hi hello heres the some guy beating up some robot you ordered

(to be clear im basing most my fnaf game knowledge on ucn and my punchout knowledge on wii, cause like those are the only ones ive played)

so like in total the fight would involve freddy, foxy, marionnete, all the balloon children (including the lil uh oh how un fortunate bitch >:3 ),

the fight itself you would be boxing good ol normal freddy however he would have a bunch of paraphernalia on him, specifically: a thingy on the left side of his hat with a music box, his hat which if punched enough can come off and reveal some small child, and a vent on his right "abdomen" from which many things can pop out of.

fnaf in general is like about "resource" management in the sense that the resources are how pissed the various robots are so that would be translated over to this by way of punching different spots depending on whats necessary at the time.

now in punchout, hitting the head during stun is generally simply better as it does more damage. however, there exists the hat of many small fellows, and like every 5 head taps theres a "chance" (probably a preset order) of either bb, jj, or the uh oh how unfortunate one. bb does a real quick slap that cuts your stamina (the heart meter) in half. like does Current-(Total*.5), so like if the total was 8 it takes 4 no matter how much u have. this in fact could just fuck you over at a bad time, as bb is want to do. jj apparently does precisely nothing in fnaf 2 after some quick research, so she also does nothing but pop out and idk be silly. and little miss unfortunate circumstances could maybe sing her lil song and like randomly lower one of the other "timers" a chunk.

ok so punchout is one of those probably few wii games that avoided mandatory pointer/motion stuff but i cannot think of a better way to implement this one idea so: there would be a decent bit of downtime between attacks where you're not able to hit fred but he aint attacking you and this would be when you're supposed to flick the wiimote into pointing at the background, specifically a wheres waldo ass thing about "staring" at foxy for a brief moment to keep them at bay (relatively simple as its a large fox robot in a sea of faceless grey silhouettes), and if you dont for long enough they do the funny skedaddle into a big ol uppercut or whatever, which would just instatly ko you. altho it would have a big ol tell of fred stepping aside for a second and the loud stomping naturally, so you could just skip this and play as normal, simply dodging or perhaps punching back, which would do damage to fred cause you earned that if so. (im thinking you'd just be knocking foxy back into him)

the music box side is relatively simple, over the course of the match it visibly unwinds and you have to hit it to keep it wound up or suddenly marionette headbutt. probably 3 punches would keep it fully wound. the box's music would be like wound into the fight song but then slowly quiet down as its winding off, and eventually the lil jack in the box "last seconds!!!" thing would play too, and that would "force" him to do some attack if hes in neutral. you better get that stun real quick tho lmao.

power: thats a very core emchanic in fnaf, and i have 2 ideas for how it could be mixed in here, a: it be tied to that heart energy number of mac's that makes you tired when it hits zero and cant punch no more, however this feels kinda bs and like just not balanced, like punch out is not the type of game to have a kick u while ur down mechanic u feel me b, a much better idea in my book: the stage/ring has power. for this to make sense it would be taking place in more of like a garage or smth, crowd could still be there but like its less of an official thing. this would actually incentivise ending the fight quickly more than just for cool points. it would nt like charge back between rounds, and for actual numbers, lets say like 5 minutes 30 "seconds "of total power. thats a bit over half of the total possible roundtime and feels decently accurate to the like "win before this or you Perish" angle. running out of power would, first of all, turn off the lights ofc. at this point its dark and shit, you can only see glowy eyes and the power bar, rest is just a shadowy figure. punches of all sorts are faster, foxy is agitated quicker, music box timer is shorter, and just all around not very good to be here.

idk fully abt this idea but also maybe a star punch could just wind back all timers regardless of where they are including foxy (except the power ofc), and the t3 just fully resets em. if you hit it, of course

thats abt all i can think of that would fit without it being too overwhelming.

The Friday evening when my family and me watched this game...heck it felt like it was yesterday, the joy of screaming, crying and laughing when we kicked out the favorites out. These emotions weren't easy to describe! Livi was incredible and he literally saved our asses along with the others!

🇭🇷 VS 🇫🇷 (Nations League 22/23) - oh yeah...after two very heavy 4-2 losses the tables have finally turned around for Croatia. It was finally a moment of our glory to celebrate 1-0 against France in Pariz! I didn't even believe we would win, but I guess I was proven wrong by our boys!

🇭🇷 VS 🇸🇲 (Friendly Match 2016) - man, I just can't believe we managed to score 10-0 against San Marino, I mean I know they are the worst National Team in the world, but for some reason I really enjoyed that match. San Marino fans please forgive meh 😭

🇭🇷 VS 🇯🇵 (FIFA World Cup 2022 Qatar) - I just wanted to say, I love Japan with all my heart and this game was kinda hard, but I did enjoy it a lot. Japan has proved that they are no joke in this World Cup, but we sadly had to play against them. I was happy that Croatia won, but deep inside I felt really sorry for kicking Japan out of the World Cup

duh, this is a bit obvious, right?? i am madly, unconditionally and irrevocably in love with him. and this is not only bc of the player he is (in my humble opinion, above Leo only Pelé), but for the kind, humble, wonderful human being that he is. one big thing from Shang Chi that stuck with me was parental love, especially in Asian families. I'm from a non-chinese Asian family, but Wenwu being ready to give up his immortality for his son despite never giving him the support he needed hit close to home.

a middle child belonging to christopher and imogen carmichael - two stanford professors. christopher specialized in british literature whilst imogen specialized in the classics. hence the name.

the order of siblings goes as such: lysander, elektra, juno, philomena, and twins orion & valora. the deal was that everybody had a greek (or in juno’s case, roman) first name and a middle name inspired by a piece of british literature circa 1800s and under. a family of nerds, if you will.

so, clearly - right off the bat, their parents are … eccentric. they’re both in love with their respected topic, and with each other, and with their kids. the carmichael family is a happy family.

they each have their own quirks and whatnot - though philly’s always been particularly dreamy - even as a child, she’d spend hours watching clouds or caterpillars or the leaves blow in the wind rather than play with other kids. she wasn’t a shy kid - she just had her own interests.

hardship doesn’t hit the family until philomena is five and starts having splitting headaches. they’re slow at first - but as soon as she’s seeing spots and unable to walk in a straight line, doctor appointments are made.

she’s close to all her siblings, but she idolizes her older sister - elektra. elektra’s six years older and dyes her hair whatever colors she wants. elektra bought a knife off a seedy guy downtown. elektra threw away all of her heels and renounced god. elektra is god. her music is loud but it’s not heavy - it’s florence and the machine.

they’re opposites - elektra’s boisterous and feels loudly, philomena’s softer and feels…less. when elektra sneaks out, philomena keeps watch. they are a duo.

philomena is smart - but she’s fifteen and hates school. hates sitting inside all day. hates the same routine - day after day - it’s all the same. her parents’ routine is the same, philly feels contained and she wants to live.

elektra’s twenty-one and just bought a brand new spanking (used but not falling apart) 19-something volkswagen … van - using her entire savings account. she says she’s tired of routine, she’s leaving the next day.

naturally, philomena stows away in the back and isn’t discovered until they’re two states away and she’s got to pee. elektra nearly crashes the van in shock.

it’s an argument - philomena vs. elektra, then them vs. their parents, then their parents vs. the school, the state - it’s an ordeal. philomena switches to an online program in the end.

it hurts christopher and imogen - lysander’s not having any of their nonsense, juno’s betrayed and alone - the twins are twins. in the end, it’s alright. the carmichael family is a happy family.

philomena and elektra take their time - it’s not a road trip, it’s their new life, permanently on the road. they stop and explore often - they do odd jobs in whatever town they settle in. they dine-n-dash, they shoplift. they survive in their own way.

during particularly desperate times, they two resorted to identity theft & credit fraud - getting away with it only by ditching the cards once they’ve made it out of state.

she drops out of high school officially when she’s seventeen - they have to drive all the way back to california to deal with the wrath of their parents and to deal with paperwork, but it’s done. philomena doesn’t know what path she wants in life - but it’s not that.

and she left juno, just like that - just five years later, when juno had finally gone to the end of her wits. philly up and left. abandoned her.

philomena and elektra leave the city after that therapy session. they do not return. she’s always been good at hiding her secrets.

after ending up with warrants from their arrest in florida (after running from the law in texas), philly and elektra have wound up at irving <3 partially hiding from the law and partially bcos their trusty van’s broken down and they haven’t got the money to fix her up yet.

personality & facts.

she’s quiet but she’s confident - her voice sounds like rustling leaves, if leaves smoked a pack of cigarettes a day.

often underestimated - philly’s petite and looks like she’d fall over if a plastic bag blew too close to her. she’s independent - for the most part. elektra is the only person philly takes orders from.

has always been considered odd - weird, strange. still talks about the trees as if they’re listening, as if they’re old friends. she’s vague and doesn’t elaborate on the things she says.

believes in pretty much any superstition you throw her way. luck is very important to her. if you ask her if the earth is flat, she’ll say probably. believes strongly in bigfoot and the lochness monster. has personally seen aliens, and loves ghosts almost more than herself.

she can be amusing - whether you ‘get’ her or not, her outlook is often bright - she talks about the negatives the same way she talks about the positives. can be seen as naive or gullible, but she’s plenty smart. even if half of her education has come directly from google.

philly doesn’t laugh. a smile, yes - often, in fact - not always reaching her ears, or bearing teeth - but these are not indicators of her happiness. philly is consistently content. she thinks many things are funny - she still will not laugh.

her voice is often monotonous - she doesn’t sound dreary, she sounds far-away. her voice carries. her emotions are often unknown to others.

is apathetic in most situations. she’s hard to bother - she’s incredibly patient and enjoys the company of most - tolerates them at the very least. it’s hard for her to express her emotions, because she feels them so little that it’s very nearly not worth it. her affection is not verbal - it’s small touches and gestures of kindness, love in her own way.

is a fan of knock-knock jokes and bad puns. she won’t crack a smile while telling you them, nor does she expect you to laugh. she just enjoys them.

she owns a motorola razr covered in puffy stickers - hasn’t ever had a smartphone. she’s a fan of emoticons. her favorite is :o)

has a lot of bruises and scratches and scars - she’s often getting herself into pickles. there are always, at the very minimum, three bandaids on each hand.

she has insomnia, so she’s awake often. is often seen wandering town - even when she shouldn’t be, even when it might be dangerous. her intuition is delayed. when she does sleep - her dreams are vivid and fantastical.

keeps a box of memories - sentimental bits and pieces she’s picked up over the last few years. there are a lot of buttons and postcards, but any teeny tiny object will do.

her style changes every week - most, if not all, of her clothes are thrifted. one week she’s baby spice and the next she’s lydia deetz. she combines pieces from different styles often - she looks like a barbie clothed by a child. she feels most comfortable like this.

will either patch-up the clothes that get too worn or reuse them in some way. sometimes donates the clothes she gets tired off - isn’t minimalistic, but she’s learned to keep only a small amount of possessions.

the only consistency is her lucky ribbon - it’s pastel yellow and silky and as thin as a shoelace. she ties it onto her outfit of the day, everyday. if she loses it, she’s lost. elektra has a matching ribbon.

has no problem with minor theft - she only takes bare minimum, puts herself and elektra first and that’s how it’s always been.

currently living in florence, their van, with her sister elektra <3 currently residing in lilac ridge.

they used to live in motels on the occasion, the cheapest room, and more often than not they’d both go home with strangers for a comfier bed and a hotter shower.

it was a common occurrence - she didn’t sleep with them - but somehow, she weaseled her way into their homes anyway. has come out mostly unscathed, on most occasions. this has been a practice ever since they’ve been on the road.

owns a pair of roller-skates and is often skating rather than walking. unless she’s on grass - then she’s walking barefoot.

has many hobbies, and gets bored of them often. her favorite hobby is welding. she’s not certified.

this is just my observation and i don’t mean it in a bad way, again as a reminder it’s only been 2 weeks since her debut. yes i said 2 weeks.

i think casey is doing a bit of shuffling in the lineup trying to figure out who works well together and where. i think tobin has an advantage here, because she can play both wings and the midfield if needed (seems unlikely bc united have a strong midfield but always good to have versatility).

whereas press is a forward. her natural position is a striker, it’s where she’s always played. this has only recently changed in the last few years (esp at utah bc 9 is the only position ARod plays so press didn’t have much of a choice otherwise). press is good at the wing and she’s good as a 9. yes ik she said she likes the wing she also said she’s always played at a 9. so i get why she’s being played there right now, and if you other anons are honest, you do too.

tricky thing for untied is they already had a few really talented wingers in galton and hanson. in comparison, russo seems to be the only true 9 (jane ross maybe but idk?). the obvious choice as a manager is to replace russo for press as she herself stated it’s her natural position.

also psa: idc who you are or how many trophies you’ve won you don’t automatically deserve to be in the starting 11, or displace other teammates (on the wings or elsewhere) who have been performing well just because you’ve won world cups. you earn all starting spots, and that’s my final take on this. you personally are not doing this but i’m seeing a lot of people complain about press not being a starter so i’d again throw out it’s still only been 2 weeks. but i felt the need to say this

i think that press is struggling to get back into form, and that’s fine. she hasn’t been out for long periods before and had to build her body back to game fitness and it’s new to her. and you can still clearly see this is the case, it may even take a few more games. welcome to professional sports guys.

imo she didn’t look fantastic today. i expect someone of her talent to put that goal away when she’s not being properly marked (like seriously you leave press open on the back post lol) and she did. i think the goal helps from a mental standpoint for sure, and honestly i think she was probably surprised she got it too.

you can clearly see her touches are still too heavy and she’s turning the ball over at the halfway line. and from what i’ve seen, when she gets on the pitch she just looks kind of tired and only has bursts of energy/speed, and is almost like waiting for the ball to come to her which is not at all how she usually plays.

i trust stoney. press got 15 mins today because stoney thought that’s what she needed/could contribute to the game.

while coaches and players can say whatever, we don’t actually know what press looks like in training and perhaps she’s not geling as quickly as tobin has (the front 3 today had a killer half) and that’s why stoney isn’t giving her more game minutes. as a coach i would not be trying to gel players when points are on the line. i’d wait to see it in practice first.

if that’s the case, i don’t blame stoney for not giving her much game time. i don’t think press has connected especially well with galton yet and stoney seems to really like having her on the pitch and when she’s having a good game (like today) she provides some quality assists.

so i think what i’m trying to say is that; while yes press needs game minutes to shake off her rust, if she’s not connecting with the other players on the field, then it’s not useful to have her out there. and i think a lot of people are having a hard time swallowing and think that she’s only rusty bc she’s not getting minutes, while i think there’s a lot more at play and acknowledging that sucks because she’s their fav which i get.

i think once she starts connecting better with the team, the rust will also begin to fade and that’s when we’ll see more of her. it’s been 2 weeks, i’d rather wait to see her when she’s at her best than what i’ve been seeing now when she’s coming on and not contributing as much as we all and she knows she could be.

thanks for reading my long ass take on this lmao. you’re one of the few people who actually really understands the technical aspects of football, and i think connection among teammates is very underrated and can ultimately make or break games. and for press it’s just not there yet. people keep complaining that she should be starting and getting like 45 mins and she’s clearly not ready for it yet, but she eventually will.

Hi ! i took my time and read this. and i didn't know many people were complaining because i follow only a few on here.

The main reason like you said it’s because Press has never (thankfully for her) been out on long periods because of injuries and stuff like that so it’s harder to bounce back and get to a team, a new team in that matter. It maybe would have been easier if it was the NT where she has played for a long with the players. Also, Casey needs to find out as well who to play together and who works best with one another. I think the shuffling will go on for a bit with the return of Ona in defense and Lauren James. The international break will once again give CP and everyone staying time to gel and make connections on the pitch.

Also, CP is her best critic and then she has T and Casey as a coach to tell what went wrong sometimes. Also, Casey knows her value and wants to play her (im certain of that) but she also has to handle a team which has many attacking players. So its not that easy. I would try not to read too much into that part of her getting only a little minutes even though i want to see CP back to full form asap. I would have been bummed if T didn't play well but then i would not make that issue given the situation and how long they've been off the field. Again repeating this for everyone : They have been playing for 2 weeks ONLY!!!

and like you said, CP will definitely start kicking ass again because she's a talented, skilled and experienced player with a great understanding of the game!

my french babies are fine unless they do some shit on Tuesday against Man utd and then my morale will take a hit !

I am! I'll be real I haven't had time to watch every game but I do keep up with the scores and recaps.

I mean, overall I like that they made it accessible on Facebook watch, because the number of people with cable may be limited but the number of people with Facebook is high and it shows in the numbers (the Boca v America de Cali game was watched by like 26K people on live plus the people on other streaming options. It's a great way to pitch women's soccer to teams and federations, there's clear interest for it).

On the other hand though, you can see the insane disparity in teams that have good resources and teams that have been left to their own devices. The team that Corinthians beat 16-0 was not the same team that qualified for the Libertadores, since a good chunk of the players AND the coach left for another team.

Santa Fe won 5-1 against Atletico SC in the first round but 3 of the 4 goal scorers were new players brought onboard for this cup. I'm not saying the existing team wasn't good enough, but a team with the resources to bring on players for a deep cup run should be expected to win big, and they did.

Boca Juniors entered the pitch for the last game of the first round dead set on scoring as many goals as possible to qualify and they managed it by 10 goals against a team that other teams had already absolutely pummeled. Trópico comes from a country with a largely new league—so are we all that surprised? (yes I know Boca is also not that old either and the AFA is known for being shitty, but there's a marked difference in the resources available even when the federation is garbage).

I'm not taking anything away from the teams that won, because soccer is a fickle game and mistakes are costly, but you can't deny that the big names with front offices who actually put money into the teams are the ones doing the ass kicking. Hopefully the views and the excitement of the Semis and finals will be enough to get teams to invest in their women's teams. There's already some friendlies scheduled for the NTs in CONMEBOL so, I'm cautiously optimistic right now.

BUT YEAH BRAH THE LIBERTADORES IS FUN AND IM EXCITED TO SEE THE GIRLS DOING WOSO THINGS! (and look I am a Cali hater by nature bc I am a Nacional fan for the men's league and a Junior fan for the women's BUT I'm gonna root for the last holdout from Colombia damn it)

Emily Sonnett - player analysis

A compilation of Sonnett‘s strengths, weaknesses (cause everyone has them) and general observations from Portland and USWNT games (mostly from 2018 and 2019) ft. my irrelevant opinion.

Before I’ll start a few notes:

I’m obviously not a professional soccer analyst person or whatever, so please don’t come for my ass. These are just patterns or reoccurring things in Sonnett’s game I observed while rewatching tons of PTFC and USWNT games.

I will focus on a few key points, that doesn’t mean that she has deficiencies in other aspects, sometimes it’s just hard to show them and I tried to avoid stating arguments without giving visual evidence. (All the links and credits are below the gifs)

I would love it if you gave additions, feedback or criticism to this post but all in all I just hope that you enjoy reading a bit about Sonnett’s more professional side and soccer tactics in general.

Please let me know if the format is weird, I’m still figuring out how to make big posts.

I sincerely apologize for the low quality of gifs, as I said, I’m figuring things out and I wasn’t able to upload proper clips.

And lastly, Sonnett is a precious little bean and I enjoyed making this more than I should have. Also, did I use this as an excuse to spend days on end rewatching old games? Yes I did.

I will start with three main strengths I think she brings to the pitch:

Communication / Leading the back line (this is in regards to her position with the Thorns, I will talk about the differences between PTFC/USWNT later on)

As a center back you naturally have a more responsible role in terms of shifting players that are in front of you and communicating things to them they can’t necessarily see. Sonnett embraces that role completely and at 25 years old she is at the level of world class CBs in that regard. A lot of players take on that role much later in their career. Her college coach Steve Swanson for the University of Virginia said about her:

"There is a standard of focus and intensity that Emily demands of the players that play around her. She’s not afraid to hold her teammates accountable in that regard. That was one of the unique aspects of our team dynamic this year, is that Emily's style of leadership is different than the team was used to. I think the team has recognized that the qualities Emily has, we need.“

This clip I wanted to show you is from a situation that is very common for a defensive line but overlooked bc we as viewers naturally tend to look at the movement of the ball. It’s the intentional shifting of the back line in the exact right moment to let an opposing attacker run into offside. In the original video you can hear Sonnett shout “DROP THE LINE“ and Menges and Kling follow her movement which results in Alex being successfully caught offside at the side line.

A simple moment but a very crucial part of back line coordination.

2. Box positioning

A.k.a. one of the most important parts of good defending. Sonnett covers runs from attackers almost always with textbook precision. She anticipates passes and is able intercept balls which makes her a proactive rather than a reactive player. When she does have to go for a tackle she brings a feistiness that she probably learnt from a certain Kelley O’Hara I can imagine. She usually opts for slide tackles and that decision could be debatable if you’re the coach but it’s just so good to look at tbh

But anyway, her box positioning. Having watched a lot of games with my eyes glued to number 16, I can of course safely say that Sonnett knows what she’s doing. But I’ve been thinking more and more that she often has a sort of intuitive approach when it comes to box positioning in particular. For this next clip I’m gonna need your opinion. Normally I wouldn’t tell Sonnett to abandon her player in that moment, especially bc it creates a 3v2 situation on the attackers left side and also considering the angle in which Dunn is facing the goal. However, she steps in and is able to block the ball.

3. Offensive effort

Sonnett is one of the highest scoring CBs of the league but her offensive efforts aren’t measurable in just goals. For corner kicks she likes to do the near-post run Julie Ertz style and has been successful in the past, most notably the 2-0 in the semifinal 2017 against Orlando (which resulted in this gem of a gif):

She likes to stay up top for a bit when her position is covered by someone else and tbh I’m living for these moments.

Here she encourages quick playing and would have gotten through with it if the nwsl had good refs. She didn’t even touch her. (get it? haha)

Here she drives the ball after winning it, even if her teammates are pushing up late and then she stays up front to participate in the counter attack. Unfortunately nothing evolves out of this situation.

Right. Those were the strengths, in terms of weaknesses, I don’t wanna pick apart the smallest things but this is what I found:

Misjudged midfield positioning

We’ve talked about her excellent positioning in the box, however, a huge part of modern soccer is having the Center Backs pushed up to the half-line (as well as inverted outside backs but that’s another point). And what I’ve noticed is that sometimes during turnovers Sonnett goes in to put pressure on the player and with that an even wider space opens up behind her that the opposing team could exploit. Like in this picture.

Blue is the ball movement, red (Sonnett) goes in when in my opinion green (Lindsey) should have been the one putting pressure on the ball bc now Daly can run into that open space.

Luckily Sonnett’s speed prevents Houston from getting anything out of it but Daly tried it several times during the game.

My second example is that iconic tactical foul against ARod that we all remember.

Her positioning isn’t optimal, Klings pass isn’t the best, ARod gets her off of the wrong foot, she can’t turn around fast enough and has to stop her with a professional foul which is (I’ll say it again) demanded by coaches in situations like that. But anyway, tumblr has talked enough about this game rip

2. Determining the biggest threat

This is a minor one, because Sonnett is usually really good at reading the game and making the right decisions. However in this game against Australia, she tries to cover the space behind Dahl which is technically reasonable but considering how wide open the Australian is, she should have closed her in earlier. That little hop inside the center of the field made the difference and the opposing player was able to score.

I think it’s safe to say that stuff like this comes with age and experience. And again, Sonnett is only 25!

Two more things I wanted to include are two risks that could be relevant in the future.

From time to time she doesn’t control her arm movement in the box.

This is obviously the natural thing you do when you make a move like that but with the new rules by Fifa, defenders are more and more limited and this would have been a penalty if it had hit her arm. Idk it could bite her in the ass at some point.

2. Intuitive positioning

We’ve talked about this and people might have different opinions on it. I personally think though that this might make the difference between a great and a world class defender. So I say go for it Sonny.

Phew, I’m almost done guys, congrats for getting this far, I hope it’s interesting at all.

The last thing I wanna mention is this: The difference between Portland Sonnett and National Team Sonnett, a.k.a. CB Sonnett and RB Sonnett.

Even though as a right back your role is more offensive, I feel like Sonnett has to be pushed to go for it. She rarely does those runs in behind the winger and towards the end line. When she does it it’s great but compared to Kelley she simply isn’t there yet. It also seems to me like for Portland she takes more liberties in pushing forward which maybe is a confidence thing as well. She is a given for the Thorns but had to fight to regain that roster spot for the NT in 2017 after not being called up for several months. Maybe the fear of making mistakes bc of being out of position hinders her a bit? (I’m saying this while being aware that I of course don’t know what the coaches want her to do and what the different game plans require of her.) Anyway, I love her 1v1 defending as RB. I think she is underrated and absolutely deserves a spot on the Olympic roster next year.

Sam and Tommy, a Villain/Hero friendship

Sorry for my bad writing and bad English!!!

Hero had always been proud of himself for not showing when he was having an hard time.

Always strong, always here to protect and help others. Protect the town. His town.

And tonight, when he heard about Big Villain terrorising people on the central place, he didn't think twice before going.

Even if he feels sick. Even if he's unsteady when he walk. Even if the fever is only rising. Even if the ribs that Big Villain had break at their last fight torture him as he walk.

Just showing may make the Big Villain leave and he knows it.

However tonight, Big Villain doesn't redraw just by seeing him.

Well, he should have expected that. He looks terrible. Not really frightening...

So he jump into battle. Assaulting Big Villain with his all arsenal of fire techniques. Only rising up his fever more and more. After about twenty minutes, Hero is just exhausted.

Big Villain his breathless and try to regain strength. His hands on his knees.

It's hero's last chance.

Hero focus, closing his eyes and after a couple seconds, let go a deflagration who encircle him. Touching Big Villain and his sidekicks.

Hero hear Big Villain scream something. But he can't find out what. Probably to finally redraw because everything become silent and calm after that.

Everything his fuzzy... Blurry... Fuck... He won't be able to make it to his base... He has to try so...

He limps awkwardly in some direction... He thinks it's the good one... Maybe... This little ally remember him of something... Maybe... Damn... He's awake enough to know that he's beginning to lose it but not enough to remember his way home...he must return to his base... Home... Anywhere safe and with some...

He freeze.

Villain, a childhood friend who had take a different pace his standing right in front of him on the ally... Hero tried to steady himself a little and stopped holding his chest like to protect his broken ribs.

He had never tried to fight him... Always avoiding him... So why now... They are always friendly to each other when they meet unexpectedly in their everyday life...

-What are you doing here? Ask villain rising an eyebrow

-Going home... Not today Villain... Need to-go. Answer Hero advancing towards him to continue his hard travel.

You're in my perimeter here Hero. I have a reputation to maintain you know it, we've talked about it. Said Villain.

-'M not! Let me go Sam. Hero half yelled, half mumbled , continuing to walk right in front of him.

-You are. And you'd better walk back in your district. Said Villain noticing the fact that Hero calling him by his nickname in this context was more than strange.

Hero continue to walk slow to keep it steady. He try to inspire deeply. He can't breathe well. It's bothering him. He shake his head, like if he could do something.

"Don't approach. Hero, I'm not playing here! I'm warning you! " Villain yelled toward Hero who just keep walking to his direction.

Well, hero his arrived to Villain side. He barely look at him. Villain had no choice, but he doesn't go on him to hard. Villain just put a low kick on him. Trying to stop hero and make him react.

It stopped him a little to well. Hero's knee give up with the kick and hero start to fall limply on the ground. Not fast enough to put his arms in front of him for protection. Instead, he managed to fall on his shoulder.

He wasn't moving after that. His helmet resting on the concrete. Turning his back to Villain.

Villain looks at that with round eyes.

He had noticed that something was weird, the kick he gived him was far to weak to make his former friend fall like that. He was supposed to be a strength of nature... Was he playing games? Had he had a problem?

Villain carefully kneeled behind him.

Slowly turning Hero to lay on his back. His helmet rolling on the ground as he switched position.

-Hero? Are you ok?

No answer. Hero's chest his rising and falling really fast, moving only inches each time. He noticed the few pieces of skin that he could see was too pale and sweaty.

Villain gently begin to took Hero's helmet off.

Hero raised his arm to prevent it.

-No~ don't.

-It's me, Tommy, I need to take your helmet off, you seem struggle breathing properly with it...

-Sa~Sammy?

-Yes, it's me, no one else can see us, trust me. Said Villain soothingly.

Hero let go of Villain's arm, his own arm falling on the ground loudly.

Villain managed to slowly take of the helmet.

Hero's face was white as sheets. His cracked lips shivering like his all body. Sweat was literally dripping from his forehead.

His breathing was too fast, rattling, wheezing.

Their eyes sweeping everywhere, loosing focus. Blinking longer than it normally takes.

- Tom? Are you with me here? Villain asked shaking Hero's cheeks softly. He was getting more and more worried.

- 'Am? ~ Silberm'n... Hero mumbled.

Silberman? The high school nurse? What the fuck was he talking about?!

- What happen' to you?! What's wrong?!

- n'thing... Can't breathe...

- You idiot, you can't answer "nothing" And " I can't breathe " In the same sentence! Yelled Villain.

- 'op screamin'... Groaned Hero, grimacing and imperceptibly moving his head away from Villain.

- Look at me Tom. Said Villain while checking Hero's forehead's temperature after quitting his gloves. You're burning up! He added.

Hero's eyes couldn't stay fixed on Villain. They kept fluttering away.

- You're coming with me. I'm not letting you die in here. Said Villain, beginning to raise Hero's Back with one arm.

- 'ome... Hero blown, his head lolling limply with the movement of his upper body.

-Yes, don't worry okay? Try to stay awake, we are at my base in a minute. Tried to soothe Villain in hero's hear while putting his other arm under Hero's knees.

He stands up. Hero's eyes widen in agony with his moved wounds and broken ribs, before rolling back.

- hgn! No Sam 'lease, hff" Hero puffs before passing out. His head lolling on Villain shoulder as he began to walk towards his base.

- Who did this to you?... Gonna fuckin' murder them...Villain whispered in the night.

Hero doesn't wake up when Villain lay him on his table to undress him... Well more cut of his clothes off... He's now naked on Villain's table. Shivering and spamming against his wooden table.

Villain needs hero to wake up in order to assess his injuries.

He already sees a wound that looks infected.

As if he couldn't take care of it. It wasn't even stitched...

He moved a little bottle under Hero's nose.

"Hey, wake up Tommy. Come on, open your eyes." Villain say while shaking Hero's shoulder.

It work a little to well. Hero jerks and scream before sobbing, trying to touch his shoulder, only to scream again as his broken ribs are disturbed by his movement. His hand fall limply on the table. Hero gasps while his eyes are rolling back again.

-No, no! Need you to stay awake! Tell Villain while putting Hero's face in his hands and shaking a little.

-hur~ hurts... Hero say with broken voice.

- I know buddy... Villain bit his lips with compassion. But I need to know where you're hurt to fix you up...

-Just sleep... Sobbed Hero, tears rolling on his hot cheeks

- Soon Tom... Villain tried to soothed him by stroking his hair out of his face. Now, does this shoulder hurts? He asked while touching the shoulder on which Hero had fall earlier.

-Arg! Fuck yeah! Stop! Yelled Hero. This time, pain seemed to waked him up.

- I think it's dislocated.

- Sweet! Now get out!

- It's my place... Replied Villain teasingly before Parcouring Hero's Arms and legs with the tip of his fingers. Nothing except bruises.

Hero was only breathing faster and faster. Taking less air with each gasps. Stars dancing before his eyes. Sobbing and groaning between his teeth. Clenching his fists.

Villain moved to Hero's ribs. Applying a little pressure on every one of them.

At some point, Hero jerked and vomited bile before opening his mouth to scream, only to struggle taking his breath.

-Ngrbl~ 'top! Tried Hero

-Can't. Replied Villain softly, continuing to asses the number of broken and cracked ribs.

By the time he finished counting them ( 3 broken and 5 cracked on his left side) Hero wasn't really here anymore. He was babbling and sobbing incoherently. White and clammy skin. He seemed too much in pain to breathe or even think. Spasms jerking his body against his will. Hurting him even more.

-You're badly wounded... Whispered Villain more to himself.

- Sa~ Sammy, can't- 'nt brea- Hero's tried. gulping for some tiny amount of precious and unreachable air. Panic in his unfocused eyes who tried to fix his old friend.

- I know. I got you. You're safe. Villain said to him, gently applying an oxygen mask on his face.

Hero's eyes widen in surprise before closing slowly. His body beginning to fall limply again and relax as oxygen was filling his cells again.

Soon he was dead to the world and Villain begins to wash him gently with wet cottons and disinfectant, sew him up, put his shoulder back in place, bandaging him, and finally, applying fresh tissues all over him to make his fever drop a little.

When he wakes up again, bandages are all over he can see on his chest and belly... It's hurt...There is something warm in his hand... He looks. Sam?! Sammy is holding his hand while sleeping next to him... What happened?... Yes, Big Villain... He was sick and went for a fight anyway... He had lost? Sam had found him?

He try to move and regret it. Groaning in pain.

Villain wakes up too.

- Don't try to move... You're pretty messed up.

Villain say while scrubbing his eyes with his free hand. Once he noticed that he was still holding Hero's hand, he blushes and remove it.

-'t 'pen? Words comes weird from Hero's dry mouth.

Villain helps Hero to sit a little.

Hero his hissing and sight with pain.

-Here. Drink and swallow that up. Said Villain after giving him a glass of water and some pills.

Hero is far to weak to even rise his arm more than a few inches.

Villain sigh and put the pills in Hero's mouth without ceremony before putting the cup of water on his lips.

Hero struggle to swallow and cuffs a little before sipping the rest of the glass.

- Now, tell me who hurt you so bad? Said Villain with a sparkle of anger in his eyes.

the lad is TRYING! being the son of the NT goalkeeper coach is never easy. its hard to just be thrown on the pitch for the first time and be expected to create magic. hope he just gets better! solid pass bc his face looks like a prof of mine...yikes

*gently strokes picture* i didn’t know how good i had it. yes i get annoyed at his aggressive testosterone-yness but lordy does he love hertha and is a good captain. i miss seeing him on the pitch and scoring those goals, saving our asses. props, old man <3 definite pass though.

what CURSE has davie fallen victim to??? this man has no aim anymore and i miss his speedy legs and fancy goals !!!! absolute passion to sometimes ridiculous levels on the pitch but i love his heart. off the pitch, most down to earth nice sympatisch guy ever...hard smash

oof...OOOF. i really really REALLY like him. he shuffles cards well, his voice is so soothing, his smile is INCREDIBLE. and yeah...incredible goal scored and weaver around defenders. and so chill !!!! i hope he stays with us for a long time. smash. marry.

my heart grew three sizes when i saw this picture and now my eyes are all misty... he and sala have made my days so good when they were otherwise bad. his goalscoring last season incredible. he barely played this season at all. i don’t understand it. i hope and pray he comes back for us. duda...i love you (pass tho for the same reason as sala...)
