FIY to the folks that followed me cause of my obey me stories!

First of all hi to the new readers. Y'all came outta nowhere. I'm glad you folks like my first tried of writing since I got out of school.

I'm (finally) posting the rewrites of Icarus' Timeline this following month (aka this December) and starting to write out my stories to him as well as show how his timeline of obey me! devolped and unfolded and differs from the canon timeline.

That may mean, I'll post some world building of his timeline the next few days. Like some things like how in Icarus' timeline green eyes have a magical reason or how the stars are their own entity.

Now some of u readers may ask them self right about now why do I call his stories his timeline?

Simple. Cause I see every player as well as obey me oc stories as being in their own individual timeline. That's my interpretation of barbatos lines about being able to see all timelines and all that (excuse me not pulling up the exact lines it's night for me and I'm sleepy writing this). We all are the MC, but no timeline will be a perfect copy and paste as we all choose different answers and following our own ways of playing the games.

ANYways. Enjoy the next few days of my boy's timeline world building and maybe keep an eye on my old posts and Icarus masterlist for the changes. May not upload everyday but we'll see how it goes.

Be More Chill OCR vs OBCR (Act One)

Jeremy’s Theme

- it’s so cool idek what to say except amazing

- a lot more si-fiy which i love because it fits the new look and feel of the show

More Than Survive

- I love the dialogue additions to the OBCR. sure it’s harder to just sing but it adds needed information and it brings me back to my show that i miss a lot. Also the Boyf Riend stuff is adorable idk why it wasn’t in there to begin with

- I love the new tech-si-fi music

- i kinda miss the dialogue between Brooke Chloe and Jenna because it was kinda funny

- even though the song was clearly brought down a couple octaves, i just think Will Connolly’s voice fits this song more. Will Roland is doing awesome but to me Will C. will always be the best one to sing this song

- Stephanie’s vocals improved so much??

- i have literally been wanting this since i saw the two river theater bootleg last year so i got very excited about this

- will did awesome! i was not disappointed at all

- i love the transition into the Squip Song

The Squip Song

- Gerard’s vocals really improved like i’m kinda crying

- the new music is amazing as it has been for the first 3 songs

- i miss the “picture this” part at the end i always got so into that

- “squip squip ow” my heart

- they didn’t change much so not a ton to say

Two-Player Game

- George and Will really sound great when they are singing, together and separate

- The new music is, as always, amazing

- “favorite person” vs a very obvious “favowite person” and i am here for it

- it doesn’t sound like they are that excited to be playing AOTD...michael lowkey sounds bored it’s kinda weird. they just don’t sound as into it as they did in the original idk if it’s because of the obvious chill vibe coming from michael now but i don’t really like it

The Squip Enters

- the dialogue additions make it more exciting to listen to

- in the original a lot of the song was just jeremy screaming so i always skipped it unless i was listening to the album all the way through

- now we get the hear the first discussion about his appearance and the x-men stuff

- i lowkey love the new squip voice during this part because he is the literally definition of chill

- “you wanna be more chill” “you mean cool” “I DO NOT” just yes

Be More Chill (Part 1)

- okay the squip doesn’t sing a lot of this song and that really upsets me LET JASON SHOW OFF HIS AMAZING VOCALS

- i don’t love the squip voice in this particular song

- the new part in the beginning is amazing

- the conversation about the eminem shirt is priceless

- the mall people singing “everything about you sucks” “you’re a slob, terrible, such a slob” just sounds so much funnier now

- “Jerryme” awww

- “LOOKING. PRETTY. SEXY. BROOKA” AWWWWWWW

- Chloe needs to chill a little like girl ily but one girl pretending to be french should not make you this mad

- not a ton changed here which is nice

- the song starts slow and gets faster which is interesting

- Brooke’s french at the end is adorable okay

- this song is what made me fall in love with Jason’s vocals and the recording did not disappoint

- the squip almost sounds scathing during “you have to obey” which is kinda cool

- again not a ton changed

- but jason tam is an amazing squip

I MISS MORE THAN SURVIVE REPRISE UGH LIKE THAT REALLY UPSETS ME. I KNOW A LOT OF IT IS IN SYNC UP BUT I STILL MISS IT

Sync Up

- lots of character development i am living for it

- Britton’s vocals are so under appreciated and under used ugh

- I wish they kept in Jake’s solo, Mr. Reyes’s solo, and Rich’s dad part.

- MICHAEL BEING BLOCKED GOT CUT WTF LIKE THAT REALLY NEEDED TO BE IN THERE. KINDA DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THAT

- “i have some issues with dairy” iconic

- i just really love this song but i feel like a lot from the show was left out

A Guy That I’d Kinda be Into

- not a ton of changes except for vocals and music

- not really my favorite song but Stephanie is honestly killing it with these vocals

- definitely a cool instrumental, but not something i’d listen to all the time

- Christine and Jake developing a relationship so much better than in the original. it seems less out of the blue and more realistic. it makes sense why they actually got together now.
