Jimmy Tanaka’s Japanese was godawful, but he had grandparents that lived in Okinawa so Sojiro made an effort to help him practice. He had done so much evil in his life that a handful of good deeds would do little to cleanse his soul, but Sojiro hoped that the occasional act of kindness would at least earn him a kinder form of damnation.

Jimmy spoke Japanese with all the hallmarks of a young man alienated from his parents’ culture, drawing out the u in Sojiro’s last name until it sounded like he was saying “Sah-KOO-rah” despite his gentle admonishments. Still, he was a breath of fresh air among the aging Japanese expats and locals that typically flooded his cafe. They would cluster around the front stoop, grousing about tourists and playing cards while they smoked and waited for their orders to arrive. It wasn’t too popular; Sojiro never made it a point to advertise. Advertising invited unwanted attention, which Sojiro had avoided successfully for years.

Hiding in a bustling tourist city on American soil offered him more protection than hunkering down in a bolt-hole somewhere in Japan. S.E.E.S. might be bold enough to march armed into hell, but not bold enough to provoke a response from the United States. The rather liberal Yankee gun-policy meant that Sojiro could reliably stow a weapon under his register without too many eyebrows being raised. He had never been a field operative and would likely die in any fair gunfight. But he kept it meticulously oiled and loaded and never far from reach. The other shoe was going to drop someday, and Sojiro would be ready for it when it finally did.

Until then, he had work to do; at home, and at the restaurant slinging plates of warm curry and hot coffee.

“Jimmy, order for Table 2!” Sojiro called in Japanese, sliding two katsu curry plates onto a tray and ringing the doorbell.

“Table…” The young man’s brow furrowed, trying to remember his Japanese. “Ah, naruhodo!”

Do you really? Sojiro thought, watching the young man walk to Tables 3, 4, and 5 before finally remembering what the Japanese word for two was. Then again Sojiro’s English was only adequate after nearly a decade abroad. Between the two of them, they had enough English and Japanese experience to carry on a full conversation in two broken languages.

“You get the overseas news, Sa-ku-ra-san?” Jimmy asked as he returned behind the counter.

“Nah…been busy,” Sojiro grunted in English, cracking open a glass coke bottle and taking a sip. Synthesizing baalsulfuric aether with components outside the Metaverse was impossible, so naturally it took a whole week of sleepless nights to figure out how to do it. “Anything interesting?”

“Some hella yabai stuff going on,” Jimmy whistled. “Bunch of…uh… thieves?”

“Thieves?” Sojiro snorted. “What did they steal?”

“Nothing yet; they’re like crazy, uh… hacker thieves,” Jimmy said after a moment of fumbling with the pronunciation. “Took over a radio station or something I guess; started making threats to the police and a bunch of famous people.”

“That so?” Sojiro chuckled. Everyone is a drama queen these days.

“They got a couple of babes with them though,” Jimmy said, scrolling through his phone and pulling up an image clipped from one of the broadcasts. “Check out the blonde in the catsuit.”

Sojiro sighed, leaning over to look at Jimmy’s phone for a moment before turning back to the stove. “She’s a bit young for me, but I guess she’s up your- wait! ”

Panic raced through Sojiro as he suddenly reached out and grabbed Jimmy’s phone before he could tuck it away. “Let me see that again.”

Jimmy’s smirk spread as he passed Sojiro the phone. “Told ya she was hot…though the chick in the biker gear has some nice legs too.”

Sojiro was half listening, eyes tracing the lines of glowing energy that snaked under the thieves’ masks in disbelief. “H-How long have they been robbing people?! Have they appeared in public or just on the news?! When did they show up?!”

“Uh…” Jimmy blinked, struggling with the flood of Japanese. “I don’t really know…maybe a few weeks, or so ago? The forums are all buzzing with gossip but- hey!”

“Watch the shop!” Sojiro called over his shoulder, grabbing his pistol and tucking it into the waistband of his slacks. “And send me that link!”

Sojiro heard his protegee call something back to him but couldn’t hear what over the pounding in his own ears. The afternoon sun cast long shadows on the sidewalk as he made it towards his car parked in a side-alley. He whipped out a pocket mirror, carefully inspecting the undercarriage for misplaced wiring or lumpy blocks of C4 before sliding into the driver’s seat and tearing out onto the main road.

Traffic was infuriatingly dense on the way back to his unassuming white house tucked away in the corner of an unassuming neighborhood. The money from his previous career could have furnished beachfront property, yet the small, overgrown home far away from the tourist spots had been perfect. Neighbors were friendly, but old, blind, and hard of hearing; if the gadget in the basement blew up, it would only kill those who had lived full lives already. Heavy iron bars rattled on the front door as Sojiro’s hands shook trying to open it, the eye of a single security camera following him into the house as he slammed and bolted the door behind him.

"Hey!" Sojiro called into the house. "Get up here; you need to see this!"

You took off running towards Akaza crying.

"Akaza wait, please wait I wanna go Home. I'm sorry I never run away again." You wailed as your skin started to burn.

You were fast but not fast enough to catch up to Akaza, luckily he heard you.

He turned around and ran to you, he was just about to pick you up when a sword went through his chest. He ignored it, grabbed you and ran.

Hanafuda was shouting. You didn't want to look back because you know you'll see Rengoku's body.

You just cried into Akaza's chest. That's all you could do. You cried until you fell asleep.

Akaza was livid not because of you, in fact he was glad you decided to come back, but because of Hanafuda. He had no other choice but to run, the sun was coming up, couldn't he see that?

"It's alright, I'm not mad at you." He said as he rubbed you back and continued on his way to the infinity castle. He knew you were asleep but it still felt good to say.

You woke up in your room, on your bed surrounded by a multitude of pillows. Everything was the same as when you left it, at first glance at least.

Slowly you got up and looked around.

It was like you were in another dream, nothing seemed real yet. Even though you didn't have much time with Rengoku he taught you a lot. He was the first human death that you experienced.

Walking around your room, you notice yourself in the mirror. You looked the same, but something was clearly different, you couldn't put your finger on it.

*knock knock knock*

"I know your up Y/n." Your father said as he opened the door. (A/n Why do parents knock if they're going to open the door without permission anyway)

"Father. I'm so so sorry. I'll never run away again, I promise." You ran to hug his legs but he didn't hug back.

"Y/n look at me."

Doing what he said you look up at him with tears forming in your eyes. He kneeled to your height.

"You cannot put yourself in harms way like that. I don't care what you wanted to see when you could've died. You will be by my side until further notice. Do you understand?"

You nodded.

"Good."

"Father, you were human once, why do you want to kill them?"

He didn't answer your question and instead, he gestured for you to follow. Which you did.

On the way to wherever you were going, he talked.

"You can die just by standing out in the sun. Humans are weak, they get sick, grow old, and die they barely live for century while we can live forever. I get that you're curious, but we are not completely immortal. YOU are not immortal; as my child, your safety is my top priority."

You stared at his back while he talked. It was normal for you to receive this kind of lecture from him.

Normally you would tune him in out of annoyance but this time you listened or at least until you caught something out of the corner of your eye.

Looking over you see a blonde blur getting bigger. You almost didn't realize that it was getting closer to you.

Your father sighed, "Douma don't-"

"Y/N-SAN YOU'RE BACK." Douma smushed you in his arms, rubbing his cheek against the top of your head.

"Hi Douma" you say, hugging him back.

He picked you up and twirled you around while your father pinched the bridge of his nose and sighed.

These demons were going to be the death of him.

Akaza was on his way out when he saw you, douma and Muzan. Muzan had not yet given him a punishment for letting you get injured. It left the basketball demon waiting in anticipation.

He was terrified.

Persona XMen/Mutant au update!

So I've narrowed down only a few characters, those all being P5 characters. So I guess I'll focus in on that group for now, but I still wanna do stuff with the SEES and Investigation Team, not just the Phantom Thieves

If a characters name is Red, they're locked in. If their name is blue, I'm on the fence. White name means I have Nothing

Here are the ones I have so far;

Joker - physical mutation of demon sorts. Horns, maybe wings, feathery black wings. Maybe he's got a second one that's like, related to Thievery or Stealth? I'm trying to work out something like Third Eye

Ryuji - monkey tail! That's for sure, monkey tail. But he's like a power cell, he can "steal" electric charges and power from things he touches, and can release it, too.

Ann - physical immunity to fire, along with taking on a form made of fire. Think, Iceman, but fire

Yusuke - frost breath?? Ice touch?? I'm very lost for him

Makoto - friction manipulation is what I'm calling it? She can change the friction between herself and stuff around her, like lowering resistance with the ground to skate on it, or raising it to hold something back

Futaba - something tech related??

Haru - I've got nothing

Sumire - who's to say?

Goro - nope. Nothing here yet

Bonus! Sae - knows her odds. She knows the chances of her decisions resulting in good or bad results, and makes judgements off of those odds

Now, for some plot stuffs. I don't have much just an idea

So each of the three teams would be catered towards one aspect, like the SEES are the Combat-focused team from Igor's school for Mutants. The Thieves would be, thieves

Like, stealth. Retrieving important documents and info, planting viruses and such before a more head on attack by SEES, working very behind the scenes, with the end goal being to keep the world safe, and help the relationship between humans and mutants

Each would have their own reasons for being at the school. Looking for ideas for those too

Guys I have the most insane renbino idea ever (besides I hadn't posted about them for a while and I need to uphold my reputation of a crazy renbino girl hahaha)

Okay so basically since rules of Metaverse are like whatever enough people believe in something/are familiar with the concept of something, it can happen (like for example Morgana turning into bus), I wonder if enough people believed that for some reason fusion human with a god is possible, do V-kun and Aogami could fuse into Nahobino in the Metaverse, even if technically they couldn't do it normally in P5 world? I think it actually could be possible...

Okay so imagine if for some reason Joker and the rest of the Phantom Thieves wanted to test that hypothesis (idk when though since in my AU Ren and V-kun become a couple on the day you fight final boss but whatever 3rd semester maybe? Idk) so either Futaba spread a false rumor/copypasta with her hacking skills, or they ask Mishima to write them a story about something like that and put it on the net or V-kun could ask Dazai to make a "conspiracy livestream" about that (like "Dude, don't ask why or where i get that idea from... Just make a video about that, I promise I'm gonna buy you a lunch everyday for two weeks if you do") - or use 3 of these methods at the same time - like Mishima writes a story, Futaba help it spread and Dazai makes a livestream about Mishima's story (like idk live reaction), then after couple days/weeks take V-kun and Aogami with them to Mementos and test it out.

And imagine if the "test" turn out succesful and they would be able to fuse and here's some stupid short scenes about that because why not:

*after successful transformation*

V-kun, in his Nahobino form: "So... What do you think, Ren?"

Ren: *instant nosebleed because how gorgeous Naho is* *getting dizzy and passing out*

*V-kun: freaking out*

Aogami in Naho's head "Young man, I think this boy lost too much blood..."

*other Phantom Thieves trying to wake Ren up, except Yusuke who immediately started making Naho's portrait and Futaba who is too much hyperfixating how cool Naho is and being like "Come on, do this sword thing from your hand again!"*

2. Ok this isn't really a scene but... Imagine the Phantom Thieves driving Mona-bus in the Mementos and Nahobino just naruto running like he did in SMT V with god-like speed near the car 😆😆😆 (and only Futaba recognizing the way he runs lmaoo)

3. A group encountering a shadows, who turns into a demons (or at least form that looks like SMT demons)

Naho: "Wait... Are these demons?"

Ren: "Oh yeah, I just remembered - I need new Personas"

*hit enemies weaknesses and start negotiating*

Shadow: So... Why should I become your mask?

Ren: Uhmm... Because I'm gay and cool?

Shadow: I remember now! I am thou, thou art I!

**PERSONA TAKEN!**

Naho: Wow, recruiting demons is so easy in this world? Maybe I should try it next time too...

*next encounter*

Naho: Wait Ren, let me do it, I want some demon for my stock, too!

Ren: Sure

*Talk*

Naho: Hey, become my demon!

Shadow (?): *coming closer and looking Naho straight in the eyes* Life Stone and 2000 Macca

Naho: *Emotional damage*

Then in the car, ranting "How it was even possible? It's not D'aat! I don't even have Macca anymore 😭😭😭"

(if that was indeed 3rd semester and certain path was open)

Joker: So Futaba, where are we in Mementos right now?

Futaba: Let me see... We're on Path of D'aat right now.

V-kun and Aogami at the same time: *Intense Vienam flashbacks*... FUCK!

I'm making a persona 5 au of svsss (au in that it was the modern world that was the au, and sy brought something along with him), and I'm having a lot of fun with it!

Sy dies the same way as in canon, but this time as the leader/a member of the Chinese branch of phantom thieves (when and how a Chinese branch was made can be handwaved). He's a fellow wild card, a fool arcana, he's got third eye and a fully realised but unawakened persona.

When he awakes in sqq's body, he starts on as canon, but starts to notice strange fluctuations on qj that indicate the presence of the meta verse - and not only that, but a palace. The system notices the mysterious appearance of a new program it can't delete - the meta nav.

Without the key words, however, Sqq can't get in. He can't find who it belongs to, nor what it might be. One thing is for certain though: lbh cannot find out. The blackened protagonist with free reign of the meta verse? An undoubtedly powerful persona of his own?? It'd be the breakdown incidents all over again! He wouldn't stand a chance!

It takes a lot of arguing with the system about narrative directions and plot holes for it to not direct him to the nearest ripple in reality. In dreams, igor agrees (he has a lot to say about his new situation, but Sqq kinda ignores it).

Then, one day, he finds a fluctuation strong enough to fit a human, and slips right through, his scifi fantasy ninja outfit appears in flames, and he is faced with the distortion of qing jing peak - roiling dark clouds, bamboo towering impossibly far over his head, brown leaves thick on the ground and a thunderous gong ringing from somewhere down the path.

A coliseum.

Screams ring out, metal clashes, beasts roar.

And standing in front of the metal grill gate, tall and bedazzled in riches and more unmarked than shen yuan has ever seen him, is shen qingqiu.

What is persona if not themes of the inner self and fighting literal inner demons and learning to love, both yourself and others, and overcoming tragedy?

There are some things I'm still unsure of, but I really want to explore the idea of the ghost of sj lingering on, still haunting the narrative and how that affects everyone. Normally, when a palace ruler is killed, their palace crumbles as well, but with Sqq still walking around and the systems intervention with his soul (having not died then in canon) the original goods wouldn't be fully gone.

The soul is! It's not sjs ghost, but rather his shadow. Real souls cannot live in the meta verse. But with the real deal gone, sy would be unable to affect him in order to make his way through the palace to the treasure the way a normal heist would go. Instead, he'd have to learn about sj himself, uncovering secrets and dispelling rumours. As the new Sqq, he would have to change his perspective and uncover the story behind the scum villain in order to progress. Remove the distorted perspective from himself.

Mini bosses would be a bad faith interpretation of yqy from sjs perspective, qiu haitang as she was at the manor. Enemies would be the coliseum guards and jailers, the shadow populace qj disciples in general misery, often forced to fight each other or monsters as sj watches on from the top seat. Nyy would sit with him. Poor shadow lbh would be a prime gladiator slave, suffering constant defeat. Sin: envy. I really want to focus on the fact he is both abuser and survivor, and his 'I suffered, thus so should you' thing. A bit like p5 strikers in that.

The plot would be basically Sqq handling both the canon events of svsss and also his investigation into sj, tracing paper trails of slave documents, hunting for potential secrets in the bamboo house, learning about the ghost backstab incident from lqg (which leads him to airplane), building up the courage to go down and talk to the brothel ladies, carefully teasing bits of history out of yqy. Also beating up shadows with a jojo stand and a .7 calibre sniper rifle he can fire like an automatic in his spare time. (if you don't know, persona lets you hold shadows at gunpoint for cash and items, but also flirt, threaten and bribe. Also you can ambush them and sometimes collect them like pokemon it's fun.)

The final battle would have the palace ruler sj transform into his final form (I'm thinking something with chains) but there absolutely has to be a human duel for the first phase, xiu ya to xiu ya. The surrendering of the crown would end in a hug, and sj performing a sincere but bastardised version of the peak lord crowning ceremony before he dissipates, and the coliseum starting to crumble and burn. As for the treasure... In the distorted world, an elaborate peak lord ceremonial crown, in the real world, an old, worn hair ribbon.

If I wrote it, I'd probably keep it shorter. Just the one palace, maybe sqh awakens his persona by virtue of being squirrelly and getting on his last nerve™. I'm thinking of the 'what don't I dare when it comes to you?!' because if that isn't a persona awakening scene I don't know what is. Conquering the bamboo palace would free qj from some 'unnamable' dark cloud and just in time to push lbh in the abyss (the palace time limit bring that sjs spirit would cruelly push lbh into the abyss rather than sy doing it (and being kinder about it)).

If it was longer, more persona users would awaken, despite sqq's best attempts. Liu qingge, ning yingying, shang qinghua obviously, gongyi xiao, zhuzhi lang maybe (they'd both live). A real motley crew. There'd be more palaces along the journey, each with it's own deadline - old palace master, lbh (though his palace would have the gimmick of being actually xin mo's), tianlang Jun, qiu haitang. Sj would still be the overarching palace, this time being the only one without a deadline maybe, and the story would end with a 'not sj' reveal for the new phantom thieves (with a side order of 'we already know and care for you anyway').

A sequel would be shorter: sy visits qiong ding for the first time since its all calmed down and realises that the distortions of a palace are still there, that they weren't a product of the bamboo palace. Yqy has a palace (because you can't tell me that man is mentally well). For a side of angst maybe the sy reveal was more open secret for the need to knows rather than strictly 'whoever witnessed two identical versions of Sqq trying to kill each other' and Yqy develops the palace as a result of not taking that well.

In comparison to the others, Yqy is the strongest cultivator alive, has been sitting on a soul deep distortion and trauma for decades since childhood, recently went through a heartbreaking reveal pointed directly at every single one of those issues, and oh yeah, has his soul directly bound to xuan su.

His palace's difficulty level is nightmarish. The corrupt version of the lingxi caves is a terrifying subterranean crawl through blood soaked caverns and bottomless pits. The gimmick is that near everything wants to suck your soul out. The only saving grace is that distortions are not inherently malicious, and they manage to lever that to their advantage. Unlike the others, yqys palace does not focus on him abusing his power over others - quite the opposite, in fact.

Through murals, echoing voices, and what sy and sqh remember, they piece together his own heart demons. It's scary - outwardly, the sect leader is fine, clear headed, going about his days just fine. The bloodied caverns he sees the world through tell a different story. To gain access it's a long process of easing out stories, working through his deeply ingrained self reliance, helping him work up to confessing the truth of xuan su. Not only to xiao jius shrine, but to his closest martial siblings as well, allowing him to be vulnerable and protected as he never has been.

But Yqy follows them into the palace, curious as to why they visit his peak every day. It's unstable, very dangerous for a person to meet their shadow, but it's too late. Yqy meets his shadow self, small and furious and stuck through with a thousand swords he uses to his advantage, and does the impossible.

A palace ruler awakens a persona.

Even as a trained group, the life force powered xuan su boosted shadow is too strong - they've already failed to defeat it once. Yue qingyuan, breathing grief like air but finally ready to heal, stands for himself. Rips off the smiling mask he's been hiding behind since he was five years old and freshly a big brother. His persona is magnificent.

And just in time, too, because, uh, turns out the meta verse is the systems doing, this time. And it's evil. I'm thinking a giant brainwashing vr-esque super computer. And they defeat it with the power of friendship and also lucifer.

Persona 4 (ish) atsv AU. Dw, I don't spoil any plot for either p4 or p5.

We don't use the murder mystery plot, but we keep the whole shadow thing.

First photo is an explanation of shadow selves as a whole and then 2nd is their use in p4.

I haven't quite cooked it through yet but imagine Miguel having to fight his inner demons in a big ass boss battle. There's always a lot of symbolism in it, and I think Miguel's would have a cage aspect like Yukiko did due to isolation being his main go-to for self harm.

Side note I'm sorry about Teddie's dialogue. If it provides any relief, the fandom bullies him constantly.

As promised, here's Kasumi. She is a gymnast with deep seated family and identity issues that don't get explored until what is technically the "post game". She is worth the wait.

There was a whole part in spiderman 2 about miles confronting mister negative and fighting him to try and escape kraven, and mister negative sends him to this alternate dimension and sends these shadows to fight him which represent his inner demons while his loved ones (or what sounds like them) call him not good enough and a mistake, and Miles’s biggest fear is for his loved ones to hate him and for him to disappoint them. This fits in extremely well for him especially now with that in mind. Also Miguel having to fight his inner demons is a huge boss battle is something I WANNA SEE!!!

Ayo, getting crazy and possessed by demons enough to draw fanart! @svnnnne has an AU that combines Persona 5 and Transistor, and I got silly uwu

There’s a part in the AU that depicts Yusuke painting the sky for Ann after Shiho goes to The Country, and Ren, seeing that same sky, writes a song called “Into the Crystalline Blue.” Yusuke soon gets suspended from painting the sky, but when he goes to his first concert with Ren as the headliner, Into The Crystalline Blue is the first song he ever hears Ren perform. I really like how connected the thieves still are in this AU, even if it seems a little more convoluted because they can’t just All Be Friends like in P5, but they all still find their ways back to each other in the end, one way or another...

anon, if you're still out there. i'm so sorry this one took me like two months to answer LKFJSJDSJSKSSKS

ANYWAY!!! Because I got this ask and your ask back to back, I have a big ramble up there about my crosscanon Ai ships…! As for my Ai writing specifically tho, I don't currently have any fanfics or anything up but I do have a couple projects I'm pecking at and I'm determined to finish and post at least one of them!!! As for RP, I don't mind sharing some of the stuff I've written for that in theory, but a lot of it obviously relies on bouncing back and forth with another person and I don't know how how much sense it would make without it but I would also feel weird sharing other people's writing without their permission…

So I dug around a bit and found some stuff I think works fine on its own! This is stuff where the context is easy enough to figure out on its own or I can easily explain it.

^ These ones are from 14~15yo Ai in the immediate aftermath of getting rejected by her birth family....... baby girl.......

^ These two are from the P5 AU... getting to amp up the skeeziness of the stuff Ai deals with as an idol to slot better in with P5 tone wise was interesting.

These ones below come with some CWs for blood and death as is canon typical..... for Ai......

Those last three are from an RP setting where characters basically get isekaied to have their wishes granted and I took Ai from the moment of her death because I am a demon <3

I'm still especially proud of that last one because I wrote it like a solid 2 to 3 months before 137 dropped and was like 'prey animal ai is canon btw'. i truly do not miss.

I think that's everything I can find off the top of my head you don't need a whole primer of context for... I hope to get an actual fic up for people to read soon, tho!

enjoying your new au. Can I please request an explanation of the terminologies so I can enjoy it more?

uhhhh i have been very deep in the weeds on smt/persona stuff in this au so far because i have been approaching it to start as "what if i made an actual persona game" but i don't know how much weird terminology i've used. however uh, let's see, i'll do what i can here, assuming you're familiar with hermitcraft but not persona! here's some terms!

persona: a manifestation of your inner self. when it comes to thing in another medium, it most resembles a stand from jjba, haha. it takes the form of a cool-looking demon and gives you magic powers. typically, your persona can only be manifested in the "magic world" setting that the protagonists fight in over the plot of the game. however, it can be made stronger by events in the "real world", due to being a manifestation of your inner self!

shadow: a creature born of the desires, fears, wants, etc of humanity. takes the form of mythological, folkloric, or literary creatures, as they come from humanity's collective consciousness. they're the monsters a persona user will largely fight. these are all SMT demons - after all, persona is an SMT spinoff! some shadows may belong to specific people, representing things like their repressed self, their distorted desires, or, in this au, the things they most fear. (we'll get back to that.) technically, a persona is a type of shadow, too - it is the shadow of the person using that persona. however, a persona user has accepted their shadow.

wild card/protagonist: our protagonist is special. unlike a usual persona user, he doesn't have a single persona that eventually evolves into an ultimate form. instead, he starts with a specific persona, but has the ability to recruit other shadows to be new personas for himself, and to switch between these personas to use different powers. this makes the protagonist very versatile (and important to having coverage for all the weaknesses you need).

the velvet room: a mysterious place that only the wild card can access. here, with the help of a strange but helpful man named igor and a mysterious attendant, the protagonist can "fuse" two personas to create new, stronger personas, as well as get back old personas he hasn't used in a while.

social link: persona is a game with both a battle aspect and a social simulator aspect. social links are how they affect each other. a social link (or "confidant" in p5) is one of many characters, representing each of the major arcana. this is a bond that the protagonist forms, and can have ten ranks. by bonding with these social links, helping them with their problems, and generally becoming friends, the protagonist can gain new abilities and create more powerful personas that are associated with the social link he is bonding with. additionally, party member social links tend to make that party member stronger. persona is a game about bonding with the people around you! by creating lasting bonds, you become a better person, and grow stronger!

i thiiiink those are the important persona terms i'm using? any other terminology (for example, 'the negative world' or 'sleeping sickness') are things i've made up on the spot. hopefully this helps!

The Emissary Verse - The Emissary Verse is a patchwork fic of the DC universe, with some aspects of Marvel (specifically Moon Knight), all revolving around original character Amber Talbot, and her interactions with the universe. The series has one planned story (Electric Feel), and several stories that are more conceptual in nature (Decode, Edge of Midnight and Marvelous).

The Butterfly Effect - A P5 Arcanaswap AU currently undergoing its fourth rewrite - this AU focuses on Fool Yusuke, and other arcanaswaps among the Phantom Thieves and confidants, and how the changes in character will change the story and the plot. While currently undergoing a rewrite, you can find the original story here.

The Fame Demon - A mostly conceptual horror series revolving the price of fame, and the things people will do to get fame. The first story, titled the Fame Demon, focuses on a boy band from the late 90s who broke up after their manager was found murdered trying to regain fame and success at any cost, even selling their souls. A later, currently untitled story is a role reversal of Steven King's Misery, with an author taking the form of the antagonizer to a critic that insulted their work.
