Calm and soft spoken) That's just as smart as him and works with him as both a Lab partner and romantic partner, but unfortunately due to her temperament she is often see as a weaker demon when in reality she's secretly (even to Red) super strong, but doesn't show it unless it's a emergency, like turning into a terrifying, giant, multi armed kaiju to protect Red.

Yesssss I love this idea. Had to look up what exactly a kaiju is, and even then I found mostly Godzilla stuff? So forgive me if my descriptions are a little messy as I tried to be more vague

“This stupid bolt won’t stay in place!” Redson growled, pretty close to just melting the metal back to its liquid state on his own. But y/n stepped in, coming up behind her lover and handing him the fresh set of pliers he’d asked for. 

“Red, I can hear you from down the hall. Take a second, alright?” She continued holding his hand that was reaching for the tool, making eye contact. He was stiff, with the ends of his hair starting to become inflamed. But at her gentle tone, he sighed, and she could literally see the steam coming off of him as he calmed down. Slowly but surely. 

“Thank you, beloved.” He mumbled, turning away from his newest project. A new motorbike, of sorts, though she knew there had to be a transformation in there somewhere. 

“What about we go get something to eat? You’ve been cooped up in here since you got out of bed this morning.” She suggested. The fire demon hummed, looking at the blueprints he’d worked so hard on, and the bike behind him that had taken him the better part of several hours to assemble. 

“I guess we can. Where would you like to go?”

“There’s a cafe not far from the arcade, I hear they’ve got some really nice pastries.”

“As you wish. Come, we’ll take my car.”

The pair got their jackets and hopped into the large vehicle, driving from what was essentially Hell to the city. At y/n’s request, Redson abided by traffic laws, though it was tempting for him to absolutely total the stupid little car in front of them that cut them off.  

“This is the place!” She pointed to a small building with an alleyway next to it, where there was a chalkboard sign advertising some chai tea drink. It wasn’t overly cutesy, which was probably for the best. Redson would’ve gotten all hissy about being there. 

Walking in, nothing was off-putting. The service was nice and much faster than other places y/n had taken Redson to eat at. 

The real problem showed up when it came time to go back to the car and head home.

The first red flag of the situation was the stranger standing against the side of the car, which was already reason enough for Redson to get angry at. The person was lanky, though both Red and y/n could see the threatening aura they put off. In these situations, not only did Red take the lead, the problem was usually dealt with in a fast manner to avoid unwanted attention. However something about this just wasn’t right.

“It’s a nice car you’ve got here. Nice girlfriend, too.” The person complimented. Redson had no problem waltzing up to the guy and trying to intimidate them right back.

“Thanks. Now if you’ll excuse us, we have places to be.”

In mere seconds, a knife was pressed to his throat, one with symbols written on it that y/n could tell were meant to hold Red in one spot or at least leave an impact if the weapon was to make contact. 

But at the same time, y/n was willing to ditch being passive for the sake of her lover. So as soon as she saw a thin line of blood, she jumped into action. She let go of her human form and grew several sizes larger, multiple arms on her torso and primed to tear limbs if needed. She was quite a sight for both figures below her.

Enough to make the stranger drop their grip on Redson along with the weapon.

“Hey, no harm no foul, right?” They tried to reason with her. 

“Run. Far, far away, and don’t come back.” She warned. They scrambled to get moving, heeding her words immediately as they took off. Once she was sure that they were gone, she transformed back into her regular form and went up to her partner.

“I love when you get all frightening. It’s fun.” He praised her. He dusted himself off, but then held still as she inspected the cut on his neck.

“Hang on, I have some napkins.” She mumbled, digging in her pockets for the napkins she took from the cafe. When she found them, she cupped his face and moved to clean the small wound that was just beginning to drip.

“Thank you, y/n. Now, shall we?” Redson unlocked the vehicle and opened the door for her. She climbed in gingerly, giving him a smile. 

Looks could be so deceiving, could they not?

     Now you are hung from the ceiling in his lair, if that's what you like to call it considering the lava pool, tools, materials, engines, and many more are laying around the gigantic room.

     "Let me go!" You demanded "What are you planning now, Redson? Y'know MK is gonna MK.O!!™ you again right?"

     Redson scoffs a laugh, lifting up his welding mask to look up at your hanging state as he puts down his blowtorch.

     "After I finish my invention, we will go up to the mountain where my father was imprisoned..." He started to monologue "and then... I will exchange your life for the staff! ...that noodle boy cares for you so much that he will give it to me willingly! And once I have the staff is mine... MY FATHER WILL GAIN HIS POWER AND BE THE GREATEST RULER OF THE WORLD!"

     Redson's dark and overdramatic laughs echoes through the room as the lava's light reflected behind him, creating a giant menacing shadow of himself on the walls.

     Meanwhile you only blink twice at him, not being effected by the intimidating aura that the prince made.

     "You think I'm worth more than the staff?" "What"

     "Well, you basically said that I'm the same price as the staff... Do you think I'm that special?" You grin at him while he was only flabbergasted by your words.

     "W-what?! NO YOU IDIO--" "I don't know, like, you kidnapping me, thinking that I'm enough to be exchanged with the staff, you could've picked Mei but you chose me!"

     Redson gave you a dumbfounded look, his eyebrows furrowing in frustration as you explain your conclusion.

     "Like, you took effort to kidnap me, you think I'm that worth of effort? No one has ever done that for me" You continue as you sniffle a bit.

     "Did-did you forget about the part where I said about my world domination?" Redson simply ask as he gives you a deadpanned stare.

     "I'm sorry, I'm sorry! I'm just so happy right now, you think I'm worth more than the staff? You think I'm that unique?" "Shut up, you're delusional."

While he made his invention to secure his plan, you were in the background trying to make him admit that he thinks you're special

After the 'stealing-wukong's-powers-from-MK' plan didn't work, he couldn't find anymore information or updates in MK's life

So while you were on your way back home, not paying attention to your surroundings that was when Macaque took the opportunity.

As you look around the place, you hear a dark echoey chuckle from behind you making the hair on your skin rise.

You stood up immediately to see none other than the shadow of the six-eared Macaque.

Shades of Red|| Red Son x Reader Bulletpoint Outline

A/N: Oooh, this sounds like a cute idea! I don't have a lot of details to help me understand the full picture so I apologize if some of the things aren't quite right.

You love to wear red, all kinds of red. Pink, coral, scarlet, ruby red, maroon, burgundy, etc. From wearing red clothing to wearing red makeup.

And you just happened to notice that a certain red-haired prince's eyes would stare with such intensity in them whenever you wear your favorite color.

It wasn't hard to notice. In fact, you seem very flattered by the entire thing. Of course, there was no doubt that Red Son's favorite color was red as well, seeing how he was always wearing the long stretched trench coat.

So why wouldn't it be fun if you decide to wear a different shade of red every single day?

On the first day of your little scheme, you wore a knee-length burgundy cardigan, similar to Red Son but embroidered with roses on the ends. You also wore a white tank top with black leggings and red high tops.

On the second day, you wore a ruby red skirt with a black shirt and a black corset, a top with your hair pulled back with a hair tie with red ribbons.

On the third day, you wore red corduroy pants with a long sleeve black shirt with a red dragon design on them.

The outfits were very fun to put together every time you saw him. But what was better was Red Son's reaction to them.

His cheeks turn bright pink as he tried to come up with an insult. He was never the one to outright compliment someone, even if it was towards his crush.

He could not stand it. You just looked too good with each shade of red you wore each day. But instead of telling you, his hair would just burst into flames. Or he would go and vent it to MK and Mei, who happily listened to their new best friend!

So before you could coordinate your next outfit for tomorrow, Mei decided to drop by and suggest that you wore one of your dresses for today.

The dress she suggested was a pretty red v-neck sundress with white daisies pattern, a light brown sunhat, and with Mei's help, ruby red lipstick with red fading to black eye makeup.

She helped you get to the spot where she had everything set up for her and Red Son to have a nice picnic together. It was underneath a willow tree and was a bit far from the city.

MK would be with Red Son, using his Monkey King power to barge inside the prince's room. He would come up with an elaborated lie, one that he had to rehearse to sound convincing enough, that you and Mei were in some sort of trouble with a demon.

Red Son was quick to come to your "aid" and before he could release fire at the supposed demon, he stopped when he saw you patiently sitting down on the blanket. His eyes laid on your red lips before he spotted the red dress you were wearing.

By now, his face was turning beet red, one that rivaled the red on your dress. He started to stutter and, heavens forbid, even compliment you. You can feel yourself blushing too, not thinking that this would get this sort of reaction from Red Son.

Red Son finally managed to come up with something to say in this awkward moment. "You... that red suits you well."

That made you laugh at first and offer the empty space on the blanket for Red Son to sit down on. He happily accepted and laid his head down on your lap. Being friends with them started off normal, with sleepovers, hanging out, going to the movies or the mall, hanging out at Pigsy's Noodle shop... it was normal until you ended up going on one of their adventures due to chaos breaking out unexpectedly with you there.

Mei took this as the perfect opportunity to bring you with them on an adventure so that she could show off her and MK's powers. MK was hesitant, but it didn't take much convincing when Mei mentioned it. "You can show off your Monkey King powers!!" And he was sold instantly. You were terrified yet excited to be on the scene of the battle. The trembling of the ground, the bright glows of powers, the giant dragon, the Monkey Mech, it was all so addictive.

After that, you were always on their adventures with them, rooting them on from the side while also helping them plan out their battles. It's been like that for a few months now, and you've grown to love it. One day, MK decided to introduce you to the Monkie King, you knew of the legend of Monkie King, everyone in China did, it was a simple children's story that all children knew.

Before you met your new friends, you never believed in them, but seeing their powers in the flesh, you weren't so confident in your own skepticism anymore. So off you went, with MK, on his unstable and very quick pole. You clung onto his back for dear life as you hid your face from the winds that whipped past you both.

You and MK finally broke through the thick clouds, and you stared on in awe as you saw Flower Fruit Mountain surrounded by beautiful clouds. "Wow." You said breathlessly, MK chuckled. "YEAH!! IT'S PRETTY AMAZING, YEA!?" He shouted over the winds. You nodded silently as you stared at the view. It wasn't much longer after that when you and MK finally landed on the cliff of the mountain.

You looked around in wonderment, taking everything in amazement. You stared out over the vast lands that lay before Flower Fruit Mountain, and a small smile grew on your face. You jumped in shock when a little monkey landed on your shoulder. You stared at the little monkey in shock for a while before you smiled kindly at it. "Hey there, little guy, where you come from?" You asked sweetly to the monkey as you gently rubbed under its chin.

As you did, loads burst from the trees and higher rocks, you looked around in shock as they all surrounded you, speaking among themselves as they sat around or climbed over you. MK chuckled. "Oh, man!! Looks like they like ya, which is an extremely good thing." He commented. You looked over at him questionably as you held a monkey by its underarms.

"Oh yeah? Why's that?" You questioned. He was about to answer, but another voice beat him to it. "BECAUSE THEN THAT MEANS I'LL LIKE YOU TOO!! HANDS DOWN GUARANTEED!!" His voice echoed out. You looked around rapidly as you looked for the owner, but you couldn't find him, so you looked to MK for guidance, but he did nothing as he shrugged and smirked at you in amusement.

You turned back around to ask the little monkey in your hands, but you were met with a face instead. "Hi." He simply said with a relaxed smirk. You gasped dramatically as you stepped back doing karate chops and gestures before you took a ridiculous stance in shocked defense. MK, Monkey King, and all the little monkeys stared at you blankly. Your cheeks slowly warmed in embarrassment before you quickly straightened yourself up. "Umm, ahem... Hi." You awkwardly waved at him. He arched a brow at you as he looked you up and down before he shot MK a smirk. "I like her." He said as he jabbed his thumb at you.

"AWW YEAH!! I KNEW YOU WOULD!!" MK cheered in success as he fist pumped in triumph. You nervously smiled happy to have been accepted even after your embarrassing first impression. Monkey King smirked at his student before he looked over at you catching your attention. You straightened up and he chuckled at you before he walked ahead his hand waving for you to follow him.

"Come on, let me show ya around." He said, you nodded your head before you followed after him. MK continued to rant about how he must be Monkey King's psychic. Monkey King Shook his head in amusement as he comically grabbed MK by the back of his shirt with great ease.

He carried him on, while MK continued to celebrate, you chuckled at their antics as you followed closely behind them. He stopped in front of the waterfall, you watched curiously as he held up the ranting MK to the waterfall. You stared with an arched brow as you tilted your head. He looked over his shoulder at you with a proud smirk. "Give It time and watch the magic happen." He said You nodded slowly as you watched MK rant for another 30 seconds before he suddenly spread his arms wide apart and the waterfall parted like a giant beautiful curtain.

"Woah." You whispered in amazement. He looked back at you with a smug smirk. "I know, cool right?" He asked smugly and you couldn't help but just nod your head. He walked through the parted waterfall, and you followed after him, the little monkeys all followed as well, as they ran ahead of the three of you. "So, what's the story between you two?" Monkey King asked as he walked through the cave he calls 'home', MK still in his hand as he enjoyed the ride, his legs outstretched before him as he rested his hands on his knees.

"Me and MK met through my brother by chance." You explained as you looked around the place. He nodded his head idle as he listened to you speak. MK looked up at Monkey King with wide eyes as he nodded. "Mhm, her bro wanted some noodles so I delivered it and that's how we met." He said with a little smile as he pointed his thumb at himself proudly. Monkey King smiled down at him. "Oh yeah? Great job, bud, you found a keeper!!" He said cheerfully as he rubbed his head with his other hand.

You smiled at them. 'It's like a dad with his kid, cute.' You thought.

Your first meeting with Sun Wukong was very impressionable, he was funny, chill, relatable, and very family-oriented with his monkeys and MK. It was a pleasure to see, and you wanted to come by and visit more often.

Sadly, going to Flower Fruit Mountain was a rare occasion for you, it was usually only when the world was in parel or when you were all having a celebration party after defeating a villain. It was usually during those parties that you got to hang with Wukong.

You'd laugh and play, joke, and just enjoy each other's presence. Eventually, it went from that to him coming to visit you at your family home, but he always managed to disguise himself as some sort of animal, but you told him that a cat was more favorable.

This way, it wouldn't seem weird to your family if they saw you out petting a cat, he'd usually have to sneak in at night when everyone was too deep onto their own worlds to give a damn. Some nights he'd kidnap you and would just fly you over the city, take you to some cheap restaurant, or just go to Flower Fruit Mountain.

These slowly became yours and his guilty pleasure, going out on night adventures that could last till three in the morning. It was like having a best friend that your parents considered a bad influence. MK and Mei, were your best friends, but Wukong was special.

He was your friend who was over the best friends. It was like that for a while, a few years, actually... but eventually, those feelings began to blossom into something else, something deeper and scary. You didn't want to create distance between you two over some romantic feelings, so you tried to hide them, be normal... but it was almost like he knew.

He'd do things that would make your heart flutter, or he would say things that would make your breath hitched. It was a losing battle, and you were feeling cornered, so you tried to make distance between you two. Making up false issues that would postpone a hangout, you would fake being slightly unwell to make him leave you to 'heal' for a few days... you didn't want to, but it was all you could do.

But Wukong has learned a thing or two in his age, he knew what you were doing, what you were feeling, how you were taking it, he knew better than anyone else. But he'll give you your space, give you time to realize that your feelings weren't a phase and that they were real.

He wanted you to embrace your feelings, he'll help in doing so. He'll send you flowers, cake, chocolate, jewelry, makeup, that new game you wanted, clothes, anime merchandise, anything and everything you wanted, and he'll be sure to write his initials extra large on the little tag so you'll know who it was from.

You were a wreck, he was still so close yet so far, making distance only made it worse, the gifts he'd send would make you want to be close to him... He must've felt the same way... So, with that thought, you made up your mind, you packed a couple of bags, all of your personal belongings boxed up and ready to go.

Your excuse to your family? "I'm going to donate some of this stuff and get new things, I'm ready for a new look, is all." You'd say. it took you a few days, but eventually, your entire room was packed. You had to be smart with it, leaving things out that you would use every day until the final night you'd pack it all.

You wrote a note to your family, telling them that you're going to go away with the love of your life and that they'll see you again in the far future, you'll never forget them and you'll even send them gifts and letters once a month.

Once that was done, you opened your window wide, and you waited... it wasn't a long wait, not at all, he was there within minutes. Perched on his cloud, his goody smile you love so much on his face. He reached up and grabbed a few blade furs, he blew and created 5 clones. They made quick work of gathering your packed belongings. They all jumped out the window with a box or two in their hands.

You watched them with wonderment as they worked like a moving crew, one even grabbed your bed, how that was gonna work out you didn't want to know, but he did make it shrink, so that's cool.

Once they were all gone, you couldn't help but look around your now empty room, you were going to miss this place, your family, everything... You never thought that you would be leaving your family like this one day. You sniffled as tears unexpectedly gathered in your eyes as you hugged your arms around yourself, trying to feel comfort. You flinched in shock when a pair of arms wrapped around you from behind.

You looked back, and you saw Wukong, a sweet little smile on his face as he looked at you. You smiled before you looked around your room one last time. He gently guided you to the window, he jumped out first and onto the cloud, before he offered you his hand. You grabbed his hand as you placed your foot on the window seal, but you didn't have to put too much effort into it as he hoisted you up with ease.

Once on, you fished around in your pocket and you pulled out the folded-up letter, you held it in your hand for a bit, almost like you were debating on it, but with a brief glance at your empty room, you nodded to yourself. You leaned forward and placed the letter on the window seal. You stared at it sadly, but you were happy. With one last look around the room, you slid the window close.

You leaned against the glass for a moment before you pulled away, you released a sigh, a hand on your shoulder made you perk up and you looked over at him. A small yet understanding smile was on his face. You smiled back, you stood up and you wrapped your arms around his neck while he wrapped his arm around your waist, and just like that, you were gone.

The wind blew past you rapidly as your home quickly disappeared in the distance behind you, the moon that sits high in the sky made you smile as you leaned against his shoulder. You were going to miss your family, but for once, you were going to be selfish.

Your hum’s filled the empty streets as you walked down the side walk not paying much attention to the closed buildings and some destroyed ones. Another demon attack fell on the city, clearly due to all the small chucks of buildings and trees and other such things covering main roads, blocking anyone from coming in or out the city. Usually on days like this you’d stay home but as luck has it you ran out of food and other needed supplies, you could only let out a bored and tired sigh as you stepped over what seemed to be the 100th branch covering the side walk. “Jeez, when are these cleaning crew getting here?” You asked yourself as your eyes scanned over the most mess parts of town. Finally after what seems like hours, you made it to the only open store, it was a bit rundown from the looks of it, you took note of the sketchy street it was located at before walking in, making the small bell on top the door ding alerting the old lady behind the counter. She gave a small but warm smile as she waved at you. You gave a small smile back before wondering the isles looking for the supplies you needed.

Once you put the last needed item into the small plastic basket you held, you made your way to the counter before carefully laying out the few things you picked out. “Will that be all?” The elderly woman said as she scanned your items and placed them into small plastic bags. You only nodded as you took out your wallet and paid as she handed you the bags. Once the exchange was done she waved you good bye as you headed out, you heard her voice in the distant warning you to not stay out late for to long, you could only chuckle and nod while doing the same before finally stepping out the store, with grocery’s in hand. “Sunsetting already huh?” You said with a small hum before walking off, a bit faster then last time due to the growing unease of the usually bustling streets now empty. By the time you made it to the second turn leading to your (whatever you choose to live in <3) the street lights already dimly lit the streets as the last bit of sun disappeared. You only held the grocery’s bags tightly in hands as you nervously speed walk down the streets, even if you were or weren’t powerful it was never a good idea to stay out this late especially with all the demons popping up randomly. You continued walking trying to avoid any allyways, but then a small rustle came from the small alleyway you were passing, you stopped in your tracks, before shaking your head in disapproval of going to check, and kept walking.

Silence once again took over as you could only hear crickets and owls making their usual noise. But something broke that silence very soon as two foots steps were heard behind you. A pit formed in your stomach as you quicken your pace, but so did the foot steps causing panic to set in. You quickly whipped around trying to get a good look at who ever was following you, yet nothing came into eyes view. You let out a shaky sigh, one you didn’t even know you were holding in as relief washed over you. You shrugged it off before whipping back around, only to see a smirking face, you let out shrilled scream as you jumped back in surprise. Oh how redson loved that face you made when you tariffed it never failed to send shivers of delight down his spine. He watched as you scrambled backwards trying to make some distance from you and him, to only back up against a hard but furry chest, making you confusedly turn around before seeing the six eared macaque. You let out a small squeak in surprise as you backed away from him, now cornered in against a wall as they both snickered at your shaking form “no need to be scared” macaque said in a teasing voice redson only chuckled along before crossing his arms with a smirk before speaking “I’m afraid you’ll be coming with us now” he said. You only dug your nails into the brick wall you were against as your mind raced with ways to escape from the two powerful demons, but your mind came blank, as one thing over took your senses. RUN, you mind shrilled at you, as you legs began to move by themselves. You quickly shoved both of them. Enough for you to squeeze by and run off you screamed for help, begging for help yet no one came to your cries. People only closed their windows tighter not willing to danger their lives by going outside. Your tears ran as you desperately banged at doors trying to get people to answer yet no one seemed to give mercy. You gave up on getting people to save you and opted to run, hopping you could book it to your place before they could catch up to you

Macaque hopped from building to building watching you like Pray, while redson stalked the allyways watching you desperately running. It was musing to see you like this, all scared and disparate when they haven’t even begun with the real fun. “My love, why are you running away?” Redson asked as he appeared in front of you after emerging from an ally way, and in the process startling you making you trip on a fallen stone from the clasped building you were running by. You groaned in pain as blood trickled from your forehead, and a stinging pain in your ankle. Macaque finally appeared behind redson and put his hand on his shoulder as they both took in your beautiful form. “Who even are you two!” You screamed out as pain coursed through you making you sob. They only looked at each other before back to you “why your lovers of course” redson answered as he walked towards you, making you desperately try getting up but failing miserably “I suggest you don’t fight it” macaque said with a smirk as he watched redson carrying you bridle style. You started pounding at his chest, making him only roll his eyes and hand you to macaque, he threw you over his shoulder as he began to speak “you have no idea how long we’ve waited for today” he said sighing happily “so much planning done just for you, now aren’t you a lucky thing?” He hummed as redson walked over and behind macaque to take a look at your face, he grabbed your face roughly as he made you face him “you look so lovely my dear” he said planting a kiss on your bleeding forehead “now lets get a move on you’ve already made enough of a disturbance tonight” he said as macaque began to summon his portal and walking in leaving redson to trail behind you with a pleased look on his face

The tapping of rain against a window became apparent. This thought makes you scramble out the bed in hurry as you made you way over to the door and swinging it open, revealing a long hall way, you poked your head out the room and began to scan the area before you quietly made it down the hall only to bump into someone’s chest, not redson or macaque, no this was a robot, you could tell by its metal chest. It only gave you a pitiful look before grabbing your arm and dragging you along with it, you fought with all you had yet it didn’t seem to budge.

After it came to a halt in a big area covered in luxurious future ones you swore you’ve never seen. Out of the Conor of your eye you could spot redson bickering with the six eared demon, as macaque only rolled his eyes while chuckling. But he stopped once he spotted you, causing you to try to hind behind the bull robot but it quickly moved out of the way revealing you “well,well,well what angel fell from heaven?” Macaque laughed as he stood up and walked over to you, taking your hand and leading you to the velvety couch they both sat on, and forcing you down to take a seat between them. Macaque brought you to his chest, as he made your back lean on him while resting his chin on your head. By now you’ve given up at least for now, as you finally fully realized the little chance you had against the both of them. You needed a plan, but that would have to wait due to your weak and healing body from the day before.

Redson sensed your body becoming soft in macaque hold. Making him quirk an eyebrow “Giving up I see” he hummed in amusement before snatching you from macaque, making the demon scrawl at him. But redson payed no mind as he made you lay your head on his chest “you should continue to get some rest my dear, you have no chance of escape now. But it was fun while you had I suppose” he said laughing as he held you a bit tighter. You only mumbled in hearable words as your eyes grew heavy once more. Maybe getting up from that bed wasn’t the greatest idea, but oh well, you should already come to terms with your current situation

When the stars started to shine well after you thought would be the perfect time for them to open up, you just grumbled and pulled what your parents would call “an idiotic gamble”

You summoned you own flames and started to draw in the sky. With some direction from Mei, you were able to draw a pretty good bouquet of roses

MK loved it, Reds was living up to his name with the flush on his face, Mei was taking pictures for everyone and you were just trying not to die laughing

Yandere shadowpeach dbk freenoodles sliktea Lbd and spider Queen traffic light trio x Godzilla fem child reader

Like she is Godzilla baby and some how get egg is knocked into LMK world and her egg is found by the chouple and the most responsible ( definitely not sun )

Find it and take it home and keep it warm or something and basically never leave it side and when we hatch or like a little humanoid baby Godzilla and when we sneeze and did our first war we spit out certain color flames ( like for sun golden flame or purple green for dbk that kind of thing and black and pink for shadowpeach)

And they take care of us and also making

Another Godzilla character? Alright! Though I’ll need to do some research for Godzilla like how I did with the x mothra!reader. Probably should of done it when I was making that one but I figured that I would forget by the time I get done with it and move on to this one.

Warning: noob author, female child reader, platonic yandere characters, dark theme, and others.

Characters: shadowpeach, dbk family, FreeNoodles, waterspider/silktea, lbd, spider queen, traffic light trio (redson, mei, and mk).

Shadowpeach:

Macaque is the one who had found you though it was almost difficult since your egg was in the shadow and considering how your egg shell was dark and could blend in shaded areas it was hard to find it if he was in human form but good thing he had his senses to tell where you’re at.

There was a thunderstorm yesterday and he was scouting the area for possible injured monkeys but found you in a shade surrounded by debris; the monkeys were fine but it was kinda odd to see a egg laying around and no possible signs of either living or dead parent figures, so he decided to take care of you for the time being and see if he can’t find your parents.

When sun first saw the egg, he at first thought it was a rock that was going to be used for something or some kind of geode and macaque would use the crystals to make matching jewelry for the two; though he was shocked to be told that it was an egg that macaque had found when he was making his rounds to see if every monkey was alright and no one was injured, which no one was injured thankfully.

They soon took care of you while you were still in your egg; reminded sun about how he was born from a rock, they made sure to get the necessities to take care of you when you hatched and the things to keep you nice and warm while still in the egg.

When you hatched it was through another thunderstorm, not as bad as the one you arrived and was found after but still bad enough to cause lightning to strike near them and vibrate through the earth’s wall maybe even carrying voltage directly to your egg none of them knowing that the storm was caused by you being ready to hatch.

(I don’t think this is how Godzilla or any of his possible offspring was born but it’s something right? And I guess you could say that I took some of the reference from the dragon prince when zym was born too.)

When you hatched they noticed how you sparked small bursts of lightning every so often which shocks and make their hair frizz up like if you would rubbing a balloon on your hair creating static reaction with it. They each make sure you don’t get to cranky or sad unless they want lightning going everywhere; they also notice on how you seem to have small bib like spikes that will grow as you do along with a spiky, but not as spiky now than it will be in the future, tail.

Dbk family:

You had appear in a portal literally made from lighting while still in your egg at the dinning table when they were eating they food that dbk made for dinner for his family. They didn’t know what you would be after you hatched but decided to keep you to find out what you are than to give you away and never figure out what you are and plus there curiosity and need for a new member to the family.

Redson mostly took care of you as he knows more about the biology of eggs from the animals that do lay eggs; and so he can be the first you see when you hatch, he also wanted to figure out what your species could be by taking samples from parts of the egg dna and go from there.

Pif didn’t really know what to do as she never took care of anything that was from an egg so she along with her son study those books about it together, she even went and got her old parental books from when she was having redson.

Dbk as well didn’t know what to do but stay near you in case something happened like kidnapping or possibly you hatching or even getting a crack in your egg by any bull clones who watches you while they go about finishing their work so they can spend more time with you.

They somehow had a epic black out and made them check on you first thing after making sure all three of them were alright; apparently you were what caused the black out with how you hatched from your egg and had created a lighting surge that malfunctioned the electricity in their home and around it.

They soon found out that you were a human like amphibian that can walk on both two legs and four legs and like with how you both appeared and hatched you seem you have electricity abilities that makes you go rouge and do what usually is Called nowadays zoomies.

(I tried seeing if I could find what species Godzilla was to use as reference but all I got was prehistoric monster so I just based it off from how Godzilla looks with how it looks like a lizard/dragon.)

You mostly eat meat but dbk somehow hidden those vegetables in your meat as to make sure you be healthy but when you found out about that you became skeptical of the things he put on your plate but still ate anyway since you become hungry just by looking at the food.

Freenoodles:

Tang was the one to have found you, he had found you when it was raining and storming outside on his way home from the grocery store after getting ingredients for his husband shop.

Pigsy was both shocked and weird out with how big the egg is and was worried on how big it’s going to be when it’s hatches.

They buy things to keep the egg warm and for when you do finally hatch out of the egg, though they may have gone overboard but that’s because they didn’t know what size you would be for the clothes and diapers; I mean, you could be small and was born into a big egg, or be medium, or big like the egg, so they decided to go the precaution route and get as much sizes of the stuff they can; not at the same time but at different times when they know they can spend that money for it, after all your a new family member and they want you to be as comfortable as possible.

Tang is the one mostly checking on you since he has a good bit of free time but on occasions pigsy and mk is able to get off work early and take care of you with him, sometimes mk would bring the others to spend time with you as well.

When you did hatch you apparently shocked and frizz up everyone’s hair as electricity surrounded the egg you’re in before it cracked open revealing you; a small lizard amphibian like human with your eyes closed napping on the multiple cushions and blankets that surrounds your egg.

Tang educates you on knowledge while Pigsy educates you on culinary knowledge. Those classes made you smarter and skillful in many genres as you grew to learn about them.

You mostly don’t go out much as you get the same feeling you get when you’re hungry and ready for food, which is another good excuse to keep you close with them.

Waterspider/silktea:

He found you when your egg had fallen into the sky and into the ocean water near his boat, he soon went after you as to save you from drowning even before you hatched.

He got you onto his boat and quickly warped anything that could keep you warm and cozy so you could hatch and not die from the cold waters of the ocean. Later he showed huntsman and that escalated to them adopting you and since he somewhat cared for the other egg minions of the late spiderqueen before he knows a good thing or two to make sure the egg is healthy.

His cats sniff your egg out of curiosity (lol) before getting used to you being there and snuggling up to your egg shell also keeping you warm.

The cats are the first ones to sense that you’re about to hatch plus with the fact that some cracks that had appeared glowing blue before your egg shells burst in a small distance and few electrical current carry out in the inside of the boat and made all the cats fur puff up.

You would eat everything he and huntsman get and make for you, one time you almost ate a cat if it weren’t for Mo stopping you and scolding you that you can’t and shouldn’t do that anymore.

When you learned to swim that’s basically all you wanted to do when you don’t have anything to do other than sun bathing and that gets boring in no time so swimming it is.

Sandy is glad that you’ll be able to tire yourself out by doing that and would join you as well; huntsman really get into the water that much with y’all unless the two of you pester him enough and even then he’ll only use a float to stay on some sort of land and just puts his hand in the water to feel the water and to stir the float.

Lbd:

(This is a new one.)

The not mayor had found you and brought to his lady to see what they should do with it since it’s not like any egg he has seen; maybe his lady would know what animal could lay and hatch this egg.

When lbd see her servant showing her the egg he had found she was quite interested and at first would keep it to use to build her world and destroy the current one that is thriving now.

But that would change soon as she soon liked caring for the egg and not even let mayor take care of it only guarding the egg and make sure it was protected.

When you had finally hatched it was before she made herself fully known to mk and his group, along with sun wukong. You had the egg surrounded by lighting and so she wasn’t able to get close as it seem your lighting had sticked and hurt her so much even if she’s a demon.

She would make sure that this world would be perfect for you to be raised in and if anyone goes against her or get to you to use against her she would severely make sure they never do it again and get the most horrific consequences.

The mayor made sure to take care of you and protected you from harm plus stealing some snack food for you to eat on if asked cause he’s the mayor! But would bring you with him or leave you with his lady just to make sure your curiosity don’t get to you and you run off.

Lbd makes sure that you were never seen when she began tricking the spider group and was satisfied when they were dealt with. She was also glad that she had sun wukong under control when that happened and made sure that both mayor and sun was guarding you when she couldn’t be with you and guard you in her own way.

Spiderqueen:

At first she thought you were some type of spider that she didn’t know of when her minions brought the egg you were in to her; she didn’t really care about species you were but was glad that they had brought you to her so she can have a heir for her to guide and raise.

She had syntax and huntsman take care of you since they most likely know how to make sure you’re healthy and would be able to hatch safely with know accidents while strong spider guard you when the others and her couldn’t at the moment.

She would knit you clothes from her web and make sure it’s just a blanket at the moment as she doesn’t know what you could be but do get carried away and make other clothing for you even if you wouldn’t be able to fit it.

You had created a lot of electricity when you decided it was time to hatch; destroying some of syntax computers and some of the minion eggs that spiderqueen has around the lair.

This made her even more overprotective considering how powerful you would grow up to be by just witnessing your hatching creating so much damage to her lair.

She would spend all her time with you, wether it’s to spend time with her new daughter and heir or to talk about strategy to through off this ‘sun wukong’ you don’t know of, and even if she explains what strategy she would use you still wouldn’t get it but love how you’re included and get to spend time with you mama.

With the others you mostly nip at them; strong spider mostly since he can take the amount of strength you have in your jaws at the moment, but he knows that he soon wouldn’t as you grown into a bigger and stronger being. Syntax takes care of you and make sure you have the education you need to properly rule next to your mother but doesn’t like how close you always seem to get with chewing the wires to his stuff. Huntsman will make sure that you’re fed and clean along with other stuff when spiderqueen and the others aren’t available to help take care of you, he even took you to his boyfriend for you to meet, which lead to you almost eating one of Sandy’s cats, which you apologized in your own little way with the help of huntsman who also apologized as well for the trouble.

Nezha:

When he found it was when he was able to finally take a break from guarding the map; which isn’t that much of a long break but he does cherish it and make sure to use it wisely, he found you in one of the gardens that he visits usually when he does take a break, this time with a surprise for him.

He was at a lost to see what appears to be a dragon egg almost and decided to go to the jade emperor.

That didn’t help much as the jade emperor had only said ask around if any dragon had lost a egg by accident and if no one did and it’s not claim then to either take care of it himself or bring it to the human realm and let one of the mortals take care of it.

When you did hatch it was while he was guarding the map which he was glad that it has a protective spell around it because it seem that electricity surrounds you and make you float in the air making the current of electricity go below where you had been laying before this happened.

The first thing you see when you hatched was a female with pink aesthetic and now declared her as your mama. When you were able to speak you started to call him mama which made him scold you saying that he wasn’t your mother or father but you kept on insisting that he ended up caving in just to keep you from making a fuss.

He tries to make sure you don’t cause to much trouble for anybody, or even leave his sight cause when you go missing disaster usually strikes; quite literally with how you have electricity abilities, and the fact that you get into all sorts of trouble when he isn’t looking sort of remind him on a certain monkey king.

He makes sure to educate you on the things you need to know and make sure to train you on your abilities while keeping you close to him as to not get kidnapped and used for the powers you have been birth with and to make sure you don’t cause as much chaos as you would have if he didn’t keep his eye on you.

Traffic light trio:

Redson is the one who had found you and was showing the egg to his significant others; mk and mei. He was wondering if maybe one of them could tell him what you could be because when he researched nothing came up.

When mk and mei saw what their mboyfriend had they grew both worried and happy; worried for what happened to the parents and happy to possibly found a new species before anyone else than the three and to make a new friend that they would take care of.

They made sure to keep the egg warm and cozy along with making sure you stay safe; they decided to use redson’s home as a base to take care of you since he has and can build all the things you might need. Mei made sure to get the comfortable and cozy blanket for you to use while you’re in the egg and for when you hatched. Mk loves to talk to you and tell you all the exciting things that the four of you would do when you hatch even if you can’t hear him yet.

When you hatched it didn’t really fazed them as much as it would when they would be before defeating lbd but they were amazed at the light show and stayed at a safe distance while eating popcorn with sunglasses, mk and mei mostly than redson.

They noticed how you are lizard like with some human features as well; and how you’re able to spark out lighting at such a young age with how you just hatched moments before, how they know is because you accidentally sparked redson which resulted in his hair frizz out and have bits of electricity weaving through his hair.

Mei would get you toys while redson would help with your health and education as you grow older, mk would spend time with you when the other two couldn’t and when they other two want special time with you and mk.

You like anything really but have to eat your vegetables which is hard for them unless they hide it cause you like your meat, though you sometimes catch bugs and eat them when they either go out to the city or to the garden mei and redson have which lead to a check up to make sure you’re alright and won’t get sick; you apparently have the capability to eat bugs like a lizard which is a good thing to know but also weirded out a little when you do decide to eat bugs, but quickly got over it.

A few seconds pass.

BANG!

The back door at the top of the stairs flies open and you quickly look up. MK's grinning face beams down at you as he grips the hand-railing.

"Yo!"

"Hey!" You return, offering a wave from down below. "Can I come up?"

The Monkie Kid shakes his head. "Ah- no. Actually, we're doing the baking competition downstairs in the dining area. Everyone's waiting for you! I'm just up here for a few extra supplies," he calls, gesturing all around for emphasis.

Baking competition? Oh, goodness.

"There's more people?"

"Yeah!" MK says, looking positively ecstatic. With that, he departs to his room, calling, "Go say 'hi'!"

Huh.

You stare upwards for a few more moments, then deciding that MK isn't planning on reappearing. So with a calculated huff, you narrow your eyes on the entrance to Pigsy's Noodles.

Who else could be here?

Curiosity get's the better of you. Reaching out, you push past the rolling sheet door and into Pigsy's Noodles. Funny, only now do you notice the conversations filling the room, and your eyes flick wide open at the sight to behold.

It looks like everyone is here. Mei, Pigsy, Tang, Sandy - even the Monkey King, Redson, and Prince Nezha.

You find yourself staring, lips parted.

The Third Lotus Prince glances over, eyes sharp and calculating. You quickly avert your eyes as MK bounds down the stairs in front of everyone.

"OK, gang! Is everyone here?" He performs a quick headcount as you travel further indoors. Mei and Sandy greet you accordingly, to which you return with a wave. Pigsy seems too distracted in making sure MK doesn't trip and fall off the counter he's currently strutting down, while Tang's occupied with leftover noodles. Redson is busy acting unbothered while inspecting his (probably) hand-carved pocket knife.

The Monkey King is doing, well, you don't really know.

Looks a 'lil something like making himself seem as epic as possible while doing absolutely nothing.

Nezha, on the other hand, shoots Sun Wukong an occasional glare, as though peeved by something outside your knowledge.

"Hey," you say, sidling up to the lotus Prince. "What's up?"

His glare is suddenly directed your way, and you almost wither under the ferocity within his dark eyes. You're amazed at Wukong's superpower to ignore such a look.

Thankfully, Nezha's features soften. "Just . . . entertaining my charge."

"MK's your charge?"

"More or less. They've grown on me, as much as I hate to admit it," Nezha says, but the sigh he gives informs you that his words are lies. No sane person would ever hate MK's company. The lotus Prince must feel some kind of urge to protect them.

You smile, but Sun Wukong beats you to it. "D'awww, is my apprentice growing on you? That's cute."

"He's not your apprentice anymore," Nexha spits.

He looks away when MK straightens and calls for attention. "All right, guys! I've invited you all here for a baking competition! So we're all gonna split into teams of two - I will be the judge to even things out. Anyways, Pigsy agreed to provide ingredients-" Said pig huffs irritably.

"Against my better judgement."

"Riiiight. You just wanna show off your skills," MK says, grinning knowingly. With that, he whips out a clear bowl with small slips of paper filling the bottom. "OK! Who wants to pick a teammate first?"

Sandy's massive hand shoots up. The bowl is practically thrown to him, but he catches it easily and fingers out a paper slip.

"Uhhh . . . The Monkey King?"

Sun Wukong's head shoots up. "Aaaye, nice! What're we baking?"

"Whatever you want, Monkey King" MK says, going around to everyone in turn. Mei with Redson, Tang with Pigsy, and since MK will be judging, that leaves just you and Nezha.

Slowly, you turn to gaze at him. "So. I guess we're-"

"I request a refund," he scoffs instantly, going to tap MK's shoulder. The kid whips around, eyes wide, to watch the exchange of comments. "I'd much rather pair up with another instead of you. I've seen the products of your baking, (Y/N)."

"Wha-" Affronted, albeit smiling, you cross your arms over your chest. "I'm not that bad."

"You are."

MK butts in while everyone else departs to their assigned tables. Apparently, you and Nexha aren't the only pair experiencing difficulties. Redson is infuriated with having Mei as his partner, hair and eyes ablaze.

"Guys, chill," the Monkie Kid says, thoroughly amused. "It's not that bad! Besides, there's no backsies on this; whatever you bake, you gotta do it together, or else I take five points off your original score."

You blink. The teams will be judged in this fashion?

Nezha tosses his head, his black fluffy hair bouncing in place. "I, the Third Lotus Prince, will not be paired up with some inexperienced troublemaker who will most certainly cost me a solid victory!"

"Wow, prepared that just now, huh? I'm honored," you say, momentarily distracted by the Prince's lackluster demeanor. Interesting.

Despite his comments, you feel that he doesn't truly despise working with you.

It makes you grin wickedly. "All right, lover boy. Let's get cracking."

"L-Lover boy??" Nezha stutters, but you've already hooked your arm through his and dragged him over to your assigned table.

"You're doing it wrong."

"I am not."

Nezha snorts, casually - yet gently - taking the measuring cup from you. "The instructions directed to add half a cup of oil to the mix. You tried adding a full cup."

Your eyebrows skyrocket. "What's wrong with going off script?"

He simply gives you a look, like 'oh, woe is this pitiful human standing before me.' But his exasperated eyes are fond. It just makes you smile and nudge him affectionately. Sure, Nezha can be a pain and a wall of unbreakable stone - plus the infinite cold shoulders if you do him wrong -, but you really do like him. He and you are actually really close.

He's kind of adorable.

The lotus Prince suddenly hands the measuring glass back to you, and your smile fades.

"Wha- I thought you wanted to do it."

"You might as well finish the job," Nexha says calmly. "Don't worry, I'll be watching in case you make anymore mistakes. Sound fair enough?"

You frown deeply, taking the cup. ". . . You're mocking me."

"No, I promise I'm not," he returns, but the amusement in his eyes says otherwise.

"You're supposed to be stressed and angry and controlling, y'know," you venture, pouring some oil into the glass cup. Peering at it closely, you continue; "Aren't I making you nervous?"

At this, Nezha tilts his head and smiles. "Not in the slightest. I've come to terms with having you as my partner. Might as well deal with it rather than complain."

"Smart words, lover boy."

His look sharpens, but he makes no comment. Instead, he scoffs, walks off, and returns with his arms full of ingredients. You look up after pouring the oil, eyes wide and glittering with approval as he lays everything out.

"Oh, perfect!"

You raise your hand, and Nezha, after glancing at it, instinctively gives you a high-five.

Oh.

Honestly, you don't know what you were expecting.

He's smiling, though, unaware of your shit-eating grin as he picks up the bag of flour.

"All right," he says, eyes narrowing at the bag. "How much flour do we need?"

"Uh . . . 3 cups," you say, after peering at the instructions.

The Third Lotus Prince nods determinedly, grabbing the measuring cup. "Here, you hold on to this," he says, handing you the flour. With that, he heads off. "I'm going to wash this so we can use it."

"Aren't you forgetting something?"

He glances over his shoulder, fluffy black hair brushing his cheek. "Hmm?"

You set the flour bag down to spread your arms. "Hug."

"Wha-"

"Why not? Aren't we friends?" You jest, but you're not really joking. The Prince would usually give you a warm embrace whenever he'd visit, and this should count. Perhaps he was distracted with the Monkey King's presence? Said deity is currently producing a beautiful batch of brownies with Sandy.

Nezha blinks, then rolls his eyes. "All right, get over here." With that, he holds his arms out, and you eagerly fall into them.

You grin up at him, safe and warm within his embrace. "Thaaaanks."

"You're welcome."

He's quick to walk off, but you feel it's to hide his smile. When he returns, you're wearing a shit eating grin. With the flour bag in hand, you make sure Nezha's got the measuring cup cleaned and dried before pouring some. Or, well, you would pour some.

Unfortunately, you trip on thin air.

The lack of footing makes you yelp as you fall forward, hands flying out to stabilize yourself. And that is where your fatal mistake comes into play; you'd already opened the flour bag in preparation to pour into the measuring cup. Two seconds after you trip, you're blinded with white powder - and so is the person in front of you.

Nezha stumbles backwards, managing to catch both the bag of flour while also still holding the glass cup.

You blink, patting your face free of flour. Damnit.

Hands still outstretched with the ghost of the flour package, you stare.

The lotus Prince blinks once, nose wrinkling all of the sudden. He then lets out a loud, flour-filled sneeze before recovering. His eyes are wide, astounded by what had just happened.

HA.

"What'd you do?" Pigsy calls.

MK shushes him, grinning. "Shh, they're creating a masterpiece."

Honestly, the sight is utterly hilarious. Nezha is covered head-to-toe in white powder, even coughing some of it out. The incident attracts a lot of attention (MK and Mei letting out a huge burst of laughter), and you feel the amused gazes of your friends as you slowly walk up to Nezha and take the flour bag from his frozen hand.

"Uh . . . sorry."

His eyes fix on you. "This means war."

"What?!"

There's no mistaking it; Nezha is dead serious. You have zero time to react as he snatches up an egg - which turns into a blur as it collides with your temple.

Yelping, you cower back, arms going out defensively. "Noho! Stop! I'm sorry!"

"Ohmygod-" Mei gasps-

"FOOD FIGHT!" MK suddenly bellows, and the room goes quiet. So quiet you could hear a pin drop.

Everyone shares a glance.

Mei is the first to act, grabbing an entire jug of milk, unscrewing the lid, and pouring its contents right over her poor, unsuspecting partner. Redson flinches away, eyes wide at the assault, before going in for the kill. "How- dare you!"

"Catch me if you can!" Mei teases.

And that's when all hell breaks loose. Food is rushing in all directions; Pigsy is calling for order, Tang is hiding under the counter; Sandy is acting as a shield for the Monkey King. You're vaguely aware of Sun Wukong yeeting eggs at anything that moves before Nezha suddenly flips your table on it's side in one swift movement, tugging you to the floor.

Everything you've worked so hard on is suddenly at one with the ground.

"B-But the competition-"

"You really think that matters now?" Nezha snorts, peeking over the table. He quickly ducks when an egg whizzes past his head. Getting down on your level, he sighs. "Damnit. I have no control over this."

Hhhhh.

You manage a guilty smile. "This is totally my fault."

"Oh, it is. And you will definitely pay for it when we're done here," Nezha growls over the battle cries of your friends.

"Pfft, right. I'm so scared."

Finally.

The chaos does ebb away eventually. But the noodle shop isn't in great condition when order is secured. There's a burning hole in the wall that's most likely the result of Redson attempting to headshot Mei. Sun Wukong and Nezha eventually duked it out in the center, while you'd joined Tang under the counter to cower.

Luckily, everyone listened when MK called for peace.

So now, everyone's sitting outside on the sidewalk, plates in hand with various desserts piled on top.

You and Nezha had scraped together a half-assed dessert at the last minute, and luckily the oven decided to spare your souls and produce something edible.

Everyones' creations are actually really good. Tasty, like sweet or sugary, or cold and minty.

You savor the flavor of Pigsy's dish (obviously the best, to which MK boasted about), smiling fondly at Nezha. Currently, you're sitting shoulder to shoulder, with Sandy on your other side. As the others chat happily, you nudge your friend's shoulder. "So, tell me. Are you proud of us?"

"I'm proud of my endurance," Nezha ventures.

You smirk. "Ah, you're a scream."

"You think I'm joking? If you had to put up with yourself, you'd quit," he fires back. But, after a moment, taps his chin. "Our batch is pretty good, though."

"See? I'm a baking genius," you hum, finishing your desserts.

Nezha's eyes are fond as you stand up, brushing yourself off. It doesn't do much for the residue baking ingredients stuck to your outfit, but you do your best. Then, you face the group and salute. "All right, guys. Imma go get cleaned up."

MK's head snaps up. "Oh! You're going already?"

"Well, look at me!"

When MK snorts in reply, Nezha locks eyes with you and frowns. "Are you going home?"

You nod, hands in pockets. There are things you have to take care of back at your place, anyways. Too bad you won't have anyone to keep you company-

Wait.

Well, you do have a bunch of potential companions.

Blinking slowly, you tilt your head at Nezha. "Hey . . . you wanna come with me? I know you don't plan to do much else here, considering MK's taking everyone who wants to go to the arcade. Redson is going home, Pigsy needs to clean up . . . and Wukong will be with MK. I'm sure you wanna steer clear of him."

"How do you . . ?" Nezha wonders, albeit smiling absently. He slowly stands up as you reword your invitation.

"Speculation. A-Anyways. Maybe we could give this baking thing a second go at my place? After I finish my to-do list, that is," you amend, eyes low.

The lotus Prince lets out a long hum. "Well, I don't have anything to do today."

". . . Oh, yeah?"

"Yeah. You want to leave now?"

Swallowing and fighting the butterflies, you nod quickly. Turning to MK, you snap your fingers. "OI! MK!" The kid glances over. "Nezha and I are going to my place. Thanks for the desserts!"

"Did I make them?? No," MK puffs, rolling his eyes. "Aight. Have fun!"

You smile, heading off.

The lotus Prince catches up with you in no time, and the two of you walk down the street for a second.

Tentatively, as if nervous of rejection, your let your hand brush Nezha's. You bite your lip to fight a smile when his long, slender fingers slip through yours and lace together. What a sweetheart.

Glancing up at him, you meet his relaxed, small smile. "Thanks."

"What, you scared to cross the street or something?"

"Shut up, I'm tryna be nice."
