“I was having an emotion, and I hate that. I’d rather have nice safe emotions about shows on the entertainment media; having them about things real-life humans said and did just led to stupid decisions.”

*gently places corrupted QiQi at the door of your Foul Legacy Sanctuary AU*
I wish to know how the boys would react to a tiny bb legacy.
*gently slides Qiqi over to Kaeya* adopted. Kaeya has adopted the little baby Legacy and there's nothing you can do to stop him. maybe it's because they're both acclimated to cold environments, but he feels a kinship almost instantly and becomes an older brother figure VERY quickly, so much so that they were eventually placed in the same enclosure since there's no risk of anyone getting hurt!! they like playing in the snow together <333
as for everyone else, Childe and Albedo get along with Qiqi fairly well too!! Childe's just naturally protective over her, and is dubbed big brother number 2!!! Albedo's more reserved, but he and Qiqi have a similar level of calmness so they have times where they just sit together in silence and enjoy each other's company. Albedo's also one of the Legacies with more nimble fingers, so he can put her hair into little styles!! Kaeya and Childe try their best but mostly just end up combing it out while Albedo actually braids it. she also loves sitting on Childe's head between his horns- no she will NOT come down!!
Diluc is... a bit odd. see, Qiqi likes him and he likes Qiqi enough, but not only is he not the best with kids, he also runs warmer than basically anyone which means he and Qiqi dislike being in each other's environments for very long. but he's always gentle with her when he does have the chance to see her!! gives her tentative headpats and waves, but you're usually the "mediator" between them, someone Qiqi can lay on to cool down and Diluc can snuggle up to so he can warm up if that makes sense!!
there's also a 50% chance on any given day that Columbina has kidnapped Qiqi and taken her back to show her off to the other Harbingers

here to give my favorite advice of getting dressed up just to go to the grocery store can be really fun!! signed a guy who wears fancy dresses all the time just bc he can
As you should!!! When I worked at a grocery store I loved to see people come in all dressed up or wearing something that made them happy. I think I am just weird about like not wanting to draw attention while I'm shopping whereas I don't mind drawing a bit of attention if the event or location is set up so everyone has an excuse to do that. But sometimes I wear a nice button-down and my red pants if that counts?

So I've now watched all of Eureka and a good portion of Warehouse 13 and Sanctuary.
Sanctuary and WH13 are both "collect the things" shows, while WH13 and Eureka both share that "twee 50s small town science" nostalgia.
Eureka is probably the show with the most novel premise, as "collect the magical things" is an extremely well-worn path of genre show. It also has the big benefit of Joe Morton and Salli Richardson-Whitfield (and to a lesser extent, Matt Frewer) noticeably raising the acting water levels. This drives the writing in certain relationship drama focus directions.
WH13 has both the most confident execution and the best cast chemistry. This makes it the easiest watch from moment to moment, as it can always just fall back on the warmth of the character interactions. (I actually find it less enjoyable when it gets into its serious season arc parts.)
Both Eureka and WH13 seem to have stronger studio backing, as they snag quite a few guest stars above their expected "Canada Genre Show" levels.
But Sanctuary is the only one of the three that comes close to Prestige TV. Whereas Eureka and WH13's writers collectively only had a couple of genre veterans (meaning that most of the writers hadn't done much genre or TV at all before their shows), Sanctuary's room is anchored by people who were on the Stargate franchise first (for years). They already got the obvious premises out of their system, worked out the kinks of writing genre TV.
So Sanctuary is full of real high concept episodes, executed far earlier in their episode count than the other shows. The show's slightly more serious tone also plays a role in the prestige feel of the execution. The staff on this show knows what's been done already, and want to go further and push the envelope of what this kind of genre show can do.
Most of Tumblr seems to now have a kneejerk reaction against Moffat-era Dr. Who, but this is a positive comparison I'm making to describe my sense of Sanctuary's ambition and novelty (while still remaining within an episodic genre show purview, unlike the wholly Prestige cases like The Oa, Black Mirror, etc.). An era where you remember the episodes by their genre content or structural setup, rather than by whatever moments are relevant to fandom-brain continuity.
In Eureka and WH13, character and relationship comes first, sometimes to the point of feeling like the plotting is just an obligation to get over with. In Sanctuary, the plotting and premise exploration is clearly what comes first.
