I love reading about all your AUs so much! They’re all so creative!

I’m curious about the people of Paris in your villains AU. Like obviously Adrian and Mari are the villains but how do the people of Paris fear them. Is it similar to Hawkmoth in the original timeline? Or are they considered more or less of a threat?

Keep up the good work and make sure you’re getting plenty of rest!

the issue is, Paris is really split on the whole notion. Nekydallon and Pavo clearly are willing to go to strange lengths to find the "miraculous" they're looking for, but neither of them attack citizens, and Nekydallon exhausts herself helping the people of Paris.

They cause trouble, but, nothing that... can't be fixed? Meanwhile, Felix Furvus and Coccinella seem to act as though they're Paris' defenders, but- some citizens ask - defenders from what?

Many people see Nekydallon as a faceless entity who's worth admiring, with Pavo as her stalwart representative into the world. Those who've been her champions don't lose their memories like they did with Hawkmoth, and note that she sounds soft and quiet, and delicate. She never demands anything, and she feels like a friend who's letting them borrow her power to do what they need to do, but, easier.

Doctors and Nurses find that, being bestowed with a power grants them to operate with better accuracy or with steadier hands, or they're capable of clotting and healing deathly wounds with mysterious powers. Some Akuma are capable of healing life-threatening illnesses or diseases, or at least helping people cope with the pain.

Firefighters find themselves with the power to spring water from their fingertips or to smother fire with the flick of their hands. Some can suddenly carry six people at a time without breaking a sweat to evacuate a house.

Retail workers in the middle of getting robbed suddenly have the power to fight back. People being kidnapped are suddenly granted the power to escape. Victims have a butterfly bond to them and they find the strength to stand up to their abusers and/or escape their clutches.

Marinette works very hard as Nekydallon. She can hear Paris' woes, and doesn't hesitate to try and assist whenever she can. The rest of Paris sees butterflies as a good omen for the most part, though some are deeply suspicious. However as a whole, its the black cat and ladybug that people are most suspicious of, as they hear a lot of talk but don't see results like with Neky.

AU where the Italian transfer student gets the Ladybug Miraculous. She comes at the beginning at Season 1, she's sarcastic, mysterious, stylish, and unexplainably smug whenever the class talks about how amazing Coccinella is. While Lila prides herself on being competent and independent (she'll master her Miraculous for herself if nothing else), and she has a moral standard of saving people if she could, she is also vain and dismissive, and unlikely to be too interested in matters that are beyond her interest.

Chat Noir is quiet, observant, and awkward. While confident, he is also very mild in nature, and will avoid confrontations unless otherwise impossible. He alternates between being confused and disoriented, out of his depths, and extraordinarily competent, often taking Akumas down by himself in the many times Coccinella is not bothered.

While the two have a good, amicable relationship, Chat Noir can appreciate Coccinella's honesty and blunt nature, and Coccinella finds comfort in Chat Noir's reliability and stability and unwillingness to take her bullshit when she pushes matters too far, the subject of their superhero-ing job is a constant sore point between them.

Chat Noir understands how hard it is for Coccinella to bear the burden of being the only one who could heal the city and Akumas, but grows increasingly irritated by her childish reluctances and constant breaks disappearances. And Coccinella adores Chat Noir's attractively compliant nature and unflinching intensity, but dislikes how he often 'sides' with Paris, the safety of civilians, over his own partner.

This argument reaches a boiling point when Coccinella points out that she is the only 'useful' member of the duo, as she could heal, Cure, and fight, which is the only thing Chat Noir can do.

But unbeknownst to the both of them, there is much more to Le Papillon's plans than simply sending out Akumas, and there is much to Chat Noir's power than there seems.

Miracle of Chu: The Rogues Gallery

It wouldn’t be a good superhero story without some villains, although really only one of them is an actual villain and the other two were dragged into this nonsense.

Without further ado, here is our gang!

Sapphirus.

The whole story starts because of Sig accidentally finding the peacock miraculous on a search for bugs. He’s granted the power to become Sapphirus, who can make sentimonsters, and Sig just goes “why not lmao” and starts making some bug friends. Unfortunately he loses control of them pretty quickly due to being pretty new to his powers and they start causing issues, making him the catalyst for the events to unfold. 

Thank god for Argos existing as it gave me some good reference for what a male Mayura may look like. Thanks to @greenysoliatre​ for her original design as well which you can see next to Black Sig. Eventually he ditches the hood once everyone realizes he’s not a threat at all, but they still have a lot of work to do.

Lepidoptera

“Who the hell is this” This is Carmen, Greeny’s OC and sort of the catalyst for why this AU even became a thing in the first place. She found the butterfly miraculous in Oshare’s shop, the latter finding it randomly and thinking it looked ugly, so he put it up for sale at a cheap price. Carmen is immediately rushed into action by Nooroo, who tells her about a great threat, and feeling bad for buying her way into being a hero, she accepts the offer and becomes Lepidoptera. Initially she believes Sig’s sentimonsters are the great threat, so using her powers, she can turn the citizens of Primp into champions...until THEY’RE mistaken for the great threat. Of course, while everyone is tangled up in a huge misunderstanding, the real threat is lurking in the shadows.

I don’t have much to say on her design wise, other than that I was watching way too many Callimara videos for my own good and gave Greeny the idea to add a hat because I liked the idea of it looking quite sinister. She ditches it after it’s revealed she’s also not really much of a threat.

Drache

By far one of my favorite characters to write. Ayashii sounded like a kwami name, so we decided to make him a core part of the story.

Long ago, when Accord was Chat Noire, she was up against the all powerful demon Ayashii. Before Ayashii could get away with all the Miraculous, she used cataclysm to strip him of his corporeal form. This caused the miraculous to get spread out across the world and possibly other dimensions as well, but that part is irrelevant. Ayashii was lodged into the Dragon Miraculous, taking over the kwami’s body. Conveniently, it happened to be the kwami of perfection.

Years later, while Klug has a rough day at school, he goes home only to find one of Lepidoptera’s butterflies going about. Curious, he touches it and is accidentally turned into a champion. Of course his ass is kicked pretty quickly by Coccinella and Chat Noire, so he’s a little upset at losing this cool power. Luckily, or I suppose unluckily, he find the Dragon Choker, and thinking someone lost it, he just keeps it on him hoping to find the owner. Ayashii grins, finding a new body after all these years.

Now Drache goes around menacingly, hoping to get all the Miraculous in hopes of world domination. He is able to use the 5 Chinese Zodiac Elements (Fire, Water, Wood, Metal, and Earth) at his disposal (The OG show only really had Water, Lightning, and Wind which is kinda unfitting with Ryuko’s design.) His hair is blue here because it reflects the elemental dragons in Chinese mythos, who were blue. Longg was also that color before Ayashii’s possession of him, so it definitely adds to it. 

Character design isn’t my strong suit but it is definitely fun. Now we got our whole crew done. (Yippee!!)

Chapter 7: Why Aren't You Wearing Shoes?

Adrien considered himself to be reasonably intelligent. He’d always done well in school, and he grasped new concepts quickly. Even his father hadn’t found much to criticize regarding his academics. Unfortunately, being “smart” didn’t always translate into practical matters. Knowing about the class structure of ancient Greece hadn’t helped him navigate social situations in modern day Paris. Debating precisely which species of ladybug the Ladybug Miraculous was modelled after might have earned him some fond smiles on patrol one night, but it hadn’t been the secret to making Ladybug fall in love with him. (For the record though, Adrien was partial to Coccinella magnifica—the colouring was right, and his lady was magnificent.) In all honesty, sometimes knowing he was smart just made him feel worse when he screwed up. Like, he really should be able to think things through. He really should have known better than to put tinfoil in the microwave that one time. And tonight, he really should have taken an extra thirty seconds tonight to put on some damn shoes before he left the apartment to chase an Akuma. The cold water seeping through his socks now definitely agreed with that last point. “Shit,” he said, backing out of the puddle he’d walked into. The moon’s reflection rippled out from where he’d been standing, like a twisted pair of eyes laughing at him.

Lacewing and Blue Peacock (Miraculous Ladybug AU)

A Kwami-Roleswap AU where the Ladybug and the Black Cat Miraculouses are in the hands of separate villains, and the Butterfly and Peacock Miraculouses are given to Marinette and Adrien in order to combat the war being waged between the villains for possession of the other’s Miraculous.

Marinette receives the Butterfly and, inspired by Nooroo’s tales of people being granted the power to overcome what holds them down, decides to use the power to help her peers with their troubles.  This helps her become more confident and willing to stand up for herself to Chloé.

Adrien receives the Peacock and, after initially using it to create a Sentimonster as a stand-in to trick his father and Nathalie so he can go to school, Duusu encourages him to join the fight to protect Paris, and he comes to enjoy heroics and spending time with his partner Lacewing.  He realizes that he can create Sentimonsters to give people a helping hand with their problems.

Gabriel Agreste possesses the Black Cat Miraculous, while the Ladybug Miraculous is in the hands of Martina Rossi (Lila’s mother).  They were once allies who studied the Miraculouses and the Grimoire together, before Martina betrayed Gabriel and stole the Ladybug earrings, in a clash that resulted in Emilie Agreste being accidentally injured by a Cataclysm (resulting in her present comatose state).  As Shadow Panther and Coccinella, Gabriel and Martina battle each other, each wanting to take the other’s Miraculous, endangering Paris as it is caught in the middle of their war.  Unable to gain an advantage in their struggle, they hope to steal the Butterfly and Peacock Miraculouses from the new heroes Lacewing and Blue Peacock to increase their own power.  Gabriel is dedicated to reviving his wife with the Wish or at least just the Miraculous Ladybug cure if possible, but he is willing to destroy the city if it will get him what he wants; Martina is far more selfish and power-hungry in her ambitions, but she would rather not leave destruction in her wake and uses the Cure to repair the damage from each of her battles.

Master Fu lost track of the Ladybug and Black Cat Miraculouses after the heroes he chose to wield them in World War I perished in a devastating battle and random civilians found the jewels in the wreckage before he could retrieve them.  He spends the next century trying to find them, but they do not make any headlines for him to follow until two individuals use them to wage war against one another.  Realizing the threat, he finds who he hopes to be worthy wielders and discretely gives them the Butterfly and Peacock Miraculouses, which he believes to have the best chance of matching up against the most powerful of the Miraculouses. While Lacewing and Blue Peacock often grant Tenshi (the good versions of Akuma) and Amoks to help people with individual problems, they will also request aid against Shadow Panther and Coccinella when they attack (often in response to Champions and Sentimonsters being activated) while they are empowered, or they might empower people specifically to help fight when their nemeses strike first.

A few people have been asking about my Miraculous Coccinella AU, wondering if I was still working on it. The short answer is yes.

The long answer is under the cut:

So. I’ve been working on this au for a long time now. It was kind of my passion project I was keeping under wraps due to the fact that I had a lot of fun plot twists in mind and all that jazz- you can kinda see some of those plot ideas in my character concept designs above. I have full scripts and even a comic page done for this au- however- I don’t think I’ll be working a lot on this in the near future. I love the story and designs I’ve come up with, but I’ve honestly just been more interested in other fandoms and stories recently, including one about my current ocs (they have become my obsession recently).

I’ve really hated season 5 of Miraculous in all honesty (the handling of Chloe, Luka, and Gabriel is quite honestly atrocious), and I haven’t had as much interest in this au as season 5 progressed as a result. I’ve been quite frankly falling out of love with the show, making my motivation to work on this project not as high. This coupled with the fact that I’ve been rather burnt out lately has resulted in me posting less often.

I guess what I’m saying is that while I might post a few things here and there for Miraculous Coccinella (and miraculous in general) I don’t think it will be frequent or a full blown project or anything. That being said, feel free to ask me any questions regarding this au- it was my baby for a while and it still kinda holds a place in my heart. Maybe one day I’ll do something with it, but for now, I’m going to keep it on the down low. Thanks for reading if you got this far, haha.

After watching the actual special, I decided to change some of the stuff on the project.

First Logan’s actual backstory (he is also getting a redesign. Mostly Hair and eye color to differentiate him from other OCs). Now he doesn’t have a codename for most universe through… some plot things.

Back on his world, Logan is the adopted son of Gabriel Agreste, and was given the miraculous of the rabbit to fight against the evil Supreme and his team of evil miraculous holders.

(I am trying to change things to make less complex to adapt the backstory to other universes).

To finally put an end to the evil rule, Betterfly kamikotizes March Hare into Onihare (omnipresence + hare) so that he can travel between universes and find help.

The catch? The evil holders use the rooster to follow him.

Now, it’s running against the clock to save his universe… but, Logan will also take the chance to actually find out more about his family. They can’t be dead in all universes, right? Sadly, this innocent nice boy (he is now nice and innocent in reverse, and bitter in the majority) will find out that his life would be happier if he never did… (it involves a deadbeat Paranormal Hunter Father, an Evil Witch Mother and 2 versions of him that are villains).

Another thing I am changing is the order of the AUs. The order is: Reverse AU (duh), Scarabella and Kitty Noir (canon), Introvert Powers (@shylittlefrogg), Nier Noir AU (@beebeebombam), Kitty Claws and Scarabee (@a-chlolix-blog) Scarlet Lady (@zoe-oneesama), Mister Bug and Ladynoir, Miraculous Descendant (@natedogx15), Coccinella Au (@nionom-art) and the scariest of them all… Canon.

Again, any complaints will be kindly accepted by the original creators.

Miraculous Primp AU

So I asked @camirazone to share what we planned for this AU

Basically the AU is that Ms Accord the Guardian of the Miraculous Box and she once used the Cat Miraculous going by the hero name Popoi. And the students have one as well:

So the list goes:

Lidelle: Ladybug Miraculous (Coccinella)

Raffina: Cat Miraculous (Chat Noire) 

Amitie: Pig Miraculous (Oinktimism)

Klug: Dragon Miraculous (Drache) As well as a different miraculous later on but I won’t say for spoiler reasons.

Sig: Peacock Miraculous (Sapphirus)

Tarutaru: Turtle Miraculous (Carapace)

Carmen: Butterfly Miraculous.(Lepidoptera)

Some key points:  -Ayashii plays a part in this AU by possessing the Dragon Miraculous and by an extent Klug whenever he transforms. -In this AU Primp Magic students aren't as powerful like they are in the games, after all the Miraculous is there to enhance their magical powers. Puyo Battles do happen but their special power only activates when they get an All Clear, the 5 minutes until de-transform rule is still there. -Other characters like Arle and the Primp residents would only serve as champions of the week that Carmen as Lepidoptera makes.
