If it wasn't bad enough I keep getting assigned my high school ex-bf as the resident (free) therapist at my doctor's 😫

Paranoia culture + schizospec is taking a shower at 3 am and hearing a knock and thinking it's a hallucination, but then it sounds again and you panic because only your brother is home and you don't know why he would be knocking, did the neighbors complain because you did something wrong? Why would they complain at 3 am? Am I in trouble? My parents will kill me

So then you panic but it's just your brother saying he put your mp3 on your bed so it was all that stress for naught
