The motel business.

In GTA 6, I suggest giving the player the opportunity to buy motels. These motels will be of two types: cheap roadside and ordinary urban ones. Cheap motels will not have rules when staying, but such motels will lure criminals, drug addicts, prostitutes and other scum of society. After buying a cheap motel, the player will have to keep order at night, get rid of corpses if there is a murder in one of the rooms and protect his motel from gang attacks. Also, the player's character, during night patrol in his motel, will be able to perform small, side tasks for residents. For example, to find and bring prostitutes or drugs for one of the motel guests. In turn, ordinary, urban motels have a number of rules for residents. At night, the player will have to stay near his motel, and monitor compliance with the rules of accommodation in it. While keeping order in his motel, the player character will have to resolve conflicts with the guests, as well as protect the motel from gang attacks. At the same time, after the player finishes working at the motel, the scale of business development will increase.

In GTA 6, I suggest giving the player the opportunity to steal SUVs with a radio station installed in them. What is the essence of my idea? And the essence of this idea is that during a trip in such a car, the player will be able to catch one of the many radio signals at a random moment in time, which will launch a side task. It can be negotiations between bandits in the countryside or some kind of personal negotiations. And sometimes these are negotiations on the police wave. There are many options for such radio signals to be done so that this mechanic does not turn into a routine for the player over time, and "drown" in the rest of the gameplay. In GTA 5, it was possible to accidentally catch radio conversations in the desert or mountains, but, like everything in GTA 5, this did not lead the player to anything.
