I can't believe two months have gone by and I haven't been updating on here! I feel so silly. So to make it up, I'm doing a two month whammy. These months have been very life altering for sure! I moved out of my dad's house and started going to college, so that's a pretty big deal. and I saw 5sos live again! The last time I saw them was in 2016, so that was also very monumental for my personally. If you notice a lot of 5sos on these playlists, then that's why lol. I'm working harder than ever to get personal projects done while now attending college, and so far I've been doing okay! there's been some rough days, but overall, I've been doing much better than I was last year. We're all for improvements here! so yeah, thanks for hearing my update <3

omg how is it already May O_O

I got sick over the weekend, which has me thinking my immune system is truly sucky because I was only busy for 2 days and I feel like utter garbage. I haven't been able to write which has been super inconvenient for me as well.

I realized just yesterday that it's been literal MONTHS since I posted a CD collection post on my CD COLLECTION SIDE BLOG so now I feel shame for that. It's mainly because my collection is in complete dishevelment rn. I need a new shelf to store them all since I ran out of room but I can't find a decent shelf in my budget (which is zero dollars) anywhere. So I'm going to finish off my 5sos CD collection very soon and then go back to working alphabetically again. That's something I feel good about! See yall soon <3

hi apparently it’s that time of the year again where i go batshit insane over a certain song. it’s incoherent, i don’t care, i need to get it outta my head

ballad of dwight fry, alice cooper. starting the thing off with nursery rhyme-like notes? yes yes, AND it’s repeats, building, looping, ominous and whimsical throughout. warped, distressed chords ESPECIALLY after screaming session #1. tired confusion: “think i lost some weight there..?” stuttering over giving back the child’s playthings, really conveying the POV. and it goes without saying, the I GOTTA GET OUTTA HERE’s, MAN, i remember when i first heard this song and that, THAT was the moment when i knew it was something else. the DISTRESS. the broken, cracked voice!! the DESPERATION!! the childlike tone of commenting on the choking man, but the attitude of complete apathy, even smugness. and then!! THEN!! as it all comes together at the end, the SCREAMING over the last chorus, I DIDN’T WANNA BE, DON’T TOUCH ME
