Will Zoro leave Luffy after they achieve their dreams? Not likely
Saying Zoro's gonna voluntarily leave Luffy at the end of OP so he can "live his own life" (i.e. get married, open a dojo, hang out in bars) is so wild to me. That's like saying Luffy's gonna give up adventuring so he can sit around and gorge himself on meat
First of all, it ignores that Zoro genuinely enjoys traveling with Luffy. Luffy (who's always getting into trouble) gives Zoro the chance to be his best self. And Zoro (who very much wants to be his best self) will always seize that chance with both hands
Second, both characters are like...the poster children of wanting to have their cake and eat it too. If you're Luffy or Zoro, you rarely need to make either/or choices. That's what makes them unique. It's why they've both got conqueror's haki! Basically: If Zoro wants to drink until he blacks out? If he wants to nap all day? Hell, if he wants to get lost in a paper bag?? He is like a big cat. He will do what he wants, wherever he is. He doesn't need to leave Luffy to get those things LOL
Third, Luffy's made it clear the Pirate King needs no less than the Greatest Swordsman by his side. Why would that suddenly stop once they've both achieved their dreams? Is Luffy going to quit being Pirate King? Why would he? Luffy wants to be the most free in the world, so he can live the life he wants...with the people he wants to live it with
In other words, Luffy isn't letting Zoro go without a fight — not unless Luffy genuinely feels he's no longer the type of man Zoro would want to travel with. And wouldn't that be the worst ending for both of them?

Vox

In all honesty...he finds it adorable, now will he admit that is another question with a different answer..
I'm sure he's seen many upon many of cat demons in his years damned to hell, but you are different in a way he can't pin point. Maybe it's the way your tail flicks when you see him, or how your pupils grow big just at the sight of him. It's honestly a knock out for him
He finds himself curious on how your ears and tail feel. But he would never touch it unless you offer him first which he exeitedly bun-gurglingly agrees.
He's a man that's excellent at words and selling something to you. But when it comes time to actually show Affection it's...a bit rough to say the least.
He buys you special types of conditioner and shampoo for your fur, one of the finest brand might i add, which he hands to you. Simply stating "well if your gonna be seen around me of course you gotta look your best" not that he actually cares for you and wants you happy of course! He's an overlord he has a status to up hold!
Now when it comes to you actually doing cat like things he finds it very interesting and honestly adorable-
I mean look how can he not melt when your purring out words after landing on the soft couch in his office.
One time he petted the top of your head and you let out purr, when I tell you this man’s knees were weak I MEAN IT
he just has a special soft spot for you and the things you do. Like when you were over at his place about to crash on his bed but you just started kneading the soft blanket.
Look he’s a hater on the outside but a lover on the inside he has to keep a rough attitude in a place like hell. But when you guys are alone he’s doting on you more then an actual person with a cat. He just can’t help it
He loves cuddling with you at night, like the warmth you provide him is enough to make him short circuit . Hell is hot enough but your warmth is different kind of warmth, not just the overheating and overwhelming temperature of hell, but the homey feeling you get form a nice hug.
He especially loves when you wrap your tail around him or his like leg i don’t know something about it makes him lose his mind!
Although he dose have to admit finding you asleep in unexpected areas is something he doesn’t hate but doesn’t exactly like either. He quite literally has the best bed and sheets of hell just for you and you still decide to spreed out and take a nap on counter. Now that is something he will never understand
Overall though he loves you to the lower levels of he’ll and back <3

Oh boy… time for our favorite monkey boy phew alright…
First of all get ready for his lil cheeky self to go around and start scaring you
You know that old trend where cat owners would throw cucumbers at their cat? Yea that’s what he dose, not only that but 60% of the time it lands smack dab on your head like it seems intentional from how many times he’s smacked you by accident.
He honestly understands how sensitive ears and tails could be so he would never yank or pull on it as a joke. Trust me he gets and understands your pain very much.
His love language is grooming, so he’s happily sit for a good while just looking through your fur and picking out small particles or maybe small dirt specs. And he loves when you do the same! Honestly a very cute bonding moment he finds it relaxing!
I feel like cat demons are a bit rare to come by, (my guess don’t quote me on this) so he finds your quite cool to look at! Especially if you have some sort of pattern or rare fur color!. He asks you all sorts of questions please don’t mind him he’s honestly curious.
He purrs too so this man dos won’t discriminate when you do it, he honestly finds it adorable just like Vox!, but unlike Vox he doesn’t mind voicing it. Although he dose it too he loves teasing you for it, jokingly of course!
Please send this man your fur care cause lord knows he probably doesn’t own the right things to take care of his fur. He appreciates if you take a day off just to show him, also massaging some of the conditioner/shampoo in his scalp will make him purr and is greatly appreciated.
Honestly I feel like he’d get jealous of those who you also let touch your fur and other stuff. He won’t cop you on it! But he loves when it feels like something only he can do and you trust him with.
As kneading this man has A TONNN of blankets collected through the years of stealing or getting gifted it. So he has tons of blankets on his bed and if he sees you kneading them he’d probably let out a loud “Awe” before tackling you. He finds it adorable! What can he say?
He has good pulse control now then when he did in his younger years but still can you really expect him not to smoother you with affection from how absolutely adorable your being?!?? (≧◡≦) ♡
Please please PLEASE let this man intertwine tails with you or make like a heart shape out of your tail’s. He just finds it so comforting and adorable!
Overall have a cat demon S/O has to be the best for him, he just loves you! And he is very affectionate, it takes him a bit to show it but after a while he’s all over you! O(≧▽≦)O

Omg the reblog person is so real for that. I understand that Tumblr doesn't have an algorithm so liking doesn't functionally do anything but I get extremely anxious about reblogging so the guilt trips are really awful for me (and I assume it's the same for others with similar issues.)
Uh- bit of a tangent/rant below. For context I'm an "Audhd-er" (I think that's the term people use, it means I'm autistic and I have ADHD)
I understand most of the time they are over-exaggerating their feelings on the matter. In posts about reblogging stuff from writers and artists it's always kind of a "LIKES DO NOTHING SHOW YOUR LOVE WITH REBLOGS LIKES MEAN NOTHING"
I've always found that a bit odd. As someone with two mutuals (one of whom is rarely online) and 1 normal follower my reblogs really aren't gonna do much so I mostly reblog stuff my mutuals might like and occasionally make my own posts. (Keeping everything else private for the most part) When I get a like it always brings a warm fuzzy feeling because it means someone enjoyed my reblog or post enough to share with me that they liked it.
I've only had one post that breached containment and it was a fun weekend of checking out the blogs of people who liked it! All in all I think maybe people are just unaware of the anxieties that come with being online and the people who experience those anxieties are too anxious to really speak up about it. I mean look at me I'm chilling behind an anon mask rn (I rarely send an off anon ask lol.)
For a website dubbed by its users as the neurodivergent website, some people forget to consider that learning and working within the culture of a social media platform can be extremely stressful for many types of people, let alone an autistic person such as myself (the ADHD doesn't help either). Some of us would prefer to lurk in our private blogs, only coming out of our comfort zone when we feel ok to do so.
All in all, a reminder to reblog is perfectly fine, but please refrain from the guilt-tripping and social obligation type of thing— or at least be aware of it and try not to be offended if one of your mutuals struggles to reblog.
Now this is all my personal perspective, other people will likely have completely different experiences but I wanted to share in case people were confused on why it's an issue for some people. Thanks for reading this whole thing and I hope you have a lovely day <3
I think I get what you're saying -
For a lot of people it genuinely takes a surprising amount of guts to put themselves out there on the internet in any way, even if it's anonymously, and that includes things as simple as reblogging a post.
It's not just Tumblr either. You also see it on Reddit and Twitter, and in online games where people just want to keep to themselves and not interact with strangers. Some people just want to lurk, maybe liking or upvoting, but not commenting or reblogging, because that feels like making yourself more "visible" somehow, in a way simply liking posts doesn't.
It's difficult to put into words, but I feel it's kind of like being in a university lecture with 50+ strangers. Liking is sitting in the back quietly taking notes. Reblogging is like putting your hand up and giving an opinion when the professor asks for one.
It's true that only reblogging actually contributes anything functionally, but there are plenty of people, especially neurodivergent people, who might struggle with that kind of thing, but still want to show some appreciation, or just save it as a bookmark.
So, I think that's partly why that kind of guilt-tripping or threatening reblog bait can be so stressful. Tumblr is a comfort app for a lot of people, who just want to curate their own little private space. Reblog baits are like someone banging on your door, telling you that you're actively doing something wrong by keeping to yourself, and (in the case of "I'll block/unfollow you if you like/read but don't reblog" baits) people will hate you for doing it.
It also implicitly takes away the sense of control you have over your own personal online space. Ideally, you should be able to do whatever you want with your own blog - no one should dictate your own online experience. So, if you just want to reblog things you like or want to share, at whatever pace you feel comfortable with, there shouldn't be anything wrong with that.
But reblog baits seem to suggest that you shouldn't have that control, and there are certain things that you have no choice but to put on your blog, and it has to be right now. And I feel that sense of having control suddenly snatched away from you without warning could also be a major source of anxiety for a lot of people who see Tumblr as a source of comfort.
With all that in mind, while I do believe that it's not quite this simple, considering artists and writers, and especially those who rely on commissions, do need exposure from reblogs, I also feel it's difficult to blame people for finding very aggressive reblog baits stressful, especially when you're suddenly blindsided with them.
At least, those are just my initial thoughts based on what you said, but absolutely let me know if you disagree with any of this or feel I misrepresented what you meant <3

Orbital Mechanics:
What is Weightlessness
In this post I'm hoping to explain how gravity works- and just as importantly: how it doesn't.
Take for instance the idea that there is no gravity in space. It comes from the experience of weightlessness while in orbit: being able to freely float about without being pulled to the ground. However, everything floating about in space is still very much under the effect of gravity! The only difference is in how we're viewing it.
If you keep going up, there's no point where gravity will simply stop and you'll be in zero-g. Consider a space elevator: a tower reaching up past the top of the atmosphere and into space. If you were to ascend it you'd be standing on top of an incredibly high platform. But besides its height and the lack of air at the top, this wouldn't be any different from standing on the top floor of a tall building on the ground. You'd be pulled down by gravity all the same.
So what is zero-g then? How can you experience weightlessness?
Falling
If you've ever ridden a roller coaster (or a particularly quick elevator) you'll be familiar with the feeling of a sudden drop. The rise in your stomach as you begin to fall and gravity ceases to work against you. This is the feeling of being in zero-g.
It's worth noting here that 'zero-g' really only refers to weightlessness; while the force of gravity does decrease very slightly over large distances (check out the math of gravity for an explanation!), there is no point at which you can truly be under zero effect from it. Weightlessness just happens to be when there is no longer any ground or other surface under you to push back against gravity pulling you down.
In this case, how do objects in space experience constant weightlessness?
Falling, Without Hitting the Ground
Tumblr media
If you were to launch an object directly up, it would inevitably come crashing back down. (See, line B in the above image) This is obviously not what we want. Fortunately for us, we do not exist on a flat surface! So, let's introduce a second direction of motion. If we are to launch an object horizontally- to the side, the surface of the Earth would gradually curve away under it, meaning that with enough speed it could be possible to overshoot the ground entirely. (Line A in the above image)
There are still two issues with this idea, however. Despite any horizontal motion, the force of gravity is still constantly pulling our launched object down toward the ground. In addition, the drag produced by moving through the atmosphere will slow it down over time, stopping that horizontal motion.
To overcome this, we simply have to combine these and place our object on a trajectory with enough vertical motion to take it out of and above the atmosphere, as well as enough horizontal motion to have it match the curvature of the Earth and miss the ground. This way we can finally achieve a state of constant falling, and enter into orbit. (Line C in the above image)
How Objects Stay In Space
Tumblr media
There are two parts of an object's orbit we want to consider right now: the force of gravity pulling it down, and the velocity carrying it forward. Without either of these, an orbit would not be possible.
If the force of gravity did not continuously pull our orbiting object down towards the ground it would simply fly off in a straight line, never to be seen again. However, without its horizontal motion keeping it moving around the Earth, gravity would take over and it would fall directly to the ground. It's both of these forces working together that maintains an orbiting object's trajectory.
Conclusion
Hopefully, this did a good job of covering the basics of how gravity works! I am admittedly not the most experienced at writing explanations of topics, even ones I'm passionate about, but if this helped anyone understand how space works, then I've managed to succeed here!

A month had already passed since the fight that night. They went to the cafeteria that Steve usually goes to. The blonde waitress that always serves him didn't look very happy to see him arrive with someone else, specifically with a woman. They occupied one of the tables outside, which was the one that Steve always chose.
"So, this is one of the places you often come to," commented Kathleen as Steve raised an eyebrow. "You read the files," he said as he nodded toward Stark Tower.
The waitress approached them, and with a smile and a flirtatious look, she took Steve's order and reluctantly took Kathleen's, while Kath held back her laughter as she listened to the waitress' thoughts.
"Her name is Beth, and she likes you," she said to Steve with a hint of jealousy.
"You shouldn't read other people's minds," the soldier scolded her.
"I know, besides, didn't you see how I looked, if you heard what I was thinking you would laugh too, she thinks we are boyfriend and girlfriend or something " the woman smiled mischievously.
"No, Kath, don't even think about it; I may not be able to read your mind, but I know you," he warned her, and she pursed her lips.
"Do you like him?" asked the woman with a hint of jealousy and venom.
"Are you jealous?"
Why should I be? "I only care about you," she cursed mentally. She couldn't let him realize it when even she didn't understand what she was feeling.
After taking what they ordered, they went to the gym, where Steve had signed up for the motorcycle that S.H.I.E.L.D. had provided for the soldier. Now Kathleen was calmer to see that he was riding something rare or dangerous.
Tumblr media
A few nights later, the doorbell rang several times, and the mutant went to open the door, sure that Steve had forgotten the keys again; however, she got a big surprised to see Fury at the entrance with a scary, serious face.
"Uncle Nick, is something wrong?" She was absolutely sure that something bad had happened; it was too late for it to simply be a courtesy visit, especially since she knew well that if he showed up in person himself, it was definitely not a good thing, so she let him in.
"We lost the Tesseract; I need you and Rogers to get it back," Nick reported, and she bit her lip nervously. "Kitty, where the hell is Rogers?" Fury had enough problems without adding to them, and the last thing he needed was to have lost the Soldier.
"In a gym, boxing I guess," she rolled his eyes. "He's got a habit of doing that and spending hours in there; we need to go get him," she said as she grabbed her bag and climbed into the van with Fury.
"So, you plan to start Project Avengers, even though the council cancelled it.” Turn right at the light," Kathleen said to see if she understood what Fury was planning. "So, Project Insight..." She knew that this project was a replacement for the other one.
"It will go on; you must make sure that the first part is a success; I will take care of the board," the director assured her as he turned around as the woman had indicated.
"Does my aunt know about all this?" She asked, and Fury nodded, "Do you think all that is enough to stop him if he were to come?" Does Loki work for him? She looked at him curiously, still not quite understanding the strategy.
"I'm almost certain that Loki works for him, as well as Thor, and that they will come too. I hope so, but if not, if things get complicated, we can call her. "Are you still talking to her?" He turned to see the woman.
"Of course, although to be honest, I miss her; it's been a while since the last time I saw her; she's in the next block," he answered as if it were the most obvious thing in the world.
"Have you mentioned any of this to Rogers?" He stopped the car and grabbed her arm before she got out.
"No, no one must know anything about this; that has been made very clear to me, and the only thing that worries me is if things don't go as we expect them to," he said, and they both looked at each other and got out of the car.
Tumblr media
Kathleen decided to wait outside. Maybe Fury could convince Steve; as far as she knew, he didn't want to fight again, and he still hadn't decided what he wanted to do with his life. She checked her cell phone; she wanted to know if Brock had texted her about it. There was nothing, and with that, she verified that Nick hadn't told anyone else. She sighed when she saw him leave alone; she didn't convince him.
"I'll go convince him, I know exactly what to tell him, Uncle Nicky, we'll be at the Helicarrier tomorrow, don't forget to send someone for us," she put her hand on Fury's arm.
"What if he doesn't accept?” He seems upset," Nick replied.
"He'll accept it, even if I have to manipulate his mind a bit for that. Leave it in my hands." He let go of Fury and went to catch up with Steve.
"Hey, it's time to go home," he said with an innocent tone.
"You're not going to convince me, Kath," he said, turning to face her with his arms crossed.
"I haven't told you anything; let's just go home; it's late," he smiled, making a scolded puppy face.
Steve sighed and motioned for her to follow him to where he had left the bike. He helped her up and felt her blush as she leaned her head on his back.
"Stevie, do you really not want to participate?" She said, using a tone somewhere between sweet and slightly womanish, "Stark is going to participate too.” Don't you want to meet him?" she asked. "And there will also be other interesting people," she added, looking at him innocently.
Kathy, don't start. He stopped when he saw the file on the tablet she was offering him; someone had tried to replicate the serum he had been injected with. "Do you really think it could be useful?” Tell me the truth," he said, taking her arm to look her straight in the eyes.
"Of course, I do, besides, the world deserves to know that Captain America did not die and is still protecting the world, in case someone thinks of doing something crazy again," she let go of his grip, she was not planning to say that, but she was not so conscious of what she was saying because she felt nervous to have him so close.
"Are you going to participate too?" she asked him.
"Yes, my powers could be useful, they're coming for us early tomorrow morning to take us to the others, I think you have a lot of reading to catch up on," she handed the files to the Captain. By the way, Steve "she called and he looked up. “Don’t think that Stark is the same as his father when you knew him; in fact, I think that even his father changed a lot, and both of them made enough enemies that almost nobody wants to work with them because of the things they did, so don't get your hopes up too high," she informed him, and he looked at her confused and nodded.
"Kath, I will participate." He pulled out the files she had gotten for him some time ago. How did he die? She showed him Howard's file.
"A car accident on his way to the airport with his wife," he answered, looking at the other file. "Did you love her?" A part of her feared she knew the answer.
"She's the first woman who didn't reject me or look at me with disgust before I was injected with the serum; isn't she beautiful?" She looked at the woman.
"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, Steve," she replied bitterly. "Are you sure she loved you?" He had always suspected there was something dark about Carter, not to mention everything she knew.
"Yes... I guess, she waited for her ideal mate," he didn't understand Kathleen's position.
"If I had been her, I wouldn't have married someone else, much less if they didn't find your body without knowing if you were alive or not." Kathleen felt how anger and jealousy took over her body. She tried not to show any emotion on her face. "But well, you should read those files; you need to know all that information for our mission." She came closer to kissing him on the cheek, suddenly feeling how tears were accumulating in her eyes. She went to her bedroom, leaving Steve in the living room with the documentation.

S03E04 The Secret Subway
Tumblr media
The interior of the train was dusty but not dirty. Actually, except for the dust, it was pristine–the seats were cushioned with soft plastic, and the rest of the train was brushed metal. The walls were bare except for safety instructions and a map, and on the ceiling there was a diagram of the stops on the subway line from its origin to its terminus.
There were only three stops, two close together and the third very far away. The first stop was labeled DIAMOND DISTRICT, the second stop labeled TOP TIER, and the third was simply blank.
“I wonder what that means,” Bob said aloud. “At least we know where it's going next.”
After what felt like an hour, but was, in reality, only a few tense minutes, the train pulled up to the second station. It was another platform much like the first, but with a few seats, some faded maps on the walls, and a thick layer of dust that coated everything.
The doors slid open. Carefully, Bob and Jam glanced around and, finding the station platform empty, stepped out. Just then, there was the sound of quick, almost frantic footsteps, and Margaret King, her curled hair bouncing around her shoulders, tore down the nearby stairs.
“Bob!” she cried out, nearly tackling both of her friends in a hug. “Jam! I was so worried about you two!”
“Margie?” Bob held his friend tight as he struggled to keep his balance. “What’s been going on?”
“It's horrible!” Margie cried out, burying her face in Bob’s hair. “Dad…he’s been…”
There was the sound of footsteps again, slow this time, and methodical. Bob and Jam looked up to see Percy King make his way down the stairs.
Bob opened his mouth, then closed it, completely at a loss for how to address his boss. What should he say? What could he say?
Percy fixed him with a glare, then shook his head. “Not even a word of apology. I expected better from you, Bob.”
“Apology?” Jam exclaimed. “You're the one that sent the cops after us! You’ve got a lot of explaining to do–”
Percy turned his head, pointedly ignoring Jam. “Do you realize how taxing it is to constantly be bailing you out of trouble? And I’m rewarded for it by having you desert me. And taking my daughter and Jam with you, too…” He sighed heavily. “I suppose I was wrong about you.”
“I-I…” Bob croaked. “I don't know what you mean.”
Margie pulled away and wiped her eyes. Percy continued to talk. “Do you remember the night we met, at the winter ball?” he said to Bob. “Your speech was excellent. It was sincere. You were different from the others, who were content to praise me, to use any affection they could garner, only to jump ship when they were able to…”
He sighed heavily, shudderingly. For a moment he seemed overcome with emotion–and then he shut it down, his voice becoming steady and almost monotone. “I suppose all that time changes a man. You really were like the others, in the end.”
Bob’s stomach lurched. For a moment, he wanted nothing more than to grovel at his boss’s–ex-boss’s–feet, to kiss his shoes, to apologize for even having thought about leaving the comfort of Top Tier.
But why had he wanted to leave in the first place?
If nothing changes, then people are going to keep getting hurt. I’m...I’m going to keep hurting people.
Bob blinked. He grew furious, his hands curling into fists. “Is that what this is about?” he yelled. “You sent the whole city after me because I wanted to stop putting people in a televised woodchipper? I wanted to give back to this town!” he continued. “I wanted to do something positive for a change!”
“You were throwing away everything I’d given you!” Percy retorted. “Margaret,” he said, exasperated. “You talk to him. Make him understand.”
Bob looked to Margie, who had her arms wrapped around herself as if from cold. She was staring at the ground, unable to speak.
“In any case,” Percy said, looking away again, “I have one last gift to offer you, Bob. A severance package, if you will, for my once-upon-a-time top earner.” He gestured toward the train. “Take it. It runs on auxiliary power–the last the city has. It's the only way out of town.”
“Out of town?” Bob echoed. “What are you talking about?”
“Just that. An exit beyond the valley and the mountains.” Percy descended the rest of the steps and placed a hand on Margaret's shoulder. She covered her face with her hands and tried to stifle a sob. “Or would you prefer to stay in town and face mob justice?” He smiled thinly, his gaze still fixed on Bob Sparker. “I fear even my magnanimity might not be enough to save you this time.”
“So that’s it, then.” Bob’s voice carried a mix of confusion, anger, and despair. “After everything.”
“Yes,” Percy said. “After everything. Will you stay or will you go?”
The answer was quick, unhesitating, and it even surprised Sparker himself to hear it come out of his mouth. “I’m leaving,” he said. “It’s not like there's much of a choice.” He looked over at Margaret and Jam, both looking deeply unsettled. “What about you guys? You coming with?”
“I…give me a moment. Please.” Margaret reached out and placed a hand on Jam’s, pulling him aside. “Can we have a couple minutes to talk by ourselves?”
“Of course,” Percy said, his voice irritatingly soothing, as he patted Margaret’s shoulder with a smile. “Take your time. But not too much time,” he said. “The train leaves in five minutes.”
Bob watched the two of them turn their backs and begin whispering, then glanced over at Percy King. The man took out a cigarette case, tapped a cigarette on the silver, and placed it into his mouth. He lit it and took a long drag, exhaling the smoke into the air.
“I didn’t know you smoked,” Bob remarked. It was a stupid thing to say, but he didn’t want to say anything else.
“Only when I’m stressed,” Percy said. “It’s not good for my health.”
“You know what else isn’t good for your health?” Bob said, deadpan. “Shocking yourself on-air twice a day, five days a week.”
“Good thing you had the best health insurance in town.” Percy blew another plume of smoke. “I really did care for you, you know. And you were so good at your job.”
Bob glared. That was the worst part–Percy was right. He had been good at his job. Excellent, in fact, and it had brought him a satisfaction that made everything else feel hollow in comparison. Even after striking out on his own with working on the Electric Festival, some part of him still yearned for that approval.
Bob’s eyes widened. “Wait a second,” he said. “I get it now. There’s no difference, is there?”
“Hmm?”
“Paulina Sweet,” Bob pointed out. “She bent over backwards for her boss, and he still threw her away when she didn’t perform. And when she tried to win him back, she just ended up in jail.” His voice quavered. “There’s no difference between Top Tier and Rubyred, is there? It’s just a game,” he realized. “A game where people like you play chess with people like me.”
A look of deep offense crossed Percy’s face. He thought about it for a moment, then tilted his head, and his expression became more muted. “I suppose that’s one way to think about it.”
At that moment, Margaret and Jam came back. Margaret clasped Jam’s hand in her own, nervously. “I’m sorry,” she whispered, unable to meet Bob’s gaze. “I think Jam and I have to stay in the city. There’s a lot of work we’re going to have to do.”
Bob blinked. “What? You’re–you’re sending me off by myself? After all we’ve been through?”
“We’ll take the subway out and bring you back as soon as we can, okay?” Jam said. “As soon as it’s safe for you to come back. We’ll make sure you get home.”
Margaret nodded. “I promise.”
Bob glanced back and forth between the two of them. His expression hardened. “You know what? Fine.” As the subway doors slid open with a ding, he stepped onto the train. “Enjoy your life in town. I’ll make sure to write.”
Margaret said nothing. She kept her eyes on Bob, then slid her gaze over to her father, who was still smoking. Then she let go of Jam’s hand and shoved Percy in the back with both hands, sending him stumbling into Bob and knocking them both down to the floor of the subway car.
Percy struggled to his feet as the doors closed. Through the vertical windows, Bob could see her twist something on the outside of the door with both hands–probably an emergency lock. “Margaret!” Percy shouted, pounding on the door, trying to force it aside. “What are you doing?”
Bob jumped up and nearly shoved him aside, trying to open the door. “Don’t leave me alone with him!” he yelled. “Margie, are you crazy?”
She placed her palm on the window. “I know what he’s done. I have to tell everyone, but I don’t want them to hurt him,” she sobbed, tears streaming down her face. “I can’t let that happen. I’m going to fix this, I swear. Jam’s going to help me.”
Bob could put his hand over hers for but a moment before the train sped up and she had to pull away. “Please! You’re my best friend,” Margaret called out, running towards the end of the platform. “Please take care of my father!”
Her voice disappeared into the darkness. Percy dragged himself to the nearest seat and collapsed into it, moaning as he rubbed at his face. “Margaret,” he whispered. “Margaret, my girl…”
Bob stood there, his hand on the window of the door, as the subway headed out of Electricopolis.

I genuinely do not understand why everybody wants BTS to be goody-two-shoes. For f-k's sake, I personally don't give a rat's a-s, even if they start following gangsters one fine day. It's their life, their choice, it's their account, as long as the person they follow is legally allowed on the platform, it's fine. I get that they are celebrities and need to stick to certain rules, but this is truly difficult for me to understand. They can't follow fellow female k-pop stars or anyone who perhaps interests them, like, what is this?!! I used to think that this is a cultural difference because maybe, I just don't understand Korean Idol culture in depth, but now to my utter dismay, I see it's my friends who I hang out with that make a big deal out of who they follow or unfollow.
I mean, everybody's allowed to judge anyone for being friends with people of questionable reputation, but to spew hatred and nonsensical stuff of this degree, just for this is just so f-king toxic. I swear this fandom is bat shit crazy. And for once I wish they would just start randomly following anybody and everybody they want to, and keep following regardless of the hullabaloo of "ARMY". This catering to the fanatical whims of "their" fandom gets on my nerves. Sometimes I feel BTS themselves are also very insecure about losing their fandom, which funny enough, kind of makes me feel sad for them. This whole need of BTS Armys to forever visualize them as sweet soft teddy bears, who don't have vices and needs and wants and everything else like regular humans, (when they are actual billionaires) is simply delusional.
And BTS needs burner accounts, for what it's worth.
You're preaching to the choir here. Army obsesssed with the IG accounts, obsessed about the people BTS members interact here and how it's perceived. All from this moral high ground, as if their opinion matters. As if they can control the actions of some adult men that can can and should do whatever they want, especially in the case of such non-issues. I wish Tae would grow a pair and just follow whomever he wants and not backtrack on it. What would actually happen? Nothing. Because it's not that serious. The fact that they only follow each other on their public IG accounts is such BH ot7 bullshit cause god forbid there's a chance for their narrative to be in danger. It's silly and innacurate of their real life, which is the case with so much BTS content out there. That entire need for authenticity and what made them relatable in a way through the way they interacted online and shared so much of their process and journey, it's long forgotten.
They won't lose their entire fanbase. They'd still get their money and fame and adoration. But nothing will change for the better if they don't put their foot down and send a clear message to their fans that they're not some kids. Because Army is not treating them like adults (and everything that entails) as long as they call BTS "our boys" that need to be protected in situations when there is absolutely no need for that. Imagine thinking you need to protect men close to their 30s. Like, just think about it and take out BTS out of the equation and them being regular men. Is this where we are at? Not me, certainly.

Ok… This whole thing is killing me. So, I already apologized to the person in the post who had followed, explaining why I was losing patience :
https://www.tumblr.com/darklinaforever/734300517580341248/pretty-messed-up-to-tell-someone-to-kill?source=share
But beyond that, I'm going to say the same thing I said to this person. A gif is there to transcribe an emotion and generally exaggerate it. When we use a gif where we get angry and break things, it doesn't literally mean that we really want to and are going to throw things and break them. No. It’s there to express our anger in an extrapolated way. Nothing more. Same goes for this damn gif. There is a huge difference between writing directly to a person to commit suicide (which I already received for shipping a ship) and sending a gif where this is written with a person who does not seem at all serious in what she says. Essentially it simply transcribes the desire for the person to remain silent. I can't even believe that this gif could cause a person to be outraged, when literally it shows in the gif that this thing isn't serious for a single second?! But I don't even see why I would bother to explain such an obvious thing, especially when one of the two people explains that they support the harassment of part of a fandom ?!
Also, I can't speak for all platforms, but for tumblr, I have to say that I have never seen a single Sylki be the first to be mean to another person in the fandom. What I saw were Sylki complaining that the pro Lokius/other, and anti Sylki, were not putting the right tags on their posts, parasitizing this Sylki part of the fandom, which is a perfectly valid complaint.
Maybe I'm wrong, but that's what I think.
This one is a difficult one because on the one hand I do understand what you are saying about reaction gifs being used to convey a feeling in a very exaggerated way, like I've posted gifs of a woman hysterically crying on the floor to convey my feelings over a ship but obviously that was an over exaggeration, I myself wasn't actually heaped on the floor in tears. So I understand that your intention behind the gif was to convey your frustration and anger and to basically tell the person to go away and shut up. I can also understand why you'd be frustrated and angry, antis are relentless when it comes to mis-tagging and jumping into the inboxes of sylki shippers and commenting on their posts trying to gaslight them into thinking sylki isn't real, its getting to the point where it feels like a daily occurance, I myself sometimes struggle to keep my annoyance in check.
On the other hand, unfortunately I can understand why your intentions behind the gif may be misinterpreted by others. It's a sensitive topic and one that can be very triggering to some, unfortunately there are some out there who do say and mean this type of thing, as you yourself has experienced. So I can also understand that, whilst it may not have been your intention, the person was upset, angry and hurt because they didn't understand that you weren't being serious about the gif, so to them it seemed like you were being aggressive and hateful, I think this is a case of miscommunication and the important part is that you did apologise.
As for the reblogger I feel like this person may need to take a step back or take a breather, I feel like if the sight of a pro sylki ship is making you physically sick and you can openly admit to wanting sylki shippers to be harassed you've got a bit too invested and I don't know, it doesn't sound very healthy. I do also feel like they were using the gif you posted as a way to justify their own negative feelings towards sylki shippers.
I do also agree with you that, from what I have personally seen here on tumblr, in the main loki tag it is common to see posts hating on sylki and their shippers and just general negativity towards the ship. Whereas sylkis seem to post about two things, sylki and asking antis to tag their shit properly. Just today I blocked yet another account that was posting negativity in the sylki tag. It is also getting a bit ridiculous how often they will come into sylkis inboxes because sylki have posted a positive post about their ship, in their tag and some anti doesn't like it. The harsh truth is that if antis stayed out of sylkis' inboxes miscommunications like this wouldn't happen in the first place. But my unsolicited advice to you would be to just be careful what gifs you post in the future, not only to avoid anymore miscommunications that may result in hurt feelings but because you don't want to give them more ammunition against you, because they will use whatever they can, and it'll only open you up to more harassment.

Spotting fakes. An introspective.
I have been seeing some things floating around a few platforms for a while and I wanted to give some general information about readers that I hope will help anyone trying to decide validity. You should never trust everyone, and just because you trusted someone before doesn’t mean you have to keep trusting them. Things change, people change, circumstances change. You change. Take all readings at face value. Trust your gut, if they sound too much like what you want to hear, too much like a story, too convenient, trust that. Readers are people, they are imperfect, they can make mistakes, the conditions can change after the readings. All legitimate readers know this and they are open about it. They do not try to come off as infallible or omnipotent.
The purpose of any reader; be it tarot, astrology, tea leaves, dreams and visions, is to serve the person they’re reading for. The person they’re reading for isn’t always the subject of the reading but you get a lot more information if they are. Everything that comes in a reading is meant to convey a message or illustrate a point and they are rarely long or complex, especially when not for you. In most cases, the reading is interpretive and symbol based, whether that be through imagery in the mind or on the medium of the reading. Often, the reader themselves will not understand the reading. My best tarot readings have all been ones that didn’t make sense to me, but they made perfect sense to the person I was doing the reading for. The reason for that is because the symbolism is not significant to me, because the reading isn’t for me, so obviously the symbols and imagery come through for the person who they are intended for and it’s simply my job to convey what I see and allow the recipient to do with it as they will. In that way the reading isn’t mine. It’s not mine to interpret, it’s not mine to understand, it’s not mine to make sense of. Every medium is different and astrology gives a more complete picture for me to convey but there are still always dots that go unconnected that I hope I’ve illustrated sufficiently when I press send. I know not to connect them myself. I know I can’t.
When doing a reading about a celebrity for fans the first thing to ask is who is the recipient and why is this information necessary for them to have? I believe this is often why good readers get things wrong about celebrities. The particular question is not their business or the business of the curious fans. That’s not to say it’s all wrong or not worth doing for entertainment and education. However, you run into the problem that many people are incentivised to do readings when they shouldn’t and they get a bad reading, or in some cases they make it up entirely. I imagine if you are here you have looked at what other readers say and often questioned how to tell a legitimate reader from a fraud. I’ll break this down briefly. Here’s what I look for.
Does the reading sound exactly like other readings done recently or is it completely different? Neither of these is good. Multiple readers should get similar readings on the same question in a similar timeframe but there should be notable differences between them based on style of reading and the nature of the question asked. If it’s nothing new I would question why they were given the message at all, if it's completely different the reader could have made it up, if you don’t trust them at all, or they’re getting a bad read. Sometimes readers intend to do a reading on one person and get an answer for someone else. Sometimes they misread the symbols. Sometimes they’re blocked.
Where is the information coming from? Does the reader use a medium like tarot? Dream interpretations? Or do they “just know things”? Beware of psychics, the real ones aren’t doing celebrity readings online. It’s a rare talent with many side effects.
Does the reading sound like the medium the reader uses? If it’s a dream does it sound like a dream? If the reader uses tarot cards do they say which cards they pulled and how they interpreted them? The imagery is just as important as the reading itself. They should know this and include it in detail.
Does the reader stay in their lane? I’m a tarot reader and astrologer and I see a lot of people throwing in tarot and astrology language who don’t understand it. Astrology requires a lot of study. So does tarot. Channeling takes a lot of practice, so do tea leaves. If a reader uses one medium and casually mentions another they know nothing about and have no experience in I side eye their validity. The medium you have is sufficient. If you believe in it and if you respect it, you respect what other readers do and don’t try to casually dabble. No one wakes up a reader; you see it coming, you work with it, we all have origin stories. Real readers know their craft. They don’t get an ego about how they can’t do it all.
Does the reading leave room for free will or are they being overly certain of a course of events? Any time we talk about the future it’s hypothetical. It’s based on the most likely path at this exact moment. Anyone can wake up tomorrow and join a convent.
Does their interpretation fit what they say the reading was? If it’s tarot, are their interpretations accurate to the card meanings? If it’s a vision, are all of their interpretations derived from the elements of the vision? Or
Do they appear to be taking liberties? Are they embellishing? Why? I’ve seen decent readers let their egos get the best of them when they didn’t know what some of the symbolism meant so they guessed. This is unethical. The reading is not for the reader. We say it’s for entertainment for legal reasons, it’s more accurate to say it’s for your information.
Are they claiming to know too much detail or is the reading simple and concise? A reading should sound like an interpretation not a narrative.
Is the reader giving too much information generally? A big red flag when I look at a reading is when the reader seems to know everything about everything. A reading is a reading, one instance of information gathered from a dream, a tarot pull, etc. Readings are very limited and often leave many questions unanswered. If someone has an answer to every question you have they are not a reader. We are channels not deities.
A good reading should be relatively short and tailored, symbolic, have a particular point to the message, and the medium of interpretation should be clearly stated and explained. The reader should give their reading at face value and let it stand. They should not have intimate details about any random thing you can think of after the fact. There should be things they cannot answer or don’t understand the meaning of. Always ask yourself why a given piece of information was relevant to include in a message. It’s hard to be a channel and I think it takes care on the other side to provide information to channels that will be useful. Imagine you are writing a short message to someone that will be encoded before it’s sent. What would you include? What’s necessary? If something seems overly trivial or designed solely to prove the validity of the reader through their breadth of knowledge it’s likely false. No good reader needs to prove themselves; the readings do that.

Is It Only Me Who Thinks So?
Well, this one is entirely subjective, and when I say this, I mean it, it depends from individual to individual and since we do not know what a person might be going through, or what state of mind they are in, it is wrong to make assumptions about the person.
As an author and reader, I can put myself in both shoes. I know the stress an author goes through, but I am also aware of a reader's anticipation. Sometimes, a single post or update from their preferred author can make up for all the downfalls of the day they had been going through or can make them look forward to their day.
And so, it is not uncommon for them to enquire regarding updates on their favourite fics. And as an author, I do not mind, if anything, it motivates me to write.
As much as writing fanfics is a side hobby, I believe that readers' response does make a difference, a fanfic writer feels motivated when met with a positive response from the readers, and often demotivated when met with a negative response. A single comment can make or spoil your day, but that too depends on person to person. And as mentioned above, this rant is very much subjective. So according to me, it is not an unconditional support system- it's a trade- you provide content, get reader response, feel better and write more to enjoy your hobby, explore and expand your skills and also improve.
So, as a fanfic writer myself, readers sending asks regarding the updates actually help me remain motivated, especially as a student who often gets overwhelmed with academics- writing fanfics fr me is a kind of self-care, so when I feel like I have met my readers' expectations make me happy- happy to be able to make someone's day, to be able to write at least at a level in which people read and like my work. Again, that is completely subjective. I do not assume anything negative when I receive direct and straightforward asks regarding the updates, even if it is without any greeting or emoji. I simply assume that the reader is trying to be direct and do not see anything wrong with that until or unless there is explicitly something rude written, or some backhanded comment.
So, as a reader, imagine sending your author a direct, straightforward message about the updates, and you receive a response about how rude you are being and how you are taking the author for granted...Not a pleasant experience I believe. Especially when the author would often put vote goals and ask you to comment(That is more prevalent on Wattpad though), and once you ask about the updates, you are bombarded about how it is not an author's obligation and how you are making them angry and irritated. I believe this attitude towards readers to be rather rude and seems like the author is taking the readers for granted.
As an author, you write with the expectation of receiving a positive response, with the expectation of having readers being thrilled about your updates, so the readers enquiring about updates is rather flattering.
As a fanfic writer myself, I understand that writing on platforms such as Tumblr and Wattpad is a side hobby, often a way of stress-relieving and that we are not obligated to provide the readers with regular updates, but what we are obligated is to be respectful towards the readers if we expect to be respected, we are obligated to not act entitled to the support and love we receive from our readers. It is often said that work does not exist before it is discovered and read by the reader(s), a piece of work on these platforms turns out to be successful due to the support of the readers, likewise, the readers are provided with content that makes their day, that keep them entertained. Mutual respect is very important here, in fact, I believe that it is the key to a successful and healthy author-reader relationship on such platforms where toxicity is very much prevalent..
That's it.
Please note that this post is not meant to defame, insult or hurt any particular person, group or community. Kindly keep in mind that this is only an individual's personal opinion without the intention of influencing and/or imposing.

Lightyear of Two Worlds Part 2 of 2: Lightyear: The Toy Story that Shoudln't of Been a Toy's Story. (Comissoned by WeirdKev27)
Tumblr media
Hello all you happy space rangers and welcome back to Lightyear of Two Worlds, my look at Disney's two very different attempts at defictionalizing the media that lead to the Buzz Lightyear toyline in the world of toy story.
Last week we looked at the pilot for Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, which is awesome and it's absence from Disney+ continues to be one of the biggest examples of Disney Logic I have ever seen, keeping a series off the platform to honor the wishes of Sexual Harassment John Lassiter, who they fired for said harassment and whose now bafflingly working at competition because someone was stupid and selfish enough to hire him.
So with Pixar actively trying to forget BLOSC despite being a critical and commercial hit loved by many, it does make sense they'd take another stab at it and that stab is really why we're here: Lightyear, the latest Pixar Film at the time, their first theatrical release since Covid… and the first since Soul to not be warmly received, ending Pixar's hot streak it was on.
As you can guess this was far from their most popular film: Toy Story fans dislike it for not really fitting at all as the movie the Buzz Lightyear Toyline came from, replacing the beloved BLOSC, and being yet another mediocre addition to the franchise after the divisive Toy Story 4 aka the only toy story film I haven't seen at the time of this review out of sheer disinterest. And you have to work pretty hard to not make me want to watch a film with Keanu Reeves, Annie Pots, Christina Hendricks, Kegan Micheal Key, and Jordan Peele all in one place. Just saying. General fans didn't like it for assuming it was an attempt to MCUify Toy Story and start a new cinematic universe, which it wasn't any of those things, and fans of Soul, Luca and Turning Red were livid that none of these films got a theatrical release but THIS did. And…
Tumblr media
Soul at least got a huge Christmas Day release, competing directly with the highly disappointing and previously reviewed Wonder Woman 84, and giving families something to watch on Christmas, giving it the closest to a theatrical release Disney could mid-pandemic and doing so for both smart commercial and genuinely kind reasons. Luca and Turning Red… both just kinda got released because the pandemic was still very bad for Children and was having a new wave and could've simply been delayed so those are less understandable. Turning Red especially given it clearly wasn't to keep Lightyear in it's place and what i've seen of it is excellent and I intend to finish it, I just made the mistake of trying to watch it while very tired already and felt it deserved my full attention and energy. And the more I unpacked all of this as I prepared to watch the film, watched the film and tried to write this review MULTIPLE times but Tumblr done ate it, the more intresting things became and the more I was excited to cover it. Lightyear may not be pixar's best film, but it's a throughly intresting one to unpack both for what it does right, where it failed, and where Disney and the films own director failed it. So join me to infinity and beyond as I take this verison of buzz otu of the package and see what works and what needs to be sent back to the factory for repairs.
What Does That Mean I Ask You? Before we can get into the actual film we have to get into it's marketing.. which is one of the things I felt hurt it the most. For starters while the first trailer is majestic as hell, showing off the film's gorgeous animation and using one of my favorite songs from the Late, Great David Bowie, Starman, in one of the best ways i've seen, it was also maddeningly vague, as was the films marketing marketing it as "not a prequel but the origin of the REAL Buzz Lightyear that inspired the toy"
Tumblr media
It was a question everyone has as what it actually was in relation to Toy Story, an alternate universe, a reboot, a cabin in the alps, was VERY unclear and no one could give a straight answer. And in hindsight… there is NO reason they couldn't have. The film is meant to be the in universe film, the first of a trilogy at least in the Toy Story Universe, that inspired the Buzz Lightyear toyline, the movie that Andy loved enough to want a Buzz Lightyear figure more than anything. I will NEVER get why simply saying that was so difficult for the film's crew and Chris Evans himself. I mean in the real world it's basically a reboot of Buzz as an actual space ranger and not a living toy, and in fiction it's a movie. That's all you had to say. I managed to lay it out in a sentence. The film itself lays it out in the opening text: In 1995, a boy named Andy got a Buzz Lightyear toy for his birthday. It was from his favorite movie. This is that movie. Were they trying to hide that to avoid controversy, trying to build up mystery, trying to use it as part of a complicated heist?
Tumblr media
It's some of the dumbest marketing i've seen… and just yesterday I found out the cover to the Plesantville soundtrack is this
Tumblr media
Which is somehow less confusing than this choice. You had the perfect, simple explination of it, the perfect marketing line IN THE FILM ITSELF. WHY DID YOU TAKE SO LONG TO USE IT
Tumblr media
This is Disney Logic at it's purest: not doing the obvious things for reasons only known to the unkonwable cosmic entity that lives in the disney boardroom and makes most of their decisions lest descenters be sent into the void. It's understandable people weren't really excited about the film when the marketing was confusing. You can be vauge about something and still get people hyped, Jordan Peele is a master at this, keeping his movies tight lipped since their built on sizeable twists and suspense, but this was trying to do that and instead steping of a field of rakes. And speaking of stepping on a filed of rakes let's talk about this being the in universe film that inspired the Buzz Lightyear Toyline shall we?
This FIlm Makes No Goddamn Sense as a Film In the Toy Story Universe I could leave it at the title but this is something that utterly baffled me and continues to. While Lightyear works okay as a film, as THE film that inspired the Buzz Toyline and, according to it's director, BLOSC, it is laughably nonsensical. Not as much as the films marketing but stil VERY close. I knew from just from research that this was going to need it's own section.
See the IDEA of making Buzz a movie instead of a tv show isn't bad. The director, Angus Maclane described it as "What if we made the movie that inspired the Buzz Lightyear Toy and made it awesome". And for all the faults with the film Maclane wasn't a bad choice: This isn't his first time with Toy Story having directed my personal faviorite of the Post Toy Story 3 shorts, Small Fry, in which a happy meal toy of buzz ties up our buzz and tries to replace him. The sheer hilarity of this tiny big headed toy trying to swagger in while no one remotely buys it (and only fake it so they can go find the real buzz), while Buzz is forced to deal with a support group for abandoned toys is amazing and still one of my faviorite toy story things. Angus also directed Toy Story of Terror, an excellent special. He knew the franchise and clearly does love it, to the point that despite the frequent burials of star command it not only inspired the film a bit, but he still treid to fit it into the verse when he didn't really have to nor Disney didn't care if it lived or died. It dosen't quite work in that regard and i'll get to that, but he still tried.
The idea is good, and honestly Buzz , while making a tiny bit more sense as a tie in to a tv show, still makes perfect sense as a movie tie in: the 90's were RIFE with movie toylines, to the point the lost in space movie i'm sure 80% of you didn't even know existed and which somehow shares a plot point with this movie had a MASSIVE toyline, one I almost forgot happened till I stumbled across one in package at a thrift store. They would give any movie a toyline and given Angus says the LIghtyear film got two sequels to make it a trilogy, and that Star Wars had a big toyline in the 90's to go with the relreases, it did make sense.
The problem is despite Angus saying that was the idea… Lightyear never REMOTELY comes off as the kind of movie that would've promoted the toys we see in the Toy Story movies. Lightyear.. isn't a star wars or star trek style space opera.. it's a hard sci fi story about guilt, lost time, and moving on. It's a pretty great story, one i'll get into the meat of soon enough, but it's not the kind of cheesy but still damn cool space opera like Star Wars or Star Trek that Buzz was clearly supposed to be, nor that kids would buy the merch for.
As my good friend Jess said as we watched this as I needed a copilot, this makes more sense as an in universe reboot of the Buzz Lightyear franchise than the original film. And I agree. It would've still kept what they were going for but worked much better. Out of universe.. this film IS a reboot and clearly trying to take a goofy property dead seriously. It fits more with modern sensibilities and is written and designed that way. If they wanted to make a reboot or make a cheesy 80's or 90's style sci fi flick that still kicked ass, either was viable but by trying to do both it fails. And that's not even getting into the fact that Buzz' best friend being openly gay and having an onscreen kiss disney SHOCKINGLY tried to cut out before sheepishly reinserting it for florida shaped reasons.
There's also a TON of little things that just don't add up: Buzz' ship doesn't look a ton like the classic one, Zurg looks and acts NOTHING like the one we see in Toy Story 2 in toy or in the video games, and Buzz really doesn't look a ton like it. It just takes you out of the movie trying to figure out how the hell this movie came out in kayfabe 1995 and drags the film down slightly as a result. Onc eagain, easy solution in sight, stupid solution taken instead lest get sent to the void. We Should Be On By Now
So we've gotten into why the movie dosen't make a lick of sense in the Toy Story universe.. but what is it as a movie? What it is is honestly pretty good. While it has some flaws, we'll get to those the core of the film is a moving, high concept sci fi piece. The Film is a character piece, one centered around Buzz.. and the greatest mistake of his life. We see this mistake at the start of the film: Buzz is a Space Ranger, part of Star Commands mission to explore new worlds to settle on and explore. Buzz's job alongside his best friend and commanding officer Alisha is to check out these worlds ahead of time to see if their habitable before waking the science team. I find it neat this is done in resonable shifts: make sure ther'es a reason to stay and not a ton of hostile critters, then thaw out science team to likely check for toxins and other hidden dangers that Space Rangers prelimnary scans might have missed.
America's Ass Chris Evans and Uzo Aduba who unsuprisingly is playing someone who tries to find a way to save the day because that's who she is. Both are excellent. Evans admitely stumbles in this first act, which has a bit more comedy and most of it not landing, that has Buzz more like he is as a toy and patrick warburton: a tad hammy and jokey. It clashes with the more serious tone of the rest of th efilm and thankfully once we're past that Evans slips into the roll far better and plays the comedy scens like we know we can. Uzo is just great from start to finish as she always is when she shows up in a work, and plays Alisha as the compitent commander and compassionate but needed check to Buzz' love of protocol and obsessive need "finish the mission". THey have great chemistry and you really feel like they've been friends for a LONG time and this is just one adventure of many. I was also shocked to be reminded by Wikipedia this WASN'T Evan's first voice role: He played Casey Jones , and did a decent job if memory serves, in the excellent 2007 TMNT movie. He was also in Battle For Terra which I honestly forgot existed and probably will after this review finishes.
Things go bad fast though and all thanks to Buzz: His refusal to really work with a rookie they brought leaves him open to the planets living plants, and they quickly find out this planet is hostile as hell and try to leave. An engine failure and Buzz' half assed attempts to land with no help seal their fate and leave the crew stranded.
This is the moment I talked about and it's telling Buzz's first instict is to handcuff himself and insist he be court martialed, recognizing his ego and overconfidence has trapped hundreds of people on a hostile world with no easy way off as they'd need to try and synthize the crystals that make warp flight possible. It shows Buzz not only took his horrible mistake hard, but that he's geninely repentant. Alisha wisely get shim to pivot, using Buzz' sense of duty to point out the mission isn't done: They need to set up a colony so they can sythisze the fuel needed to find some way out of this.. and they need Buzz to both make sure they get that far and to do the flight work It's a heartwarming well meaning gesture, Alisha not likely happy with the crash but understanding that beating up her friend over it may send him spiraling further and that by giving him a purpose, it'll have him put his guilt towards making up for his mistakes and instead of drowning in them. As a wise man once said
Tumblr media
The problem is telling him to Finish The Mission.. also leaves Buzz using said phrase as an unhealthy coping mechanisim for his own guilt. To him the ONLY way he can ever forgive himself for what he's done to these people is getting them home. The ONLY thing that matters is making the fuel stable and no matter what it costs him he'll do it. It's all he has to hold onto.
And thus we get a decent twist and one the trailers hid: while the trailers did reveal the plot involves buzz ending up generations after his friend with her dead, I assumed it'd be, funnily enough a Captain America situation: Buzz goes forward, his friend is long gone and he's a man out of time. While he's a man out of time HOW it happens is something I never could've imagined but it's incredibly creative, heartbreaking and tragic: Buzz lands from his first failed test flight.. and finds the tech who helped him years older, having grown a beard.. and thinking Buzz was DEAD. Buzz lost four years of his life due to time dilation, a scientific principal often mused about in space flight and why the cryosleep was likely applied: While Buzz himself doesn't age everything around him does, so while for him it was likely a few hours, for everyone else it was four years. As such he lost those years, missing his best friend getting engaged to a wonderful woman she met. It's driven home painfully by the fact he's shocked it just happened.. only for Alisha to interject it was three years ago. They've been together that long and Buzz missed all of it
Buzz is given one of the best parts of the film to cope. To Star Command and Alisha's credit, they've prepared for things like this and thus Buzz is given a therapy robot, Sox, a cat robot voiced by Peter Sohn. If that name doesn't ring a bell it's fair: Sohn's mostly done small rolls like the mugger in incredibles and is more a behind the scenes man, with his directorial debut coming soon with the awesome looking Elemental. I assumed going in Socks was simple Disney mandated comic relief. And while part of that is true, he's very deadpan and very hilarious at times… he's also endearing, genuinely trying to help Buzz with his trauma and process things while Buzz is determined to do the flight again, keep going and Finish the Mission. In this trying time where he's lost so much time and is only going to loose more, Sox is a lifeline, doing research on the crystals between flights and being Buzz's support and friend. Buzz , while slightly annoyed by his robot buddy, does genuinely apricate his efforts. Sadly Buzz fails to see the lost time as something to mourn nor takes any time to regroup, get counseling that isn't a robot cat, or reflect: he instead pushes forward.. and the insuring montage is tearjerking. Buzz continues to loose year, after year, only seeing his best friends life in glimpses as she has a child with her partner, anniversaries and other events. Buzz gets to intend, as Alisha makes sure he's included.. but he looses so much. By focusing so much on his past mistake, a mistake that to him was just days ago, a mistake he never took the time to forgive himself for, he's missing the key fact: That everyone and everything else has moved on. What he did was a terrible blunder, yes. Him trying to make up for it for noble.. but letting his drive to do so consume him cost him a life.
He could've found a partner himself if he wanted to , help settle this world as his friend had, been a part of her joys and triumphs and been there for her children and grandchildren. Instead he's just a passing figure, a story she can tell them.. and when she finally passes of old age, he's not there for it. He lost his best friend and being a part of her life all because he coudlnt' get up.. and the sadest part is he STILL plans to keep going, not realizing that in the decades that have passed the mission is obsolete: generations have grown up here and while space flight COULD be useful, escaping..is no longer necessary. And you can see why Buzz dosne't realize this: in his dogged pursuit only months, maybe a year has passed for him while DECADES have gone on. Oceans rised, empires fell.. and he stayed the same, trapped in the worst moment of his life trying to make up for it long after said mistake has turned from a horrible surivival situation to simply the way things are.
The film tries to hammer this home with the new commander, Cal Burnside> The problem is Cal.. is the worst character in the film and would be the worst part if not for the. For starters shortly AFTER Buzz just found out his friend was dead he decides to just.. tell Buzz the missions' canceled, his work was for nothing and it's over. Now granted, I get why: like I said this is home. Cal had his WHOLE LIFE here from birth to now. I suspect the ONLY reason Buzz wasn't stopped sooner is Alisha coudln't bare to do that to her friend and likely planned to simply talk him down from escaping and find another use for space flight once he was done.
Cal however dosen't seem to Graps Buzz woudlnt want to give up that easy, to him only a year, if that has passed while decades have passed to him or you know get him a therapist to help him adjust to his new life. Canceling the project is fine but the callousness this bastard has for a man who just found out the one shot he felt he had at redpention is dead, his best friend is dead, and he has NOTHING left but his robot cat is MIND BOGGLING. Oh and because the missions over he plans to have said cat memory wiped and murdered.
Tumblr media
So yeah I do not like this guy at all. He was clearly meant to be gruff but well meaning.. but comes off as an unempathetic ass not helped by trying to arrest buzz for taking off soon after… even though that's obviously what he'd do and maybe treating him like a criminal instead of TALKING TO HIM MORE would help. Cal really fails to grasp what Buzz is going througha nd while I get it, unlike Alisha he dosen't know the guy, you'd THINK a legendary hero who had been around for decades at this point and been doing this for so long woul dbe someone he'd at least read up on heavily or something he'd read the breifings for if Alisha left any. Sure she could've done nothing and this could be her fault.. but given Cal's impulsive, overly holden to the rules, needlessly if unteitonally cruel actions, i'm inclined to beleivie he woudln't of cared.
So Buzz takes off again and ends up a few weeks later, finding the city covered with a dome and under siege by the forces of Zurg, whose also taking an intrest in Buzz. The only help he has are the incredibly green cadets of the local base who happened to not be behind the city's shield, what Burnside pivoted research too, at the time and are trying to find some way to stop Zurg: Izzy, Alisha's enthuastic granddaughter whose a big fan of Buzz' played by the radiant Kiki Palmer, Mo, a nervous sort played by a criminally misused Taika Watiti and Darby, played by Dale Soules of orange is the new black, a convict doing this as community service. Buzz naturally given the weird rookie thing doesn't want to use them, but is of course forced to rely on them
The cadets are a mixed bag. THe whole having to rely on them thing feels contrived and done a thousand times before, and they feel like the most cliche part of a film that's mostly fairly clever in doing space stuff. That said Izzy and Darby ARE endearing: Izzy is cheerful, genuinely wants to help and get better, and wants to take her shot. l She's also helpful, pointing out the space rangers suits stealth functions when the group gets some and having come up with operation surprise party, the plan to defeat Zurg, herself. You can't help but like her as she struggles to earn her uncle's approval. Darby is less complex being the comic relief, but she's still useful and entertaining, casually hot wiring stuff for the crews needs, making fun quips and generally being what scientests call a hoot. Mo is the weak link: Watiti CAN be funnier and deeper than this as seen with What We Do In the Shadows, Our Flag Means Death and The Thor Films, but is wasted here on an underdeveloped cowardly guy stereotype
I do get why star command fans aren't fond of these guys though: Their, aside from Izzy, a weak substitute for strong characters with far better designs. Izzy is still great though an emotional bedrock that helps Buzz see the life Alisha had, that it may of not been what she was planning.. but she wouldn't trade it. A life well lived.
The Man Who Sold the World And it's around this time Buzz gets kidnapped by our main villian, Zurg, played by character actor i'm not too familiar with but does terrific here James Brolin. And it's here we get a twist MANY hated: Zurg.. is an older Buzz, one from another timeline who did land on time.. and was nearly arrested. Understandably bitter at Burnsides treatment of him after FINALLY mastering the fuel he sped off and ended up aging some.. and ended up in the past. The time dilation turned out to work both ways and provided Future Buzz an opportunity: go back to when the accident happen, stop it and prevent this timeline from ever happening. Admittedly we get one of the dumbest parts of the film as Future Buzz just.. found the Zurg equipment. There might be a real Zurg whose shit he stole, the robots just call him that. It is impressively half assed, having the main villian just find this stuff instead of having Future Buzz' socks simply come up with the robots and ships. We know our Socks has been spending the decades studying the fuel and likely thus the ships himself, and givne he hacked star command to get the test flight going could probably do the same now covertly to get robot plans and anything Future Buzz needed. It's UTTERLY lazy in a film that's usually anything butt when it comes to it's plot.
That said while the "he found this stuff' thing is VERY stupid.. I have to admit.. I LOVE Future Buzz. Yes really. I get the hate to a point: evil future self isn't the newest thing with Hulk having done it brilliantly with Future Imperfect and the Maestro back in the 9's and other films like said Lost in Space and Lego Movie: The Second Part being brought up. But the thign is just because a trope HAS been done.. dosen't mean it can't work again. The way it's done here is better than how it seems for LIS, and is far different from Lego Movie 2. The motivations are different, the characterization is diffrent and the intent is different.
The reason Future Buzz works is he's the embodiment of our Main Buzz's obession with "finishing the mission'" Our Buzz has finally stopped long enough to see his guilt is no longer needed, that his friend had a full life as did everyone else and they created somethign wonderful out of a terrible situation: generations of families, a life well lived and a home.
Future Buzz, who yes I get is Zurg but is not really zurglike so it's easier to only call him that when I want to rather than all the dang time, never stopped. He never stopped thinking of the mission, never stopped trying, and only thought of that. And it's divergince that gives Buzz clarity: he realizes that if he does this, resets time anjd finally fixes his mistake he'll reach his goal: but Izzy , Mo, even Commander Douchecanoe will never exist and the good life Alisha had, the partner she met will never happen. All that will be gone.. and in the end when faced with getting what he want, with seemingly getting his redemption.. Buzz backs away. He's finally done one of the hardest things a person can do, a thing I struggle with when I fuck up, and perhaps why this film hit so hard: he forgives himself and lets his mistake go
Naturally there's more to this: Zurrg refuses to see reason and plans to still hard reset things, Buzz' crew save him, as does Future Socks who realizes his old friend has lost his way and invests in a new buzz.. before sadly getting killed by Zurg!Buzz for his betryal. An actiony and decent climax has had but for me the most important part is done: Buzz forgave himself , broke the cycle and finds a new future. Commander Steaming Bowl of Elephant Piss while arresting buzz depsite you know CLEARLY stopping Zurg
Tumblr media
Reopens the Space Rangers, now dedicated to exploring nearbye systems with the perfected crystal and protecting their home from threats, with the Zurg incident having shown there's more out there. Our heroes head to infinity and beyond.. and Buzz finally embraces the future. It's a good ending and as you can see the plot.. really isn't that bad. I get Future Buzz being divisive, but to me it's a solid tale of living and guilt.. and moving past it to infinity and beyond The problem isn't future Buzz as a character: Brolin is fantastic and he's a perfect evil oppisite. The problem is the biggest one with the film
This Shoudln't Of Been A Toy Story The thing that holds the film back from being a true classic.. is that it's a Buzz Lighyear tale. on it's own it's fucking amazing and could've easily been a pixar sci fi movie about a man grappling with his mistakes. But the buzz bits grafted onto it don't take. The Space Ranger Uniforms for staters are too goofy for the tone: Buzz and co wear realistic nasa style uniforms when not in flight and Buzz has a realistic flight suit he uses for the tests. Their iconic outfits dont' get me wrong, but they just don't fit this movie with their gaudy color scheme and space age design. More importanntly though in connection to the toy versions.. it just dosen't work. Zurg is modernly redeisgned to be threatning, and isn't the hammy darth vader clone he was in Toy Story. As I said NONE of this makes sense as the original toy story. There's a clever bit here and there, the space ranger suits Mo and Darby use are the Blue and Red Variants used in the original toyline. I love that so much. But ultimately it just feels like a familiar IP Grafted onto a truly great story.
That's the tragedy here: This is a fairly decent film. It's not as bad as it's hate, but it's hampred by trying to be something it's not. It was assumed to be a star wars style action film but it's not. It was saddled with a lisence that only actively hurt it. If LIghtyear were just allowed to be a cool high concept sci fi film with some action, fun characters, and a truly deep core it'd work. As it stands, Lightyear is a flawed messy film that I still feel is woth a look. The three films before it are objectively better, again even with just maybe 20 minutes of Turning Red it's far more cohesive, personal and well thought out than this entire film, and the three after it, Elemental, Elio and Inside Out 2 look far more intresting, this flim dosen't really deserve to be remember as this hated failure it's become. It should be remembered at what it is: a mistake in making it a toy story film.. but a decent sci fi story about letting go of guilt all the same. Thanks for reading, follow for more, consider reading my patreon.. and as all three Buzzes would say, all deserving of the uniform, To Infinity, And Beyond.

@jonghyuns-husband @jjongbaby (and anyone who may need it too)
I’m not asking you to delete your blog but I’m just telling you to watch out though. You’re using the main tags for some of your fanfics. One of our friend was falsely accused of making them when it was you.
Also, I think you’re quite new to Tumblr since you literally used your main blog to do the whole reblogging and shit. My advice would be to leave your main account blank and super private (or somewhat related to what your other blogs is about) and then make secondary blogs where you would make different kinds of blogs. That’s why you would see creators with different blogs they would use. But it’s alright since it’s not your fault. Somebody should of guided you through Tumblr before using. I had this account (or at least been using Tumblr) for 6-7 years.
Also with the tag thing, stuff like #shinee #/kimjonghyun #/jonghyun or #/shineejonghyun is considered the “main” tags. What they probably meant by other tags would be like #/jjong #/jjongie #/blingblingisjonghyun (not sure but probably) and specific tags like #/shineefanfics #/shineekimjonghyunfanfics #/kimjonghyunfanfics etc. That could also be the reason why you couldn’t find any Jonghyun fics and all you would see are tributes of him.
It’s like the same system as wattpad. You have the categoric tags (e.g #horror), popular tags (e.g #bxb) and context/related tags (e.g #shinee)
Don’t worry about it, you’ll get used to it eventually. I just wanted to tell you guys since you looked new. Also, I do like your fanfics. It seemed like it has been helping you throughout those years. I still believe you since you are my friend and I don’t want you to get in any trouble. Make secondary blogs since you’re not really able to go private like other social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, etc.
Now for @jjongbaby I don’t hate your blog. In fact, I’m pretty sure you was just lumped in just because you reblogged. Try not to get involved in any drama by not reblogging everything you see. Also, yes. Twitter users has always been here. In fact, don’t you realise that they kinda act similar? Tumblr is more of an underground Twitter but with extra steps. I’m pretty sure you just want to be left alone to post whatever you want. Unfortunately, it’s not 100% easy. I’d say limit your reblogging to ONLY friends, especially if that reblog is from a reblog. You pretty much don’t interact with them at all and keep it to yourself. I know. Tumblr really needs to have a private option. The only way I could think is to blank your main blog up and switch it to a password protected secondary blog. Do you ever wonder why I don’t post in my main blog? Because this is the blog that would show up when you comment on other people’s posts.
It’s alright guys, I still believe you two are just Shawols that has gone through a lot, but take this as a learning curve. Also, I understand it’s a coping mechanism (as I read in your bio) but please refrain from posting it. I know you made a statement saying that when you make a dark joke it means you’re sad, but I’d say that right now. Nobody online cares about what you went through, they just hate the jokes (which I do as well but I wouldn’t force you to stop since I understand your situation as a Shawol of 14 years and also some personal experiences I won’t list here for obvious reasons but I’ll say please don’t make more of them. Or if you do, make a private, password protected blog and express it there. If you want, you could add whoever could go inside by simply giving the password.
There’s nothing much I could say except good luck guys. If you need any more help for Tumblr, please let me know.

If You're Not Paying for the Product, You are the Product
After watching The Social Dilemma I was shocked and honestly a little nervous. Big data and algorithms are powerful tools and no joke either. These tools can be used to attack us where we are weakest and do so without us even noticing. In the movie, they talked about how algorithms are created and once they are put into action they are constantly improving. They also talked about how even people who create these algorithms don’t fully understand them. To me, that is scary because if someone smart enough to create the algorithm can’t fully understand it, then how is a common person like me to understand it and its powers.
Tumblr media
I fear there is a lot of danger that comes with big data and algorithms. They can’t tell the difference between what is true and what is fake so there is no filter as to what information they are spreading. This leads to a lot of fake news and fake information that people fall victim to. Another danger is that big data and algorithms are only going to improve and get better at what they are programmed to do, and humans are not improving anywhere close to the speed at which this technology is. This means that our technology is only going to get better at getting us to do and believe what it wants. Another danger that I see with large companies using big data and algorithms is they see people as dollar signs and not as real people whose lives they are affecting. This I feel is one of the biggest dangers.
I feel for these problems to be dealt with there will have to be a huge change of some sort. For example, the government putting a ban on big data and algorithms that are causing harm. Another example could come from people simply stopping the use of platforms that are using them as the product. This would take a massive shift in the mindsets of millions of people around the world. This problem could also be dealt with by implementing more laws and regulations. This would help keep these companies from taking it another step further. After watching this movie, I have a better understanding of how my phone and different apps are using me and how I can not fall into their traps.

you're complaining people don't get the attention they deserve? it's how the internet works though? not everyone likes what you do and whatnot, and if you're mad that your followers are barely talking to you, then it's yours and their problem, I'm just pointing out that it's immature to get mad that some creators don't get the attention they deserve bc of the "community". if you're going to write, don't always expect high likes or sumn like that, not everyone sees what you write, and not everyone will like it. if you're easily swayed bc you get less likes than usual, then just don't write at all. this is why most writers are self indulgent.
Look, I'm not stopping you from going ahead and writing for real life ppl instead of fictional chars(your blog, your choice), but please don't get offended when you or other people get lesser likes than others. It's simply how the internet works.
I can't blame you for feeling under appreciated, especially since you're a very talented writer, but it's inevitable that some of your posts will flop.
And yes. I did feel attacked that you called the community ungrateful when I literally have a side blog dedicated to reblogging smut by authors like you. It's like telling me that all my support is for nothing. If you want to see the blog for proof—just say the word and I'll send it.
for starters, i need y’all to stop saying ‘complaining’ when all i’m doing is opening up and getting real.
i’m aware of how the internet works, i’ve been on it since the dawn of time tf? i used to write on wattpad, i had mutuals n friends with books n fics with HUNDREDS of thousands of reads with so much interaction n my lil 10-12 year old self would be so jealous. i only had ONE book get 70k+ reads and i was so happy. i still am so happy. let’s get it clear that i never have been, and never will be ungrateful for anyone who supports me. if you have a side blog dedicated to reblogging writers’ works then the post was never about you in the first place. the initial post that sparked this whole thing was a JOKE, if we’re being honest, and it was never meant to attack or make y’all upset.
it’s not ‘immature’ to get upset because i keep getting shadowbanned or no interaction with 1k+ followers when i’m taking the time out of my life (that has NEVER been kind to me) to write. i write because i enjoy it and i always have. i write because my life fucking sucks n the only escape i have is writing. i will admit, maybe i am projecting because i have my own trauma and need attention, but beside that, everything i said is true. every creator deserves their flowers, whether it’s big or not. what you’re not understanding is ONE comment makes the biggest difference. and again, it’s not about the likes and blowing up, it’s about seeing people express how much they like your work and appreciate your talent, effort, and YOU as an author. i could get 20 likes but one comment complimenting or acknowledging my writing will make it all different. everybody has a flop piece at some point and that’s not the issue. as a fanfiction writer jumping from platform to platform, i’ve had my fair share of droughts and flop posts, and i understand but it doesn’t make it suck any less. especially on a site like tumblr where posts are MADE to be shared.
creators have been saying this since forever: we want to be treated more like people than content machines. i don’t take requests and people get upset. i open my requests n get bombarded with shit that fly’s past any rule and boundary i’ve sent. i post a 6k word fic and get run down with ‘is there a part 2??’ instead of ‘wow this was so good!’ do you understand what i’m saying now? i get what you’re saying — i’ve been you to my favorite creators. scared to interact because i’m shy and whatnot, but tumblr makes it SO MUCH easier with the anonymous button, and even the option to switch between blogs. make a side blog to interact if you don’t wanna use your main. fine. i don’t care, just give me my pat on the back when it’s due. even if it’s just one. fuck

GiftToInspire Spreading Joy and Motivation Through Thoughtful Gifts
In a world that often moves at a rapid pace, finding meaningful ways to connect with others and inspire positivity can sometimes be a challenge. However, platforms like GiftToInspire have emerged to remind us that even small gestures can make a big difference. GiftToInspire is more than just a gifting platform — it’s a movement aimed at spreading joy, motivation, and inspiration through thoughtful gifts.
The Power of Thoughtful Gifting
Gift-giving has always been a way to show appreciation, love, and care to those around us. A thoughtful gift has the power to uplift spirits, strengthen relationships, and create lasting memories. When a gift is chosen with careful consideration of the recipient’s interests, passions, and personality, it becomes a symbol of understanding and connection.
However, the concept of thoughtful gifting goes beyond just the material aspect. It’s about sending a message — a message that says, “I see you,” “I appreciate you,” and “I believe in you.” This message is what makes a gift truly inspirational. It resonates on a deeper level and has the potential to ignite positive change in someone’s life.
Inspiration Through Personalization
One of the cornerstones of GiftToInspire is the emphasis on personalization. The platform encourages gift-givers to take the time to understand the recipient — their dreams, goals, and aspirations. By doing so, the gift becomes a reflection of the recipient’s journey and a source of motivation to pursue their passions.
Imagine receiving a gift that aligns perfectly with your interests. It’s not just a physical item; it’s a testament to your unique identity. Whether it’s a book that resonates with your current life stage, a piece of artwork that captures your dreams, or a personalized journal to document your thoughts, each gift becomes a reminder that you are valued and supported.
Spreading Positivity and Motivation
In a world where negativity and stress can easily take center stage, platforms like GiftToInspire are beacons of positivity. The act of giving and receiving inspirational gifts creates a ripple effect of positivity. When someone feels inspired, they are more likely to inspire others in turn. This chain reaction can foster a culture of motivation and support that extends far beyond the initial gift.
Moreover, the gifts offered through GiftToInspire often carry motivational messages, quotes, or themes. These messages serve as daily reminders to stay focused, stay positive, and keep working towards one’s goals. In a world where self-doubt and discouragement are common, having these tangible reminders can make a significant difference in one’s mindset and perspective.
Connecting People Through Shared Dreams
GiftToInspire not only focuses on connecting individuals but also on connecting dreams. When someone receives a gift that aligns with their aspirations, it sends a powerful message: “I believe in your dreams.” This affirmation can give someone the confidence they need to pursue their goals, no matter how ambitious they may seem.
Additionally, GiftToInspire provides a platform for people to share their stories of inspiration. Users can write about their dreams, their journey, and how a thoughtful gift has impacted their lives. These stories create a sense of community and shared purpose, reminding everyone that they are not alone in their pursuit of greatness.
The Future of Thoughtful Gifting
As platforms like GiftToInspire continue to gain traction, the future of gifting is likely to become more personalized, meaningful, and inspirational. The focus will shift from simply exchanging objects to exchanging emotions, dreams, and support. This evolution aligns with a growing societal emphasis on well-being, mental health, and human connection.
In a fast-paced world, the value of thoughtful gestures cannot be overstated. GiftToInspire serves as a reminder that even a small gift, chosen with intention, can have a profound impact on someone’s life. By spreading joy, motivation, and inspiration, this platform is contributing to a brighter and more connected world. So, the next time you’re looking to make a difference, consider giving the gift of inspiration through GiftToInspire.
