another life update:

i bought an ipad

my job in catering is both more exhausting and more fun than i thought it would be

i still haven't heard anything about my uni application (no, i'm not nervous, why are you asking?)

i'm trying to eat healthier (mostly less snacks)

i'm trying to work out every other day, and maybe do yoga

also, my plant died, so that's that.

ALASNSHSHSJS YEAH THE ENTIRE EPISODE WAS HIM SEEKING HER OUT AND FOLLWING HER AND THEM BEING AFFECTIONATE AND USING FLIMSY EXCUSES TO BE CLOSE TO EACH OTHER BUT THEN WHEN SHE STEPPED BACK HE REALIZED HE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS PRETENSE AND DENIAL AND JUST WENT FOR IT!!!!! AND SURE HE MIGHT BE GETTING WEAK AND MAYBE LOVING HER WILL MAKE HIM WEAKER BUT TO HIM IT FEELS LIKE THIS IS WHAT HE WAS ALWAYS MEANT TO DO. HE WAS MEANT TO LOVE HER AND BE BY HER SIDE AND PROTECT HER AND HE DOESN'T CARE WHAT THE COST OF IT IS. sure, it'll be a big price to pay (as we see in the preview for ep9), but it's the decision he has made OH GOD I LOVE THEM SO MUCH

My go-to method for making my partner feel loved is hand making a gift. I'm very much a creative so channeling my love into something I create makes the most sense to me!

I've made simple things like friendship bracelets and chocolates and more involved things like a full course dinner or a decorated living space. 💖

I think I remember one, when it was my 8th birthday and we were in my old apartment, I was still learning how to speak in my native language. We order chicken kabaabs and I was struggling to describe the scent. (It was a really good scent). In hindi, for good smells we say " kushboo" but I said "iski badboo bahot acchi hain" Which I think translates to: "this stench is really nice". And everyone laughed and my uncle corrected me.

I still laugh about it haha.
