TickleTober Day 1 ~Anticipation~ (Sk8 The Infinity)

“He’s coming!”

Footsteps thumped heavily down the hall as Langa and Reki ran, expressions panicked. They slipped and slid around corners, simultaneously shoving at one another and grabbing sweatshirts to prevent the other from falling. Nothing they said was coherent; they just instinctively knew where to go.

“Come on boys, you know what’s coming.” A few feet behind, Joe was a picture of calm, strutting down the halls like it was a beautiful day in the park. He made a big show of cracking his knuckles before raising his hands up, wiggling them. “Running only delays the inevitable.”

“Go, go go!” Reiki squawked as they flew into a room, shoving Langa towards the door leading to safety. Once they made it out, they’d have their skateboards and the entirety of Okinawa beneath their feet. Just one door-

It was locked.

Langa turned to look back at him with wide, defeated eyes. Just then a shadow passed over, making his eyes widen even more. Reki didn’t need to turn around to know who it was.

“Gotcha.” Joe’s hands grabbed him, pulling him away from Langa with lightning fast speed. “This is what happens when you try to run from me, you damn brats!”

“No wait! Whahahahit, Joe, plehahahase!” Reki squeaked, giggling as the older skater threw him over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes. He kicked and punched at his broad shoulders but it was all in vain. Seconds later, he heard Langa making a similar noise, followed by a whimper of “Noooohohoohoho!”

“Too bad, this is what you get.” Joe tossed them on the nearest couch, standing rolling his shoulders with a devious grin. “I told you what would happen if you kept trying to steal from my plate, and yet you insisted! It’s like you wanted me to tickle you both!”

“Nohoohohoho! Nhoohohot at ahahhhall!” Reki scrunched immediately when Joe raised his hands, hovering one over each as he wiggled his fingers. “Whehehe whehehehre huhuhuungry!!”

“Stahahharhaved!” Langa squeaked out, squishing his arms against his chest as Joe made claw gestures over him. “Yoohoohohu don’t fheheheheheed us enhohohohohough!”

“What? Oh that is IT! I was gonna let you two off the hook before, but now you brought my food into it?” Joe gasped, clutching his pearls. “It’s personal now. Here I COME!”

“JOHOOHOHOOOHE!” Twin squeals broke from the boys as Joe tackled them, one hand going straight for Reki’s belly while the other attacked Langa’s side. Limps were flying as they tried to escape, but Joe was a tank, easily keeping the pair in place as he scribbled into their various tickle spots. Reki took a more aggressive approach, clawing at Joe’s arms like a cat as he squealed and cackled. Langa on the other hand went on the defensive, curling up as small as possible in hope’s he could block out the other. “JOHOOHOHE PLEAHAHHAHHAHAHSE!”

‘WEHEHEHEHHEHRE SAHAHAHHHARRY!”

“Oh you will be. Now, let’s see what happens if I do…THIS!” The older man shoved one hand into Langa’s armpit while the other attacked Reki’s ribs, earning a fresh bout of shrieks and cackles.

Outside the door, Cherry snickered into his sleeve, spinning the keys along his index finger as he listened to the children laugh. “I did try to warn them what happens when you mess with the chef.”

omfg i really hope u finished sk8 the infinity bc that is the most fun, colourful, draindead show I have ever watched and I would sell my soul to the devil for a s2 to come faster.

but like, who’s ur favourite character? langa will always be dear to my heart bc of just how dense he is sometimes. like he genuinely cannot comprehend most things that happen around him and that just adds to his charm.

also am i the only one who was super fucking weirded out by the way adam interacted with the kids?? the dub is just so much more creepy than the sub and he’s just so much worse around these children- the way he speaks to miya, the nicknames he gives reki and the way he behaves with poor sweet langa is so uncomfy to watch???

I finished it and I LOVED it.

Langa’s my favorite character for much of the same reason. Oh my god he’s so dense and so good. My beautiful boy. All he knows is Board and Love Reiki. He’s so chill. He was just like “I have Never Skateboarded in my Life. The first try should be on this Death Mountain in an event with explosives involved. I will destroy the competition.” I simply adore him. I think we should just keep putting him on different types of boards to see if he can qualify on an Olympic level in them within the span of months. Surfboard. Wakeboard. Other types of board. He is so beautiful and so good.

Oh Adam is so uncomfortable to watch during this, especially his entire thing with langa. He’s always giving him roses and touching him and calling him his Eve. He has an entire wall filled with video footage of him. He had cameras following him when he wasn’t even at S. He openly calls Reiki the third wheel as if Langa doesn’t go into immediate depression if his boyfriend is not there to watch him skate. If the post-credits montage is accurate, then he parachuted from the sky with a bouquet of roses when Langa turned 18. Like this is fully stalking and deeply upsetting please go away.

SK8 the Infinity - Reki x Langa

“Come on, you can do it!” Reiki cheered his friend, not even trying to hide the second intentions in his voice.

Ranga wrapped his arms around his own stomach, he could already feel it. He stared at the metal bar above his head and back at Reki, who was grinning from ear to ear.

“You said that we should play something, didn’t I?” The boy chuckled, watching his friend struggle.

“But not this kind of game!” Langa sighed, taking deep breaths as if to prepare himself. He wasn’t even with his arms all the way up and was already smiling, damn it.

It took him a few more moments before he finally decided to jump and hold the bar, starting to do the first pull up with ease. The thing, whoever, was that the whole exercise was the easy part of the game.

Reki quickly placed himself behind Langa and didn’t waste a single second before move his hands up and starting tickling the boy’s exposed ribs and sides.

“AhAHah, noohOhoho! W-wahAhait!”

“Hah? When it was my turn you barely let me grab the bar, now you want me to wait?” Reki hissed back, squeezing the other’s sides. “Come on, that was one pull up, you have nine left to do ~”

Langa felt his arms shaking, the strength already leaving his limbs as he clenched his teeth to try to back the laughter and pull his body up. And, with that, two out of ten.

Despite the tinglish feeling moving up and down his torso, Langa tightened his grip around the metal bar and went for the third pull up, making Reki groan behind him.

“Ah, don’t hold back on me ~” the redhead fake whined, waiting for the moment when his friend would lower his body to shoot his hands up all the way to Langa’s underarms, making the boy crack up in loud laughter.

“HehEHey- AhAHaha, n-nohOHohot thEHEHere!” 

“Where? You mean here?” He teased, pressing his fingers a little more on the spot. Langa was twisting his torso left to right in a futile attempt to get away from the tickling. “There are seven left to go! Come on, I know you can do- AHH!”

At some point, Langa’s arms gave away to tickling, making the boy fall on top of Reki and taking both of them to the ground. It took both teens a moment to recover from the shock before starting laughing at each other.

“Did I won?” Langa asked, sitting straight and looking at his friend.

“No, it's a tie. I also did three.”

“Another round?” 

“Of course!”

A/N: Sorry for the delay today >.< I ran out of queued stuff, so now I’m pretty much writing one a day hehe. I wouldn’t let the chance to write for this pair slide off my hands like that, so here we are, halfway through the tickletober! Hope you enjoyed it so far!

Request: I saw ur taking request I noticed u taking sk8 infinity I was wondering if you do reki x fem reader where the reader well known punk rock singer and she tends to skate sometimes but singing is her hobby and known around s and such and like she mostly keeps hides her face hidden but secretly it’s reki close friend who the singer and maybe she performs a song and reki is mesmerized by her like noticed it was reader since her voice sounded so familar and reki confront reader confesses since she liked her ever since he laid eyes her from s  and such and be supportive sorry it’s cheesy maybe Miya could feature as like lil fanboy lol

Reki had always been mesmerized by the punk rock entertainer that filled the time between races at S, he had never been able to talk to her, she was always surrounded by other people. No one had ever seen her face but for some reason she seemed familiar to him, he could never figure it out but none of that mattered after he left S and settled back into his normal life, in fact he was often occupied by fixing skateboards or hanging out with you, the only person that ever told him that he was amazing will until Langa came along.

You were sitting in Reki’s workshop with your guitar on your leg, one earphone in your ear as you hummed to yourself before scribbling something out and changing it “You should perform.” Reki mumbled as you looked at him and shrugged. “Maybe one day.” You answered. “You write all of this stuff for it to end up on a shelf somewhere, they’re worth performing.” Reki complained as he glanced over at Langa who was reading a skating magazine “right Langa?” There was no answer. “Right Langa?” He said louder this time and you giggled. “Yeah sure.” Langa answered without looking up from the magazine. “Very convincing.” You nodded as you put the guitar to the side. “Don’t listen to him, he doesn’t know anything about music.” Reki muttered. “Then why’d you ask him?” You asked, Reiki shrugged as he scratched the back of his head. “Alright you two, let's find somewhere to eat.”

It was yet another night at S this time however, while the rocker was performing Miya was standing on one side and Langa was on the other “Hey doesn’t that sound like (Y/N)?” Langa asked. “Who?” Miya asked as he looked over, seeming very interested in finding out your identity. “Why do you care?” Reki asked. “Are you kidding me she’s so cool!” Miya cheered as he looked over at her on stage. “(Y/N) is a friend of Reki’s, she’s the one that’s with us at the workshop all the time.” Langa answered. “You know she thinks you're her friend too,” Reki mumbled. “She’s his friend?” Miya asked. “No, she’s not, (Y/N) doesn’t perform.” Reiki dismissed them. “Have you ever asked her, besides doesn’t this sound like the sound that she was humming yesterday?” Langa asked. “I thought you weren’t listening.” Reki muttered as he turned back to the performer and listened to the song that she was singing. “You assumed that I wasn’t listening.” Langa answered.

Reki was left thinking that night, he laid awake in his bed, thinking about the punk rock performer and before long he was reaching for his phone, he quickly sent you a message.

R: Are you awake? Y: Yeah what are you doing awake? R: I need to ask you something. Y: Sure R: Are you sure that you’ve never performed anywhere, like maybe at a place called S Y: Ask me what you want to ask me Ki. R: There’s a punk performer there, is that you? Y: Can we talk about this tomorrow? I’d prefer to talk about this in person.

Reki didn’t answer that last message, he let his phone fall till it rested on his chest, he didn’t have an answer for sure but he was sure that you were going to tell him that Langa was right but for now he would have to be happy with that. He honestly thought with how much he liked you he would have noticed that it was you but it took a mutual friend to jolt his brain.

The next day he met you at your house eager to hear what you had to say. When you opened the door and invited him in, he could see that you were nervous but he waited for you to speak. “I am who you think I am.” You said as you opened a draw in your bedroom and took out the mask that you used to hide your face. “When you said that I should perform, I didn’t know if I could and I never intended to but when I ended up at S for the first time, I just decided to go for it, no one could see my face so there was nothing that to lose.” “I knew that you would be amazing.” Reki mumbled and you looked at him and smiled. “You did and you were the reason that I first got on the stage, you always face your fears head on and that made me try and face mine.” You explained and he nodded. “There’s one thing that I need to say before I can be sure that I’ve faced all of them.” Reki answered. “Huh?” You asked but before you could really process what had happened Reki connected your lips in a shy rushed kiss. “Woah.” “I always really liked you, you know, you were cool and you always believed in me, you told me that I could do anything and now I know that your even more amazing, I just have to tell you-” You cut him off by connecting your lips again, this time you slowed it down, were a little more gentle, although you had to pull away before long because you couldn’t stop yourself from smiling. “I’m glad that you said that.” You said “I like you too.”

Later that day, you and Reki were headed to S because you had a performance and Langa was going to race, Reki was carrying you on his back after you complained about having to walk, you mask was clipped to the inside of your jacket so people wouldn’t approach you but when Miya came to join you all  Reki decided to tease him a little. “Bet you're only here for the performance.” Reki teased as he looked at the younger male, your eyes shifted over to see who he was talking to. “Reki, what are you up to?” You asked. “Of course I am, she's awesome!” Miya cheered. “Aww thanks.” You smiled as you wriggled for Reki to put you down, you’d seen him hang out with the boys on more than one occasion so that was why you opened your jacket and let him see the mask that was clipped on the inside. “You're very kind.” Miya didn’t say anything, his mouth falling open. “Your-” “Yup she is, and she’s my girlfriend.” Reki gloated and you looked at him and rolled your eyes. “Seriously?” Miya asked. “He’s not that bad.” You smiled “anyway I’ve got to get ready, I’ll come by afterward though.” “I’ll be waiting.” Reki winked. “You're gross.” Miya mumbled as you began to push your way through the crowd to get ready for your performance.

My favorite animes list

My favorite animes that i’’ve finished/plan to that don’t include the big ones (Bleach, Naruto, Dragonball, One Piece, etc which haven’t ever really appealed to me)

1. Yugioh Original and all series including Zexal, Vrains, and Sevens.

The true classic anime and I absolutely love all the protaganists, Also everything will be solved by awesome card duels. 

2. Gurren Lagann

My first non yugioh anime that wasn’t a Ghibli movie. Absolutely incredible. Kamina is one of the most inspirational people and so is Simon

3. Saint Seiya, Saint Seiya Omega, Saint Seiya the Lost Canvass, Saint Seiya Knights of the Zodiac,

Warrior Astrological saints fighting the gods? Yes please.  Also I love all the spin offs and Omega and the new Kotz are wonderful and unfairly hated on. 

4. Jojo’s Bizarre Adventures

Its in the title. Each different Jojo is wonderful and unique and they’re all amazing and this stuff is just wild. 

5. Tiger and Bunny

I think the first modern superhero anime that lead to My Hero Academy and Such. I absolutely love Kotetsu and Barnaby’s becoming partners and also the being a hero versus hero celebrity and advertisement capitalism. 

6. My Hero Academy

I love superheroes and powered people and them wanting to be a hero. Kirishima and Izuku are absolutely incredible and Kirishima is just one of the greatest inspirational characters ever. 

7. Fire Force

Fire powers, cults, religion, the threat of people spontaneously going infernal and bursting into flames, heroism, it is just one of the best things I’ve ever seen. 

The only thing that really keeps it from being a great on the level of masterpiece (which it is in literally everything else) is the sheer female “fanservice” cringe. A lot of anime tend to do have at least some to appeal to the more perverted folk but Fire force has some of the worst I’ve ever seen which is saying something, Not on the levels of Bastard!! (I’m amazed that was something that was ever printed in a general audience let alone recently animated) or Enemy Combatants will be dispatched but definitely up there which is honestly really disappointing since Fire Force is not that type of story. 

On the other hand the male fanservice is glorious. 

8. Sk8 to Infinity

Skateboarding and Love. Reiki and Langa are Love as are Joe and Cherry. Adam is also one of the coolest most theatrical messed up people.

9. Love After World Domination

Super sentai parody. Just think power rangers except less focused on the battles because Red Gelato and Reaper Princess are on opposing teams and just doing a secret relationship. It is completely ridiculous, awesome, and so adorable I’m just screaming. I wish there was more and even could do complete anime original material I wish for because even the set up is something you can make multiple entire seasons worth . 

10. Tomodachi Game

Yuuichi is something else. It’s all a friend game which is more important friends or money and the twists keep coming. He’s one of the scariest protaginist “hero’s” i’ve ever seen that were actually the (more or less) good guy mains. 

11. Kaguya-Sama: Love is War

Also one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen. Both adorable and I want to also friendly choke the life out of them too to get them to admit because they’re all so adorably stupid smart people and just Shirogane and Shinomiya circling around totally in love and trying to make the other admit it. Also the narrator is just  glorious funny as heck and the openings are incredible lol.

12. Disastrous Life of Saiki K

Saiki is God. Utterly amazing one of the funniest greatest animes haha breaks the fourth walls, sheer comedic brilliance, incredible characters, Saiki’s logical going under things, and being complete tsundere in the actual way of how much he loves his friends lol. 

13. One Punch Man

It’s One Punch Man. Utterly hilarious and funny and just awesome characters and how one can still have an awesome story when Saitama can one punch everything except for like the final boss which doesn’t last two and be victorious. His power is so phenomenal he has to be nerfed by his complete oblivious apathy for well obvious reasons. People need to stop ranking power levels that involve Saitama though: there is no scale he either always wins in his universe or would probably get his butt kicked in other universe if he doesn’t have his one punch. It just doesn’t work. 

14. Kuroko no Basketball

The sports anime. Basketball with essentially superpowers in awesome ways but still played realistically. Everyone is incredible!

15. Hinomaru Sumo

I never thought I would be interested in Sumo until this. I’m not into sports in real life anyways but these animes are incredible. And Hinomaru Sumo is just supremely underrated also one of the best things I’ve ever seen. Tradition, Honor, Spirit, as well as differing body types and incredible characters. Gojo Yuma’s genuine repentance arc is also one of the best things i’ve ever seen and probably only just below Zuko the Avatar’s being on a smaller scale but he actually repents and atones and actually apologizes and works on himself which is rare. Lots of life lessons and characters, in addition to wrestling and it was just wow!

16. Kengan Ashura

Martial Arts, incredible bodies, and awesome characters!

17. Baki 

Same though Kengan Ashura is more realistic power based.

18. How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom

A political anime that was a good brevity of realpolitik while also being really enjoyable where its politics but wouldn’t get too stuck on it either. Of course some things would be a lot harder to get done realistically. It turns the normal hero from another world trope on its head and instead brought a leader who isn’t a fighter but a thinker and capable ruler. This is the ideal ruler and wow if only all politicians and leaders could work with such honor and integrity but he’s also not blind to those who don’t and outmanuevers them. It’s just so good!

19. Sword Art Online

Love it or hate it, deeply influential and fantastic. I love Kirito, Klein, Asuna and everyone. 

20. HunterXHunter

One of the greatest series of all time. When you think about it the world is utterly horrifying truly but it’s cool ad wacky and utterly amazing characters. 

21. Vinland Saga

OH my gosh my newest anime and one of the best things i’ve ever seen. Truly a masterpiece in every way, even before Part 2 comes out. It just has freaking everything: deep philosophy, religion, battles, politics, love, vikings, etc. Askeladd is one of the smartest, most ruthless, but most weirdly relatable villains ever, Thorfinn is how you do an angry feral blonde seeking revenge for the death of his father but also then starts to see Askeladd as his father figure etc, the sheer character developement that will go on in Prince Canute etc. 

22. Jujitsu Kaisen

Magic and Martial arts, and demon spirits. Yuji is adorable and I love everyone!

25. Fairy Tale AU & 51. Accidentally Married 

First thing's first, Adam is obviously the witch who cast the spell. What spell? Well.

Langa is the crown prince of the Snowboarding Kingdom. After the recent death of the king, the Queen has taken over, but when Langa comes of age, he'll have to take the crown. The king of the Skateboarding Kingdom, Ainosuke, wants Langa's hand in marriage, and Langa's mom basically said over her dead body.

Well, Ainosuke's secret identity, Adam the Witch, cast a spell on Langa, sending him into a deep sleep. The Queen declared she would reward anyone who could wake him. Adam then decides to dress himself as a prince and "save" Langa himself. (Adam is a man of many disguises. He's also a man of many words and likes to monologue his dastardly plans.)

Reiki, a stable boy, overhears this evil plot and decides to go save Langa before Adam can finish this evil plot. So he grabs his family's trusty steed (read: skateboard) and heads off to save the day. The problem is, he's never been outside the capital, and he's dirt poor, which makes this a much more difficult trip than originally planned.

Luckily, Reiki meets Puss in Boot's cousin, Miya on Skateboard. The catboy agrees to go on this journey with Reiki and help out under one condition: Reiki becomes Miya's slave afterwards (read: Miya just wants to be a pampered indoor cat). Reiki agrees and they head off. Miya is super useful and steals anything they need along the way. He even teaches Reiki a few skateboard tricks.

They manage to get to Langa barely ahead of Adam's retinue. Reiki panics because he has no idea how to wake prince Langa now that he's here. Miya says that the solution is always a kiss, duh. Reiki blushes a lot because prince Langa is hot, okay, but he goes for it. The kiss works! But a rainbow cloud explodes directly after and all of them are left hacking glitter from their lungs.

What nobody was prepared for was that the spell also had a binding contract at the end of it. Langa and Reiki are now magically married, the two matching rings on their fingers impossible to remove. Adam shows up just in time to see this and throws a fit. His dedicated retainer Tadashi says this is what Adam deservers and tosses the king-in-disguise over his shoulder and skateboards away.

Reiki apologizes profusely to the Queen, swearing he didn't know, and she reassures him. She thanks him tremendously for doing his best to thwart Adam's plot and says they'll have to make the best of it. She promptly sends the boys off on a date because an excitable himbo is exactly what her son needs right now.

Thankfully, it works out. Reiki and Langa are head over heels for each other in no time. Miya is the most pampered catboy in two kingdoms. A skateboarding park is built in honor of the crown prince's new husband. Reiki struggles at snowboarding and Langa struggles at skateboarding, but they're valuable lessons for working hard in the future once they're ruling the kingdom.

Truly, a happily ever after.
