zedaph is truly the most relatable hermit. builds a hole in the ground for a base so he doesn’t have to build an exterior. refuses to interact with large group storylines so he can keep zedaphing. only recently starting to socialize with people he wasn’t already close to when he joined hermitcraft. likes silly machines. baffling to outside observers and also to himself. he’s just like me for real,

Messy as FUCK but Stannarrator but from this perspective <3 :3
I think Narrator would be Terrified at the idea of something he made becoming sentient enough to express its own thoughts and emotions. Like of course he pretends Stanley is a human, he made him to act and look like one, but he doesn’t see him as a person. He’s just a Ai to him, doing what he’s supposed to. But when that Ai becomes less and less robotic, less empty, less plain, it scares him. He can’t handle the fact that Stanley is becoming human, let alone a human that Loves him. It’s almost a disgusting feeling to him, so he ‘fixes’ Stanley. Over and over again he wipes Stanley of everything, his memories and identity and everything about him but that sentience keeps coming back. Stanley keeps loving The Narrator, who’s now forced to stop running away and actually talk to Stanley like a person
Ok I’m done rambling byeee

I decided to rewatch Episode 26 (Miki’s Nest Box (The Sunlit Garden - Arranged)) which was a bit of a horrible decision to watch at this hour but also made me realize something. This is the definition of dude trust me analysis.
There is one scene in the entire show that features both Kozue and Nanami. Within that scene, there are only a few angles that show both of them
This wide shot places the camera at an angle and position in which Kozue and Nanami are both visible, but pillars are placed between them. While there is no physical blockade between them, the view visually separates them, creating an artificial barrier. While they are capable of coming together, the narrative as presented to us prevents it. Not to mention that their conversation after this point is focused on Akio, or “Daddy Long Legs” *retching noises* as Kozue refers to him.
In the second, while Nanami is approaching Kozue, Kozue is walking away and out of frame to Akio. There is no barrier separating them - real, imagined, only perceived at a certain angle - but it’s too late. They are on different paths now thanks to Akio’s influence. After a shot of Kozue and Akio in silhouette walking into the night, the scene ends. Their moment is taken from them.
In conclusion Akio is clearly actively trying to separate Kozue and Nanami and I have never overanalyzed anything in my life

it’s been four months since December 2022 and I’m still not over the fact that Reigen was apparently so haunted by guilt from that one time in S2E2 where he scolded Mob for eating too many french fries that it showed up in the super emotionally charged eyecatcher montage during the series finale.
I wonder if reigen will ever find the closure he needs to free himself from the poltergeist of regret that obviously follows him around as a result of this incident. the confession incident really had reigen re-evaluating everything from the past three years.
