As an experienced person of psychology and behavioral health, I strongly reckon that if you do want to use warding spells, don't bring mental illness into this. It's not right to say that warding spells can ward off mental illness or even natural human emotions that need to be felt. Also, don't try to use spells to avoid mental/emotional responsibility. Here's a list of reasons why it's important not to claim that warding spells can help ward off depression or any mental health issues, along with alternative steps to take:
Lack of Scientific Evidence: There is no scientific evidence to support the idea that warding spells or any magical practice can cure or prevent mental health disorders.
Misleading and False Claims: Making such claims can mislead vulnerable individuals into believing that they can replace evidence-based treatments with magical practices.
Stigmatization: It perpetuates the harmful stigma surrounding mental health issues by implying that they can be easily addressed through non-scientific means.
Safety Concerns: Relying solely on magical practices for mental health can be dangerous when individuals need professional treatment or medication to manage their conditions.

The wolf-hair pen fell on the white rice paper, and the delicate handwriting was writing out medical records, without any scribbles. From the earliest wound treatment to drug detoxification to dredging the meridians three months ago, and reviving the qi region, each treatment step and each medication plan were written in detail and bound into a book for future medical records to refer to.
Yue Wuhuan's psychological state, however, Song Qingshi didn't know how to write. He hesitated for a while and finally just wrote a few strokes to outline the medical case. Comparing before and after, it seemed that there was a trend of improvement.
Yue Wuhuan's schedule had become regular and busy.
He found an unused sword in the treasury, got up before dawn and practiced for two hours. Then, he waited for Song Qingshi to freshen up and read books with him for a couple hours to learn medical knowledge and in the afternoon, study anatomy or try to formulate medicine and alchemy together. In the evening, after dealing with the internal affairs of Medicine King's Valley, he meditated and practiced cultivation for two hours.
A cultivator's physique does not require much sleep, so he was reluctant to waste time and only slept for one or two hours a day. If not for Song Qingshi's insistence on eating together, he would even want to replace his food with a grain-substituting pill.
Song Qingshi never imagined that in this life, he would still have to persuade others to study at a leisurely pace.
Yue Wuhuan said that he had wasted too much time and was only making the best use of his time.
Because of his previous core-building experience and improved aptitude, he quickly returned to the sixth level of qi training, and a new cultivation level was just around the corner.

He took the scissors and gestured at the mirror for a long time wanting to do it. Yue Wuhuan came in to see. He immediately snatched his scissors and lost his temper for the first time: "What is Master trying to do?!"
After learning the reason, he gave Song Qingshi a good lesson.
"Your body and hair are precious. In the eyes of the world, there are only three situations in which a man will cut off his hair." Yue Wuhuan could hardly control his anger, and his voice was very stern, "One is a monk, the other is a sinner, and the third is an arrogant person. Which one does Master want to be?"

"Very good, your hands are really skillful," Song Qingshi looked at the hair that was combed many times neater than his own, and asked after complimenting, "Wuhuan, should I find a maid who combs my hair? "
Yue Wuhuan's hand holding the comb paused. He controlled the faint evil thoughts bubbling up, and asked softly: "Master. . . you don't like me doing your hair? Do you want someone else to do it?"
Song Qingshi immediately denied it: "I'm afraid that you're too overqualified for a job like this."

What is Reiki Healing
History of Reiki
The shortest version is Dr. Mikao Usui from Japan developed Reiki in the 1920's, Reiki translates into Rei meaning Universal and Ki meaning Energy.
It is said that Dr.Mikao refers to Reiki as healing energy. It has been used for many years and has gained much popularity over the years.
What can Reiki help with
Reiki is considered a meditative practice that promotes
Relaxation
Reduces stress
Reduces anxiety
Reduces chronic pain and inflammation
Autism
Fatigue
Can speed up the healing process.
What happens during a session of Reiki
The treatment will be given in a peaceful and private setting or at your own home. The client will sit or lie on a comfortable chair, sofa or bed fully clothed.  There are two ways in which the therapy can be delivered.
1 -Hands off therapy
2- Hands on therapy
If you are suffering from pain in a particular area, the practitioner will hold their hands just above the area, while this takes place an energy transfer takes place,.  The client may feel tingling, heat, coldness are the main feelings reported.  The practitioner will hold their hands in a particular position until the energy subsides, they will move on to other areas of the body ,moving through the Chakra's.  Some practitioners use crystals to aide the Chakras and also for distance healing.
A session will last around 30-45 minutes, the number of sessions will vary from person to person depending on their client's needs and the outcomes they with to achieve. 
Reiki is a non invasive therapy and can be used as a complementary modality with your current treatment plan with your GP or health care practitioner.
No reports of using Reiki alongside other treatments including medications is extremely unlikely to encounter any negative effects or any side effects of any sort. Consult your GP before agreeing to engage in any complementary therapy and Reiki should not be used in replacement of current treatment.
Reiki has a gentle nature and can be help clients to be calmed, relaxed and soothed.
What to wear at a Reiki session
Clean, loose and comfortable clothing, bring a pair of socks as shoes are removed.
Removal of necklaces
After a session of Reiki
It is advised to keep hydrated as the energy being received by the client also helps the cells in the body to regenerate, water will help replenish them
Go for a walk

Medicine Buddha is revered for his ability to heal physical and mental illnesses.
Engaging in practices such as reciting his mantra, visualizing him, and making offerings to him is believed to bring blessings and healing.
Medicine Buddha meditation is a healing practice treasured by many in the Mahayana Buddhist tradition. We can practice it for ourselves, or for someone we care about who is ill. The oldest Medicine Buddha sutra we know about dates from the seventh century. In that sutra, we are told the story of a bodhisattva, Medicine Buddha, who made twelve vows about how he would help living beings after attaining enlightenment. The holistic healing of mind and body was an important focus of his vows: he promised to help eradicate pain, disease, and disabilities of all kinds, as well as promote good health and optimal flourishing.
When we practice Medicine Buddha meditation, we do not do so to replace mainstream medical treatment, but to complement it. The practice purifies and removes the underlying, karmic causes of disease and cultivates the causes for holistic well-being. Such may be the power of our practice that we experience significant improvements in the symptoms, too. But we need to be clear about what we are doing.
Medicine Buddha is as much about mind as it is body. Empirical evidence shows that when we meditate, it triggers a self-repair mechanism in our own bodies. We stop producing cortisol and adrenalin, and instead enhance the production of immune-boosting endorphins and seratonin, arming our body against invasive bacteria, viruses, and other imbalances. These changes also promote positive mental states.
We invoke Medicine Buddha through the use of specific imagery and sound, reaching out to the consciousness of those numberless beings who have already attained enlightenment and who have chosen to manifest Medicine Buddha’s qualities.
The minds of buddhas are understood to be all-seeing and all-knowing. Buddhas react to their mantra in the same way we react when we hear our name mentioned, so we pretty much have a buddha on speed dial when we use their mantra. To borrow a metaphor from the late Tibetan teacher Gelek Rinpoche, when we recite a buddha’s mantra we are providing a hoop through which they can hook us into their energetic influence.
Note that Medicine Buddha is a Kriya tantra practice. As such, it is helpful that you first have some familiarity with the sutra tradition, as well as receive proper initiations and teachings from a properly qualified teacher, if you wish to fully embody the precious Medicine Buddha lineage.
Make Your Request
Ask Medicine Buddha to eliminate pain, purify disease, and/or rebalance or restore your health (or that of the being for whom you are practicing). You don’t need precise knowledge of the anatomical changes required. What matters here is intention.
Visualize that Medicine Buddha willingly responds to your request. Instantly, healing blue lights and nectars emanate from the bowl in his lap, come to the crown of your head, and flow down, filling your body, or that of the being for whom you are practicing. You can direct the lights and nectars to specific parts of the body, but there is such an abundance of them, that they will fill your whole being anyway.
Imagine that this process instantly, completely, and permanently eliminates and purifies all disease, pain, and suffering and—importantly—the causes of disease, pain, and suffering. In addition, the causes of holistic well-being of mind and body stream in with limitless abundance.
While visualizing this process, recite Medicine Buddha’s mantra. There are a few variants of the mantra, depending on lineage. This is one version of the mantra, which is in Sanskrit:
TAYATA, OM BEKADZE BEKADZE
MAHA BEKADZE BEKADZE,
RADZA SAMUNGATE
SOHA
This is pronounced:
Tie-ya-tar, om beck-and-zay beck-and-zay
ma-ha beck-and-zay beck-and-zay
run-zuh sum-oon-gut-eh 
so-ha.
Continue the visualization and mantra recitation for at least ten minutes if you are new to the practice. If you are a seasoned meditator, you will probably wish to go on for longer.
Dedication
Conclude your session with a dedication, such as, “By this practice of Medicine Buddha, may I (or the being for whom I am practicing), and all beings, be free from pain, disease, and suffering, and quickly achieve complete and perfect enlightenment.”
