a duet of The Wizard Tarot and The Alleyman's Tarot!

I felt called to do a two deck reading, as the Wizard tarot does not have a guidebook. I wanted to know more of the personality of the deck than what RWS interpretations had to offer me, so I added in The Alleyman's deck, who is home to all the Gods. These two decks are interconnected, as I already had a card from the Wizard tarot before I got the deck. Alleyman's tarot included a card from this deck, so I have swapped the two cards (luckily they are the same size!!). So the Alley's card is in the Wizard's, and vice versa. I'm hoping this brings more of conversation to the cards!

hey I got the vent out of my system so the "why modern tarot spreads contribute to general, nonspecific readings" post gets to wait I guess.

I just feel like some peeps would be a lot happier with their readings if they considered that the spread itself, I mean literally the arrangement of the cards and how each one addresses part of a single question, is a vital source of information gathering.

I think that's why the Celtic Cross is endearingly popular... yeah, there's 10 cards, but they all address one aspect of one question.

I wonder how many people are struggling with tarot and thinking its an "intuition" or memorization issue, when in reality they're trying to run their tarot software on busted up old whack operating systems that have no real ability to support the readings.

Seven Sins Shadow Spread - Tarot Time

A tarot spread based on the seven deadly sins, but instead of being deadly, it's areas of your life that you need to work on. I call this a "shadow spread" because this one might cut kind of deep, and you'll want to make sure that you're in a good headspace to do this spread.

The gif was supposed to be a place holder until I created a graphic for the spread but idk, guys, I kinda dig it.

To do this spread shuffle your deck in whichever way you please and allow yourself to be vulnerable. Ask the cards to read you to filth look inside you and make known what you need to work on in these areas of your life.

Greed

Too much of anything is never a good thing. What do you hoard? Is it wealth? Negative thoughts? Bad Habits? Control? Even if it's served you well in the past, what can you let go of at this time?

Pride

Pride isn't a bad thing on it's own, but too much or too little can cause us to fall out of line with our paths. What do you need to have more pride in? Alternatively, where do you need less pride?

Envy

It's not bad to want things, but wanting what others have can send us down a nasty spiral. How has envy been affecting you? What can you do to get it under control? Perhaps you need to let go of unrealistic expectations, or maybe you need to take matters into your own hands instead of waiting on the wind to change the tides of fate.

How does lust play a role in your life? Many times we are taught that lust is a sin, but how can you incorporate it into your life in a healthy manner? Should you put it on the back burner or go with the flow?

Sloth

Relaxing isn't a sin, but staying stagnant certainly isn't good for you either. Where have you been slacking off? Perhaps you've let your emails pile up, or your dishes need to be done. How can you get back into the routine of things? Alternatively, where in your life do you need to relax?

Gluttony

Not being able to control yourself is something we all struggle with occasionally, where in your life do you need more self control?

Wrath

Anger is only natural, acting on that anger, however, can be detrimental to our selves and the relationships we have. How has your wrath--or the wrath of others--been affecting you? What can you do about this?

Lust

How does lust play a role in your life? Many times we are taught that lust is a sin, but how can you incorporate it into your life in a healthy manner? Should you put it on the back burner or go with the flow?
