What is Love?

Summary: Red Son asks his uncle about love. Years down the line, he finds himself in the same trap that Sun Wukong caught his uncle in, this time in a delivery boy who can wield the impossible.

"Obviously."

"...yes, once. Your uncles would claim I'm still in love with him, actually."

"Really? Who was he?"

"Sun Wukong- don't give me that face. I was young and foolish and he was beautiful. I heard of a king who was kind and good to his subjects and, mind you, I had only dealt with the Jade Emperor. So when I saw him, being loving to his subjects, I couldn't help it."

"What did you do? How did you court him?"

"Why? Got someone in mind?"

"No. Mother thinks I should start courting though."

"I see. You are getting to that age."

"Don't remind me. So, tell me."

"I wouldn't recommend doing what I did. Love is warm and gives you a thrill, like a housefire. I left the only place I knew to stand beside him. I found out I was too late to court him but, in my mind, it didn't matter. Just so long as I could be by his side and help him reach his potential. Unfortunately, love can also hurt you. I was left with almost nothing when he betrayed us."

"Be wiser than me, my boy."

Summaries:

AU where the Camel Ridge Trio, never sealed away, raise Qi Xiaotian as the son of Azure and his ex Sun Wukong...right until Red Son kidnaps Xiaotian to help free his father. Heavy Spicynoodles and Lionpeach smut.

AU fic where Red accidentally finds part of a very sexy scavenger hunt and accidentally ruins it. He follows the clues to apologize, only to find at the end a Qi Xiaotian bawling his eyes out bc the bf he set this up for just dumped him, on their anniversary, before he could send the scavenger hunt. Smut.

AU where Sun Wukong refuses to go back to the pilgrimage after saving Tripitaka from Kai Mulang. Ignoring the protests, he returns to FFM to sulk... at the same time Macaque pokes his head in on Five Phases Mountain to find Wukong gone. Shocked and horrified bc he wanted to apologize, Macaque ends up spilling the deets to the Camel Ridge Trio. Azure is immediately horrified and decides to find Wukong. And their search leads them to the pilgrims.

Spicynoodles are cast in a remake of Sun Wukong's most cursed movie- a.k.a somehow everyone involved in this broke up for some reason. Smut.

AU where Red keeps running into this very cute guy. Said cute guy seems to be the clumsy type, always falling on his face, but always manages to make a falling pun to save face. Over time, however, said puns turn more flirtatious and Red is starting to become convinced that this cute boy is falling over on purpose.

Sun Wukong manages to avoid getting sucked into the scroll and sends Xiaotian home to get some rest and then get Tang. Unfortunately, the following brawl with Azure locks them both in the treasury overnight. Smut.

AU where the Camel Ridge Trio are not imprisoned in the scroll. After the chaos of Lady Bone Demon, Azure Lion sees two chances: 1. Humans now have a renewed awareness of Heaven's existence due to Nezha smashing into the train. This is not a good look for Heaven and a weakness. 2. Sun Wukong is greatly weakened from his possession and still recovering. So, what's a man to do?

A/B/O AU except stone monkeys don't have secondary genders. So Qi Xiaotian is confused about why he hasn't displayed at all but at least he's not alone in Sun Wukong who is confused by the whole secondary gender thing.

A recently wed Spicynoodles, an engaged Zoisite, and Ironbull end up staying at Immortal Ruyi's home for the summer. Unfortunately Ruyi is a dick who believes that Red and Xiaojiao are married. Spicynoodles and Zoisite smut.
