The High Priestess Tarot Spread

I perform the comprehensive Celtic Cross spread when reading for others. Because I do not lightly advise a querent, or predict his future, without first letting the cards tell me of his hopes, his fears, his past, his everything.

But when I predict for myself, I use this spread instead.

Step 1: Lay The High Priestess in front of you.

Step 2: Pull three cards from the top of the deck.

Step 3: Turn over the deck.

Creative Writing Tarot Spread

Writers block bogging you down? Use this 7-card spread to help jumpstart your creativity! This prompt can help you generate a very basic storyline.

First, pull a character card! Decide for yourself what this means: will your character carry the traits of the positive meanings of this card? Will your character’s conflicts be brought about by the card’s negative meanings? Will your character look like the figure depicted on the card? Will they wield the item depicted on the card? (Note: if your story has multiple main characters, you may wish to pull a card for each)

Next, pull the plot cards! Pull a card for the beginning of your story, a card for the middle, and a card for the end. Again, let yourself decide what this means. Do these cards describe your character’s emotional state(s) as the story progresses? Do these cards describe internal or external conflicts? Do these cards represent other characters your MC will meet along the way?

May forecast

“Ain’t no sunshine when she’s gone” is what I keep hearing for you guys! There’s HEAVY energy of someone coming back from the past to apologize/ reconcile. Someone finally noticed/ or realized or is currently realizing the mistake that was made on their part.. this may also be the both of you but I’m feeling more on someone else. Someone had to go through ego death, transformations after transformations, enlightenment and everything else in between in order for them to come back. I see someone sleeping or dreaming about something and all of a sudden they jump up and make a move. Someone may jump a lot in their sleep too. In the month of May, I’m also seeing someone fully stepping into their purpose… this could be following a long awaited dream OR this is literally someone’s calling but it does dive into the supernatural/ the spirit world. Someone may commune with the dead… I’m hearing both the living and the dead. I’m also hearing “reach out”. This may be you reaching out to someone that crossed over or the other way around. what mindset do you need to embrace?

I feel like i've been in a bad mindset lately and I felt called to do a collective pick a card to help us find a better mindset to be in. I chose peter steele for the pictures for you to choose from, you're welcome.

PILE ONE

you guys got the chariot reversed, so I feel like people who chose this pile are chronically in the mindset that they always need to be grinding and productive in order to feel worthy. You need to embrace the mindset that while you are in control and in charge of your life, sometimes its ok to take the backseat and chill out a bit. you dont have to constantly be doing something or pushing your goals along, allow yourself the freedom to relax.

PILE TWO

you guys have the lovers reversed, so the mindset you guys may have to embrace is that you dont need to depend on anyone else romantically or platonically. You might want to be in the mindset that no matter who you loose or become disconnected with, you will always be ok, because you alone are enough. You need to embrace that regardless of who is in your life and regardless of the love someone shows you, you inherently enough as you are.

PILE THREE

this pile got the judgement reversed, I think the mindset that you may need to have is that your past is not who you are. you need to stop condemning yourself so hard or judging yourself by past mistakes. you need to embrace the mindset that this is a new era, take the past and use it as a lesson and not as something you need to outlive.

PILE FOUR

I pulled the 8 of swords reversed for this pile, you guys need to actually reject a certain mindset that is holding you back. this pile may be in a helpless, victim mindset that is making you feel like you have no control in life. while yes, your situation is unique and may make things harder, being in the mindset that there is nothing you can do and that your hands are completely tied is a delusion that serves to hurt you.
