Nonviolent Communication Part Five Food Guide/Reference Post
Disclaimer: Photos are not mine. Variations of some of the food exist as it depends on the region of the individual.
Pan Dulce - Sweet Bread (Mexican pastries)
Tumblr media
Concha - word literally translates to "Seashell" but it's a kind of pan dulce (the specific kind Miguel and reader ate)
Tumblr media
Tamales - I feel like everyone knows these but they can be made out of chicken or beef, and of green or red chile.
Tumblr media
Sweet Tamales - These are sweet tamales so they include sugar and can include different toppings like raisins, pineapple, and cinnamon sticks (not to eat but for flavor). Sometimes this varies based on the background of the individual. My mom has always added food coloring to make them pink and light green.
Tumblr media
Pozole - A kind of soup/stew made from hominy and meat (can be chicken or beef). There's different flavors based on the kind of chiles used. The typical versions I've had are red and green but I also know of pozole blanco or "white pozole." People add different toppings to it based on the region they are from like cabbage, diced onion, and avocado.
Tumblr media
Buñuelos - fried dough fritter. These are so good and are usually made for Christmas time (based on my experience).
Tumblr media
Items on Gabriella's Ofrenda:
Pulparindos: the thin yellow packs included in Gabriella and Gabriel's ofrenda
Tumblr media
Pelon Pelo Rico - the small green/white bottles with red lids
Tumblr media
The pink gum tablets on Gabriella's ofrenda (those at the very end)
Tumblr media
Paleta Payaso - the clown chocolate covered marshmallow lollipop This is how they are always portrayed but...
Tumblr media
they always look different when you open them
Tumblr media
Drinks mentioned on Gabriella's Ofrenda:
Yakult: the small bottles with beige liquid and red letters
Tumblr media
Choco Milk: chocolate powder. It's like Nesquik.
Tumblr media
Arroz con leche (Rice with Milk) : rice pudding but Mexican version

What are the ladies favorite foods and suggestions for date night?
Gonna go with all my Slasher!OC ladies for this onee
Crystal Cleopatra Frost (nee~Winters) Crystal's favorite food is.... quite honestly any of Jack's baked dishes? Even when they were human, Crystal would adore trying her man's cookies, cakes, and pies, and it's nice to watch him do it too. Both the experience and the taste makes the food super enjoyable. As for date night, honestly, Crystal would probably suggest a nice little Mexican restaurant. She loves spicy food, the music is great for them to relax to, and the lovebirds can both chat together over chips and dip, being fed while also having their time together! Plus it's fun when Jack dares her to drink the Tapitillo.
Miriam Jessica Claus (nee~Allen) Miriam's favorite food is chicken noodle soup, especially with some saltines. It's just a cozy little dish to warm you up in one of the coldest places on earth. It's like a warm hug in a meal! As for date night, Miriam loves to cook herself (and her husbands know she's damn good at it) so most of the time, she cooks, and Jack provides the dessert while Santa gets the table ready for them all to enjoy.
Hela Claus (nee~Kaupaland) Hela's favorite food is... Cheeseburgers! Bless the modern humans, because if there's one thing that Hela goes straight for during lunch after a long day at the office, it's a greasy, double quarterpounder cheesy burger that's been through the garden TWICE. As for her suggestion for date night, it honestly depends. Hela loves making old Norse dishes for her Santa (Mrs Claus IS one hell of a cook after all), but when they're both tuckered out, Hela likes to suggest they go to a bar-food hybrid. Get a good brew and a bite with her love and get up to some mischief!
Michelle Linda Ray (nee~Burns) Michelle's favorite foods are cheese platters! She likes the new flavors that can be created from trying new things, the sweets, the savory, the kicks of spice, it's so interesting to try these flavors, especially since she didn't have a huge offering growing up. It's nice to just chill with some blueberry cheese and crackers sometimes. As for date night, Michelle would go with a nice high-up Italian restaurant. Ones that really pamper you with your glass constantly being refilled, the cheese freshly grated, one that would spoil her and her husband and wife, like she knows they all want.
Donna Jean Caputo-Angelo Donna's favorite food is Chinese Takeout. Specifically General Tso's, an order of egg rolls, and crab rangoon. She ordered it a lot when she was all alone on the road, and when she first moved in with Eddie. It's a simple meal that has a lot of good memories of new freedom and cute puppylove. This is also what Donna would suggest for date night, even later on when they're older. It brings a lot of good memories for both of them and it's nice to just snuggle while using their chopsticks and fighting over the last crab rangoon.
Lucky Jean Leprechaun (nee~Ramone) Lucky's favorite food is good ol' fashioned pizza pie! A dinner that she can choose what to put on it, and that tastes delicious. Even when she can afford all the food she wants, pizza is just that comfort food to fall back upon. As for date night, Lucky honestly likes a good buffet. She and Lubdan can both choose what they want, and talk about what they chose, while still spending time together, and suggesting foods they'd already gotten, to provide the other with their own good experiences!
Rosalie/Rosie Lorraine Tudor (nee~Barker) Do you really have to ask what Rosie's favorite food is? Since she was younger, Rosie has been into food science. Different flavors meshing into a new one. And the one that provided the most results and blew her mind was ice cream. Not to mention she met her beloved through it so there's a plus all on its own. Her favorite flavor is birthday cake! As for date night, there's pretty much a go-to for Gregory and Rosie, and that's a cute little sixties-style diner. Cheese burgers and fries, sharing a milkshake, and dancing to the bops? It's heaven and a half.

tlb characters’ favorite meals:
michael: scrambled eggs with bacon and hash browns. michael is definitely a breakfast food fan, and this is his favorite breakfast meal. he prefers to make it himself, so he can cook the bacon the way he likes or put hot sauce on the eggs, but if he’s ever at a breakfast restaurant he’ll always order this there.
star: broccoli and cheddar soup. i don’t think star had a good relationship with her parents at all (in fact i hc that she ran away from home at 18) but her dad used to make this for her on special occasions and she’s never been able to find something that replaces it as her favorite food. every once and a while she’ll feel horribly homesick and get some of the campbell’s canned broccoli and cheddar soup.
david: tuna salad sandwich. he eats this like twice a month and when he does it’s the gross sandwiches that come in vending machines or the refrigerated shelf at gas stations. he truly and genuinely thinks it’s the best and most satisfying meal in the world will usually eat it alongside a can of diet coke.
dwayne: a reuben with salt and vinegar chips. he’s very picky when it comes to this specific thing. the bread on the sandwich can’t be toasted and the potato chips have to be kettle cooked or he isn’t satisfied. he hasn’t eaten this in years because there’s no restaurants in santa carla or the surrounding area that meet his high standards.
marko: bbq burger. specifically the one at a restaurant just outside of santa carla that closed down in the mid 1970s. he mourns the lose every day and has never found a bbq burger that hits quite the same.
paul: lasagna. his all time favorite is the one at this italian place in the town where he grew up, but he’s happy with any and all types of lasgna, including the shitty frozen meal ones.
laddie: spaghettios with hot dogs cut up in it. most of what he eats is fast food or from whatever quick service restaurants are on the boardwalk, so it’s not like he gets a lot of home cooked meals and he sees this as a sometimes treat that star or one of the boys will make for him every once in a while.
sam: grilled chicken tacos. he takes his tacos with cilantro and sour cream only, and as little spice as possible because he can’t handle it at all. he hasn’t eaten this at all since moving to santa carla cause his favorite version of it is at a mexican restaurant that the emersons used to go to semi regularly when they lived in arizona. if he ate any different chicken tacos it would just make him a little homesick and sad he can’t have the ones he likes.
edgar: blueberry pancakes with a side of onion rings. edgar seems like a diner food kind of guy to me (i haven’t forgotten the scene in the thirst where he and zoe get pancakes together), and he’s definitely a creature of habit so this is what he always orders. he refuses to put any sort of syrup on the pancakes and never gets any breakfast sides to go with them, it’s only ever onion rings.
alan: peanut butter and banana sandwich. i think that he and edgar were kind of left to their own devices a lot growing up (and it’s only gotten worse now that they’re teenagers), so they had to make their own meals and peanut butter and banana sandwiches are something they’d eat multiple times a week when they were kids. no matter how often he eats them he never gets tired of them.
lucy: chicken and dumplings. she makes this at least once a month, and every time michael or sam have ever gotten sick she makes it for them. she still uses her mom’s recipe from when she was a kid.

1, 4, 10, 19 and 23 for the not from the US ask set 😌
Hey there, thank you for asking.
Let's see:
1. favourite place in your country? My favorite place in my country, I believe, is the capital. I prefer larger cities, and here, I always find everything I can think of. Unfortunately, I think I'm getting tired of living here because there are too many people, and everything is chaotic, and rent is so expensive. 😮‍💨
4. favourite dish specific for your country? Pozole. It's a traditional Mexican soup made with hominy, meat (such as pork or chicken), and seasoned with various spices. It is known for its rich broth and is often garnished with radishes, lettuce, lime, oregano, and onions. It holds cultural significance and is enjoyed during celebrations in Mexico. 😋
10. most enjoyable swear word in your native language? I really like to swear, omg, but my favs are "Su chingada madre" and "A la verga". lol
19. do you like your country’s flag and/or emblem? what about the national anthem? I don't think I feel a particular patriotism when I see our flag; I don't love that it's an animal eating another. However, the anthem, even though it's very warlike, fascinates me. Sometimes, I sing it all of a sudden as if it was another song.
23. which alcoholic beverage is the favoured one in your country? Tequila and mezcal.

My beloved kaida!! I’m here to ask you what’s Eijirous favorite meal that you’ve cooked! And what’s Katsukis? 👀
Do you alternate cooking? Like the boys and you each take turns? BIG kisses for you < 3
vixieee babyyy!! hiii hon!! oooh i love this question!!
eijirou goes wild when i make mexican food, he loves chicken taquitos packed with a creamy avocado sauce and give him a side of mexican rice and he’s actually moaning lol, he also enjoys soup a lot just like me so we are both so excited for fall season to start and make soups together!
katsuki likes when i make spicy rigatoni with vodka sauce it was one of the first dishes i ever made for him and he loved it so much he even learned how to make it himself but says it never tastes as good as when i make it, he also loves caribbean style meatballs ever since i taught him how to do them bc it’s one of my mom’s personal recipes!
yesss we usually take turns in the kitchen, katsuki is the one that is mostly in there but we divide the tasks so that we’re all bonding in there! unless one person has a very specific recipe they want to make then in that case the kitchen is all theirs while the other two sit and watch + are the taste-tester lol

We've all seen posts about needing to eat veggies more often, even as neurodivergent people with sensory issues, I know the feel, the first 15 years of my life the only burgers I ate were nothing but the bread, the meat and ketchup... and that's it, I didn’t even like mayo (and I still don't actually...)
But I have not only come to enjoy them, as long as they're cooked and seasoned properly, mix them, sauté them, stews, juices and smoothies.
Which leads me to my point:
I have seen people still defending themselves eating habits of no veggies, and sometimes more extreme stuff like not even fruits, or anything that isn't processed because of tastes and textures
Many of them often cite that they've already tried all the advices of people on different cooking methods and say that it makes no difference to them, the texture and taste it's the same.
I'm gonna say this in the most gentle posible way, after spending a good amount of a whole year helping a woman who is most certainly also an undiagnosed neurodivergent with sensory issues person, whom as such made the blandest unhealthy food possible, how to cook. If your attempts at cooking veggies and anything not safe for your tastebuds, don't change in taste and/or texture:
It's almost certain that you didn't cook them properly.
Sorry, I don't mean to hurt your feelings, it happens, it happened to me too, many times actually, some examples and extra advice under cut:
The first time I made a soup, the broth tasted too much of raw tomatoes and not much else, and you can bet it permeated every other element inside the soup.
The first time I attempted to make chicken salad, I chopped the onion in way too big, and too many chunks and all of it tasted like raw onions.
The first guacamole I tried to do, came out too bitter, chunky and wouldn't mix well, because I had gotten unripe avocados from the store.
The first patties I made were burnt outside but still looked pink inside, and they fell apart when I pulled a piece from them.
...and I have many other incidents like that, some are the typical cliches (too much or too little of certain seasonings, salsas too spicy to be edible etc.) others are more specific to mexican dishes that would be hard to explain here.
But if there's one thing I can tell you is that even the most awful dish with veggies I cooked, didn't taste "the same" as the raw, unripe or uncooked ingredients.
If it tastes the same, you either have worse sensory problems than you thought and should probably get that checked out, or you cooked it incorrectly, period.
So, here is some advice if you failed once and want to try again:
If a veggie tastes the same after cooking it, regardless of what method you used, it's because it's undercooked, sorry, but no other way to say it, even things like lettuce taste different after cooking, believe me.
Learn the difference between different condiments, spices, seasonings and oils, what goes better with each type of food, this goes double for american white people, sorry to single you out, but some of your families and Home EC teachers really failed teaching you about this, and that's not your fault.
Stop using the microwave as a substitute for cooking in stove or an oven, sometimes it can work, but more often than not, the way a microwave cookes food also gives it different flavors, and this even applies for reheated food, sometimes it can even ruin certain foods if you overheat them. If you're scared, try something you can styr fry at a slow pace and a low flame.
Stop taking food advice from tiktok, no, seriously, while I have no doubts that there are some genuinely good cooks and chefs in there, there are way more people who to put it kindly, give tips that are too specific to be applicable, or at worse don't know shit about cooking, believe it or not, you'll have better luck in places like cooking channels either on Youtube or TV, if you need the visual aid, but don't shy away from checking older recipe books.
I know it's tempting to let an employee to choose veggies and fruit for you at the market, and some of them can be amazing, but more often than not they are people who are paid to carry and arrange produce, to charge etc. They don’t know much more than you on which tomatoes are good, and some will even try to sell you the stuff that's old if they realize you don't know much about it. So, learn how to identify when veggies and fruit are their peak and when it's better to buy them (ex. You can buy an avocado for "today" or for "tomorrow") how to conserve them better at home, etc.
Only beef steak is safe to eat rare or medium, and ONLY steak, ground beef should never be eaten as anything but fully cooked, you'll get digestion issues at best and get a nasty parasite at worse, and NEVER eat undercooked chicken or pork, whether it's grounded or not, seriously just don't, someone else said it better than me:
Tumblr media
---
That's it for now, I swear I'm not trying to be passive-aggressive or mocking anyone here, just tried to be straightforward, but I apologize if it came out like that regardless.

So…. I am still on a cut. And it still is not sucky. Like, I am annoyed that I’m having a lean turkey burger instead of In-N-Out, but TBH that’s not a huge deal.
Anyway, I made myself a nice Mexican-flavored chicken soup for lunch next week (nothing super specific like posole, just a basic soup with roasted chiles & pinto beans). It was kind of a lot of work to roast & peel the chiles, but now I feel really good about having fresh homemade food for next week. Sometimes it really helps my state of mind to think more about what I’m doing to take care of myself rather than framing it as deprivation.

For the weirdly specific asks, 26 & 29?
Oh, sure!
26. how’s your spice tolerance?
Painfully low for someone who likes Mexican food so much. :( Heaven help me if I ever actually go to New Mexico; I will embarrass everyone in the vicinity by asking for the chiles on the side.
29. preferred pasta noodle?
Oh, I have Opinions on this. Spaghetti is best for eating by itself/with sauce and meatballs — but rotini is an acceptable backup, especially if one is eating it with butter and shredded parmesan. Penne is the pasta of choice for casseroles and skillet dishes, but shells make the best mac and cheese. And the ONLY chicken noodle soup I truly love is made with rotini and SO MANY extra veggies.

there was also a shitty moment where. okay so my cousin brought up all of us getting some mexican food. and i said i didn't want to even try to order anything because i've always struggled to order when it comes to mexican and now i have to avoid onion, meat, and citrus? there's just no way. but i can fix myself something and we can all eat together, it'll be fine.
she didn't like that so she said well how about i fix chicken and rice. and i said that would be okay by me but there's still a good chance i won't be able to eat it. and she said well it's just chicken and rice. and i said well don't you put some condensed soups in there and she said yeah but it's just chicken, rice, and cream of chicken and cream of mushroom, it's super simple. and i said yeah, i probably won't be able to eat it because of the soups. she didn't get it and listed the ingredients again, so i said well just don't do anything different trying to accommodate me because i would hate it if you made it inedible for you while trying to make it edible for me. if i can't eat it i can just fix something and we can all eat together.
so she cooked while i went home to deal with pet chores and when i came back everyone else had already eaten anyway so that was whatever i guess. i guess the eating a meal together part wasn't actually that important? but i tried the chicken and rice and sure enough, something made it taste rotten, probably onions in the soups? but i'll never really know. this is just my life now. so i got out my rice and veggies to microwave them and she looked up from her phone and snapped at me "you're not gonna eat the chicken and rice?!" and i said "i can't :'/" and she literally said "oh yeah" 😭 like girl........
i think i pissed her off by not wanting to order mexican and by putting her in a position where she felt she needed to accommodate me and by then not accepting the accommodation either but like!!! i didn't do anything!! i can't help it that i have to live like this now!! you think it's annoying having to be around my food issues for two days imagine having them yourself with no end in sight!! and she's never even asked "what specific foods taste bad" she hasn't asked me any questions about it at all so everything she says or does about it is a complete shot in the dark when she could literally just ask, even a general "so what do you normally eat" would be valuable but no she's not doing that and i'll tell you why it's because she thinks i'm making it up for attention!!!
because that's what she always thinks when somebody's got something going on. her friend is exaggerating his heart problems, her sister's cataracts aren't that bad, her niece's concussion wasn't bad enough to leave work. it's always "they're faking it for sympathy" and that's why she's not asking for important details about my parosmia because she's waiting for me to forget i have it which i can't because most foods taste like rot or shit to me and it's not something that slips my fucking mind. but she doesn't want to feed into my delusion. but she also wants to act like she's trying to accommodate me while not really listening when i say i've already made my own accommodations. it's stupid.

Daily Wikipedia Article 1
History (Ancient Egypt to Middle Ages):
A term for breakfast, or literally meaning a "break in fasting" in English, has existed since Ancient Egypt. "Peasants ate a daily meal, most likely in the morning consisting of soup, beer, bread, and onions."
"In Greek literature, there are numerous mentions of ariston, a meal taken not long after sunrise." This meal was eventually moved to noon. They also made pancakes.
"Romans called breakfast ientaculum...1st century Latin poet Martial said that ientaculum was eaten at 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning, while 16th century scholar Claudius Saumaise wrote that it was typically eaten at 9:00 or 10:00 a.m. It seems unlikely that any fixed time was truly assigned for this meal."
Breakfast in the middle ages was connected to class. Eating it meant you were poor and needed the energy for labor. The monarchs on the other hand only ate twice a day, mid day and evening. They needed less energy for, idk, golfing or some shit?
Modern Breakfast:
Most countries have carried their breakfast roots with them up till modern day. According to the article (which needs updating because there is little info and old references): African populations enjoy "fruits, grains, veggies, milk, and meat" for breakfast. They also enjoy bread and butter.
Among Middle Eastern Islamic populations, breakfast is used in conjunction with their literal "break in fasting" with sawm, referring to the evening meal following this tradition. "Muslims replace traditional breakfast with suhoor, an Islamic term referring to the meal consumed early in the morning by Muslims before sawm during daylight hours.
"In Japan, it is common to eat miso soup and rice porridge for breakfast."
Europeans love their breads and pastries, along with some countries indulging in meat and eggs.
Native Americans spanning all three modern North American countries ate corn based products. Aztecs had corn porridge, tortillas with beans, tortilla chips and salsa, eggs, chicken. "Breakfast cereals are also common in Mexico, mainly due to American influence. Health concerns have arisen regarding the nutritional quality of processed breakfast cereal; it is estimated that Mexican preschoolers consume 7% of their total energy intake from processed breakfast cereals and that 6% of Mexican children exclusively have ready-to-eat cereals with milk for breakfast." There is no available information for ancient American breakfast.
North American, and specifically the United States population (colonizers), took European meals and made them fat. Both Canadian and US utilized Maple Syrup as a topping, and started a tradition of "hearty" breakfasts. Breakfast cereal began popping up in the 1800s, and became popular by the 1920s. "The reason for this movement towards cold breakfast cereals was inspired by the "Jacksonian-era Clean Living Movement" (1830–1860). This movement focused on a lot of lifestyle changes, but specific to breakfast it claimed that eating bacon, eggs, pancakes and hot coffee was too indulgent." Canned fruit juice became prominent as a breakfast beverage after the discovery of vitamins. C. 1900, orange juice as a breakfast beverage was a new concept. The development of frozen orange juice concentrate began in 1915, and in the 1930s it was produced by several companies.
Science:
The science isn't set in stone for breakfast just yet, some studies have found positive correlations between eating breakfast and the following: Memory, better nutrition profiles (many found less weight), better academic performance. "The influence of breakfast on managing body weight is unclear...Present professional opinion is largely in favor of eating breakfast, but skipping breakfast might be better than eating unhealthy foods."
Takeaways:
Breakfast in general can contain many different types of foods. Traditionally it's been small and "light" meals possibly because of the lack of widespread access to food amd food conservation efforts, Other times it's been "heavy" and "hearty" when food became more accessible to the poor to provide laborers with energy for the day.
Whether or not a person or population had breakfast has been historically correlated with their financial status.
Breakfast across many cultures has been done communally, with European cultures eating with family and entourages, and Islamic cultures eating as a community after Ramadan. I'm sure this is true across Lunch and Dinner as well for many cultures.
I've always heard how important breakfast was growing up, but it seems as though the science isn't 100% clear yet. I'm sure as long as you eat healthy you'll be fine, but specific times, benefits, and connections to other schedules such as sleep are still unknown, further investigating is necessary.
Further Questions:
Is there a correlation between eating habits and sleep? Specifically are there prime times to do either?
Does the order of food types matter? For example; hearty or breakfast light for dinner, light meals all day, light for dinner heavy for dinner. What are the affects of these different meal types on a person?
What were Native American breakfast eating habits?
What are the affects of eating meals as a community?
*This is my excerpt on a Wikipedia article, please read the article and do your own research.

What Is Keto Tortillas?
keto tortillas are a great way to enjoy your keto diet. They’re low in carbs and calories, making them a perfect choice for snacking or as part of a meal.
Keto tortillas are made from ground beef or chicken and eggs, so they’re high in protein. They also contain less than 1 gram of net carbs per tortilla, so you can feel satisfied without having to worry about your carbohydrate intake.
The Different Types of Keto Tortillas
There are a few different types of keto tortillas that you can make at home. Flour tortillas, almond tortillas, and coconut flour tortillas are all good options.
Here are the different types of keto tortillas:
Flour Tortillas:
Flour tortillas are the most common type of keto tortillas. They're made with flour, water, and salt. You can use these to make tacos, enchiladas, burritos, and more.
Almond Tortillas:
Almond tortillas are a good option if you want a keto version of traditional sandwich bread. They're made with almond flour, salt, and water. You can use these to make sandwiches or tostadas.
Coconut Flour Tortillas:
Coconut flour tortillas are made with coconut oil and coconut flour. They're high in fats and low in carbs so they're perfect for keto dieters who want something that's going to keep them full until their next meal. You can use these to make tacos, quesadillas, soup bowls, and more.
Whatever keto tortilla you choose, make sure to follow the keto diet guidelines to make sure you're getting the most out of your food.
The Pros of Keto Tortillas
The ketogenic diet has been shown to be an effective way of losing weight and improving your overall health.
One of the benefits of this diet is that it can be used to make tortillas.
Keto tortillas are a good source of protein and healthy fats, and they are also low in carbs.
Tips For Making Keto Corn Tortillas
To make keto tortillas, you will first need some keto-friendly ingredients. Try using coconut oil or grass-fed butter as the base for your tortillas. Then add in either ground beef or chicken, eggs, salt, pepper, and other spices as desired. You can also add in various fillings like cheese, avocado, salsa, or sour cream.
Once all of the ingredients are mixed together, you will need to roll out the dough on a floured surface. Once it is rolled out to desired thickness and shape, you can place it on an ungreased baking sheet and cook for about 10 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Make sure to keep an eye on them so they don’t overcook!
The Best Way To Store Keto Tortillas
One of the great things about the keto diet is that it allows you to enjoy tortillas and other Mexican-inspired dishes without all of the carbs. This is a great option for those who are looking to lose weight or have more control over their blood sugar levels.
There are a few different ways to store keto tortillas so that they will be at their best when you want to use them. The most important thing is to keep them tightly wrapped in plastic wrap or an airtight container so that they will stay fresh.
If you want to make them ahead, you can either place them in a sealed container and refrigerate or cook them and then store them in an airtight container. They will last for up to three days this way.
If you don’t have time to cook them, you can also buy premade keto tortillas at most stores. They are usually made with almond flour, which makes them high in carbs, but they are still a good option if you need a quick snack or meal.
Conclusion
Whether you're a keto novice or an experienced eater, it's important to know the ins and outs of making perfect keto corn tortillas. In this ultimate guide, we'll teach you everything you need to know about constructing keto tortillas from scratch, including how to make them soft and pliable, as well as how to prevent them from becoming dry and brittle. Whether you're feeding yourself or serving up some delicious keto tacos at a party, these tortillas will come in handy. So prepare yourself for the best-tasting keto tacos yet!
