FYI: Do not use lip scrubs. They are not good for your lips and damage your lip barrier.

I thought it would help with exfoliating my lips as they continued to heal from excessive dryness. They just made them worse. I feel like I set back the healing process by months.

I looked into it more and found several articles stating that lip scrubs are not good. It's better to stick with a lip moisturizer and do not pick at your lips! I'll post the links when I reblog this.
