle that. He was Spiderman. He was an Avenger, sort of. So he directed a real smile at the librarian. “If I could get a full scholarship there, I would go in a heartbeat,” Peter said. “Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll look into the university there.”
The librarian patted the side of his chair as she stood up. “Wonderful! Let me know if you change your mind or have any questions!”
He ended up having a lot of questions, actually, once he started looking into Gotham, but he didn’t think, “What the frick is the vampire bat guy about?” was what she’d had in mind.

Dinner Recipe: Carbonara

I'd been afraid of making carbonara for a LONG time because of the egg-yolk sauce. BUT I finally gave it a shot for the first time not too long ago and it ended up being MUCH easier than anticipated!
This doesn't take too long to make. Around 30 minutes.
Cleanup isn't too bad, but you're using at least 1 pot and 1 pan, and you'll need to set bacon off to the side as well.
This recipe says it made 1 serving, but I found it closer to 2-3. It reheated marvelously for leftovers but I don't think it'd freeze well! Tips:
-The recipe I used uses both shrimp and chicken. I made it with shrimp and added mussels to it. You could easily make it with JUST the chicken if you're not a seafood fan! (Not including seafood would be cheaper as well.)
-The recipe calls for heavy cream, but when I made this, we didn't have any. So I used about 1/2 milk and 1/2 cream cheese and it turned out great.
-I do think cooking from raw shrimp is way tastier, but it does take a little more time. SO if you wanted to make this SUPER quick and easy, use pre-cooked shrimp and just heat it up in the pan really quick and set aside. (Don't cook too long or they'll get dry and chewy!)
-Also (and I'll cover this in a general cooking tips post at some point) I tossed in a handful of mixed greens and half a tomato that we had leftover from lunch. It bulks up the pasta nicely and sneaks in the veg.

What I ate today:
Pre run: 2 mini malt loaf bars spread with margarine
Immediately post run: spoonful of marmite peanut butter, mini bag of maryland cookies
2 poached eggs on 3 slices buttered toast, spoonful of biscoff
2 rice cakes, large bite of blue cheese
Gousto box: full portion of salmon puff pastry tart, roast potatoes and rocket salad, dark chocolate kitkat, glass of white wine (tried to resist and failed 😱)
Yoghurt with granola and drizzle of maple syrup
2 squares of dark chocolate
The supermarket shop is due tomorrow so we are really low on supplies in the kitchen and my graze box and marmite cashew nut supply have run out. I don’t know why I made this list other than out of interest. My instinct looking at it is that it wasn’t quite enough with the big run this morning, so maybe I’ll be super hungry tomorrow. I just kind of eat to my hunger cues these days and don’t think about it too much. T would probably have suggested I have a milky hot chocolate in there. I could bear that in mind tomorrow if I’m extra hungry before the food delivery arrives. Eggs on toast is my staple meal.

Daily Check-in - August 13th, 2023 🎀
I forgot to post my check in last night, but here it is! There may or may not be an update for August 14th later tonight, I'm not sure yet. I will be posting an updated goals/habits list today, and an updated workout split layer this week.
Work has been a bit tiring but I am so happy to be back at my original job with my people. I really enjoy the atmosphere where I work. However, I did get a migraine in the morning at work, so that was not fun. I've been keeping up with my routines a bit so I am proud of myself for that!
🩷 What I Ate Today -
Breakfast - Two slices of thick brioche style white bread with slices of cheddar cheese and scrambled eggs.
Dinner - Homemade cheeseburge with two slices of bacon, lettuce, and ketchup, and a side of steak fries.
Snacks - Two cups of coffee with one sweet n low each and French vanilla creamer, one quesadilla
Sometimes, I feel like I've overeaten in a day, but after I type it out, it doesn't look like I've eaten as much as I used to? Being super busy at work also helps with that since I don't get hungry when working and I'm unable to snack mindlessly at work.

I wanted to take it easy aince I have been tired from work, so I chose to do this video, and I really liked it! I had to modify some of the movements as I am incredibly stiff and inflexible, but it felt very nice on the body regardless.

This song is a bit short but super catchy and makes me feel like I can strut myself on a hot girl walk. I really like how just feminine and hot this song makes me feel. I wouldn't call myself a NewJeans stan but they have an amazing discography and 90% of their songs are a hit for me.

Took the attachment style quiz on myself and it is exactly what I thought! I have an anxious attachment style that does lean secure at times given the current situations in my relationship. Also pretty sure I have an avoidant attachment style when it comes to friendships as I have trouble maintaining friendships in general but don't necessarily see that as some grand issue.

The Best Scrambled Eggs in the World
Katy made the mistake of telling me that she thinks leeks are superfluous as a vegetable, and so I'm writing this here as concrete evidence of her being wrong and bad on both a factual, ethical, and philosophical level.
Leeks are fantastic. They're like kinder onions. Here's a recipe I make a lot, as it happens to be one of the only things I can do with eggs that doesn't end up terrible.
You'll need:
One bunch leeks
Maybe like two bunches of green onion? I like green onion
Crumbled goat cheese
Bunch of eggs, amount depending on how much scramble you want
Brown sugar
Red wine vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Butter (For sautéing!)
So what you do first is clean and chop the leeks. You only need the whites of the leeks, not the long leafy parts. I like to cut my trunks (I call them trunks, I think that's funny) into halves so I can slice them better into sort of half-moons. People say you only need the whites of the green onions too, but I use all of them. As I said before, I really like green onion.
So you want to sauté that your leeks and green onions in a pan with some butter. Just an amount of butter. The goal is to get them nice and soft, and while that's happening you should go ahead and salt and pepper them. You should salt and pepper all vegetables as you cook them, just on principle. I go ahead and add some garlic powder and onion powder. You could technically substitute this by adding minced garlic and actual sliced onion, but I tend to stick with what works for me as soon as I figure it out, and it was this.
The thing that makes it special for me is the brown sugar and the red wine vinegar. It sounds crazy, but adding what I feel amounts to making most of a tablespoon of brown sugar (or like three medium pinches) sprinkled over your veggies, as well as a splash of red wine vinegar, adds a really unique depth that I always love.
Once your leeks are sweaty (gross phrasing, but true), you can lower the heat and crack in your eggs. I think six usually makes a good serving for two people if you're particularly hungry or drunk. People are divisive on how they make their scrambled eggs, but I like to crack them in a bowl ahead of time and just pour the whole mixture in for even cooking. That's just what I do.
You don't need to add a fat if you sauteed in enough butter. Mix until cooked to your liking, and then take it fully off the heat and add in as much goat cheese as you want. You could just top it on the plate, but I enjoy mixing a lot in and letting the heat of the eggs melt it.
After that you can just scoop it in a bowl and eat it up. You can also use this as filling with pastry cups or served with croissants. It's super filling and reheats pretty well - but be aware that microwaving it will further cook the eggs.

What happened was, the first time, they were somewhere in rural Colorado, like near the mountains, and Dad had been gone for a couple of weeks on a case, and there was a girl. This girl, let’s call her Maggie, she was over one night in the little townhouse where they were staying, and she’d brought these brownies with her. And the brownies were really good, like objectively very fucking good brownies, fudgy at the center, etc., and Dean was hungry, had been eating mac and cheese everyday for a week straight, or you know, like feeling snacky or whatever, and he was seventeen, plus the girl was hot, and they were sitting cross-legged on the floor in front of the couch and he had sort of a lot of brownies. Like, half a sheet of those things. So good were these brownies he was like, “Yo, these brownies are so good. What’s in these brownies?” and it was all the usual stuff, of course, eggs, cocoa, sugar, etc. but you had to use brown sugar, that was the key. “You get the brown sugar,” she said, “and then you whisk in the cannabutter,” and he said, “A canna what?” And she said, “The cannabutter,” and he said, “Oh,” and as he said that he felt it, his heart banging against his ribs and face warming up, a shiver between his shoulder blades. And she was like, one of those hippy chicks with hippy parents and she and her parents smoked pot together or whatever, like they grew it themselves and made butter and tea and whatnot. And he said, “Oh, cool, my dad and I are really close too. He’s coming back soon,” except he couldn’t be sure if he’d actually said any of that or if he’d only thought it, and he must have been freaking out a little because she put her hand on his arm all fucking solicitous and asked, “Are you okay?” and of course he said yes, because she was hot, plus the roofies had felt different. And when he smiled at her she kissed him and pushed him to his back and got on top of him, put her hands under his shirt. And that was nice for a while, making out and her kissing up on his neck and pulling his shirt off.
Then: the sound of the car, and the girl whispering conspiratorially, “Is that your dad?” And at that point he was shaking and trying not to shake and he said, very seriously, “You have to go now,” like a freaking chick from a movie where the dad chases away all the boyfriends. And then he was vaguely aware of her getting up and putting on her shoes and saying something to Dad on the way out, and Dean thought if he got up he might throw up or something and Dad would find out how fucked up he was. So he just stayed there very still on the floor in front of the couch. Pretending to be asleep so that when Dad saw him he’d just leave him there. And Dad was moving around, taking off his jacket and washing his hands, etc., and Dean could feel him coming closer, to kill him or something probably, his boots making the floorboards creak, until he stood right there over Dean, and then he bent down with a grunt and stood up again, his knees cracking twice. And of course, because it was Dad and he’d been away so long, Dean opened his eyes and looked up, overjoyed to see him, having missed him so much, and Dad held the ziplock with the rest of those brownies up to his face, and he said, “Oh, man,” and just his voice made heat flash everywhere, sent Dean white-hot like a magnesium flare. “Dad,” he said, and Dad said, “Come on, dude. Get up.” And Dean said, “Dad. Dad, I’m so high,” and saying more than three words sent him laughing hysterically that something popped in his neck, or almost, and Dad toed his shoulder, said, “Get to bed,” except even then he didn’t sound super serious, like if Dean could see his face he would find him smiling, because he can tell things like that just by hearing Dad’s voice. And then, out of nowhere, Dad just put his foot right over Dean’s chest, almost straight across, but diagonal a little, with his boot still on, and like, shook him, like you would put your hand on someone’s shoulder and then rattle them a little. And the ridges on the sole were hard and wet from the dewy soil outside, but Dean’s hand latched around Dad’s ankle, over the boot, and then up around his skinny shin under the leg of his jeans, and Dad let him, just pressed his foot down hard. Not hard enough that Dean couldn’t breathe but there, good, like when he’d hold Dean down with his hands on his chest or his back, except even better because he was high as shit and the tip of Dad’s toe was grinding against his nipple, painful almost, but he could feel it everywhere, like this current to his balls, but it wasn’t just that, it was that it was Dad standing there over him, holding him down, watching him, and he made this embarrassing sound, whiny, so humiliating he couldn’t even do anything about it except call out for Dad again, and Dad said, “You’re good,” and his voice was so low it made Dean shiver, because he liked watching Dean and he was watching him now, even spread out pathetic on the floor Dad liked watching him, wanted to watch him even like this, even as he held onto Dad’s leg with one hand and unbuttoned his jeans with the other and pulled his dick out and his balls over the elastic of his boxers and came so hard in twelve seconds flat, even then Dad liked him.

Your OCs have been put on a cooking show!! What do they choose to make as their first dish, who would get eliminated and who would move on?
Tbh I don't watch a whole lot of cooking shows so I'm probably going to make some stuff up (like the dishes made, they're not going to be like anything super fancy elite or anything lol)
Carina Shepherd: Let's be honest she barely knows how to cook and mainly knows snack-type stuff she learned as a kid pre-lab or easy stuff she learned after getting out and teaching herself how to cook. She would try to make grilled cheese, but would add stuff to it to make it a little nicer, like avocado slices and good stuff like that. Would she move on? Well, no... but she tried and that's what matters.
Dannie Karim: They make vegetable and beef stuffed red peppers (bell peppers) (this is actually making me hungry rn lol) they move on.
Silas Petersson: He makes Tex-Mex style taco soup. It tastes really good 🤤 but it's a little too simple for a competition so unfortunately he doesn't move on. Sorry.
Pigeon Ghoul: Sour Patch slaw with red pepper, cucumber, and jalapeno. Of course they don't move on it's absolutely disgusting. (Before you ask yes it's real 💀) adding a picture to make it worse

(Tw ED related stuff under the readmore, this time talking about purging too)
(Don’t worry I’m safe/fine and didn’t engage in any disordered behavior)
So y’all know how I went on a hike yesterday and saw beautiful foresty sights?
Well idk how many calories I actually burned because fuck that, but I was out for a while, about 2.5 hours of actual moving but that involves very slow going on snowy patches. I spent maybe half an hour total with taking pics or stopping for a snack midway, some of that time getting low underneath trees to get closer to the creek (which was very active!).
Anyway, I was SUPER HUNGRY yesterday which is totally fine because 2.5 hours of activity requires fuel.
But today I’ve been having like a really hard time feeling full and satisfied, which is probably also related to hiking. Doubly annoying is that my body doesn’t want protein. Like I had a protein heavy breakfast but needed to pair it with potatoes (which, like carrots, are absolutely not a vegetable 😉) and toast because alone the idea of eggs and a vegan sausage like. I felt nauseated thinking about it.
Now I believe my body is trying to replenish its glycogen and is like “feed me carbs so I can continue to take you on hikes through knee deep snow!” which is fine but I don’t make carb heavy meals. Like they just aren’t in my repertoire of things to cook. And the few I do make that are carb heavy are also still protein heavy- like a turkey bagel sandwich is carb heavy because carbs in bagel, but I also put goat cheese (maybe with avo) and deli turkey on it and have vegetables and dip which I like with yogurt. Even my pasta is more protein heavy because I use lentil pasta (I honestly love the taste). Anyway most of the meals I know how to make and can do without much executive planning will have 25-35g protein in it.
And my body today is just not wanting it. I try, and the moment meat is being cooked, or cooked meat is being prepared, or I even smell the yogurt or milk, I literally feel so sick.
I could just eat carby things alone but something about it ALSO felt wrong- like just a bagel? Boring. Bagel with jam? Also boring. Also, snacky. I couldn’t bring myself to actually make a meal- even like, cutting up fruit I just couldn’t do. It didn’t make any sense to me. So after breakfast I finished an older protein bar I had forgotten about from last week, and then just didn’t eat.
Husband made (quite large) garlic knots tonight to use up old pizza dough. THIS smelled divine. I ate one- still hungry. Second- still hungry. Third- why tf am I still hungry? He only made 6, 3 for me and 3 for him, so I couldn’t have another one. So I was rummaging through the cabinets and remembered all the candy and treats we got on Sunday. I still had some of those, so I finished off the licorice and hello panda cookies (maybe 1-1.5 “recommended servings” left for each), have a couple pieces of fruit mochi, even have some coffee candies and a lychee gummy because they sounded super good. I was sipping water throughout too, as I do throughout the day.
But nope, still hungry. And now I’m craving something salty. Like great I satisfied my need for carbs, but my body is still hungry and is now wanting salt. So I have a couple handfuls of cashews. Keep in mind this is all spread out around 3.5 hours. It’s not all at once. I’m giving myself time to eat, to get it in my body, have my hormones adjust to the new fuel, etc.
Finally, after the cashews, I feel ACTUALLY satisfied and full. Not sick full but like, appropriate full. The full that means I won’t be hungry at an inappropriate time but I’m not over full. No more cravings. Like “move on with your life” full.
But what does my brain decide to do with this? It’s like I’m 19 or 20 again and my brain is saying “nope we can’t feel full, hunger is good, get rid of it.” (Note: I primarily exercise purged, so this little voice isn’t just like throw it up or abuse laxatives, which I also have done, but also “count up all the calories, try to estimate, and then go to the gym and burn it all off, you haven’t gone since Tuesday!”)
It’s just this small little instinctual urge which is likely coming up because stress and new scholastic endeavors and being forced to have people perceive me. Just got me in that old headspace again because of situational similarities.
Also: the fact that it was cashews that did it at the very end is killing me. Like not even after the mochi or the lychee gummy. Something with micronutrients and very very much needed salt because I DO get dizzy without it. Something traditionally considered “healthy.” THAT is what turned ED brain on. It’s literally about how full or empty I feel and how many calories I believe I’ve eaten vs burned in a day. Doesn’t matter where it’s from. Oats or chocolate or molasses or fucking carrots or nuts.
I’m just annoyed that even this far into/past recovery, my brain still goes back ten years when my body literally just feels NORMAL. Ten years into recovery and my brain is STILL triggered sometimes just by *actually feeling fully and completely satisfied.*
Anyway: I’m totally safe, not going to do anything, it was just like this little whisper of old times which I can easily tell to stfu now, but these moments are so rare I forget they exist and when they come back, it’s just a reminder that I will likely always have them trying to peak through stressful times.

The Wasp was worried about turning into normal height or giant height after having giant feast of giant cake when she’s tiny (weight: MAXIMUM! Vore: Nope, Gasses: SUPER MAXIUM!)
Janet was no stranger to self indulgence. In fact, she was addicted to it. On the daily she would shrink down to her tiny size and eat, just so she could feel her belly bloat. She never had to worry about any consequences beyond having some fat tits and a fat ass because of her metabolism while shrunk.
So, on a day like any other, Janet set out a cake for herself. Just a triple chocolate, nothing fancy. After she placed it in a reachable way, she shrunk. In this state, the cake towered over her, about the same size as a 4 story building. It was daunting, but she was hungry.
So she began scarffing it down, taking ravenous chunk after ravenous chunk of moist delicious goodness. She didn't bother to keep herself clean, shoving her entire bust into the cake to get a bigger bite and pressing her hands into it to hold her balance. After only five minutes, she had eaten half the cake. Deciding she was too hungry for savoring any more of this cake, she leaned into it and ate the entire rest of the cake in a single bite. Now, finally, in the place where a cake had once been was Janet's enormous dirty belly.
She was more than ready for her well deserved food coma, before she heard her ID card ringing.
"JANET, we need you, now! I'm sending you the coordinates, just get over here, ASAP!"
"Oh no, Tony sounds like he really needs help... But. But I'm the size of a city block! What am I supposed to do..."
She realized she didn't have much choice, even if she hated it. Tony never called for help unless it was urgent, much less from her of all people. So begrudgingly, she flapped her absurdly huge body over to the coordinates Tony had provided.
When she got there, she could see why she was called. It was the Council of Kangs, all of them. Some hundred plus Kangs were ravaging the city. Janet had no idea how she could even begin to help the situation, until she had a thought. A devious thought. A risky thought.
"An incredibly hot thought..."
And so, with that minimal convincing, she began to grow. First, to her normal human size, but then to her GiAnt-Woman size. Even though she had been miles in the sky, her stomach now touched the ground. Not only that, but it covered half the Earth in her flab. She was red in the face beyond belief, but as she felt the Kangs struggle before eventually all falling limp, she knew she had made the right call. Or at least she thought so, until she realized she couldn't turn back.
Try as she might, Janet couldn't shrink again. This meant the worst possible thing had happened, Janet had just become the biggest threat to humanity, a notion which only got stronger as her belly rumbled like the bells of armageddon across the globe.
She could tell the chocolate cake wasn't sitting well with her, and she braced herself for impact.
*PPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLTHTHTHTHTHTHTHTHPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP*
It was this massive explosion of flatulence that marked the end of the world- no, the solar system as Janet knew it. Her fart had been so massive that the entire cosmos was painted green and filled with the stench of rotting eggs and dead animals. The pure heat emanating off of the fart stopped anyone from even realizing that the Sun had been put out.
Janet's inability to shrink back down meant she couldn't check if anyone on her home planet actually managed to survive the nasal bombardment, but even if they had, she figured life would be irreversibly altered, and so she began looking towards the future.
Towards her next meal, and towards her next fart.
"I always wondered if those rumors about the moon being made out of cheese were true..."

My Three Favorite Microwave Mug Recipes!
Hi, I would love to share some fun and easy recipes with you! Follow along with this blog to find some very tasty recipes.
The first of three delicious mug recipes I would like to share with you is a quick and easy recipe for microwave macaroni and cheese in a mug. For this recipe you will need pasta, water, milk, cornstarch, cheddar cheese, and salt and pepper. 
Ingredients:
⅓ cup pasta
¾ cup cold water
¼ cup milk
½ teaspoon cornstarch
¼ cup cheddar cheese, grated
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
In a microwave safe mug add your pasta and water.
Cook for 3.5 minutes or until pasta is fully cooked.
Strain pasta
Add in milk, cornstarch, and cheese.
Cook for 1 more minute
Stir and add in salt and pepper.
Enjoy!
I love this recipe so much because it is quick, easy, and so delicious. I enjoy that you don’t need too many ingredients and that it can be made in only a few minutes. It is also nice that it is made in the microwave which allows it to cook well without dirtying a lot of pots, pans, and other utensils and dishes.
The second mug recipe I want to share with you is a super yummy recipe for brownie in a mug. For this recipe all you need is all purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, brown sugar, salt, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoons brown sugar
⅛ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon chocolate chips
Instructions:
In a microwave safe mug mix flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, and salt.
Then add milk, oil, and vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients
Add in chocolate chips
microwave for 1 minute and 40 seconds 
Enjoy!
I love this recipe because it is so yummy and sweet. It is the perfect desert because it is easy, quick, and delicious.
The final mug recipe I want to show you is a super yummy chocolate chip cookie in a mug. For this you will need butter, sugar, light brown sugar, vanilla extract, salt, egg yolk, all purpose flour, baking soda, and chocolate chips.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
⅛ teaspoon salt
1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
⅛ teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon chocolate chips
Instructions:
Melt the butter in a mug
Add in sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
Separate egg yolk
Add in egg yolk
Add in flour and baking soda
Add in chocolate chips
Cook for 45 seconds
Enjoy!
I love this recipe because it is so delicious. It is also very easy to make and not very time consuming. It also doesn't take too many dishes which is great for cleaning up.

Welcome back to the second installment offfffff what i eat in a day >o< (hopefully with some pictures)
Again basic TW for mentions of food and thoughts related to food~ also please apply the disclaimer from my last post to this one,, my body is not your body, and please provide it with what you need~/lh
(So generally speaking the last couple of days the night before I’ve kinda sat down a predetermined what i was going to have the next day, big three wise. I’ve noticed this helps me a tooonnnnn, especially since sometimes when i don’t know what to make i can grab something quick and easy, or possibly order in :/ also, I’m prewriting this part at like 4:11 am bc i can’t sleep lmao. )
Breakfast~

Okay, so for breakfast i had/am having right now lol, one egg on toast with cottage cheese, topped with chili crisp. As a side i have some tomato, and some air fried potatoes. Oh, and the dip is ranch.
(I like to put it in this portion plate both because it’s honestly adorable, and because it helps me feel fuller since, as I’ve mentioned in another post, I’m a volume eater. So plating it like this, for me can control my portions and honestly just make things a whole bunch easier because i usually have a problem over serving myself. This will not work for everyone, my portions will not be equal to everyone’s, but i can assure you, i am eating until I’m full and satisfied. Which on that note can be kinda scary. This morning was kinda rough, I wasn’t able to fall back asleep so i kinda struggled with that hunger feeling until around 6 and then just got sick of it, so i made a coffee with protein powder to hold me over to a “acceptable time for breakfast” knee jerk reaction on this thought? Stupid. Like, there’s no acceptable time to eat, you eat when your body needs food. Compassionate thought? You had a bad morning, everyone does. Good thing about it, is even though it might’ve been delayed and you went through some hurdles, you still ate, and that’s a victory in itself. Recovery is a beast, but I’m determined to show it, I’m stronger.)
Snack~

Okay, so snack, some dried pineapple, and saltines with PB and pumpkin pie seasoning. Pretty good honestly 8/10( i ended up only eating eating two of the crackers, but all of the fruit)
(I hated that i was hungry, plain and simple, but i owe it to my body to eat- and it’s not a bad thing to have a snack. Am i internally freaking bc i have no idea how many this or that and- it goes on, yes, yes i am. But, it’s what i wanted, it’s not over board, and in the long run taking care and honoring my hunger now, will prevent a binge in the future. <3 )
Snack~
Piece of habanero cheese, and two of those PB crackers from earlier made into a sandwich(like put together), no pics bc I’m lazy. I’ll do my best to get a pic for lunch tho~
(Today is proving to be a wacky day to say the least, i do want to preface this and say, all my days are NOT like this. But at this point it might seem like I’ll be eating lunch a little later in the day, so im going to have another small snack to tide me over, because that’s what my body deserves, and I’m honoring my hunger >.< for context i have to get groceries delivered because i don’t drive, and they were taking longer than expected- so yeah :/ )

For lunch i had a honey turkey wrap, with a side of sweet bell peppers, chips, and a dollop of ranch for dipping. Super simple, super easy, and super filling. Also helped me battle a craving for fast food, so extra feeling of accomplishment :>
(So groceries finally got here, chaos adverted, lunch has been made and eaten 10/10 the only thing with this meal is just the pure anxiety that feeling full has left. Did i over indulge? No, i ate until i was full, which is perfectly okay and normal. Today really is a day of pushing. My limits and just for lack of better words, being okay with it.)
Dinner~

(For dinner i was having really strong cravings to binge honestly, i think the stress just generally from the day is starting to get to me. To combat this, im going to partake in a coping skill to distract myself, most likely writing :> )
Snack~
PB toast with some type of topping(not sure if i want sweet or savory yet >.<)
(For snack I’m going to leave it as a option for myself, so i know I’ll be full through the night, to avoid whatever this morning was :/)
Drinks~
Protein powder with iced coffee
Aloe coconut drink with a bit of a strawberry peach crystal light flavoring packet
Aloe pineapple drink
Water throughout the day
So that was another complete what i eat in a day, today was definitely different, and 100% more stressful, but overall, I’m trying to create healthy eating habits, and eating healthy is eating in moderation, and i can still do that, and feel happy with my food choices both in a satisfied way, and my body getting what it needs way~

Good Food
Here's a good idea for some food that I just recently tried and liked.
Take some red potatoes and cut them up into small cubes, then throw them into a pan with a shit ton of oil (idc which kind you use, just use enough to cover the entire bottom of the pan), then season with a ton of salt, some seasoned pepper or steak seasoning, minced garlic of garlic flakes, onion flakes (or cut up an onion and use that if you would rather do that), and some rosemary leaves (preferable dried, but whatever you choose)
Let that go on medium heat until the potatoes are brown and soft and smell amazing.
While that's going, grab another pan and an egg. (You can use two eggs if you're super hungry) Put some oil on the pan, not as much as the potatoes (maybe half as much), then crack the egg into the pan on the oil. Season said egg with the same seasonings as the egg, but leave out the garlic and onion. Add some shredded cheese of your choice and some bacon bits, and let it cook. Once the edges turn a slight yellow or brown, flip it, then let that cook.
While the potatoes are going, make sure to mix them up every 2-4 minutes so they cook evenly.
The egg should finish first. Both sides should be a brown color, and if one side isn't brown, you can just flip it and let it go until it's brown. Once it is cooked, though, take it off the pan and put it onto a temporary plate or a cutting board you don't mind getting oil on. Cut the egg into pieces (or just tear it apart cause that's easier). If the egg isn't cooked enough and the yolk is runny, you'll need to make another egg and clean up the previous mess.
After you cut up the egg, move it into the bowl you're going to eat out of.
Once the potatoes are done (meaning you can use a spatula and squish a potato piece slightly with the tip of the spatula), use said spatula to move them into the bowl. DO NOT POUR THE POTATOES IN! This should be obvious, but you'll get that shit ton of grease in your bowl if you do.
Mix up the potatoes and egg(s), then eat with a spoon.

I try once again to get the shirt to go down over my belly. This is ridiculous. Overnight I have become a size medium for no apparent reason. I mean I can't even see my fucking baby bump. My stomach feels hard as a brick but nothing. No visible change. I look at the time. I suck my teeth and throw the shirt across the room. I stomp to the front door and swing it open. Jamaal walks in looking down at my half dressed body.
"The... you not ready?"
"I can't fit nothing in my closet!" I yell.
He makes his eyes big. "Already?"
I push him then walk away. "Go without me."
"I can't complete this deal without you being there. They don't want to see my ass. I'm going as your boyfriend. I'm tagging along. Not representing nothing."
"I can't go without shit to wear!"
Jamaal blows. "So what do you need? I'll get someone in Dallas to go shopping for you."
"No." I snap. "Buying what's on the shelves? I can't trust anyone to do it right."
"You don't have any clothes that... maybe a loose dress. Something that was made to be big? A pants suit?"
I go back to my clothes. "I have to button all my suits. They not made for wearing open."
"Where is that suit with the gold pocket?"
"I probably gave it away."
He snatches something off the rack. "No you didn't. It was too big right?"
I take it from him. "Yeah."
"And that dress your mother bought you that was from the vintage collection and was sized different?"
"All that stuff over there."
He pulls something out. "This is cute."
I try the pants on then the top. It fits almost too big but good enough. I blow. I have to wear too big clothes already? So I'm gain weight super fast? I wipe the tears from my eyes.
"I'm fucking... Damn." I say crying harder.
"You gonna wear that on the plane or just pack it?"
I take it back off and throw each piece at Jamaal. I throw on some sweat pants and a  Hoodia. Jamaal gives me a funny look. I throw the Hoodia back off. Yeah that's extra. Maybe just a cute sun dress. I put it over my head the look down. Okay. I take the sweat pants off.
"I'm too fucking vain to be pregnant."
"Yes, but if Mariah Carey can pull it off you can too."
I blow. "I need to diet."
"No then your teeth will fall out and your hair."
"That's not real!" I hug myself.
He nods. "The baby will take all your nutrient. Leave you sagging and brittle."
I cry again. "Fucking stupid ass birth control."
"Mighty sperm." He says holding up his arm.
"Oh so it's your fault?"
"Can we sue the birth control company?"
I roll my eyes at him. "You are going to get tired of me."
"I knew you before you were pregnant. Trust me I'm good." He says holding up a dress. "For the meeting?"
"It's too short not too big."
He puts it next to his body. "Does look short."
"It rides up and has that spit."
"Oh." He flips it over. "Ass out. Throw it away."
I snatch it hanging it back up. "I can just get it tailored."
"You know your clothes like people know their kids." He takes out my suitcases. "Sevyn had to stay at the hospital overnight for being dehydrated and malnourished. You like hospital stays?"
"I get it." I snap.
He comes over to me. "You know mean girls are soft as fuck pregnant."
"Only thing ever soft on me is my pussy."
"You sure?"
I smell him. "You smell like a bagel."
"Uh... I got you coffee and a bagel with turkey and egg white. Cheese on the side."
"Creamer?"
"On the side."
I look down at myself. "Did you grab shoes?"
He puts some slides on the ground. "Wanna head to the car? Let em know we coming?"
"Underwear?"
"Socks and toiletries. I know how to pack."
"I don't take my toothbrush from the house. There's some bags already made in that box. Grab one."
He does as told. "You got draws and shit in here. I thought I was going to get a zip lock bag."
"Holy shit." I say crossing my arms. "Bitch I been on birth control too damn long. I forgot about this emotional shit. I'm hungry."
"You emotional or hungry?"
I leave out the closet and grab my phone. "Cammie!"
"Damn, what?" She snaps.
"How do I fix this shit? Like... I don't know. Like the emotions and shit?"
She giggles. "Have the baby."
I suck my teeth. "I shouldn't have called you."
"Fix your fucking life. No point asking if you meant to be pregnant. Did you come to terms with it? Accept it? My first pregnancy was from hell. My second one was a bit better but I didn't have my man like I wanted. So I don't know."
"Ugh." I suck my teeth. "Jamaals gonna hate me."
"I'm not!" He yells.
I roll my eyes. "So if I keep him around I'll have a better pregnancy than you?"
She sucks her teeth. "Bitch I guess."
"I can't handle your attitude." I say crying.
She blows. "Seriously?"
I wipe my face. "I'm so damn soft."
"Talk to a damn therapist cause who cares about you being soft? Who said you had to be tough? And who the hell said you can't cry?"
"A therapist? Yeah I'll do that." I say about to hang up. I put the phone back to my ear. "K bye."
"Call me anytime. I'll try to remember you can't handle me."
"Bitch."
She giggles hanging up. I cross my arms.
"What if I stay emotional?" I scream. "Oh no."
"Our ride is getting impatient."
I go into the bathroom. "Who the fuck cares? They not getting paid?"
"They are."
"Okay then tip them or some shit. Rushing me."

I throw my arms up in the air. "Shad. Where the fuck you been?"
"Trying to get some shit setup." He says dapping me up.
"You came to visit the royal family?"
He shrugs. "I ain't seen Caden."
"Eva?" I snap.
"Naw." He looks back into the car. "First time I had my baby in 2 months. She started school."
I open the door as he takes his daughter out of the car. I close the door. She was sleeping hard. I pinch her nose. She doesn't fucking move. If I didn't see her damn breathing I would think she fucking dead.
"You give her some shit?"
"She was at a birthday party. Been sleeping since I picked her up."
I poke her back. "They had liquor at the party?"
Bow laughs. "No nigga."
"Amber pregnant."
"Damn by who?" He frowns when I react. "Shit what I miss?"
I walk away from him. "Unbelievable."
"Wha?" He says to himself.
"Aye, look who I found."
Lane walks up looking behind me. He pulls Shai from Bow's fucking hands almost. He grabs her causing a chain reaction. Lane hits the floor and screams like somebody pushed him. Shai pops her head up and looks at Lane on the ground screaming. She starts to go to Lane but then grabs Bow's face.
"Dad!" She screams.
"Yeah." He kisses her. "Why you surprised?"
She hugs him. "How I get here?"
"Huh?" He says as she gets down falling on Lane.
"Lane!"
Lane laughs excited. "You went to where?"
"I be in school." She says standing up. "Mama!"
Cammie comes rushing out the kitchen. "Is that my baby?"
Shai jumps up. "Yes!"
"Oh my gosh. Look at you." Cammie kneels down kissing her. "Oh I missed you."
"What's up, Cammie?" Bow says.
She looks up. "I don't even got words for you no more. Hey."
"Cause I'm sorry and you love me."
"Look at you trying to get taller than me." Cammie says hugging her again. "Come see Miami. Look at this girl."
She leaves out of the room. I tap Shad on his shoulder then carry then bag I had to the bedroom. Amber yawns laying down on the bed. She only had on a house coat that barely covered her ass. I put the bag on the bed. She gets under the cover closing her eyes.
"You came here to sleep?" I say hitting her foot.
"Leave me alone, mister."
"You ain't seen your bestie and this what you do? Get up." I say grabbing her foot and pulling it.
She giggles not opening her eyes. "I don't even got the fucking energy, bruh. Damn."
I hit her ass. "I'm ready to know what this baby is. Yo?"
"Chris!" Lane runs into the room. "You baby. You baby crying."
"Who my baby?" I snap.
"The girl."
I smile. "What her name Lane?"
"Kamirah."
"Who?"
Amber kicks me. "Minnie."
"I forgot she had a name."
"You get yo baby!"
I walk out of the room pushing Lane on the floor. He falls on his ass laughing. He gets up then starts screaming crying. Oh my goodness. Ike runs out into the hall looking around. He stares at me. What kid? I jump at him. He runs back into the room slamming the door. Someone starts fussing inside of the room then there's silence.
"Where my baby?" I say walking in the kitchen.
"Nigga go back into that room where you left her." MiMi says.
I lift the blanket up. She slaps my hand away messing the blanket up more. I throw it at her face. She was breastfeeding the baby. I lean on the counter.
"So how do I keep my relationship through this pregnancy? I'm taking all criticism." I say looking around.
"Boy please." Miami says.
I cut my eyes at her. "What that mean?"
"That you too emotional." She spats.
"Be understanding and don't cheat." Cammie says. "Fucking some bitch can give your girlfriend and baby a deadly disease. Bitches nasty."
Bow walks into the room. "Trey not in the best spirits."
"We know that?"
"Oh." Bow says blowing. "The show being cancelled."
"For real?" I say looking at him.
"Yeah. I got more fucking time to do shit. Who out there with Shai?"
Cammie looks around. "JJ and Dee."
Bow starts walking towards the door. He stops near Miami. "What you got under there?"
"A baby fool." She snaps.
"Seriously?" He says leaning over and touching Minnie's little foot that was sticking out a bit. "Oh yeah. You was pregnant. Damn."
I stand up. "Maybe I can order some food."
"The mamas doing that already." Cammie says. "Where is the lazy belly?"
"Amber? Sleep."
Cammie throws some stuff in the blender. "She probably ain't get no sleep in that hospital."
"What are you doing?" I ask walking closer.
"Making mush."
I look at the stuff. "A smoothie?"
"You want to taste it?"
"Naw you being too nice about that shit. Mush?"
She chuckles. "Breastmilk, Bananas, and rice cereal."
"Man." I say walking away. "Fucking women."
"Chris."
I turn my head only. "Hmm?"
"Apologize right now for everything and just try to be happy. You being happy will make her happy." MiMi says.
"I like that." Cammie says.
"She hated me for being happy." I suck my teeth not looking at them.
"No she was anemic and dehydrated. She is happy. Just be yourself. Loyal." Cammie says.
I shrug. "Okay. Be happy. Stay loyal."
"And fuck." Cammie laughs.
"Huh?" I spin around.
Her and MiMi were sharing giggles. I guess man.
