Current #journals from the top, B6 day to a page from 2018 that I dot pointed the day, A5 random notebook I'm expanding the dot points in, A5 Kmart 2022 day to page journal, dot pointing the day in that, A5 ALDI 2021 journal that I just use to write down any dreams I have that I remember and the one on the bottom I'm not sure where I got it from now but it's a 2019 A5, and I write down all the syncronicities that I notice. I used to have heaps more but I had to scale down cos I just couldn't keep up with it lol. Journaling has always been something that I have had a love/hate relationship with. I will go months without free-writing in a journal and then out of somewhere , I pick up an empty journal and just write for hours. If I’m going through a difficult time, I write it all out and then either throw away or burn the journal. There’s a lot of power in writing and it’s something almost all of us can do. Spent a really amazing morning today.

First I got a sketch and coffee with our sketch team: every week in the morning we meet in random café, drink coffee or tea and… sketching, what a surprise 😅 I’ll show my picture lately, I promise.

Today we were at mall so I went for a shopping after that and had a lunch with my diary then. It’s very nice to spend some time writing your emotions and memories on paper, especially somewhere outside home.
