There was a movie on in the background. Long-winded dialogue and orchestral swells mix with the sounds of the refrigerator and the airconditioner humming through the small apartment. But the plot was left forgotten, ignored, just like those ambient sounds that the human brain barely seemed to notice.

Jake and Ronnie’s soul focus was each other. The way she clenched around his hardened length. The way he hit something special inside her as she moved up and down at an achingly slow pace.
