Sickness: Dad!Quaritch
Tumblr media
It had started with a few sneezes here and there and then the coughing started and progressively got worse until one night you woke up coughing so you got up and made your way towards the kitchen to get a drink. Your dad who had been sleeping until he heard one of you, he couldn't quite figure out who it was coughing, had made his way towards the kitchen to see who it was. He was surprised to see you standing there sipping some water and god did you look miserable which made him frown.
"Hey angel, you not feeling good?" He asked.
"No, the coughing is keeping me awake, my whole body hurts. I thought maybe the water would help but it isn't." You said sadly.
"Come here, let me feel your forehead." He said as you set your glass down and walked over t him.
He gently placed his hand against your forehead and felt how hot you were which he thought you probably had a cold. You relish in the relief of your father's cold hand against your forehead that felt nice against your hot skin.
"Angel I think you have a cold." He said as you backed away from him a bit feeling a sneeze come on.
"Sorry, I didn't want to sneeze on especially if I am sick. Do we have anything I can take to help me rest?" You asked him.
"I think we might. Why don't you go sit on the couch while I check, okay?" He asked as you nodded your head.
Hey angel, we only have enough for tonight, we'll stop by the Sully's in the morning to see what they suggest for you." He said taking a seat next to you.
"Mo'at will probably make me up some medicine or we'll have to go to the lab to see what the scientist suggests. It really depends." You said breaking out into a coughing fit making your dad frown as he rubbed your back.
After taking your medicine, you laid your head in your dad's lap making you look at your shock, he for sure thought you might go lay with your twin or your boyfriend or Jake even but not him. Sure you two were in a much better place than you two had ever been, but still having you cling to him made his heart swell.
"Oh, angel." He said running a hand through your hair as you slept.
The next morning when you woke up and had some soup which your twin had to help with since your dad's cooking wasn't the best but he was trying, you guys went to Mo'at to see if she could help you.
"Oh, my yawne." Neteyam said once he saw your state as you guys walked through high camp.
"I know I feel so terrible." You said sneezing which made your throat hurt.
"Here let's get you to grandmother." He said taking your hand which made your dad smile a bit seeing how much the boy cared for you.
Just as your dad suspected, Mo'at did confirm that you had a cold that should be gone in a few days and was most likely from the other night when you and Neteyam got stuck in the rain. She said she would make you up some medicine and Neteyam said that he would have Neytiri make you some of her soup that she always made for you. After getting you home, you instantly fell asleep against your dad.
"I'll be back later with my mom with her medicine and her soup." Neteyam said as your dad thanked him.
"Y/n is sick?" Jake asked confused as you hadn't come over to him like you normally did when you got sick.
"Yeah me and her dad took her to grandmother this morning, so grandmother  is making her some medicine and I'm gonna bring it to her." Neteyam said.
"Where is she right now?" He asked.
"Sound asleep in her dad's lap." He said making Jake confused as you never slept in your dad's arms before now.
After Neytiri finished making your soup, him and Neteyam made their way toward ya'lls tent, Jake wanting to see if what his son said about you was true. They gently walked in and sure enough there you were sound asleep in your dad's lap.
"Hey, we brought her medicine and my mom made her some soup that will help." Neteyam said as your dad gently woke you up.
"Here's your soup yawne, and then you can take your medicine so you start feeling better."
"He really cares for her huh?" Your dad asked watching you and Neteyam.
"He really does. They're good for each other. But since when did she start sleeping in your lap?" Jake asked him.
"Took me by surprise too, but she started last night. I gave her some medicine and she was out in my lap nearly gave me a heart attack, I half expected her to go to one of them or you even but decided to enjoy it while I could." He said.
"Yeah, it goes by too fast. Enjoy while you can. If you ever need a break let me know. Neteyam i'm heading home, I want you back by Eclipse." He said before leaving.
The next few days Jake would frown seeing you sleeping against your dad, which used to be his spot before your dad came back into the picture. At first, your dad found it amusing that you choose him instead of Jake and not gonna lie he did purposefully walk around with you in his arms or sit where he knew Jake would see him just to rub it in his face. But then it hit him how hard this must be for Jake to deal with since he did raise you while he was gone and decided to play nice.
"Hey, why don't you go lay with Jake while I go see what your brother is up to?" He said as you nodded your head.
"Hey, Jake do you mind if I lay with you?" You asked him making him smile.
"Of course, sweetheart thought you forgot about me." He said as you frowned.
"I could never, I'm sorry I made you feel that way." You said looking up at him.
"It's alright sweetheart, I know you have your dad now, I don't want to interfere with that." He said.
"You could never Jake, your just much my dad as he is, I'll just try to divide my time with you two better." You said making him smile.
"You are just as much my daughter as you are his, get some rest sweetheart." He said placing a kiss on your forehead.
Your dad came back and smiled seeing you sound asleep against Jake, which made him happy to see because him and Jake don't always get along, but he figured maybe for your sake that they could learn how to co-parent.
"Thank you for doing that." Jake said.
"I hate to say this but you and Neytiri did a great job raising them, especially her. So I think we can find a happy medium with sharing them."  Quaritch said looking over at you.

Brother
Pairing- Spider x sister!na'vireader
Summary- Spiders your brother and you would do anything for your brother.
Pt.1 Pt.2
A/N- this low-key sucks but it's okay
Tumblr media
You were a science experiment, something Norm did on a typical Tuesday. He mixed genes from a Na'vi woman, most likely deceased and genes from a human man. Then growing in a tube out came you. And it took a few months in your tube they, well Norm and Max found out that the genes they used for you were Miles Quartrich, it was terrifying but when you fully developed you were a sweet baby nothing like your father. And so you looked Na'vi, grew up as a Na'vi but spider was your brother and when shit went down you'd fight for your brother.
Everything was fast bullets and Neytiri's arrows went throughout the air as some avatars drug you and Spider into the forest, you fought as hard as you could to get to him. You reached behind you grabbing a weapon from the man dragging you. A taser, better than nothing. You tased the man letting you free as you get Spider from the other one. And just as you thought you were safe you got knocked out, just great.
And when you woke up you and Spider were in a white room, one way glass on one of the walls, and most likely cameras. Spider was scared and when Spider was scared he would hiss. "Spider." You say rudding your eyes. "There is no use hissing those demons are to much of cowards to come and talk to us." You yell knowing that they are listening. "I can't believe they just left us." Spider said sitting down under the table. "Jake was worried about his family I would have done that same if it came down to it." You comfort your brother, "I thought we were their family." He whispered his broken state would be forever in the back of your mind and you hated it.
Interrupting the comforting silence was a man, the man who kidnapped you both. And the ones you tased, shit.
"Well well well." A thick country accent says. "Take the boy to the scientists." He said to the other two. Jumping in front of him hissing the man grabbed your arm, he was strong. He was smiling, smiling your blood boiled you wanted to kill him. He sat you down in the chair you occupied earlier. "No girl your gonna tell me where your daddy is." He says making your confused. "Don't play dumb you have five fingers, your a half-bred your his, Jake Sully." He says confidently as he picks you hand up and pushes it down hardly.
And then a laugh erupts from your throat. "You," you said pointing at him through your laughter. "Think I am Jake Sully's that is hilarious." You say wiping a fake tear off of your eye.
He obviously didn't find it funny as he slams his hands on the table and bellowed out a loud, "Hey!" Making your face serious. "Don't tell me your that scientists kid." He says trying to figure out who your parents are, if not Jake Sully who?
"Norm ew no gross." You say. "I'll tell you if you bring me my brother back." You say making his eyes widen. "Your brother?" He asks cautiously. "The boy you kidnapped with me that you just dragged out of the room, ring a bell." You say sarcastically. And his face fell and a smile grew in his face, "You are Miles Quartrich's daughter." He says making your ears shoot at him. "Who?" You ask sharply. "Well he is the guys who graciously gave me memories and a vengeance to seek." And that's when it sunk into you he was your father, or a version of him.
"No."
Was all you said and he chuckled at your stubbornness.
"Tell you what if you tell me where Jake Sully is I'll bring your brother to you." You could basically since the seat coming off of him as the words left his mouth. "I don't know where he is even if I did I wouldn't tell you, me and Spider live in the lab." You say rolling your eyes at his obliviousness to everything. "Neytiri is right sky people are stupid." You whisper laughing a little afterward.
And then the door opens and a discontent Spider is thrown to the floor, you run to him and check his pulse like Norm taught you it was faint you look at them before speaking. "I am going to claw each and everyone of your eyes out and feed them to you." You say making them furrow their brows but Quadratic just smiled.
They left you in the room to care for Spider. "Neither of them will give it up." A woman said. "Well we found out they are both Quadratics." Lyle joked making him get hit in the shoulder. "They only have the old Quadratic's blood I have not connection with them." He made clear to the supervisor. "Well if they can't do anything and I don't kill kids we have to take them with us." The supervisor said making the team jump. "No." "I am not dealing with that bitch she tased me." Went throughout the room before a loud boom stopped it. "They know more about the area than we do so we will need them we are taking them understood." Quadratic said and the others agreed reluctantly.
He walked into the room, and the rage that had just settled came flooding back as soon as you saw his wicked face. "C'mon kids we gotta do a few things and your our special little helpers." He said dragging you with no effort. You look at Spider and mouth, "It is going to be okay."
At least you hoped.

The Spiders Sister - Chapter 1
Summary: Reader gets caught hiding out in the avengers tower. In the end it turns out for the best.
TW: non-sexual nudity, illness, fainting, swearing
Words: 4.1K
A/n: Super long first chapter
маленький паук – Little Spider
It defiantly wasn’t part of your life plan to be living with your bother again in your adulthood.
You had spent an excellent few months on your own having finally moved out of May Parker’s apartment, it had been perfect. Well … as perfect as life could be for a parker.
Then … you guessed it … parker luck struck again. There was a huge fight, one you had been itching to join but your brother, peter parker, had it covered. And since nobody knew that you sometimes wore the spider-man suit when peter wasn’t able to, it would all be over if two Spider-Man’s ended up fighting some of the weird aliens that had invaded New York.
You see, you and your brother had more in common than most siblings did. Peter parker had been bitten by a radioactive spider on a school trip as was known to a few people. But, at the same time, you had been eighteen and chaperoning the field trip.
When peter had snuck off to the side you had gone after him. When he was bitten, so were you.
But for now, you had decided to try and stay away from the superhero lifestyle. But when the itch came, peter lent you his suit so you could scratch it.
You had helped him refine his web-fluid and had your own web shooters as well as one of his old suits just in case. May knew about you and peter after finding out a while ago. However, peter and you had kept everything about your existence from the avengers so you could live a semi-normal life. At least for now.
But the day the avengers were fighting off the aliens, New York had taken some heavy damage. You had been running a small illustration business out of your apartment in queens. Your apartment … which was now levelled in the fight was gone. Along with your business.
Since you had moved out young, May only had one spare bedroom in her apartment which peter was occupying. Leaving the Parker’s with one option.
As peter had a room in the avenger's tower, you could stay there or with aunt may. Peter being Peter didn’t want to ask tony if he could stay in the tower for the unforeseeable future without arousing questions. So, you had been secretly living in the tower for about three days now.
Peter brought you food and had bribed Jarvis to keep your existence a secret. You had his old suit if you wanted to leave the tower, you could swing away instead of walking through the building and getting caught.
It was a pretty solid plan and it had been working pretty well. Until the day you got sick.
Peters' bedroom in the tower was on the floor with the other avengers, meaning you had to be somewhat quiet so Natasha, clint or the others didn’t find you. But it had begun to get colder out, and Peters old suit didn’t have a heater. It had been made before tony had found out spiders, including peter and yourself, can't thermoregulate. And swinging around New York without a heater in the nippy winter air had left you with a pretty nasty cold.
Unlike peter your powers didn’t give you super healing. In fact, your powers differed from peters in more ways than one. For one thing you had small fangs which you could retract, they didn’t do much, but they were cool, and peter was mildly jealous. Another thing was you had taken on aspects of jumping spiders as you could jump higher due to your super strength and some weird spider quality peter lacked.
Like peter the bit had given your excellent eyesight, increased metabolism, a lack of thermoregulation, the weird sticky thing, the spider sense and super strength and the allergy to peppermint. But due to sharing the suit anytime you went out as “Spider-Man” you had to refrain from using your own unique powers, so you didn’t give anything away.
The thermoregulating thing may have finally come back to bite you now that you were in peters old suit. After taking one of his patrols for him so he could finish his assignment and you could get out of his room in the tower, the cold had made you sick. Heres the thing about having a high metabolism when you don’t have an increased healing factor. It went one of two ways. Either you had flash colds which were taken care of quickly and at a much faster rate than the average human, or if it was stronger than your immune system, it was quickly made into a bigger problem than it should have been due to your body processing things faster and speeding up its strength.
Anytime this had happened in the past, due to not being able to go to a regular hospital, you had thanked the gods for May choosing a career in nursing. Though she had been able to treat you superficially with regular medicine and not anything made for super soldiers or spiders as that was a Bruce banner specialty that was unique to the tower's med bay. So, you often just had to ride it out and if things got really bad, peter would try and smuggle you some of his medicine out of the tower for you.
So, this is where you ended up. Curled up in Peters bed in the tower, stifling rough sounding coughs into his pillow and making a mental note to wash his sheets soon. You were doing your best to remain quiet and not alert either of the super spies to your presence or any of the other avengers. You thanked Thor that only you and peter had super hearing which meant you could usually tell if someone was in the halls.
Feeling miserable you buried yourself further into the sheets and shivered, it was so cold but in reality, you probably had a high fever. Your lungs let out a wheezing noise whenever you exhaled, and you were beginning to think maybe your asthma was back. Unlike peter you had not been so lucky as to have had it cured by the bite.
Your asthma puffer was one of the few things that survived your apartment being destroyed. As you laid in bed feeling awful you thought back to that day.
You thanked the gods you had been out at the time. You had gone to a coffee shop downtown with your sketchbook, laptop and usual things you took out, including a range of art supplies and of course your emergency puffer which peter had managed to smuggle out which had doses that worked with your metabolism.
You were broken from your daydreams as another harsh coughing fit wracked your body. From what you could hear nobody was in the halls, but you did your best to keep quiet regardless. The wheezing that trailed after each breath was getting worse and your lungs were feeling tight.
You had been trying to use the puffer sparingly so it didn’t run out because you didn’t know if and or when peter could get you another. But as drawing breath grew harder you made the executive call to use it. You rolled over in the bed and threw an arm down to fish around for your red backpack. Finding it you fiddled with the zip before your fingers wrapped around the cool plastic of the device. Tony being tony had insisted it have a Spiderman case thinking it was peters which ended up being rather ironic as it was fitting for you too.
You tried fruitlessly one last time to draw breath before achieving nothing but a crackling wheeze. Screw it. You uncapped the red lid and held it to your lips, propping yourself up on an elbow in an attempt to sit u straight to take it.
You exhaled and inhaled repeating it once more before drawing in a lungful of the super-medicine. Almost straight away you began to feel better. Your fast metabolism speeding up the medicines process.
Feeling like you could breathe again you replaced the cap and put it on the nightstand before curling up in the sheets again feeling cold still but also slightly damp from the thin layer of sweat that had been forming all morning.
You were dressed in spider-man pjs which had a thin t-shirt and long pants. You had considered getting up to grab one of peters hoodies to get warm or another blanket but the idea of standing up made your head spin.
You nestled back into the sheets and let your eyes fall shut despite it being almost midday. The curtains were drawn and so it didn’t bother you too much. You began to drift off into a semi-peaceful sleep broken by harsh coughing fits which were becoming harder to stifle in your half asleep and fevered state.
Meanwhile the avengers had just finished their morning training session, one which Peter had joined for once. Peter being Peter had barely broken a sweat and as a result had opted to hang out on the communal floor while everyone went o freshen up.
Stark had designed the tower well. With Peter’s bedroom being on the same floor as Natasha’s who was rather protective of her younger spider counterpart as well as Wanda’s, Yelena’s, Kate’s and a few spares. The rest of the avengers were a floor above.
At first peter had been a bit miffed about being on a floor of just girls but he ended up liking it a lot. And he had a second bedroom in the master suite with tony and Pepper which he proffered anyway. The one on the avenger's floor was more for if Tony and Pepper were away, and he wanted to be around the others.
Natasha was headed for her room after waving goodbye to peter who had settled down to watch more star-wars, when she paused in the hallway.
Retracing her steps she found herself stood outside peters bedroom door. Frowning she pressed an ear to the door and froze. Someone was inside and coughing. Knowing it wasn’t peter, nat carefully twisted the door handle.
Peter being peter had prepared for almost anything. As soon as Natasha had set foot inside peters room Jarvis had alerted peter of her presence.
Meanwhile Natasha peered into the dimly lit room. The lump in the bed was wriggling around and coughing. Nat was on high alert by now. She realised this person was ill but how had they managed to get in without Jarvis knowing? And why were they in peters bed?
She crossed the threshold and walked over to the bed. Taking note of the backpack on the floor and puffer on the bedside table as well as your spider-man pjs which had been a gag gift from Peter last Christmas.
Nat stood and observed for a second. Looking down at your flushed face which was burning with fever and the harsh coughs that were wracking your weak form.
Nat watched helplessly for a second unsure of how to deal with a sick intruder.
She hesitated before extending a hand to your forehead and feeling a very high fever. She sucked a breath. Despite being an intruder she had some ideas as to why you may have been here. Your likeness to peter wasn’t hard to spot. Yet. She was unsure.
Peeling of the blankets to get a better look at you, as she did you made a small noise of discontent and curled into a shaking ball still fever addled and half asleep.
Before she could continue the door opened and peter looked in.
“Uhh M-Ms Romanoff…” Peter said looking guilty as he stepped in and closed the door again.
“Peter, do you know who this is?” Natasha asked getting straight to the point. Peter hesitated and rubbed the back of his neck.
“Y-yes.” He said looking at your sick form with a frown.
“Peter.” She said crossing her arms. “Care to share whats going on?” Nat said as she headed for Peter’s bathroom.
“Um… She … she’s,, my sister.” Peter said unsurely. Natasha returned after a second and nodded. Now holding the first aid kit from peters bathroom in her arms.
“Anything else i should know?” She asked walking over to the bed and sitting down to rifle through the first aid kit.
“Petey?” You mumbled hearing his voice.
Peter seemed to break out of his trance and came to your side. “I’m here Y/n.” He said.
“‘S cold.” You mumbled making peter frown.
“Actually, I think she has a fever.” Nat said as she found what she was looking for, pulling out a thermometer from the kit.
Nat gently placed the thermometer under your tongue and turned to look at peter.
“Pete, you’re not in trouble but i need some more information.” Natasha said.
“This is Y/n. She’s, my sister. Her apartment was levelled in the last attack and so she’s been staying here ever since. She’s not a threat I promise.” Peter said almost tripping over his words in order to explain.
Before Nat could respond the thermometer beeped and she removed it to look at the small screen, drawing another round of coughs from you. Natasha rubbed your back with one hand while frowning at the screen.
“Peter… she should be dead. This says 106. There’s more isn’t there.” Nat said with some urgency as she began peeling the rest of the blankets off you in an attempt to cool you down.
“Ahh … yes. She had powers. Like mine. She … she wears the suit sometimes.” Peter said standing nearby and watching with a worried expression.
“Ok. So, she has spider powers? High metabolism, super strength, etc.” Nat said and Peter nodded. “Why hasn’t her healing fixed this?” Nat said feeling your forehead again.
“She doesn’t have it. Her powers differ slightly.” Peter explained as Nat cursed softly in Russian.
“Her fever’s still rising.” Nat said making a decision. “We need to cool her down fast before she gets too hot for her own good. Jarvis?” Natasha said and peter looked panicked for a second worried about more people finding out about you.
“Ms Romanoff-“ he started.
“Pete, we need to cool her down stat. I need some help.” She said and peter nodded still looking nervous. “Jarvis call wanda to Peter’s bedroom.” Nat said and peter relaxed slightly. Wanda was ok. She would be good for the situation.
“What are you going to do?” Peter asked.
“She needs a bath and I doubt you want to do that.” She said with a small smirk and Peter flushed for a second.
“Defiantly not.” He said shaking his head.
“Is there someone we can call? Someone who she’d be ok with dressing her once we cool her down. She may be sick but i don’t want to invade her privacy.” Nat said as she scooped you up from the bed and into her lap while they waited for wanda to arrive. You cough harshly again and wheezed making nat frown and look to peter.
“Asthma.” He said.
“Runs in the family huh?” She joked reaching over for the puffer on the bedside table.
“Uh… about that.” Peter said looking guilty. “Mine was cured by the bite. I need the puffers for her.” He said looking sheepish. Expecting Nat to be mad she grinned.
“You’re a good brother.” She said as she uncapped the device and pressed it to your lips.
“Exhale.” She instructed and by some small miracle you complied. When you went to inhale, she administered the medicine and told you to hold.
Recapping the device, she rubbed a hand up and down your arm. “Good job sweetie.” She said and felt you relax into her arms some more as you let out a breath.
The two sat in silence for another second before the door opened again and wanda slipped inside.
She was freshly showered, her hair damp and she smelt like jasmine and honey. She was dressed in a simple faded black t-shirt and grey track pants.
“Whats-“ she began before pausing, her eyes caught on you laid in Natashas lap half asleep.
“Wanda,” Nat said. “Meet Y/n. Peter’s older sister.” She said.
“Okay…” Wanda said looking lost before her expression morphed to concern as you coughed. “Is she ok?” Wanda asked.
“No. That’s why you’re here. Long story short, peter smuggled her into the tower, and she has spider powers and her fever is really high. We need to cool her down.” Nat said and wanda swallowed and nodded. “Peter?” Nat said turning to the younger parker.
“Yes?” He said looking up from where he had been studying his shoes closely.
“You never answered my question. Is there someone we can call to come and get her dressed after wanda and i bathe her?” Nat asked and peter blushed again and nodded.
“I can call May. It’s her day off.” He said and Nat nodded.
“You do that. Wanda and I will look after Y/n. We promise not to go further than her outer clothes.” She said and scooped you up into her arms. She headed for Peter’s bathroom with wanda trailing behind. You remained limp in her arms snuggled into her chest in an unconscious need for companionship.
Once the two redheads had you in the bathroom wanda looked at nat. “Now what?” She asked and Natasha smirked.
“Now we take her clothes off.” She said and gently she lifted your arms from where you were laid on the floor in her lap and pulled the spider-man t-shirt off over your head. Wanda blushed slightly at the sight of your red sports bra despite having seen Nat and herself train in about the same if not less clothes.
“You wanna help?” Nat asked with a grin that only served to make Wanda’s blush deepen. You squirmed slighting in Nat’s lap but stopped when she gently rubbed your arm after you buried your warm face into her stomach.
Wanda rolled her eyes in an attempt to feign nonchalance despite being way past that point.
She lifted her hands, and the familiar red glow of magic surrounded her hands. Her magic lifted your hips so Nat could slide off your pants. Wanda blushed again at the sight of your Black Widow boxers. Natasha however grinned at them finding it both adorable and very cute.
After a beat Wanda met Nat’s eyes again. “Now what?”
“We get her in the bath. She needs to be cooled down Asap.” Nat said hoisting you into her arms again as you wriggled, turning and grumbling into her chest.
“Not gonna lie she’s pretty cute.” Nat said and Wanda avoided her eyes as she used her magic to fill the bath with tepid water.
Natasha gently lowered you into the tub ignoring your whining protests and running her hands through your hair which seemed to calm you down as you relaxed again.
“So … now we wait?” Wanda guessed and Natasha nodded.
“Yep. Unless you really want to steal May’s job of getting her dressed again.” Nat teased making Wanda splutter slightly. “Im kidding.” Nat said. “I know what hot women do to your brain.” She winked and wanda slouched slightly.
After a second you grumbled and blearily opened your eyes, squinting at the two women.
“Peter is so dead.” You mumbled before letting your eyes drift shut again. There was a pause before wanda and nat both started laughing.
You groaned. “Peter!” You yelled before coughing again making Wanda and Nat frown. But before they could do anything the door opened to show a beat red peter with his hands covering his eyes.
“Yes?” He said in a small voice.
“When I get out of here, you’re dead.” You mumbled with a foggy glare sent in his direction.
“Hey. Peter did the right thing.” Another voice said from behind Peter.
“May?” You called. “Oh, wtf is going on right now.” You mumbled.
“Whats going on kiddo is that, once again, you failed to ask for help which landed you here.” May said entering the bathroom with a change of clothes.
“Nice to see you Ms Parker.” Nat said and wanda echoed.
“Please. Call me May. And thank you for looking after her.” May said and you groaned.
“I hate all of you.” You said hiding your face in your hands.
“Uh huh. Sure, you do.” May teased.
“It was no problem. Ms- May.” Wanda said. “We’ll wait in peters bedroom while you… yeah.” Wanda said before making a hasty retreat. Nat laughed and followed her out.
May gave you a disappointed frown once she had shut the door and turned back to you with a sigh.
“Honey.” She said.
“I know… I know.” You said still feeling like death but slightly less so. “Did the black widow and scarlet witch just really see me in my underpants?” You asked.
“Yes, and I serves you right for hiding illness … again!” She said as she came over, rolling up her sleeves and helping you out, practically holding all your weight for you as your head spun.
May frowned and guided you over to the covered toilet seat to dress you again.
Gently she began to towel you off and change you into fresh clothes.
“I can do it myself.” You whined but May shot you a look and you knew better than to challenge the angry Parker and you and peter had called her as kids when she was upset at you for something.
“Now, once you’re dressed you are going to thank those two for their kindness and your coming home with me.” May said.
“But-“ you began.
“No buts.” She said and helped you up, now fully dressed.
She helped you over to the door opening it despite still holding you up. The two of you shuffled into the room where Peter, Nat and Wanda were sat on Peter’s bed talking in hushed voices.
“Pete. I love you but I can hear everything you’re saying dumbass.” You said rolling your eyes and May lightly hit your arm.
“Right.” He said rubbing his neck. “Super hearing.” He nodded.
“I’ll add it to the list.” Nat grinned and you groaned before May jabbed you in the side and looked at the two girls.
You coughed at her actions making her frown but quickly got it under control for the sake of your already fragile image.
“Thank you, Wanda and Natasha, for helping me.” You said still leaning heavily on May. Now you had been standing for a bit the room began to spin. Your face went a shade paler making Natasha frown and stand. It was a split second before you stumbled, almost bringing May down with you in the process. Luckily strong arms wrapped around you, and you looked up into Nat’s pale green and worried eyes.
“Y/n?” You finally registered she was talking to you. “Y/n?” She asked again a little louder.
You let out a soft groan and she huffed. “Right. Up we go.” She said hoisting you into your arms and making the room spin again as you buried your face in her arm.
You felt her gently set you down on the bed and feel your forehead.
Distantly you heard May saying something along the lines of taking you home and the sound of Natasha arguing they were better equipped to help with your powers and sickness. May relented and you went back to dozing.
“What happened?” Peter asked from where he was stood by the door.
“Probably got too dizzy from standing up. Her body’s already trying to fight off sickness.” Natasha said and Wanda nodded.
“Peter? Don’t you have a super high metabolism?” Wanda asked.
“Yeah?” He said looking lost as May seemed to catch on.
“Y/n when did you last eat?” May asked and you groaned and buried your face in the pillow. “Well, that answers that.” May said rolling her eyes.
“Peter, do you have any of those energy bars that steve uses?” Wanda asked and peter nodded and headed for his bedside drawer.
He fished around and pulled out one of them and passed it to nat. She unwrapped it and shoved it into your hands.
“Eat.” She said and you made a groan of protest. “It’ll help.” She said in a softer tone.
“Fine.” You said sitting up against the headboard and nibbling on it slowly.
“Better.” Nat said and you frowned.
“You know you’re cute when you’re mad.” Wanda said looking surprised by her own words and blushing at Natasha’s knowing gaze.
“Get some rest маленький паук” Nat said once you had finished eating, and she begun to shepherd everyone out of the room.

What actually took six years didn't feel like that to you at all. One moment you closed your eyes as you were put into cryosleep and after what felt like one second passed, you got woken up from your deep slumber. The claustrophobic space you are in makes something inside of you itch. Good thing you were into cryosleep, you couldn't have survived sleeping in this tube every night for six years in a row. Once your tube was pulled out of the wall, you immediately feel yourself floating. So this is what space felt like.
"Drink and eat lots, since you will feel very weak!", a loud voice echoes through the room as one by one everyone left their cryosleep. You float through the room with a smile on your face as you hold onto handles, lockers, anything to keep your balance. An excited scream could be heard from behind you, it was your friend Raja. "You are not dead I see," she jokes as she floats towards you, her arms wide open to invite you in a hug, "this is honestly insane, I can't believe that we are actually doing this!" You wrap your arms around you as you share her excitement, "I know right? We worked so hard for this, I can't believe this is happening." You met Raja on your first day being at the resistance base. She shared her passion for nature with pride and you always admired her for this. A cough is heard behind your back and Raja looks over your shoulder to see who it was, "Seb!" she squeals as she carefully gets out of your hug, floating towards their other friend to engulf him in a hug. You watch as Raja and Seb share their excitement with each other. They really didn't age at all while being in cryosleep, such an interestingly concept it was. You float towards them, holding onto Seb's shoulder to keep your balance and not pass out, because damn they were right. You feel so tired and weak. If you weren't in space right now you probably would have fallen to the floor. Your limbs felt like cooked noodles, you really needed to eat. "The trio is back at it again to cause havoc!!" Seb ruffles your head, your hair tangling in between his fingers as he did so. The three of you were the inseparable trio. While you had a group of friends you hung out with, you three always just stuck together like glue. It may have been the fact you bonded over being reckless warriors, thriving on the thrill and action, or the fact all three of you were top students, but that doesn't matter. Raja and Seb are your partners in crime til death do you all part. The two are engaged in a deep conversation, but you didn't bother to listen or chime in. You wanted to explore, and see what you worked your entire teenagehood for. Grabbing onto the handle against the walls, you made your way towards the huge window, were also most of the crew was floating around. You had to see this for yourself, you had to believe it with your own eyes. What if you were still dreaming?
"Excuse me, Pardon me!", still not used to not having any gravity, you keep bumping into other warriors. A 'watch where you're going!' was screamed your way, but you paid no mind to it as you had more important things to do. Floating past the last person that kept you from seeing outside, your eyes immediately widen at the beauty that lay in front of you. A planet, looking exactly like earth, right in front of you. It was beautiful, the true meaning behind mother nature. You bring your hand towards your cheek to pinch yourself, was this real? Were you truly experiencing this? When you pinched yourself so hard, leaving a red mark on your skin, and you didn't wake up you knew this was real. You were knocked out of your senses pretty quickly, as everyone was told to dress up, eat and get together in the common area. Where that was? No idea, but what you knew is that you were excited as hell. You basically swam through the air towards the lockers, where your supposed gear would be. The sight was probably incredibly silly, you thought, you probably looked like a swimming frog. Yet you didn't care about the stares that were given you. The only thing on your mind was to see Pandora with your own eyes— not out of books, notes you had to read, or drawings. You left without telling Seb or Raja, but you would probably find them, considering you're going to the same destination and those two definitely weren't to miss.
You float past all the lockers with nameplates, looking for your name. You were told that they were in alphabetic order. Last name. You could never escape him, could you? You proceed to float, using the lockers to pull yourself up and speed up towards the lockers that start with 'S'. Upon floating in front of the name that haunted you every day, you sigh and slam the locker open. Clothes sealed in recycled plastic, a pair of shoes, and an oxygen mask. Fortunately, it wasn't those old aquarium-like masks. When you learned about those you thought they were ugly as hell: a head in an aquarium. Those were designed like gas masks. Was that the best way to explain them? They only covered the mouth and nose part to breathe properly, it didn't cover the entire face anymore. You flash a skeptical expression towards the clothes in your arms. They were dark colors, dark colors in a hot amazon-like forest? If it were up to you, you wouldn't have chosen a little more, bare, clothes. For the sweat to at least dry up and not soak in the clothes. "Weird choice of clothes, right?", Raja appeared next to you, out of the blue, making you flinch. You quickly managed to cover it up and compose yourself, "I'm gonna end up looking like a crab while fighting a villain, kind of embarrassing." she laughs at your reply and grabs a hold of your forearm, "come on let's go change. Seb already went to change!" And with that, your friend pulls you with her. Changing your clothes was kind of awkward. The room was a big space where all women changed next to one another. It gave PE class vibes. You felt sticky and disgusting as you changed out of the clothes you wore for six years. Wearing fresh, clean clothes is always better than nothing. The material feels nice against your skin, and very cooling. As you look in the mirror, fixing every detail to look as neat as possible. You roll your sleeves up just a tad bit and tried to loosen the corset-like clothing piece around your upper body. It doesn't look exactly like a corset, but it's one of those clothing pieces that have a corset built into it. The mask is hanging against your hip, ready to be used 24/7 once you stepped foot on Pandora. The pants were a little wide thankfully, enough space to move into. "What is it with the corset though? Who wears a corset while fighting?" "Maybe it's bulletbroof or something?"
After this whole ordeal in the dressing room with some people whining about the clothes being too hot, while others were second guessing if the outfit was nice to fight in, you finally made your way towards this common area. There everyone was awkwardly sitting, what one could call sitting in space. Everyone was given a granola bar to snack on and a sealed bag with a sweet drink in it. You leaned against Seb, as you were too tired to use your strength to hold onto anything. Eating the bar and sipping from the overly-sweetened drink, you listened to the peptalk your superiors were giving you all. It was something about protecting Pandora, RDA and the forest Na'vi, but you really were too tired to listen. It was most likely the talk they did every time before you went into cryosleep. If you missed anything you could just ask Raja or Seb about it.
What almost felt like a decade to you, actually took just a few hours before you finally landed on Pandora. During the landing all, maybe twenty of you in total, were seated as you braced for impact. It wasn't too bad, it was like a plane landing. Before the doors opened, the duffel bags you took with you were placed on your laps. For your instance, the bag with the wrapped katana you got from your lieutenant was handed to you. You put your mask against your face, pressing it down and securing it as you breathe in the oxygen from the earth. Red lights flash through the area you're in with the others as the secured door lowers to the Pandorean ground, revealing the beauty of mother nature. You rise from your seat as your seat belt was already unclasped. Without waiting any longer, you rushed to the outside world in a heartbeat. Watching your surroundings, it seems like you landed on the resistance base. Unlike the RDA base, which you saw during your learning process, this one was more integrated with mother nature rather than destroying it to make space. It was so organic, so natural. A team was already waiting for your arrival, all standing in a row as you lock gazes with a Na'vi. Unlike the things you were taught about Na'vi clothing, this one was wearing human clothes. Could this be what one would call an avatar? The same situation your dad was also in? You start thinking he was your dad, but it didn't look like him at all. You knew avatars were supposed to look like their 'owners'. Even though it was supposed to be your dad's brother's avatar, they were twins. One would ask 'you don't know what your dad's avatar body looks like?', but honestly as you said many times you tried to pull away from the hauntings Jake Sully got you. The insecurities, and issues you got from his betrayal, his departure. It truly hit you like a truck. Questions would pop up like:
Were you enough?
Was there something wrong with you?
Why didn't he come back to you?
You couldn't take talking about your dad's new life. Selfish one may call it, then you were selfish in their eyes. You didn't care. Wanting your dad, is that selfish? Missing your dad, is that selfish? Angry because your dad wanted a new life without you, is that selfish? You yearned for him, yet despised talking about him. That's why you don't know what he looks like, what he is up to. You just know his history: put into the avatar body from his brother to follow military orders. From only caring about getting a paycheck to protecting the natives. He was crowned with the name Toruk Makto as you were taught. Mated to Neytiri te Tskaha Mo'at'Ite, daughter of the Olo'eyktan and Tsahik. When you first heard about this, you felt sick to your stomach. Reality hitting you even harder at age thirteen. It was already bad enough to know your dad left you, but also getting to know that he settled down while you spent your time waiting for him? You remember running out of the classroom when a superior taught you this information. This was also how you got in contact with Raja and Seb. They comforted you while everyone else thought of you as weird, weak. They were the first people, besides the superiors that came in contact with you, that came to know about your dad being Jake Sully, about the struggles you got after he left. Yet, they didn't laugh at what you thought was exaggerating. They listened carefully to your words as the tears rolled down your cheeks.
'We were attached to the hip, what went wrong?'
'Did I make him unhappy?'
'Was I too much for him?'
'Was he looking for something more rather than being a single dad?'
You spilled your insecurities to them and they never uttered a word about it to someone else. You will be forever grateful for them. You were so lost in thoughts, getting slightly emotional at all these thoughts about your dad, until a hand rested on your shoulder, "and last but not least, you must take her with you. She's our best warrior, Norm. She will need to stay on the battlefield, closest to the war." So Norm was his name. A pretty goofy one if you had to be honest. The avatar named Norm stood at least 10 feet tall as he looked down at you, literally. You just reached around his crotch area, which is kinda embarrassing because imagining running into his front. Hopefully, he likes to travel in his human body more. "Then that's settled, Oel Ngati Kameie." His hand rested against his forehead, slowly bringing it down to his chest. You flashed him a kind smile in return, ready for whatever adventure you will come across, "Oel Ngati Kameie."
But only if you knew.
.
.
"They have arrived, they will help us."
"They're sky demons! All the same!"
"I used to be one as well, yet I had a change of heart. Please accept the help they will offer us, for our people, for our family, our fortress." his hands grip hers, intertwining their fingers as he spoke to her in private, away from the children. He opened his mouth again, pressing his forehead against hers, "please, Ma Neytiri."
A/N: first of all, thank you all so much for the positive feedback. I honestly didn't expect it I'm gonna be fr😭 it gave me enough motivation to write part 2, so here it is, earlier than expected. I hope you enjoyed <3

Crybaby (Sully fam X daughter!reader)
Summary: Reader has always been a crybaby. Sensitive and had a soft spot for all living life. Jake disliked how sensitive you always were, he sent you out on your own for a month and came back a cold-blooded killer.
Warnings: Death, gore, mentions of death, mentally unstable reader, violence, Trauma
You were kind, sweet. Always looked on the bright side, you were on the same path as Kiri, training to become Tsahik. But it was clear you weren't as good as Kiri, which you were quick to admit.
That lead to Jake placing you with your brothers, training to become warriors. He wanted to tough you up, Jake loves how much you cherished love, he loved seeing the world through your optimistic eyes.
But ever since the sky people came back, he just needed his eldest daughter to be strong. Be there just in case he would leave this world a little too early.
"How many times do I have to tell you? Y/n, I need you to keep your balance! keep tripping like that you'll get killed." Jake's words hurt you, but you remember how upset he was the last time you nearly cried.
You inhaled sharply "Yes father." You stood up from the ground and faced your twin, Neteyam. He gave you a knowing look that wanted to know if they should stop, you shook your head lightly, not wanting to seem more of a wimp to your father then you already are.
You were an average hunter, your skills in fighting weren't that bad either.
But that wasn't enough for Jake. He needed to know that you were as skilled as Neteyam, as skilled as your mother was. So, it was always.
"Be faster"
"Hit stronger"
"Not good enough, try again!"
You would push your limit. Till you couldn't keep your eyes open. Your father would say words of gratitude here and there. Like small nods and a "Good work"
Your brothers sometimes feel like that's not enough for how much he makes you do. But just the smallest amount of approval from Jake made you feel like you were on cloud nine, causing you to do more, work harder.
Then one day, you were having a hard week, you were getting frustrated at the simplest things. Even your fathers nagging was annoying you.
When it came to training, you slipped up and made multiple mistakes that Jake just could not take it.
"Y/n, come now." Jake spoke calmly. You and your twin glanced at each other. You stood up with the help of Neteyam and followed your father.
The two of you walked through the woods.
"Baby, you know why I push you and your siblings so much, right?"
You nod your head, feeling a little nervous even if Jake was using his usual soft tone. "Then you understand--" Jake held you by your shoulders "--That this family, this clan is our fortress. And protecting this family is everything"
His words were deep to you, it was clear this was important to him. "And I need you to be strong. And training here hasn't been helping. So, Im sending you off. Away from here, so you can improve more on your own" Jake saw how your expression dropped "don't worry! It'll only be for a month. Ill check in every few weeks." He tried to reassure you. It didn't really calm your nerves down, but seeing how desperate he was to make sure you and the family was safe?
there was no way you could say no.
So, you left, you were on your own. The first few days were hard. And there were multiple times when you got seriously hurt and cried. God, you cried so much. All that crying made you hate yourself.
Hate every flaw you had. You even hated the soft part of you. Scolding yourself, knowing that kindness and your crying will not protect the clan, your family.
Jake did try to visit you. But you never stayed in one place. The two of you talked a little over the inner coms when you two would be miles apart. But those convocations didn't last.
You were training harder than ever. Perfecting every little thing down to the bone. In all honesty, you did go a little off from the safe zone, where you ran into a few sky people. You made it our alive, as for those sky people?
Well, you only let one live, still having that small kindness and mercy in you. Which was a big mistake.
You received a message from Norm and Max when they wanted to check on you, that a sky person bombed up a small part of the safe zone close to the high camp. No one was killed, but a lot were majorly injured.
Gaining all the details of the incident, you realize that it was the sky person you let live.
Cursing yourself and beating yourself for being so foolish, so naive for thinking nothing of what that sky demon after setting it free. So, you vowed to not give your enemy's any type of mercy, to kill all those evil demons, to protect you clan, your family.
Because this family was your fortress. And you were determined to be theirs.
Your month was over, and you were just so excited to go home. To hug and smother your siblings with kisses. To show your dear parents how strong and skilled you've become. To make your father proud of you. To officially be seen as enough to help protect everyone.
Norm gave you an inner com that was connected to your family, being told that your parents and dear twin brother were on patrol at the moment.
You decided to fly your Ikran to where you were told you parents and twin would be at. But when you were a few clicks away from them, you heard Lo'ak's voice. Saying he has gained sight of intruders. Ones who were carrying guns.
Dreamwalkers
You spoke into your inner coms.
"I'm closest to their location. I'll engage."
"Y/n-- wait, no! Y/n you better not!" Jake shouted.
"Y/n te i'tri Mo'ata Sully. Stay down! that's an--"
You turned your intercoms off. The safety of your baby siblings was the only thing you had in mind. It was almost eclipse, and telling by how the winds picks up and the clouds, it was to rain soon.
Your Ikran felt the panic and determination you were feeling and speed up to get to the location faster.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
You made it before your parents and twin could. You killed off every single dreamwalker. And that demon who took your mother's home away, who took Kiri's mother away.
The demon who caused so much harm to your clan.
"Any last words Demon?" you say, tilting your head as you held the sharp dagger to Quritche's throat. The Demon growled and spat in your face.
You weren't very pleased with that; you turned your head towards your siblings who were huddled against a tree.
"Spider"
The small human boy flinched by the way your voice sounded.
"Close your eyes." You said with a small fond smile. But it felt nothing like that. Kiri quickly brought Spider close to her and covered his eyes.
You looked back at Quaritche. The moment you slit his throat and began to detach his head from his body, was the moment Jake and Neytiri entered the scene.
Neytiri was quick to go by her younger children's side. Your ears perk and notice Jake. Once you laid eyes on him. Your face lit up.
"Father!" Youran to him and hugged him. Jake was in utter shock at the scene in front of him. He slowly hugged you tight. You pulled away, smiling, unphased by the amount of blood that was on you.
"I did it. I saved them. Look!" you pulled Jake to where Quaritche's dead body was and grabbed the head of the demon.
"I have killed him. I did it!"
Neteyam slowly entered and looked over what you had done.
"Mommy!" Tuk whined and was quickly embraced by Neytiri.
You were smiling, happy that you've finally rid your father of the nightmare that had burdened your family.
But when you began to see the look Jake had. You started to notice that was not the look of approval you hoped for.
"Y/n . . .What have you done?"
Your smile dropped, being replaced with confution
"Wha-. . .what? what's wrong? what did I do wrong!?" You didn't understand. Did you not put them down fast enough? Should you have taken out the leader before the others? What was it that was wrong??
"Y/n, baby. This--" He was pointing out to the bloody battle around them "--Is wrong. You tampered with their body's. Some of them are still bleeding out!"
"N-no! it's okay you see! I made it for them to not move at all and suffer their punishment." You tried to defend yourself. Tried to make your dear father know that it was okay. And that you did a good job.
Neytiri hurried the children to exit this part of the forest fast, including Spider. Neytiri didn't like Spider, but the boy didn't deserve to see all of this. None of her children did.
"That is not our way!" Jake yelled. Frustrated, worried and scared for his daughter in front of them.
Your ears pinned back. Feelings of sadness, betrayal and anger infecting your heart.
"Well, your way didn't work for me. You said so yourself! Why can't you just be happy!?" Your nose scrunched up in anger.
"I did this for the clan, for our family-- For you!" You were getting upset. All you wanted was the feeling of being called a Sully, worthy of the tittle as Toruk Makto's daughter.
"You can't do this. Your way will bring unbalance to the clan. And if you can't do that. . . then I'll have to strip your tittle as a warrior of this clan." Jake's words caused everyone to stop.
"Ma jake." Neytiri spoke, her eyes glancing between her mate and child.
You felt your bottom lip quivering. But your eyes refused to release the tears. You slowly backed away from Jake, nodding your head a little. Your eyes found its way to Spider who kept tripping, his legs still shaking from what he witnessed.
"Spider." You spoke up. The boy forced himself to look at you.
"Keep tripping like that. . . . . and you'll get killed."

MIRRORBALL
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
PAIRING: SULLIES X HUMAN ADOPTED DAUGHTER/SISTER! READER
SUMMARY: Being the Sullies only human child is much more difficult than most realize described by Taylor Swift’s “Mirrorball”
WARNINGS: angst, mentions of parents death, abandoned issues, seeking comfort in anyone, major character death (not Neteyam)
Tumblr media
“And they called off the circus”
“Burned the disco down”
Your family at the RDA was something you called a circus. Not all only was it your soldier mother and your scientist father but Grace Augustine and Max Patel. Parker Selfridge even took you under his wing, and your mother’s team lifted you onto their shoulders.
Trudy took you flying, Grace gave you piggyback rides on her avatar body, Colonel Quaritch would let you fire a gun, Lyle once let you glue a wig onto his bald shiny head. Your own circus. You were even deemed “honorary sister” to the child growing in Paz’s stomach. The RDA was like non-stop disco but everything good must come to an end.
And the end came with Jake Sully. You liked Jake, he was buff soldier surrounded by a bunch of skinny armed scientists, and he raced you in his wheelchair. But something changed when Jake got accepted into Omaticaya.
The scientists left RDA, moving to remote location and along with them went your father. Your mother cursed his name, saying he had gone soft hearted on the animals which plagued this earth. You felt trapped but you still had some of your circus left.
But then it burned down. A war came with both of parents fighting on the opposite sides of it. Your father in his avatar body and your mother in her helicopter. You were left alone with Max Patel, praying that they would both come back to you. Neither of them did.
Your mother had been taken out by Ikrans and your father was shot repeatedly in his avatar and then choked on Pandora’s air.
So your circus was called off and the disco burned down.
“When they sent home the horses”
“And the rodeo clowns”
After the war, humans were forced to leave, expected you and MJ. You watched as Jake, Norm and many other Omaticaya guided your family into the ship.
You had hidden out of sight but Parker Selfridge had seen you. You liked Parker. He had sure you were entertain expect that one time he forced you into school. Your parents often describe him as a clown, so you did too. But you mentioned right in front his face.
You remember everyone in the room going silent, waiting Parker’s reaction. He laughed, saying that you had spunk. Oftentimes when he was taking care of you, he would carry on the circus theme by calling the workers under him horses.
Yet here they were leaving you. You knew they did terrible things but they were your circus. Parker nodded his head for you to come out, so you did, running to him for one last hug.
“You gonna be alright, kid. I am giving you my number in case you need to call but I heard that Sully has adopted you, per your father’s request.” Parker spoke as he wrapped his arms around your back. Parker would never admit to it but he really thought of you as his kid.
A large blue landed on your shoulder, pulling you away. Jake stood way above you and signaled for Parker to start walking again. Once he reached the plane’s entrance, he waved and headed inside. You turned into Jake’s legs and cried.
They had sent home the horses and rodeo clowns.
“I’m still on that tightrope”
Before your father met his untimely demise, he asked Jake to watch over you if he died. Jake honored his promise. He had spoken to Neytiri many times about you and Neytiri knew your father’s avatar, so she agreed.
The whole adoption process was like walking on a tightrope. You had to balance out, carefully staying on that thin line. Most Omaticaya couldn’t say stuff to you, due to you being the Olo’eyktan’s daughter but you didn’t want to lose your balance, tipping off any of them. Omaticaya would never really accept you as human, especially after what they did as Hometree. Many of the People would send glances full of fury with their hands tightening around their bows.
Your adopted parents took care of you but soon they were welcoming a son. An Na’vi son. One who looked like them.
So you remained on that tightrope once Neteyam, your brother, was born.
“I’m still trying everything to get you laughing at me”
You found yourself in Parker’s position, a mascot. The human mascot for the growing family of the Sullies. You liked your baby siblings but they couldn’t tell you how proud they were of you.
As the mascot, you tried to keep your family happy. Trying to get them laughing even on the days when your adopted mother would send hateful gazes towards you.
Soon you realize that you just power through those days, and still make sure your family was laughing.
“I'm still a believer but I don't know why”
You liked to believe, considering yourself a believer. You liked to believe that you were the first born Na’vi daughter of the Sullies, a profound warrior like your mother or future Tsahík like your grandmother.
Yet you were pulled back into reality as you peered at your reflection in a stream. You had your father’s eyes with your mother’s hair. You shared their skin color, which wasn’t a blue.
You like to believe that they were still alive, too. You and them had nice little cottage inside the forest along with your human brother, Spider. Your mother help teach young Omaticaya fighting while your father took care of injuries. Spider and you grew up close with the Sullies, and at night your small family would join them, then walk to the cottage.
Yet once again you pulled back into reality as you heard Jake shout your name, calling out it was lunchtime.
You were a believer yet with painful stuff to believe and you didn’t know why.
“I've never been a natural”
“All I do is try, try, try”
Contrary to what any people believe, you couldn’t do anything relating to Na’vi training.
Unlike your siblings, you couldn’t shoot an bow nor climb a tree under 3 minutes. You couldn’t fish, hunt or fight. You were useless. Your father would tell you nonsense, saying you helped Mo’at and Kiri with healing and injuries but you couldn’t help your feelings.
So all you did was train but you were no natural. Even Spider could do more than you, but you tried. And tried. Tried again but your abilities never honed.
You weren’t a natural at anything but you did try, try again and try.
“I'm still on that trapeze”
Many years had passed since your adoption and you finally made it off the tightrope, yet now you were on a trapeze. Swinging from being a honorary Omaticaya to trying to catch onto being a human. Luckily, this time you had Spider being your trapeze partner.
Spider knew the pains of being a human in a Na'vi world but sometimes he felt closer to the Omaticaya unlike you. You felt at home with humans considering 7 years of your life you were raised by the RDA. So you lost your trapeze partner, flipping onto one bar waiting for the other one to come without the force of another.
So you were still on that trapeze.
“I'm still trying everything”
“To keep you looking at me”
In the forest, you had always tried to have someone’s eyes on you but in Awa'atlu you can’t get away from watchful eyes. As your family settled into the ways of Metkayina’s, you remained a stranger.
Strange and dangerous creature is what the Metkayina would tell their children, as they glares bullets into your skull. Then after a half of year living with them, the RDA found your family again.
Everything after that point was a blur, you can remember Lo‘ak leaving to rescue his ‘brother’, your siblings and you with the help of the Metkayina children pulling off the tracker off of Payakan.
Then the ship came and some of your siblings were taken but you and Neteyam saved them. Lo'ak convincing Neteyam to rescue Spider, which you three did but then every stopped.
You had pushed your three brothers into the water, has you held off the avatars. Just you were about to jump into the water, a searing pain flared in your chest— a bullet had hit you. Stumbling into the water, your brothers cheered until you announced you were shot.
You were brought to an rocky island where Tsireya began to address your wound while your brothers comforted you— Spider holding your hand as he talked about your childhood with him— as your parents arrived. Your final wish was to see home again— your circus, rodeo clowns and horses. To stop believing, and trying. To finally come down from that tightrope and trapeze.
You felt peace as you walked through the forest, reveling in your new home with your father and godmother Grace.
Jake and Neytiri were brought to first time you three were a family. Oftentimes, you would flicker in between you as child to you as an adult. Though you would always mutter the same sentence.
“I tried everything to keep you looking at me.”

Hi! So ive seen that you take requests so i thought i give a try.
Could you do an imagine where the reader is the auntie of the kids? She treats them very good and is very gentle with them. She wants to make the kids feel that they can tell her everything.
So when one day neteyam comes to tell her that jake was too hard on him again, she tries to comfort him. She tells him that he is not a disappointment and he shouldn’t always take the blame on himself etc.
I hope you get what i was trying to say. I hope you have a great day! :D

[Name] had always been close with the Sully kids. From the moment Neytiri found out she was pregnant, [Name] had been an important part of the family.
It started with helping Neytiri function in the last few days of her pregnancy, grabbing objects off the ground, bringing her food to her while Jake was on a hunt, and helping her walk when she struggled. Neytiri was more than happy to have her sister help her and her new family.
But as the years flew by, [Name] became a friend to the Sully children. A open ear, a shoulder to cry on, a person to come to when you have no one else.
So when Neteyam entered [Name]’s hut, tears in his eyes threatening to spill, [Name] was happy to help.
Walking over to Neteyam, [Name]’s eyes quickly scanned his face for any signs of wounds or injuries. It wasn’t unusual for Neteyam or Lo’ak to walk into her hut with cuts or gashes from stupid things that would get them in trouble with their parents. She would sigh and clean them up, try to make them laugh before pushing them out, telling them to go do something useful, smiling while she'd rolled her eyes.
But as she looked over Neteyam for any sign of anything, she came up dry. The only give away was his eyes. Neteyam’s eyes, usually full of joy or annoyance as he interacted with his siblings, held a familiar emotion [Name] knew all too well.
Neteyam had a bad habit of taking the blame for his siblings mistakes, mainly Lo’ak’s as he made many. While [Name] didn’t blame him for this, seeing as he often felt his role as the oldest was to protect his siblings, she did feel bad every time she saw that look.
Smiling to Netayam sadly, [Name] asked:
“Is it your parents?”
To which Neteyam only nodded gently, still trying to hold back his tears.
“Did Lo’ak did something stupid?” [Name] asked again, voice getting increasingly more gentle as as the story in her head started to solidify.
Neteyam nodded again, his lip twitching downward for a split second.
“And did you take the blame for it,” [Name] watched as Neteyam looked at the ground in front of him.
“Again?” [Name] questioned softly, already knowing the answer.
A single tear fell from Neteyam’s eye as he nodded once again.
“Oh Neteyam, I am so sorry.” [Name] walked over to him, enveloping him in a hug.
Neteyam held stiff for a moment before completely falling apart in his aunt’s arms. Quiet sobs filled [Name]’s ears as he let all of the moments he took his parent’s wrath for Lo’ak. He could usually handle it, as he would claim, but the truth is it really got to him.
Neteyam has always had a great love for his family, from the moment he was born he was brought in to the world that only seemed to shower him in love. The same love he hoped to give his sisters and brother when they were born. But since Lo’ak came of age to get in trouble he couldn’t get away with, trying to shower his trouble-making brother in his love became nearly impossible. Neteyam loved his brother, he really did but [Name] understood that that does not stop Lo’ak from being an idiot. She can say that from personal experience.
As Neteyam’s sobs slowly subsided, [Name] released him from her gentle hold.
“Do you wanna talk about it?” [Name] saw Neteyam wipe his eyes quickly, taking a deep breath before he nodded.
“What has happened, my child?” [Name] asked, leading him to a soft place on the ground, where they sat down.
“It’s my dad,” Neteyam looks at the floor.
“I’m not even sure if I am upset at Lo’ak, even though he is an skxawng. Most of the time he means well, even if his actions don’t show it…” Neteyam trails off for a moment before [Name] sees his fist tighten into a ball.
[Name] rests a caring hand on his shoulder, nodding to prompt him to continue.
“But my dad… He just doesn’t understand! He doesn’t understand that Lo’ak is just young and stupid and that we are not soldiers! We are his sons! “Neteyam threw his hands in the air as he huffed in frustration. “And sometimes I wish that he wouldn’t yell at me or Lo’ak so much for just being his sons.” Neteyam finished with a sad, soft whisper.
“Neteyam.” [Name] spoke carefully, hoping to get Neteyam to look at her.
Neteyam turned his attention from his hands in front of him to his aunt. It was only after he looked up that [Name] could see the tears still streaming down his face.
“Neteyam, you are a wonderful kid and an even more amazing sibling. I know that it’s hard to take the blame for everything, and I know it’s hard having your dad not understand. But you are never alone. You know that?”
Neteyam only nodded softly.
“You can alway come to me, and even though you think he is an idiot,” Neteyam giggled at [Name]’s choice of words. “I am sure Lo’ak would be there for you too. Neteyam, even though it sometimes doesn’t seem like it, your father loves you very much. He loved you so much he wanted to have more of you!”
Neteyam laughed again, starting to finally feel better.
“Personally, I think he might treat you like soldiers because he wants to protect you. And if he can’t do that himself, I think he hopes that you will follow what he says so that you won’t get hurt. Although I get that that is frustrating, he just wants you to be safe. After all, this family is all he has.” [Name] finished, giving Neteyam an understanding smile.
Neteyam looked away for a moment, thinking about what his aunt said. When he determined that it made sense, he turned to his aunt before pulling her in for a quick hug.
“Thank you for making me feel better, Aunt [Name].” Neteyam said gratefully, smiling wide seeming feeling much better.
“Any time, Neteyam. Now go play with your siblings or ride on your Ikran!” [Name] smiled, watching as Neteyam waved as he was running away.
Although conversations like those were hard, [Name] would never turn down a chance to help her nieces and nephews. Those children felt like her own at times, and she wouldn’t trade them for anything. So as she watched Neteyam get on his Ikran and fly away, she promised herself she would always be there for the Sully family.

when someone insults you (child)
Tumblr media
There are many ways to cause problems and tension, within the clan and between Navi themselves. One way would be insult someone of the clan and thinking their family and friends, will not do anything about it. Once that insult had come out of their mouths there was no, taking back what had been spoken.
Jake x Neytiri
demon blooded girl
Those words had been said toward you by an older Navi women, you had been carrying some basket when a group kids had ran into you. resulting with the kids fall to the ground and getting some scraps of their keens and arms, you and rush to help the kid up. Taking the kids to healer hut, and have the kids attend to as well. The children were okay after the tears had ended but that didn’t save you from the rage of their mothers. As they had been told and thought you had pushed their kids. They had started scolding your outside of the hut, one od them hissed at you tried to grab you arm, soon throwing the insult at gained everyone near by attention.
women “ you demon blood child you have cause not only my kid pain but all these other kids pain” the women soon had came at you with her blade making you doge her and soon, fall down into ground.
Y/n “ please stop and hear me out there a misunderstanding” the women was looking down at you as she was standing tall, but she was not standing tall for that much longer until someone had attacked her.
neytiri “ don’t you dare lay hands on my daughter” neytiri had come right away soon kicking the women away from her child.
???? “ sister” you had been helped onto your feet by Loak and spider, as neteyam had stood between you and the other women.
Kiri “ you are bleeding”
neytiri “ you dare make my child bleed I will make you pay” before neytiri could do anything else Tsu’tey and Jake had stopped her.
Jake " neytiri no justice will be handed out in another way"
moat “ my granddaughter what has happened”
y/n “ there was accident with some kids and I took them here to get healed … ahhh”
Kiri “ grandma her injury”
moat “ come inside I will attend to you” you and kiro followed moat, as the rest of your siblings stood outside waiting. It easy to hear neytiri voice as she yelled at the group, as Jake tried his best to make sure she didn’t do anything else. Your grandmother and norm had been able to heal you up after the incident. They are mad as well and so are your siblings, the mother had been sent to their homes and away from you and everyone else.
neytiri " daughter are you okay"
y/n " I'm fine mom the cut will go away in days"
neytiri " how dare that women lay a hand on you if I was not for your father, and uncle I will taught her a good lessons"
neytiri " I will make them pay for what they have done to you my daughter"
y/n " mother please no we don't need anymore trouble"
Jake " sweetie I and your mother will handled this but you can share you side, of what has happened"
y/n " yes father"
Jake " good and your are not in trouble some witness had told us what happened, but we wish to hear from you as well"
y/n " yes father"you had nodded your head and told them everything, this had made your mom even more mad. As the women and her friends had no good reason to fight you a child and insult you as well. The mothers had been forbidden by your father and mother forming coming near you, for a very long time. They had been in major trouble with your family and the clan, for what had happened today. Their husband had came by your home with offers for forgives and to repay you as well, they had been checked careful by your mom and grandmother. You had forgave the husband and kids but stay away from their mothers for some time.
Jake x neytiri x Tsu’tey
Demon spawn
The day had started off normal for you as you had been doing your task, for the day as you had done every other day. It seems like your day was not going to stay normal. As you had been doing some fishing for your family and grandmother, by the river when some tension had came around. As you are about to hit a fish when you spotted another group arrive, you had smiled and went back to fishing. The group of kids had been to close to edge of the river bank, worrying you as you had called out to them and told them to move a bit. You even help them find a good place to fish and good position to use while fishing, and they seem to love your advice and help. You had been able to caught some big fish and started walking home, you had been that far from home when someone shoved you to the ground.
y/n " hey"
Navi teen boy " don't your dare speak to my brother and his friends like that demon spawn' You had got up not wish for a fight right now and tried to collect your fishes, when the boy had shoved you again onto the ground as the other kids came.
navi teen boy 2 " you heard what you told me demon how dare you tell them what do to do"
y/n " I was helping them that all and making sure they didn't get hurt, and making sure they were able to bring some fish back as well"
navi teen boy 3 " you are a freak and have no right to tell us how to live and do anything, and you dare lay your demon hands on my brother"
y/n " leave me alone so let walking away or this will become a bigger problem"
navi teen boy " we will never obey the words of demon girl that ...." the boy had been punched in the face by no one other then, lo'ak who was mad right now.
lo'ak " hands off my sister" the second boy had been kicked by someone who was spider.
spider " hands off of her"
????? " y/n" neteyam had been seen as he soon helped you stand he was mad as well.
navi boy teen " " the demo. Spawn started it first"
lo'ak " don't your dare call her at and or speak to her like that"
navi boy teen " demon spawn" A fight soon broke out between the boys.
???? ' enough " your dads had shown up with the other kids fathers breaking up the fight.
neytiri " what the matter here"
lo'ak " this boy was looking over my sister as she was laying on the ground, as him and his friends yelled at her fathers"
Tsu’tey " what"
spider " they insult her and called her demon spawn" soon all eyes were on you and it easy to say that you had been shoved to ground.
Neytiri " you dare lay a hand on my daughter to hurt you, you boys are shameful"
Jake " what happened y/n"
y/n " I was walking home when I was shoved to the ground, all because I help their younger siblings with their fishings"
tsu'tey " this that true"
boys " ....."
navi father " olo'eythan Tsu’tey our boys ......"
Tsu’tey " I was speaking and they will answer me"
boys " yes"
Jake " how dare you all do this over our daughter being helpful, and then you insult her as well"
neteyam " insult our sister is insult us all" the boys who were once acting like they were all that, were now not saying anything as all eyes are on them.
Jake " you boys will stay away from my daughter and my kids, after the events today until you came come up with a good apology to her" no one dare say anything else boys and their fathers had been escorted home by some of the warriors.
y/n " I'm sorry but it seems like dinner for us and grandmother is gone" your family looked at the fish they there was no saving them for later.
lo'ak " I will caught some later with the boys" you had nodded your heads as your mother had taken you and your boys to healer hut, to get checked out and soon enough home as well. Your brothers and spider had been able to caught new fishes for the family, but there was still tensions as your whole family had become mad about the insult tossed your away. They soon clam down after dinner but there was still issues here and there, the boys had stayed away from you until they came to say sorry with their siblings and your siblings there as well.
Tonowari x ronal
shameful girl
since the arrival of the sully family and their clan life in your clan and village changed, dramatically and you enjoyed it. You had made sure to be helpful for your village and the new arrivals, even learning some stuff from the humans as well. Soon become close friends with the sully kids and spider, along with the rest of the humans as well. You had given them a chance to show they are good and will be allies during the fight with the evil humans. One day you are walking to meet with your siblings and friends, when you had walked pass some of your clan members who were that happy with you.
Y/n “ good morning” you smile and look towards the group as they didn’t say anything else.
Navi women “ are you proud of yourself child” you had stopped and looked at the women.
y/n " proud of what if you don't mind me asking"
navi women 2 " proud of yourself for being friends with the family and clan, ruining your reputation and image by being with them"
y/n " I know we all have our own feelings about them and I don't blame you, but they are not like them and if you give them a chance you can see that"
navi women " you are such a shameful child and the whole clan knows that, It good you are out the tshaik and olo'eythan as you will be ruining their blood"
y/n " I'm going to leave right now before anything else is said"
navi women 2 " Such a shameful child you will ruin our clan and your family" You did nothing as you soon started walking away from them right away.
Navi teen girl " You will never be their daughter just some shameful child that will never be loved, and once I become mates with your brother you will be gone ... no more freaks and no shameful ones as well like you and them"
y/n "It will be best if you stop talking and following before anything else happens"
Navi girl 2 " you shouldn't be speaking to your future tshaik like that, it rude and you have nothing to hold over us we all know that freak"
navi girl 3 " no more freakish girl good I love that"
????? " what going on here" everyone had gotten spooked when they hear someone speaking up, they soon saw your siblings and older sully kids and spider there. none of them looked happy your sister and brothers went to you.
tsreyia " sister are you okay did they hurt you"
navi girl 3 " we will never hurt her"
rotxo " my sister was not speaking to you she was speaking to y/n"
y/n " I'm good they aeee just speaking their minds"
neteyam " they were being rude and disrespectful towards you y/n for no good reasons, and you being the olo'eythan and tshaik daughter"
lo'ak " yes they were coming from what we heard and saw"
kiri " you all are rude for being mean towards y/n"
spider " yes"
navi women " we were telling her the truth how dare she ruining your family and our clan by being friendly towards them, we were doing your parents a duty by dealing with this freak girl"
aonung " you have no right to speak to her like that"
navi women " my daughter and you are arranged I'm doing what bets for both, our family your parents will thank me"
???? " that is lie I will never thank you"attention had soon changed the parents who arrived, and ronal along with tonowari are very mad.
navi women " ronal I was ...."
ronal " don't your dare utter another word right now hoe dare you speak to my daughter like that, you are foolish women and rude as well"
navi women " I was doing what I thought was good for my daughter future"
tonowari " well now you have done something for your daughter future, my son and her are no longer promised to each other"
navi girl " no that not fair"
ronal " yes it fair you have not rights to become tshaik and have failed, to prove yourself as well as my daughter have done that perfectly"
navi women 2 " that clan will not love this"
ronal " the clan will understand what has happened now you will never go near my daughter again, after today until I deemed your worthy along with the great mother as well"
navi girl 2 " we didn't mean no harm we will telling her the truth"
Jake " you all were acting like green eye monsters .... jealousy is ugly things to have I came here to thank y/n for being helpful to my family and clan"
navi women 3 " we are sorry lease this will look bad on our families"
navi girl 3 " please"
Neytiri " it to late to be sorry you most learn from this"
ronal " now leave my husband will speak to your mates later on and we will see what happens later on. but there is no more promise of marriage"
tonowari " get them out of our sight" the mothers and daughters had been taken away. As they had been given glares by everyone else for what they had done.
tonowari " my daughter dont listen to them I love you and you make me proud"
ronal " yes your father is right my daughter"
y/n " thank you mom and baba but please don't punish their whole family"
tonowari " yes I can make that happen" you had nodded your head feeling better about everything that happened, your siblings and friends had spent the day with you making sure everything that you are good and happy. True to their word the promise between aonung and the girl had been called off, and when the mother made a scene to the whole clan the truth was revealed to everyone which made matter worst for the mothers and daughters. They had been official told to stay away from you and if they dare do anything else, there will be trouble and they were already in enough trouble with your family and clan.

BEAUTIFUL
Recom!Miles Quaritch x Na’vi!Reader
Summary: Quaritch is amazed by the beauty of new life, and Spider is just happy his manifestations came true. Warnings: Briefly mentions being a toxic father/kidnapping/death, Swearing, Childbirth Word count: 2.2k
Tumblr media
Quaritch couldn’t remember a time he was truly happy. Not with coming to Pandora, not with his son, not with his previous partner. And definitely not with his reincarnation. But right now, in this moment, he felt unexplainable love. His tail wagged and his ears couldn’t stop moving, his eyes wide and his expression almost bashful.
‘I’m a soldier for Pete’s sake when did I become so soft’ he should be ashamed of himself, his human would have punched it into his skull, but he couldn’t find himself to be. Not when he was standing in the most beautiful place known to man with the most beautiful woman in front of him.
“Ma Miles.. what are you thinking?” her accent slipped through and he couldn’t help but find how cute it was, but her eyes portrayed worry. Worry for what he was going to say back.
“Darlin. I’m the happiest man in the universe” he cupped her face and gave her a smooch, one of his hands leaving her cheek and pressing against her still flat tummy “I’m gonna take care of both of you, I swear”
Her fave lit up and her smile became wider, her four fingered hand came to rest against his on her stomach and her other against his on her cheek “I’m so happy, Eywa has blessed us” ___ purred, it was a cute rumble in her chest that made Quaritch swoon, he could only do the same in return.
“Have you told Spider” He questioned, his son, their son, was a man. The solder turned Na’vi warrior felt guilt for him, he wasn’t the best father, he never raised his only child and when he died he missed his whole life. He only just reunited with him two years ago, kidnapping him and forcing him on their journey to kill Jake Sully. But during that time he felt a bond like no other, this was his flesh (or..was his flesh) and blood, he wasn’t gonna let him go again.
“Kehe, I have not. I promise I will tonight” ___ suddenly interlocked their hands and pulled her mate back towards home. The sky people are no longer on Pandora, for now the Na’vi are at peace, the recoms have decided to integrate into the culture, it was only right since they have their body and they couldn’t go back to Earth in their state. It was strange, finding out about their back up bodies, all they had to do was transfer the DNA hard drive (Quaritch forgot technical names, who cares about that shit anyway?) to their new bodies. The recoms that did die like Zhang or Zdinarsk held no recollection of their death again, only of the events leading up, just like the first time.
Jake Sully was merciful, he was in the same situation as the now younger than him Quaritch (Jake is salty about it, he hates that he’s now the old man) and understands where he is coming from. Miles was willing to learn, so Jake was willing to teach. Neytiri and most of the clan, including the humans, where very against it. But with some encouraging words from Mo’at (who’s always sticking up for her son) the others relented and decided to see what Eywa wills these demons to do.
Now Quaritch and the old Deja Blu squad have gone full Na’vi. Some like Lyle got mates, some like Mansk became hunters and warriors. He was proud of his squad and felt alive here, unlike his life on Earth.
___ chirped out into the night, eclipse already long past and the forest flowing with life. As they walked up to their new hometree his mate chirped again, a complex sound that he cannot seem to master. A thud sounded behind them and Quaritch instantly held her back as he turned to see what it was that she attracted, only to come face to face with his human boy.
“Kaltxi ma sa’nok, ma sempul” he greeted them and did a quick ‘i see you’ motion from his forehead. They returned the gesture and ___ grinned, pulling the 18 year old into her and kissing his forehead.
“Son, we uh. Got some news to share” Miles stared at the smaller Miles, yellow eyes piercing through the dark and staring him down. If outsiders saw this they would have thought he would kill the boy, who was twice as small as him. But the people that knew him well could see the slight fear in his eyes, scared about his reaction, scared about the future, scared about making past mistakes.
Spider blinked up at his father and tilted his head “hey old man there’s no need to get so scared. I’m not a threat to you ya know” he cheekily grinned and his father could only roll his eyes, lifting his hand to his now braided head and rubbing it. Spider laughing and pulled himself away.
“Spider” his adoptive mother called out, equally as nervous. Now this caught his attention, why where they BOTH scared?? What’s going on?? “My son, I am with child, prrnen. I hope you will be happy for us”
Miles jr gasped, hand over his mouth and a smile creeping up on his face. He was to be an older brother. A TRUE older brother. He was like a sibling to the Sully kids yes, but this was different. This was his real family. “Mama, I am so happy for you” he wrapped his arms around her waist and rested his head on her hip, her arms coming around him. “I hope it’s a girl” he whispered, thinking about the ways he would protect his younger sibling.
“For the baby’s sake, I hope it is not” his mother giggled, Quaritch openly agreed but secretly he wanted the same. He wanted a little girl that looked like her mama, a little girl he could protect and love as his own. He was a girl dad, secretly.
“Cmon, let’s get to bed” Quaritch slowly dragged his family inside hometree and up the spiral steps, Spider leaping in front and going to his own hammock, jumping in and closing it. His parents where just next to him, sleeping in one that was much bigger, open, and meant for a family.
___ felt disappointment when she realised that Spider would be sleeping on his own now, since he is grown and an adult, he could not stay with his parents. But occasionally during the night he would creep down and sleep between them, head in his fathers elbow crease and arm wrapped around his mothers growing tummy. He’s done this throughout her pregnancy.
Tumblr media
Quaritch was out with his squad and some other hunters, fetching food for the clans meal tonight, Spider decided to join him with the Sully kids, riding with Lo’ak on his ikran.
___ and some other woman decided to do some gathering, fetching fruits and water from the rivers. She was with Neytiri, a woman who she viewed as an older sister. Since Sylwanin died, the Tsahìk in training saw a new opportunity for a sister in ___, who too has lost her eldest sister. She found solace in her, and vowed to protect the much younger girl.
When ___ found out that Neytiri had to leave for the Metkayina she was distraught, a woman she grew up with for her whole life is being taken from her. Then when she came back to the Omaticaya, with one child less, she knew she had to be there for her sister. But she also mourned for Neytiri’s son, her nephew.
In mourning she found her own solace in the monster that started it all, but she believed in change. If Toruk Makto became one of the people, couldn’t he? Now she is with his child, who is just about ready to come out.
“You should rest, little sister” Neytiri walked up to her with a basket full of large colourful fruit, deciding to stay behind and not hunt today, she had a feeling about ___’s labours.
“‘tiri I am fine, see? This basket is not heavy” she picked up a basket full of smaller berry’s, showing off her strength, even if it was unmatched with a hunter. ___ walked to the river to wash them, she needed to get the dirt off of them, as she was about to bend down she was stopped by a gentle hand.
“Let me” Neytiri gently hissed as the younger woman went to object, slowly giving up and giving her the basket “you may be able to carry this, but your belly would make it hard to bend and stand back up”. The elder then squatted and washed them for her, getting any small bugs and little bits of dirt.
___ sighed and smiled, she missed her. Now they have been reunited these two years they have never been caught apart. “Well, is there anything I can-“ she stopped to breath, taking a breath in and holding it. She felt a little bit of a push and water trickle out slowly from her regions below. “Neytiri”
At the use of her pause, and full name, Neytiri turned around fast and saw the situation her sister was in. “___” dropping the basket and running towards her she placed a hand onto her back and another on her stomach, feeling the baby “It will take a while for you to start pushing, but we must get you back to kelutral” she gently pushed her towards home and shouted out to the other gatherers that were around, warning them of an upcoming birth. They all whooped and cheered in excitement, some rushing back with their baskets to prepare.
“When will the hunting party be back, I need my mate” the slightly smaller woman breathed deeply, remembering what she was told by her mother on what to expect. She limped her way to hometree and glanced at Neytiri who remained silent, a distant look on her face and tears in her eyes “‘tiri?”
The warrior snapped out of her trance and turned to face ___, the tears now slowly dripping down her face “I am so happy for you, my sister. I have dreamt of this day for a long time. But if that moron dares do something to hurt you i will gut him limb from limb” she was serious and ___ knew so, she only nodded in return with a grin, wiping Neytiri’s cheeks.
A small contraction hit and she winced as she was moved to a squat on the floor, Mo’at came with some healers and painted onto her skin, a new mother must have protective runes onto her body, and it was also a symbol, one to say she was a warrior. They chanted prayers to their great mother, Neytiri included. That’s when they heard the war party, someone must have alerted her husband to the birth.
Quaritch jumped off of his ikran from the top of the tree and sprinted down to one of the levels, coming round the corner and seeing his mate prepared to start pushing. He made his way over and squatted behind her, ears twitching and hearing her grunting. “Hey darlin, let’s get this show on the road eh?” a hand reached back and playfully slapped his arm.
“You know i do not understand your saying ma Miles” his mate panted, starting her pushing. She grunted and squirmed in discomfort, but there was no pain, the herbs and ailments helped with that. The Na’vi had some pretty strong stuff.
Soon enough her son joined them, jumping over tails and standing beside his parents. Sitting next to his father and looking at his mother is worry. Quaritch sometimes had trouble with the culture, and this moment was one of them. Birthing was a communal thing with the Na’vi, there was no shame with people being gathered around a pregnant woman, they had nothing to hide after all. It was a natural process. It did baffle him since with humans it definitely was not like this, privacy was important, but the process of human birth could be seen as depressing in some eyes. He liked it this way, it showed community and safety, he was glad to be accepted as Omaticaya.
His wife’s pushing came to a close and a cry was heard, Neytiri immediately put the babe in her mothers arms and guided the bond. A Na’vi’s first bond is with their mother, to form a strong emotional connection, then Eywa is the second so the baby could be connected to Pandora, they would prepare the ceremony soon.
“I told you it would be a girl!” Spider cheered and jumped around, whooping and yipping with the other clan members and his friends.
Tears fell down ___ face and a grin graced her features, she was sweaty and tired, panting from exhaustion but Quaritch could not find her more beautiful.

“And where are you four going?”
Tuk, Lo’ak, Spider and Kiri froze in their tracks at your stern voice.
“Shit,” Spider mumbled. “Just don’t move. She can’t see us if we don’t move.”
“Dude, she’s not a dinosaur,” Lo’ak scoffed, turning around to face his eldest sister. You stared at the four with a playful smirk but stern stance. “Hey sis.” He sighed, throwing his head back in disappointment at being caught.
“I’ll ask again, where do you four think you’re going?” you repeated, narrowing your eyes at your siblings and their childhood friend.
“Um,” Spider began. “We’re going- berry- fruit- fish picking...”
You furrowed your brows at his strange excuse.
“Dude, you suck at this,” Lo’ak said, pushing his friend gently.
“We just wanted to explore the forests,” Kiri said, “Like we always do. Can we go now?”
“With Tuk?” you continued, eying the smaller girl as she sheepishly looked down. “You know the rules Tuk.”
The girl pouted and your other siblings visibly relaxed, feeling relieved that your disappointment was pointed at the youngest Sully instead of them.
“What if you came with?” Tuk questioned. She rushed towards you, pulling on your arm and staring at you with her large puppy eyes. “Please, Y/n?”
Damn my youngest sister, you thought, feeling your heart tug at the girl’s large eyes.
“Ugh, no way,” Lo’ak whined. “She’ll be mothering us the whole time.”
You scowled at the boy. “Okay, Tuk. We’ll all go together.”
Lo’ak let out another whine of displeasure. You rolled your eyes at him as Kiri and Spider shrugged at one another. “Let’s go!” Tuk exclaimed, yanking you towards the thick forest.
You chuckled before dashing off. “Come on little ones!” you teasing, stopping at a large tree and facing your siblings and Spider. Kiri chuckled, noticing the way her brother rolled his eyes.
“I always feel like a baby when she’s around,” he complained, but followed close behind.
“It’s why I’m your favorite,” you said, smirking at the younger Na’vi. Said Na’vi scoffed before looking over his shoulder.
“Tuk, keep up!” he yelled, noticing the youngest Sully getting distracted.
“Bro, why did you bring her anyway?” Spider grumbled as the small group began to climb through the trees.
“She’s such a crybaby,” Lo’ak said. “I’m going to tell Mom if you don’t let me come. You’re not supposed to go to the battle field.” He turned to direct his attention to Spider and the rest of the group.
“Don’t tease her,” you scolded as Tuk stuck her tongue out at her elder brother. “Wait, you’re going to the battle field? You know you’re not allowed.”
“And this is why we didn’t want her to come,” Kiri mumbled, pushing past you.
“Lo’ak you’re already grounded, you can’t do this on top of everything-”
“Do you want to come or not?” Lo’ak asked, sending you a look.
You stared at him, mouth in a thin line. “Yeah, okay, fine,” you finally answered.
“Great,” Spider mumbled, running after Kiri, who pushed forward.
“Come on Tuk,” you said, ushering the younger girl forward. As you passed Lo’ak, you gave his a swift smack upside the head. He scowled at you and hissed, you doing the same. “Woah.” You stopped in your tracks upon seeing an old human plane. It was covered in the plants of Pandora, now a mass metal piece of the forest itself.
“What? Have you never seen any of these?” Spider asked, looking down at you from a branch closer to the machine.
“No, believe it or not I spent most of my childhood watching after all of you rather than having fun,” you said absentmindedly. You began to climb through the branches, eyes wide as you looked at the metal. You reached your hand towards it.
“Are there any dead bodies up there?” Tuk called, breaking you from your curious trance.
“Tuk!” you scolded.
“Come on!” Lo’ak said, continuing to the forest floor with Spider. You followed close behind, guiding Tuk, though you realized she may not have needed it.
“Wait, where’s Kiri?” Spider asked. You all looked around, realizing she had disappeared.
“Kiri!” you called, beginning to wander. You glanced towards the other kids, looking at them expectantly. They quickly followed suit, calling her name and wandering about.
“We need to get back,” Tuk said. “Kiri!”
As you searched, Spider wandered off as well. “Where’s Spider now?” you said, feeling exasperated.
“Kiri!”
“There she is!” Tuk exclaimed, going under a small pocket of bushes. “Kiri!” she cheered as the girl came into view.
“Come on, we have to get back,” you said.
***
“What is it?” Kiri said as Lo’ak stopped. You followed her gaze, watching as Lo’ak and Spider now crouched on the forest floor, examining a strange set of footprints.
“We’re always supposed to be home before eclipse,” Tuk whined.
“That’s way too big for a human,” Lo’ak said, his eyes now searching the forest.
“No shit,” you said. “Probaly an avatar,” you added, now kneeling beside him.
“Maybe, but they’re for sure not ours.” The younger boy began to trek through the forest, Spider following close behind.
“What are you doing?” Kiri hissed.
“They think they’re tracking,” you said, rolling your eyes at the your younger sibling.
“Shh,” Lo’ak hissed, continuing his tracking.
You all remained silent as you trekked through the forest. Lo’ak took the lead, ushering Tuk and Kiri to keep their heads down and stay hidden within the underbrush.
“We are never supposed to come here,” Kiri whispered as you made your way to the old Avatar site.
“Dad is going to ground you,” you mumbled.
“Shhh,” Lo’ak hissed.
“For life,” Kiri added, causing him to give Spider and exasperated look.
“Bro, we have got to check this out,” Lo’ak stated. He and Spider then began to get closer to the site, leaving a frustrated you behind.
“Stay close to Kiri,” you said, directing your words at Tuk. She gave you a small nod and moved closer to her sister as you followed the boys.
“Bro, you’re so loud,” you grumbled, appearing next to Spider as they crept.
“Sis, shut up,” Lo’ak said, causing you to scowl at him. “Bro.”
“That’s where you’re dad and my dad... fought.” Spider trained off, giving you and Lo’ak an excited grin. Lo’ak returned it, but you just stared at the scene,
“Bro, that’s your dad’s actual suit.”
“Holy shit.”
“When did the humans have time to create more avatars?” you thought aloud. “Lo’ak, we have to call this is.”
“No, dude, we’ll get in so much trouble.” Spider protested. You gave Lo’ak a look and he nodded at you slightly.
“Let’s go,” you mumbled, leading the boys back to your sisters.
Once you reached your siblings once more, Tuk found herself clinging to you as Lo’ak radioed your father.
“I got eyes on some guys,” Lo’ak spoke into the radio. “They look like avatars, but they’re in full camo and carrying ARs. There’s six of them, over.”
You heard something faint on the other end before Lo’ak looked around guiltily. “Um, we’re at the old shack.” He spoke slowly, as if processing how much trouble he would be in in a different situation. Spider let out a sad sigh. “Me, Spider, Y/n, Kiri... and Tuk.” Tuk hugged your arm at the mention of her name.
“Get the hell out of there,” is all you heard from your father before Lo’ak responded.
“Let’s go,” you said, ushering Tuk and Kiri.
“See, I told you,” Kiri said, making you scold her. “You’re going to be in so much trouble,” Kiri added, her volume increasing the farther you got from the site.
“Kiri, stop,” you scolded, looking at her sternly.
“You guys, come on,” Tuk insisted, rushing ahead. “It’s almost eclipse, come on!” Just as she turned to face you, one of the avatars jumped in front of her, grabbing her, causing the girl to scream. You and the older kids were quick to pull out your bows, but found yourselves surrounded by the rest of the avatars.
“Put it down! Down!” they yelled at you in english, every single one holding some sort of gun. Lo’ak and Spider were quick to put their weapons down but you contiued to hold yours at the ready, hissing at the soldiers and standing protectively in front of your siblings.
“Y/n, put it down,” Lo’ak said, looking at you knowingly.
“Y/n, please,” Kiri said, you’re eyes snapped to Tuk, still held in the soldier’s grasp. You let out one last hiss before forcefully throwing down your bow.
“Get them! Get down!” the soldiers contiued their yelling, one grabbing each of you. You yelled as one grabbed your queue and forced you to the ground. He gripped your arm tightly in his free hand as you fell to your knees.
“Y/n,” Tuk cried, watching you.
“Calm,” you said in Na’vi. “Calm, it is alright.” You hissed once more, struggling in the soldier’s grasp.
“Shut up, don’t move,” he said, pulling on your queue.
“What do we have here?” a new voice questioned. Another soldier entered the small circle they had created, watching you all slowly and surely. He looked like  a coy predator who just caught his prey.
“Hey, Colonel,” the soldier that held Kiri said. He forcefully displayed her hand to the ‘Colonel’. “Check it out. Look, four fingers.” He smirked slightly. “We got a half breed.”
“Let go of her!” you yelled in your native tongue, continuing to struggle against the man.
The Colonel smirked at you before stalking towards Lo’ak. “Show me your fingers,” he ordered.
Lo’ak glared at the man before slowly revealing a pair of middle fingers,
The man chuckled with a sickening smile. “You’re his, aren’t you?”
Lo’ak hissed in response, his tail swinging.
“You’re his alright.” The man then grabbed Lo’ak by his queue, making his let out a pained noise.
“Let go!” you protested, Spider and Kiri doing so as well.
“Where is he?” Colonel questioned.
“Sorry, we don’t speak English, to assholes,” you spoke, making the man turn his attention to you. Lo’ak scowled at you, but you ignored him.
“And what about you?” he asked, throwing Lo’ak back at the soldier. “Are you one of Sully’s too?”
You only hissed in response, attempting to lunge at the man. He chuckled. “You’re more like your mother,” he said. “Now, where’s your father, sweetheart?”
You stared up at the man before smirking. “Fuck you,” you spoke in English.
“So, is that how you want it?” the man said, pulling out his knife and grabbing your face. “Where is Jake Sully?” You swiftly bit his thumb, making him jump back in slight surprise.
“Fuck you,” you repeated, spitting out a bit of his blood.
The man glared at you before turning and making his way towards Kiri.
“No! Stop!” you and Lo’ak yelled, struggling in your holds.
“Stop! Don’t touch her!” Spider screamed, his words louder than your own. “Hey! Don’t touch her!!”
“Don’t hurt her, please,” you said, your badass facade falling in fear of hurting your sister.
The Colonel turned to Spider at his pleas. “What’s your name, kid?”
“Spider, Socorro,” Spider said, breathing heavily.
The Colonel waved off the soldier holding Spider. “Miles?” He knelt down to the boy’s level, a look of confusion on his face.
“Nobody calls me that,” Spider said.
“Well, I’ll be damned,” the man said. “Well, I’d figured they sent you back to earth.”
“You can’t put babies in Cryo dipshit,” Spider fumed. You smiled a bit at the insult.
The Colonel motioned for his soldier to grab Spider once more. “What’re we doing, boss?” he questioned.
The Colonel stared at Spider before pressing the button to the radio on his neck. He said something you couldn’t understand, only hearing the last phrase, “-bringing in high value, prisioners.”
“Let us go!” Kiri said.
“Kiri, calm yourself,” you told her in Na’vi. “Everything is going to be alright,” you added as the bound you all and ushered you to a new part of the forest. They pushed you all to the ground as the Colonel watched some sort of recording.
“That’s Sully’s woman,” he said, his eyes flickering to you. You had been often told you shared a similar appearance to your mother, but none of which who had told you this shared the same look of distain as this man did.
“She’s an animal,” another soldier added. You hissed at their words, making you scowl at them.
“Tuk, it will be okay,” you said as the eclipse made the word of Pandora darken. You reached to touch her, best you could while bound and held away. “It’s like when we would play in the forest, when you were little.”
“Shut up,” the soldiers scolded, pulling you to your feet as it began to rain.
***
They held you in the dark and cold. You could feel the cool metal of their gun and other forms of violence against your skin, making it crawl.
You heard the men talk before they sulked into the forest.
Your ears suddenly perked at the familiar yipping sound in the distance. You caught the gaze of your siblings who all held knowing looks.
Kiri began to pray to the Great Mother quietly, causing the man holding her and Spider to hiss a small, “shut up.”
The chaos began when an arrow landed in the man’s skull.

————
Your birth was viewed as a new beginning, of sorts. The Omatikaya had gone through so much loss, so much pain in the years that the Sky People had inhabited their planet and planned to make it their own, in hopes of replacing their dying Earth with the beautiful and brutal Pandora. Many Omatikaya had lost their lives as a result of the humans greediness, leaving many orphaned and physically scarred from the destruction they caused. It was hard to see a bright future with the humans constantly taking and taking from the People and the planet they resided on. But, it seemed to get a little bit brighter once Jake Sully, the great and mighty Toruk Makto, had lead the clans to victory against the Sky People in the Great Battle. The humans had no choice but to leave the planet, finally allowing a peaceful and bright future to form itself for the Omatikaya and the rest of the Na’vi living on Pandora. Many celebrations were held in thanks to Toruk Makto’s as well as in triumph for the humans finally leaving their home after thirty years. But another one was celebrated after it was announced that Neytiri te Tsahka Mo’at’ite was with child, marking a new era for those who were succeeded after the Great Battle.  You were the new stepping stone for the bright future of the Omatikaya. An omen of good fortune to come to all of Pandora.
Being the eldest child of Toruk Makto had been difficult, especially growing up. Much was expected of you, duties upon duties being put onto your shoulders from such an early age. You had to live up to such high expectations, something that came with being the first child of Jake Sully, a once Dreamwalker, and the clans most fiercest warrior, Neytiri. Constantly training to one day stand in front of your people and be recognized not just as Toruk Makto’s kid but as their leader as well. Although you had the typical features a regular Na’vi should have, four fingers on each hand and no traces of hair on your brow bones, children are still cruel. They constantly called you names that most definitely shouldn’t be repeated, pulled on your tail and hair, spit at you, told you that you’d never be good enough to be clan leader one day, and bothered you during your trainings. You’d cry to your Sa’nok about it once you came home from training, sniffling into her neck as you repeated the awful things kids your age said to you. And even with your parents butting in and demanding the children to stop, you couldn’t help but believe the words they uttered, plagued by the possibility of them being right. So, you pushed and pushed yourself to be the best you could be. Spending whatever free time you had from archery training in your Grandmother’s tent, eager to learn what every herb did and what technique she used when applying paste onto an injured Na’vi, watching her every move. And spending whatever free time you had from that practicing your tracking skills. You did a lot to prove yourself and tried your best to look unfazed by the little amount of sleep you received daily. But as the words that you and your family had to potentially leave your home and clan, everything that you knew, spilled from your Sempul’s mouth, the only thought that came to your mind was Was it all not enough?
Adjusting to your new life at Awa’atlu was extremely difficult. You were a foreigner in a foreign place and your title meant nothing to these people. Sure you earned a little respect and street cred from being the eldest child of the Toruk Makto, but it still wasn’t enough to earn you place amongst the Metkayina. So, once again, you trained and trained until your muscles felt utterly useless from the amount you swam and your lungs felt numb from continuous breath holding. But, as every day passed and the sun rose in signal for a new start, you slowly got the grasp of the way of the water. And you actually found yourself relaxing in the oceans water as you silently floated there once you were excused from your training, a small smile on your face. It was nice to finally relax for once, the feeling a bit foreign to you. Back home, you never got a chance to relax, always busy with pleasing your parents and everyone else in the clan, leaving you without any room to simply breathe. The whole thing kind of felt like a vacation almost. No longer having this weight on your shoulders to become the next clan leader and live up to your clans expectations of you. That is, until the humans find your family in the one place you were supposed to be safe.
You grew up with the stories of the Sky People and their selfishness, how quick they were to claim something that wasn’t theirs and how quick they were to fight over it, not caring for the blood that they spilled in the process. Growing up, you’d have nightmares about the humans coming back to Pandora and slaughtering the ones you loved right in front of you, not being able to move quick enough to stop them. Your Sempul often pulled you into his arms and rocked you in comfort, trying to whisper sweet nothings into your ear as you fell asleep in his hold. He’d then lay you back down in between himself and Neytiri, placing a soft kiss onto the crown of your head before quickly falling asleep as well. As you aged, they became few and far in between, dreaming of flying your beloved ikran or messing around with your youngest siblings. But once the humans returned to Pandora a year before leaving for Awa’atlu, the came back in full force. Your family were awaken many nights by your crying or screaming, rousing you from your sleep to comfort you, sobbing into their gentle hold as the dream kept repeating in your minds eye. You were terrified of having your family be taken away from you and, perhaps, that’s where your fear of disappointment came from and not the cruel children you had encountered early on in your life. You wanted to be a protector and protect the ones you loved, and protect you did.
The sting of the salt water is what drew your attention to the middle of your aching chest, looking down to witness the crimson red leak from your body and mix itself into the clear water you were submerged in. You hadn’t even realized you were shot in the process of jumping into safety, barely even processing the whizzing bullets flying passed you as you dived feet first into the water. All you were focused on was getting your little tsmukans, Neteyam and Lo’ak, to safety during their mission to rescue their human friend, Spider. Your personal safety was the last thing on your mind, demanding that your brothers and Spider go first jumping into the moon pool, shooting back at the fake Avatars. There weren’t many times where you saved your brothers asses from the things they managed to get themselves into, that job being put onto Neteyam by your parents. So, this being one of the only times that you saved both of their asses and were going to die as a result, put a gentle smile on your face. At least I would go out protecting those you cared about, you thought to yourself.
Your struggle was noticed by Neteyam, halting him in his celebrations with Lo’ak and Spider. “Are you alright, tsmuktu?” He asked, making his way towards you as he glided through the water. His eyes didn’t clock in on your hand over your chest yet, too busy watching you nearly drown as you struggled to keep your head above water. It was as if once you registered that you were shot, your body began to shut down at the realization. Your once strong legs forged by the oceans unpredictable current were now struggling to keep yourself up and lazily kicking, your left arm desperately trying to make up for your legs inability to work at the moment, making crazed movements underneath the water to stay upright. You lungs and chest also burned, not accepting any of the air you tried to suck in from above the waters surface. “I’ve been shot, skxawng,” you uttered, spitting out the water that managed to make its way into your agape mouth. Everything burned, even within the oceans cool water.
“Fuck,” Neteyam whispered, grabbing the arm that wasn’t covering the open wound in your chest and wrapping it around his shoulder, trying not to openly sob at your cries of protest in pain. It was now Lo’ak’s turn to notice your current state. He tensed at your cry and found himself praying to the Great Mother that it wasn’t what he thought it was. Neteyam’s following statement only solidified his fear, “(Y/N)’s been shot! Help me get them up!”. Both the brothers and Spider helped you up onto the back of Lo’ak’s ilu, Neteyam settling himself behind you as Spider gripped onto the side of the ilu’s saddle. The four of you raced to the nearest piece of rock that was in direct eyesight, Lo’ak calling out to your Father once he notices him atop the rock they were aiming for. Fear had instilled itself into the younger Sully brothers, hoping that whatever was happening was not the last time you would take a breath.
“Watch their head, bro!” Lo’ak called out against the crashing waves, rocking his, and everyone’s else’s, body up against the jagged rock they were trying to hoist you up on to. You coughed up a mouthful of water in response, gasping for air once the wave that splashed you pulled back and granted you air. “What happened?” Jake hurriedly asks, pulling your body into his arms before gently setting you down onto the rough surface of the rock. He swiftly moves you to your side to assess if whether or not the bullet that pierced you also came out the other side. His heart dropped once he saw the exit wound, even more of your blood gushing out from it. Jake could only close his eyes as he gently shifted you back onto your back, dread making its way up his stomach and into his heart. Jake had witnessed a many of deaths during his time in the marines on Earth. And although he had gotten used to the feeling those deaths gave him, nothing would’ve ever prepared him for the feeling of losing one of his children before his time. Jake found himself thinking of his twin brother, Tommy, at this time, wondering if his death had been like yours, painful, or had been quick and peaceful. Jake quickly shook his head at the thoughts. This is no time to think of your late brother, Jake, he thought. Your child needs you.
“Is-Are they going to be okay?” Spider asked, keeping his distance from Jake and the rest, guilt crawling up his chest and settling into his throat. He tried to gulp down the feeling, but that seemed to only make it worse. No one answers the human boy, too occupied with their dying loved one in front of them. You never made an effort in befriending the boy, your Mother influencing your thoughts on the boy as well as being too terrified to. If all Sky People are said to be what your Mother told you as a child, then you didn’t want to interact with one. But, as you lay dying on the small piece of rock, you couldn’t help but feel bad for not giving the kid a try. One conversation wouldn’t have hurted, right?
Neteyam had put both of his hands over the wound in your chest, as demanded by your Father, in order to slow the blood from further oozing out. “You’re gonna be okay, okay?” Neteyam comforted, although it seemed to be more directed to himself than you, “You have to be. You’re my big tsmuktu. You’re invincible.”. Neteyam’s words only caused more tears to leak out from your eyes. You hadn’t even known you were crying. Whether from the pain or the realization that you were, in fact, dying, you did not know. Neteyam always looked up to you growing up. Although you were only a year older, he still viewed you as his role model. You carried yourself with such grace and confidence, he often found himself trying to memorize your strides and how you pulled back a bow effortlessly, practicing what he could remember whenever he was alone, desperate to be just like his older sibling. As the both of you grew older and drifted apart, he still viewed you as someone to look up to and strive to be like. A much younger Neteyam also viewed you as invincible, untouchable by the bad things that lurked within the depths of the dark corners of Pandora. And now, as a teen, he still viewed you as invincible. Even as you lay bleeding out in front of him, he still thinks you are because you protected him and Lo’ak and Spider from the soldiers on the ship. You gave up your life for him, and for that, he doesn’t know what to do with it.
“You still have to finish that bracelet for me, (Y/N),” Lo’ak sobbed out, grasping your free hand into his as he knelt in front of you, next to Neteyam. You only shakingly smiled at your brother, trying your best at squeezing his hand in response, but your fingers only gently fluttered at the attempt. You had begun to weave a bracelet for your youngest brother the night after he was abandoned at the Three Brothers, hoping to cheer him up from the hurtful words your Father spewed at him. You were never a good weaver so it took longer than expected, even with the help of your tsmuke, Kiri. Upon hearing of your struggle from the complaints of Kiri, Lo’ak felt warmed at the nice gesture you were doing. Growing up, Lo’ak always loved the things you made, even if they were a total disaster and halfway down. He still cherished them in his heart. He often found himself ‘accidentally’ breaking a bracelet he or someone else made and asking you to fix it for him or make him another one, excitedly waiting behind you as you did so, tail furiously wagging behind him in joy at his successful attempt at getting you to make him another bracelet of your creation. You pretended to not notice Lo’ak’s continuous purposeful breaking of handmade bracelets he received, happy to make him another one. It made you feel wanted and useful, especially if you had another encounter with one of the child bullies within your clan that day.
“D-Dad…” You weakly called out, turning your head and gaze towards your Father. Tears were running down his eyes as his gaze shifted back onto you, smiling down at you the best he could, putting on a front so you wouldn’t worry. “Yes, angel?” He asked, taking your right hand into his large ones, resting it against his cheek in hopes of comforting you. “I-I did it. Y-yeah? I pro-protected them, D-Daddy. I tried. R-re-really hard. I did. Got th-then t-to safety,” you responded, struggle evident in your voice as you stuttered over your words. That’s all you wanted to do back on that ship. Protect your brothers and get them to safety. You were glad to have achieved your goal, but at what cost? You were only sixteen years old and had so much ahead of you. Even before being forced to leave your home clan, you dreamt of becoming a fierce warrior and leader for your people and possibly having a family of your one day. But that all was ripped from you by a single bullet. Jake found himself cursing Eywa and all the other higher beings for taking his child’s life away far too soon to actually experience it. It wasn’t fair at all. But, nothing ever if fair is it? The Great Mother only gives and borrows energy, having the power to take it away all in one breath. And Jake is learning the hard way of what the Great Mother is truly capable of.
“Yeah, yeah you did, angel. You protected your brothers and brought them back to me,” Jake answered, brushing some matted flyaways from your forehead, the dried up seawater making the hair cling to your skin, “I’m so proud of you.”. Upon hearing that statement, you felt contentment settle itself between your bones. You longed for those five words for years, especially if they came from your Father. It wasn’t very often that either of your parents expressed their feelings about your accomplishments to you. Sure they might’ve bragged to other clan members about how you claimed and bonded with your ikran in little than two minutes, setting a new record for young Omatikaya, and they might’ve put you on a golden pedestal to others, highlighting how nearly perfect you were at everything you did. But they never said those kinds of things to you up front. A few “Good job”’s here and there, but nothing too impactful as those five words that your Father just uttered.
It seemed as if the constant battle your body was engaging with had came to an end, numbness spreading to your entire being as the only thing you could do was continue to breathe shallow breaths and look up at your Father. Your heart was tired of pumping blood throughout your body only to be pushed out of it. Your lungs could only take small breaths at a time, not having the energy to fully expand at your inhales. Your head began to feel fogging, all your senses dimming as you barely registered your Mothers ikran harshly landing in front of you. “What-” the question that Neytiri was going to asked for stuck in her throat as her eyes fell into the scene in front of her. Her eldest child, the light of her life, was limp and covered in blood, who she hoped wasn’t yours. “My baby,” she whispered, quickly falling onto her knees in front of you, Neteyam moving out of the way so your Mother could see you in your final moments. Flashes of her giving birth to you, feeding you from her breast for the first time, playing with you as a babe, teaching you how to walk and talk, and all your other firsts you experienced throughout your sixteen years of life on Pandora raced through her mind once she saw the bullet wound settled into the middle of your chest, draining all life from you. You had been her first child, her pride and joy, and to see you like this, pale and sticky with your own blood, made her want to trade places with you. In an alternative universe, she would’ve.
“Oh, Great Mother, please. No!” She shrieked, grabbing onto both of your biceps, trying to hug you closer as more of your soul and life slipped away at each passing second. You wanted to comfort her, to tell her that it’ll all be alright, but you physically weren’t able to speak, too fatigued to open your mouth. So, you just laid there as your Mother brought you close to her chest, seemingly trying to share her life force with you, to spare you from the cold grasp of death. Jake could only watch as Neytiri pleaded for the Great Mother to spare you, heart strings tugging at her desperate wails. He knows that Eywa always has a plan, but does that really include taking his eldest child’s life away? He began to doubt the entity that breathed life into everything on Pandora, just like he did back on Earth with all the other ones. Would she really be that cruel?
Lo’ak was the first to notice you completely go slack and relaxed, your eyes focused on the eclipsing sun in front of you. He didn’t want it to be true, calling out your name in hopes for your eyes to shift from the sun to him. But, it never came. Neytiri pulled you back from her chest, gently shaking you in hopes that you’d awake. But, you didn’t. Upon the realization that the eldest Sully child had finally passed and was reunited with Eywa, everyone broke. Neytiri let out multiple screams and wails, begging for you to come back. Jake had only closed his eyes once again, tears escaping from his waterline. Neteyam looked down at his blood stained hands, feeling like his palms were on fire. Even then, years after your death, Neteyam can still feel the weight of your blood on his hands and the sticky feeling it left behind, no matter how many times he scrubbed at them. Spider continued to stand in his spot, motionless. He couldn’t help but feel as if your death was his doing. Maybe if he didn’t get kidnapped by Quaritch, you’d still be alive. Maybe if he didn’t need Lo’ak’s help in rescuing him from the ship, you’d still be alive. Maybe if he was able to go into cryo and be shipped back to Earth, you’d still be alive. And Lo’ak felt his body go cold. He slumped back in the spot he was sitting in, bringing his hands up to his face as he sobbed into them. He felt as if he was at fault too. Maybe if he didn’t insist on going to get Spider, you’d be alive. Maybe if he didn’t get caught in that net, you’d still be alive. Maybe if he didn’t go to that stupid broken down lab and get held hostage by Quaritch, you’d still be here. But that’s all the Sully family can do. Think of what if’s and only pray that your soul makes a safe return into the afterlife and that you only stay blissfully ignorant to the fact that you died and are no longer living. They can only hope.
And, along with your death, the new peaceful beginning that was prophesied and hoped for at your birth, died as well.

description: the long awaited story about the twins getting kidnapped by their dad and everything that happens in between.
A/N: here it is folks! Sorry it took so long between student teaching and writers block, i’ve been wiped. Hope this everything you guys thought it would be <3
Tumblr media
"Come on, are you just a little bit curious?” Lo'ak said trying to persuade you to come with him and Spider to the old battlefield.
"This sounds like a really bad idea, but if I get to watch you get in trouble then I'm in." You said shrugging your shoulders.
"Seriously y/n?! " Kiri said shocked that you agreed to go with him.
"Yeah come on, I mean if nothing else we can blame them." You said as she agreed to come since you were gonna be there.
"What about Tuk, shouldn't we send her home?" Spider asked.
"No I'm coming with! Or I'll tell mom." She said making you and Kiri laugh.
"See she has to come otherwise, she'll go 'i'll tell mom if you don't let me come', I'll tell mom you're going to the battlefield'. He said mocking her as she stuck her tongue out at him.
The five of you made you to the old battlefield where all the abandoned ships were from the first Sky people war. You guys were exploring when you heard footsteps, causing you five to hide in some bushes nearby and that's when you saw a group of five avatars, but they weren't fully Na'vi, you and Lo'ak shared a look as you pressed the buttons your necklaces that was connected to Neyetams and his parents.
"What's your spot? Over." Jake asked.
"We're at the old shack." He said.
"Whose we?" Jake as the three of them shared a look.
"Me, Kiri, the twins, and Tuk." He said as you all knew you were about to be in trouble for being here.
Neytiri look at Jake scared at the mention of Tuk being there, and Neyetam wondered what in the world you were doing there because you weren't typically one to follow through with Lo'ak's ideas.
"I'm scared y/n." Tuk said to you as you squeezed her hand reassuring her it was okay.
"Son you listen to me very carefully, you don't make a sound and you get the hell out of there, do you copy?" Jake said.
"Copy. Moving out now." He said as you guys slowly stood up and began making your way home.
"See I told you." Kiri said as you guys started walking home.
"Kiri not now, yell at him later." You said to her.
You three were too busy arguing and not remembering what Jake said and that's when you heard Tuk's scream making you guys look and see a bunch of these avatars surrounding you.
"Spider drop it!" You and Lo'ak said.
"Spider please." Kiri said as Spider slowly dropped the bow and arrow he was holding.
You all were held in a circle by these guys as the one who appeared to be the leader walked around looking at each of you until he stopped in front of you. You watched as they all looked at each of your fingers, closely observing them.
"Four fingers we got a half-breed." One of the guys said referring to Kiri who winced as he grabbed her hands.
"Show me your fingers." He said to Lo'ak who just simply flipped him off making you silently laugh.
"Your his aren't you?" He asked as yanked Lo'ak by his braids making him hiss.
"You're his alright." He said.
"Where is he?" He asked Lo'ak who hissed him again.
"Really?" He asked Lo'ak as he pulled out a knife and threatened him.
"He's on his way." Kiri said making him turn his attention toward her.
"Kiri no!" You and Lo'ak said struggling against your captures.
"Now this is interesting, two humans running with Na'vi." He said to you.
"What's so interesting about it? They're my family." You said as he looked at you curiously before moving over to your brother.
"What's your name?"  He asked looking at your brother.
"Spider.......Socorro." He said making you wince at him for telling him who he was.
You watched as he looked between you and Spider a few times before he knelt in front of Spider and studied him,
"Miles?" He asked confused as realization hit as to who this man was.
"No one calls me that." Your brother said.
"I'll be damned, I thought they sent you back to earth." He said.
"Can't send babies in Crypton dipshit." Your brother said.
You stood there staring at the man when you heard Neytiri's war cry making you all turn and look around for her, knowing that you guys were about to be saved any moment now.
"Mama!" Tuk said as an arrow pierced the guard holding you, making you turn and see Neyetam as you saw Jake and Neytiri.
You all broke free from the guards and started running to get away from them. Eventually, you all would escape everyone but your twin which almost prompted you to go back until Jake stopped you.
"He's gonna be okay, your brother is strong. We need to get outta here." He said hugging you as you prayed that your brother would forgive you for letting him get taken.
You guys made it home and Jake started talking about leaving, making you worried that you were gonna get left behind and lose everyone you loved at once.
"Hey y/n, who was that guy and why did he recognize Spider?" Lo'ak asked you.
"It was my dad.." You said quietly as all the siblings looked at you in shock making you get up and leave.
Neyetam was hot on heels not wanting you to be alone since the whole kidnapping ordeal. He found you sitting by the pond you guys always came to, and took a seat next to you.
"Are you okay, my love?" He asked reaching for your hand.
"Yeah, it's just a lot. My brother getting taken, my dad who was supposed to be dead is apparently alive and doesn't know who I am, and oh you guys might be leaving me here." You said with a bitter laugh making him frown.
"Hey we're not gonna leave you, I promise you that. Do you really think that I would leave you?? Or that dad would leave his favorite child??" He asked making you laugh.
"Ney I can't help but feel it, all my life people have left." You said breaking his heart.
"Well, we're not. I don't know where we are going next but I do know that wherever I go, you go too, okay?" He asked as you nodded your head.
"And as for your dad, it's his loss. You are so amazing and it's his fault for not knowing you or spider. Spider is gonna be okay, we'll find some way to get him back." He said wrapping his arms around you.
"I love you, sweetheart." He said placing a kiss on your forehead.
"I love you too Neyetam." You said quietly.
Meanwhile, Quaritch stood outside of Spider's cells watching as Spider tried to break the door and yell in Na'vi and basically act like he was a Na'vi.
"He thinks he's one of them." The General said as she watched Spider as well.
They hooked a spider up to a memory machine in hopes to look through his thoughts in hopes to find Jake. Quaritch watched with a sympathetic look on his face as he watched Spider struggle against the machine.
"General let me try a personal angle." Quaritch said.
"You know he's not actually your son, right?" She said as he walked into Spider's cell.
Spider who was hiding under the table saw the door open and tried to escape only for Quaritch to catch and set him down on the table.
"Easy there tiger." He said trying to show spider that he was a threat.
"I'm not him but I think you might want these." He said placing the dog tags, in spiders hand who gave them back.
"I don't want anything from him." Spider said as Quaritch sighed.
"Look I have no memory of you, but I want a chance to get to know you,  I know you would never betray Jake, just ride along." He said.
"Some father you are didn't even realize you left your daughter." Spider said making Quaritch look at him.
"Daughter?" He asked, he was only ever told stories of his son, never that he had another kid let alone a daughter.
"Yeah you know we're twins...do you really not know any of this?" Spider asked him confused.
"No, I knew about you but not her...I thought she looked familiar but I couldn't tell where from." He admitted.
"Sounds like you need to go do some research." Spider said.
Quaritch left the cell and grabbed one of the tablets and pulled up Spider's information which then pulled your information and true to Spider's word you guys were twins...why didn't Paz or anyone tell him about you, why did everyone keep you a secret from him. Quaritch never saw himself having kids let alone a daughter but there was something about you, that made him want to find you and try to build a relationship with you.
You guys had been flying for what seemed like days, you were flying with Neyetam on his Ikran. The family was gonna try to seek shelter with the Metkayina Clan, away from all the people who were trying to hunt down Jake.
"Are we there yet?" Tuk asked sleepily.
You soon saw the beautiful blue ocean making you gasp at how pretty it was, you hoped things would work out here. Soon you all landed, Neyetam climbed off first and then helped you down giving you a few minutes to adjust to being on your feet again.
"You okay, yawne?" He asked brushing some of your hair behind your ear.
"Yeah." You said.
"Stay behind me." He said knowing that not all Na'vi were welcoming to humans, but not that he would let anyone hurt you.
"On me." Jake said as everyone began following him to find the leaders which drew attention to you guys as the tribe started circling around you.
You stayed tucked near Neyetam who kept an arm around you, as you all watched as Jake spoke with the leaders Tonowari and Ronal about you guys staying there. Ronal circled around you all and grabbed at Lo'ak harshly embarrassing him which worried you because if Lo'ak was only half of what you were, then imagine what she was gonna say about you.
"It's alright Yawne." Neyetam said squeezing you as he glared at Ronal who had turned her attention to his parents.
"Demon you are not welcomed here." Ronal said to you.
"She stays." Neyetam said wrapping his tail around you and hissing at her as you watched him in shock.
You had never seen Neyetam so possessive before, he rarely got out of line with adults so this was new for you. You kinda stayed behind him as you watched Jake come and try to mend things before they all got kicked out.
"She means no harm, she's our daughter and his mate. Please." Jake said to her well more so Tonowari who seem to be more willing to accept them.
"She can stay, everyone let's calm down, please. My kids will teach your kids and show you to your mauri." He said as the girl who Lo'ak was staring at earlier came over to you guys.
"Come with me guys. I'm Tsierya by the way." She greeted you all before leading the way.
Neyetam kept a tail wrapped around you as you walked to your new home but you couldn't help but feel the stares from everyone as you guys walked by
Things have been a huge adjustment for everyone, but surprisingly you had learned the breathing and swim pretty fast despite being human, some of the clan members were still afraid of you and some of the clan kids liked to pick on you and your sibling but stopped once Neyetam put them in their place.
It had been an early morning, you and Tsireya who had become quite close with you, were out practicing your swimming and breathing lesson while everyone else slept. The two had taken a break from swimming and were just on the beach talking about her and Lo'ak when you two heard some rustling from the woods making you two look at each other confused because no one else was up.
"Oh shit." You said when you saw that man aka your father walking towards you.
"Tsierya go home!" You said to her as she look between you two confused as he got closer.
"Don't you dare!" You said backing away from him, having a feeling why he was here.
"Come on daughter....don't you want to go home with dad?" He asked getting closer to you.
"Ma Neyetam! Ma Ney!" You screamed thrashing in Quaritch's arm.
Neyetam and everyone woke up to the scream, neyetam recognized your screams and darted out of the mauri where he saw you and the avatar from the other week. He got on his illu and raced over to you where you were only he was too late, he could only watch as the demon ship flew away with you.
"Dad! He took her! I promised her that I would keep her safe and now she's with him, the one person she hates in this world." Neyetam said defeated as Jake hugged his son.
When you woke up, you were in a cell making you realize everything you dreamed was true and not some nightmare. You stood up and walked over to the mirrored glass and started banging on it, making Quaritch shake his head at how similar you and your twin were.
"Let me out here! I'm not your kid so let me go." You yelled banging on the glass as Quaritch watched you with a conflicted look on his face.
"What do you want us to do Miles?" One of the guards asked.
"Let Lyle try and talk to her first." Quaritch said as Lyle nodded his head before heading into your cell where you managed to slip between his legs and out of your cell.
You were thankful for all the time you spent with your friends and all the adventures they took you on because right now, your stamina was probably gonna get you out of this place. You successfully escaped your cell and were running trying to remember how you got into this place, where you ran into the general who tried to fight you but you punched you and kept running until someone managed to catch up to you.
Quaritch couldn't help but smile at you successfully escaping Lyle's grasp, punching the general, and nearly escaping, it's something he totally would've done. He watched to see how far you got until one of the men captured you and your screams were heard through the base almost making him want to intervene.
"Let me go." Y/N said tried fighting against Lyle as he tied her hands together.
"Listen here, you little bitch, the next time you put your hands on me, I'll put a bullet through your skull." The general said shoving Y/n back into her cell.
Y/N just laid there on the floor silently crying hating that she was even here and that she would probably never see Neyetam or her family again. Quaritch stood outside her cell watching her lay there and cry which was killing him inside for some reason to see her like this before deciding to head to Spider's cell, to talk to him and maybe get some answers.
"Hey Spider, what's going on with your sister?" He asked.
"What do you mean?" Spider asked confused.
"I mean she's constantly going on about how she's not my kid and that she's Jake's and whatnot." He said taking a seat next to him.
"Oh she's always been like that since we were born, our foster parents didn't want us, so Jake took us in and raised us. Him and y/n are really close, she looks up to and admires him and a lot of ways. Him and some of the other scientists told us about you and showed some old footage of you and since then she's always hated you and apologized to the Na'vi for what you and the others tried to do." Spider said.
Quaritch returned from talking with Spider feeling conflicted about how to approach you, he stood outside your cell watching as you slept on the cold floor still tied up, and something was tugging on his heart. He made his way down the hall where extra blankets and pillows were kept and grabbed some before heading back to your cell. He laid the blankets down next to you and set the pillows down into a makeshift bed, before reaching over trying not to disturb you, and untying your hands before gently lifting you onto the makeshift bed and covering you up.
The next day, Quaritch saw that you were awake, so he decided to try the same approach he did with Spider in hopes that would calm you down. He walked into your room and saw you hiding under the table no doubt planning your escape. He bent down to look at you and that's when you tried it and he managed to catch you.
"No you don't speedy, your brother already tried that." He said picking you up and setting you on the table.
"I don't know why I am even here, I'm not your kid so either kill me or let me go!" You said staring at him.
"Look your brother didn't want these, so maybe you would like them." He said taking off the dog tags and handing them to you.
"You and him mean absolutely nothing to me." You said throwing the dog tags across the room making him sigh.
"Come on, I'm trying here kid. Give me a chance here." He said not wanting to go down the route he was going to have to.
"Stop calling me that! I'm not your kid!" You yelled.
"You know I didn't have to untie you or bring you a blanket, you know? I could've left here on this cold floor but I didn't." He said making you roll your eyes.
"Then don't do it! I would've been fine, my family is gonna come and get us out of his hell hole and away from you." You spat.
"You think Sully is gonna come save you? Huh? You're not even his real kid so why would he risk everything for some annoying human girl." Quaritch said.
"Your wrong! Unlike you, Jake doesn't leave his family behind!" You said glaring at him.
"Ms. Sully hates humans, so she was probably waiting for the perfect moment to get rid of you." He said.
"Your wrong about that, they're gonna come to get me." You said.
"Yeah let's see about that." He said walking out of your cell and leaving you there with your thoughts.
This was how it went for the next two months Quaritch would try and talk to him and it would end in screaming matches or you hooked up to the memory machine to try to get info on the sully's location. Your twin was feeling restless hearing your screams wondering what they were doing to you, and wishing he could help. It had been officially a month and nothing from the Sullys, leaving you to wonder if what Quaritch said was true.
"Hey kid, I brought you some food in case you were hungry." Quaritch said stepping into your cell figuring that maybe he was nicer, and you would be nice as well.
"Thank you." You said quietly eating deciding to stop fighting and make the best of your situation.
"Are you feeling okay? Your not fighting with me today." Quaritch said touching your forehead.
"Yeah, I'm fine. I'm stuck here better make the best of it." You said looking at him.
*3 months later*
You had slowly very slowly warmed up to Quaritch, you still hated him and sassed him at times, but he did let you start off by seeing your brother who you nearly killed at first but didn't, deciding to have the freedom to walk around was better than that cell.
*flashback*
"Hey, sis." He said making you turn towards him.
You didn't say anything but instead, walk over to him and wrapped your arms around him. Spider was so confused at first because he was fully prepared for you to yell at him but wrapped his arms around you.
"I'm sorry, I didn't know what else to do." He said.
"It's fine. I'm just glad you're here at least." You said making him wonder what they did to you, all those nights he heard you screaming.
*End of flashback*
A month and a half into your stay, Quaritch had found a space for you, to live in, on the ship and made a deal with you that as long as you behaved and kept the sassiness to a minimum, you could live in there instead of your cell.
"Hey, you okay?" Spider asked walking into your room.
"Yeah, I just wanna go home. I miss everyone especially neyetam." You said playing with the bracelet that he has made for you.
"I don't know how but I promise we'll get out here." He said squeezing your hand.
Quaritch had noticed that he hadn't seen his kids in a while leaving him to wonder what you two were up to. He made his way to your room and found you two asleep next to each other making him smile.
A few days later you guys were woken up for breakfast, only you didn't go to breakfast still too upset about missing neyetam. Your dad waited to hope you would show and when you didn't he became worried, so with the help of spider, he made a plate of your favorite foods and went to go check on you.
"Angel?" He asked stepping into your room.
You quickly wiped your eyes and tried to put the bracelet back on before he noticed. You had finally earned some freedom and you weren't about to mess that up.
"Yeah?" You asked turning and looking at him.
"Hey what's wrong? Why are you crying?" He asked kneeling in front of you.
"Nothing. You'll just get mad and put me back in the cell if I tell you." You said making him frown.
"No, I won't. I don't like seeing you upset, please tell me." He said as you weighed his options.
"I miss...I miss my family especially neyetam." You said hesitantly preparing for his reaction.
Quaritch was taken back a little he honestly didn't think that you were that close to the sullys. It brought up a nasty feeling in to hear that one of his kids missed Jake and his family, but then he looked at you and could see you studying him awaiting his reaction.
"I'll go back to my cell. I knew I shouldn't have said anything." You said quietly.
"No hey wait, you just caught me off guard is all. Look I know you miss your family, I do and I wish there was more I could do to get you back to them." He said.
"I know you do." You said even if you didn't believe him.
"Why don't you eat some breakfast and tell me about them? Especially this neyetam boy??" He said handing you a plate of food.
He sat there listening to you talk about your childhood and it made him realize how much he missed out on. He could tell how much you loved and saw the sullys as your family and more so he could tell how much you cared for this neyetam boy. It began to make him wonder if he did the right thing by kidnapping you and going after Jake. It was late one night and you couldn't sleep, so you decided to go walk around the ship and clear your head. You quietly climbed out of bed careful not to disturb your twin who was sleeping in his own bed next to you and left the room. You found a spot where you could sit and look outside at the water, so you sat there looking at it thinking about everything that had happened over the three months.
"Hey kid, what are you doing up? It's like 2 in the morning." Your dad asked making you turn and look at him.
"Couldn't sleep, figured that maybe if I sat here and looked at the water long enough, it would put me to sleep." You said.
"Well, I know somewhere that has a better view of the ocean if you would like to see it." He said to you as you nodded your head.
He bent down and picked you up holding you close to him as he carried you, you guys walked into the break room which had this big window where you could see the ocean. He sat there still keeping you in his arms, watching as you turn and looked at the water.
"Hey, Quaritch do you think you could tell me some stories about my mom?" You asked him nervously.
"Of course sweetheart, can I ask why though?" He asked you.
"I don't really remember her like Spider has a picture of her, but I don't recognize or remember her if that makes sense." You said.
"Yeah, it does. Alright, let's see your mother..." He started talking about her and you started feeling sleepy.
Quaritch had finished his story and looked down awaiting your reaction and found you asleep in his arms making his heart swell. He couldn't help but smile at how peaceful you looked and it made him realize how much more of these moments he wanted to have. He got up carefully making sure not to disturb you and carried you back to your room. He gently set you on your bed and covered you up.
"Get some rest sweetheart." He said placing a kiss on your forehead.
You wandered out of your room curious as to what everyone was up to, still trying to figure out how you got in your room because the last thing you remember was talking with your dad and that was it.  You found your way into the meeting room where you saw Quaritch and his team around a table discussing something probably Jake. You made your way inside and over to Quaritch where you crawled under his legs and stood between them. Quaritch looked down and saw you between his legs as you watched and listened to whatever they were talking about which brought a small smile to his face unaware that the general and Lyle both caught it.
"Please be nice to them. They might not even know who Jake is." You said to Quaritch as he talked about going and meeting with the Ta'unui clan.
"I'll be nice at first then I won't." He said to you as you sighed having a feeling about what was about to happen.
You guys arrived at the island and you offered to be the translator, but really you were hoping to pass off a note to one of the members to give to your family. One of the RDA thought the clan member who approached you was about to strike and hit them.
"It's their greeting! Calm down!" You said to one of the RDA as you looked to Quaritch for help.
"Relax she knows them." He said as you thanked him before apologizing to the clan member and helping them up.
The clan member felt you press the note in their hand and looked at you, where begged them not to say anything with your eyes and they nodded their head. You spoke them in their language asking if they knew who Jake was or if they had seen him with the tablet that Quaritch had been holding.
"They said they don't know who is. Never heard of him." You said to Quaritch.
"No, I don't believe that, one of them has to know who he is. Now one of you will tell me where he is or I will kill you one by one." He said as you looked at him in shock.
"They said they don't know who he is! Are you so wrapped up in your own personal vendetta against him that you can't believe that someone doesn't know him?" You screamed at him as he looked at you.
"What do you want us to do Colonel?" Lyle asked him.
"She's right! What you are doing here is wrong!" Spider said to him hoping to appeal to his sense as well but even that didn't work.
"Burn their villages as a warning message." He said as you and your brother looked at each other in shock as the Ta'unui clan became hysterical as you fell to the ground crying watching their home burn.
"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry." You said to them as you were jerked off your knees and dragged back to the ship.
"You didn't have to do that! I thought for just a small second you were actually a decent person but everyone was right you'll never change." You said walking into your room which was still a cell and slamming the door in his face.
Neyetam and his family had been restless since you were taken but especially Neyetam worried about you day and night. He had sitting on the dock making a new necklace for you when Tonowori and Ronal approached him and his family.
"The sky people burned our neighboring village for not giving you up, but um the clan leader was told by the human girl that had been here with you guys, to give you guys this." Tonowori said handing Jake a folded-up piece of paper.
"Did they say how she was or what she looked like?" Neyetam asked him.
"They said she looked tired and scared of the leader, and plead with him multiple times to not harm them and he wouldn't listen, and that when his team started burning their homes, she fell to the ground in tears and kept apologizing." Ronal said as Neyetam's heart broke as he looked at his parents.
"What does the note say?" Neytiri asked Jake as he read over it.
"It's a map, and a very detailed one at that, of the ship and where it is and when they are gonna attack. Oh, Neyetam this one is for you." Jake said handing him a piece of paper.
"They're gonna attack? You brought war to us?" Ronal asked as Neyetam stepped away to go read your letter. "Ma Dearest Neyetam,
I don't know if you will even get this, I'm risking so much but I need you to know that I'm here missing you like crazy. I can't believe it's been almost four months since I last saw you...I miss you so much more than you could imagine. Things have been so weird here, I started off as a prisoner and turned into this guy wanting a relationship with me it's so confusing and I wish I had you to talk to about it, you always know what to say and how to make me feel better." The letter started off making Neyetam cry at how much he missed you.
"It's gonna be okay ma Neyetam, we're gonna get her back." Neytiri said hugging her son instantly making him perk up.
"We are?" He asked.
"We are. She gave us a highly detailed map and plan of what they are doing." Neytiri said.
Meanwhile, you were currently being dragged to your cell, as your so-called father said that he was disappointed in you for trying to help the tribe and interfere with his plans to find Jake if he only knew.
"Get in there and don't come out unless we tell you can." Quaritch said pushing me into the cell for trying to help the tribe.
"I hate you! You know this and everything you are doing is wrong but you still doing it." I said as he left me there.
I had been laying there god knows how long when I started hearing the alarms going off, and what sounded like gunfire happening, and then the ship rocked causing me to fall over and that's when I realized that the ship was starting to sink.
"Spider! Someone please!" You said as you tried breaking down the door yourself.
"Help! Someone please!" You yelled as you banged on your cell door as the water slowly poured in from one of the vents.
"Y/N?" You heard what sounded Neyetam say making you perk up.
"Ney? Is that you?" You asked hoping your mind wasn't playing tricks on you.
A few seconds later you saw your mate standing before you on the other side of the glass, you placed a hand on the glass as he did the same thing, making the tears stream down your face that he was really here.
"Back away from the door." He said as you moved away from the door.
A few seconds later he broke the cell door open and walked inside where you immediately ran into his arms. Neyetam wrapped his arms around you and squeezed you as tightly as he could, glad that you were finally back in his arms, the past four months had been hell without you.
"I thought I never see you again." You said to him making him pull back from you slightly so he could look into your eyes.
"It's alright I'm here now. I'm sorry it took so long but I'm not gonna let anything happen to you again, alright?" He said holding your face in his hands as you nodded.
"Okay now let's get out of here." He said placing a kiss on your forehead.
You guys stepped out of the room and into the hallway where the water was up to your waist, making you look at Neyetam. He turned around so you could climb onto his back since the water was still at his legs, and once you were on, he began trying to get you guys out of the sinking ship.
Meanwhile, Quaritch had been searching for you and your brother, since the ship started to sink, more so you because you were in that cell, and he was beginning to run through every scenario possible. Quaritch found Spider being corned by one of the recoms so he shot them as he made his way over to his son.
"Spider? Where's your sister?" He asked.
"I don't know I thought she was with you, her cell was empty." Spider said looking at his dad as Quaritch prayed that one of the sullys had you and not someone else.
You and Neyetam had been swimming and were almost out of the ship when a huge wave came through and knocked you off his back making you scream as Neyetam turned and tried to find you but only to find empty water. The wave finally released you and you took a minute to catch your breath when you saw him.
"Oh, what do we have here? Daddy's little girl all by herself, what's a matter your little boyfriend leave you?" Lyle taunted you.
"Leave me alone Lyle." You said slowly backing away from him.
"Not gonna happen, see daddy killed one of our friends in order to protect your brother so now I'm gonna have to do the same, only he's gonna watch." He said reaching for you as you ducked and started swimming from him.
He eventually caught up to you and grabbed your hair and dragged you to where you guys could hear Jake and Quaritch arguing. You saw your dad with a knife up against Kiri's throat, and Jake in cuffs as the family watched.
"Oh Quaritch and Sully, seems you forgot your little girl." He said making them turn and see him with you at knifepoint.
"Why is he cuffed?" You said to your dad as the guilt hit him. Was he about to kill the only man you ever considered a father over some vendetta?
They both made an effort to try and get close to you but they stopped once they saw Lyle press the knife deeper against your skin making you whimper.
"Don't do it! Either of you! Or I'll hurt her!" He said.
"Y/n!" Kiri said catching Neteyam's attention as he turned and saw you held at knifepoint.
"Kiri." You said as Lyle readjusted his grip on you.
"A daughter for a brother." Lyle said.
"Kill her. She means nothing to me, we're not even the same species." He said as the tears streamed down your face as he said those words.
"If you say so." He said raising his knife and getting ready to stab you as you braced yourself saying one last prayer to Eywa.
Except it never came, you felt Lyle's grip be released from you. You opened your eyes and saw Neytiri standing there who pulled you into her arms as she guided you over to where Neyetam was. Your dad watched the whole scene with you Neytiri and understood now that these two were your parents, not him or your mom, you were so strong because of Neytiri and Jake raising you.
Neyetam wrapped his arms around you, glad that you were back in his arms and safe for the most part. You wrapped your arms around him, not saying anything.
"It's okay, I've got you now." He said placing a kiss on your forehead.
"Where's my twin?" You asked quietly.
"He's with Lo'ak. Your both safe now, let's go home, baby." He said helping you onto an ilu before climbing behind you and heading home.
Only Spider and Lo'ak lingered to help your parents in case something happened, as Spider was helping guide everyone out of the sunken ship, he saw Quaritch's lifeless body and almost left him. He was about to swim away to see if Lo'ak needed help when something tugged on his heart to go rescue ya'lls dad, so he swam back and dragged him to the surface level, and to a near island.
"Son, come with me." Quaritch said as Spider looked at him.
Spider hissed at his dad, and looked around for his friends and you so he could go home.
"Spider!" Quaritch called out to him as he watched Spider swim away.
It was a few days after everything happened when you and Spider were called before Tonowori and Ronal and the whole village.  You and Spider stood next to each both sides eyeing each other as you tried to figure out what was going on, were you guys about to get kicked out?
"These two humans helped save our neighboring tribe and our children and for that, we will welcome them back with open arms as one of our own." Ronal said as the tribe celebrated.
Jake and Neytiri couldn't help but notice how you haven't talked to them since your return, you barely looked at them which hurt because they really did care for you.
"Hey son, is y/n okay? She's hardly spoken to us since we got back." Jake asked Neyetam.
"She's upset. She thinks you guys forgot about her and Spider, and that you don't care about them." Neyetam said as they sighed, guilt eating up at them.
They decided that needed to find you and make things right with you because they really did care for you a lot and see you as one of their own. They saw you laying on the dock playing with some of the fish in the water.
"Ma y/n, can we talk to you?" Neytiri asked making you roll your eyes as you sat up and looked up at them.
"What's there to talk about? You guys clearly don't see us as your children as you claimed all these years which is fine but it still hurt nonetheless." You said pushing past them and heading into the Mauri.
They frowned at your words and followed into the Mauri, where they could hear your cries. They took seats next to you hating that they were the cause of your tears.
"You guys just left us there with him...for two months I fought with him about how you guys wouldn't just leave us there with them and that he was wrong about you....but he was right we were there for four fucking months! We thought you guys were my family, I consider you guys my mom and dad but I guess I was wrong because surely parents wouldn't leave someone they cared about with someone like him." You said crying.
Spider could feel that something was wrong with you, so he made his way to the Mauri where he heard your cries instantly worrying him. He walked in and saw you in between Jake Neytiri, making him even more confused.
"Hey sis what's going wrong?" He asked kneeling in front of you and wrapping his arms around you.
You wrapped your arms around him, as Jake and Neytiri watched you guys realizing the mistake they made, that you two only had each other so they needed to do better and try to fix the mistake they made by leaving you two with Quaritch.
"Hey you two, listen we made a mistake by leaving you with him...we were being selfish by thinking maybe if he had you two he would back off which clearly didn't work....we do consider you a part of our family, we have loved raising you and watching you two grow over the years. I'm sorry that we left you there for so long, we worried about you day and night and hoped that maybe you guys would escape or he would let you go. I know it's gonna take a lot but we will earn your trust again if you'll let us." Jake said.
"Yeah he's right and Spider I owe you an apology for the way I treated you before getting kidnapped..it was wrong of me to hold you accountable for something that was out of your control. I hope you can forgive me." Neytiri said shocking you and Spider.
"I can. Thank you, Neytiri." Your twin said as you dried your eyes.
"I can forgive you guys as well. I can understand why you did it, it just hurt is all." You said looking at them.
"Come in you knuckleheads." Jake said to his kids who had been outside listening to the whole exchange.
Everyone joined the group hug, with you and Tuk being squished in the middle but there was no other place you rather be.
"What does your father always say?" Neytiri said.
"Sully's stick together." You all said together making you believe things would be better.

Brother pt.2
Pairing- Spider x sister!reader
Summary- Not giving up any information about the Sully's the recoms use you and your brother as personal navigators throughout Pandora.
Pt.1 Pt.2
Italics mean speaking in na'vi (mostly cause I'm to lazy to look it up rn)
A/N- also we are going to pretend like Quadritch didn't burn entire villages and is just focused on killing Jake cause I'm a lazy gal 🤭 and like I was thinking about making a pt.3 where like the recoms don't wanna do the plan anymore and like run with y/n and spider and the Meykayina clan takes them in and stuff and Jake is there giving Quartrich a side eye it's just a thought tho.
Tumblr media
Two male Avatars through you and Spider into a helicopter ending with a loud 'thud'. "Wow such gentlemen." You say rolling your sore shoulder. The men tsk at you but you could care less. Quaritch steps into the helicopter sitting down in front of you and Spider.
Spider who only looked terrified but you, you were angry at Jake Sully for leaving you two behind, at the soldiers who kidnapped you and tortured your brother, and mostly angry at yourself for letting it happen. Spider hit your shoulder pulling you from you thoughts and look at him and his eyes avert to Quadritch you look at him and clench you jaw. "You two do anything, and I mean anything stupid and will have you back here in exactly two minutes and I will give you an old school ass whippin' understood." You try to pull from the grasp he had on your shoulder and he only shakes your arm. "Understood?" He asked once more. "Yes sir." You spit out hatred in your tone.
The pilot dropped all of you off into the forest. There were a few other avatars and you hopped up on a tree stump so you looked over them to listen into there conversation as Spider did the same.
"We are in their territory now, their home so that means we have to get inside their heads so that means, We go full Na'vi." Quadratic began and you only shook your head. "We eat Na'vi, we ride Na'vi," he began. "We speak Na'vi." The older man spoke his accent made the language sound broken as if he forced it out and you laughed along with Spider the team of fake Na'vi turned to the two of you, some giving you a glare. "Three year olds speak better than you." You say in your common tongue with ease.
Quadritch tilts his head and smirks, "Well miss Smarty pants since you two are so good guess you just bumped up from prisoner to our personal pandorian navigators." You cursed yourself as you clicked your tongue at the man and crossed your arms. Spider let out a huff as he shook his head.
And now the helicopter you were on was now taking you farther up the Hallelujah Mountains and you could only think of one reason were they going to try and tame and ikran, idiots.
And before you knew it you were being shoved off of the helicopter once again and onto the mountain surrounded by the team so you couldn't run. You look at the to familiar mountain and you feel at home that was until you saw Quadritch crouching towards and ikran fist formed. You look at Spider who had a smile on his face but your face was creased what the hell was he doing?
A loud screech came from the ikran and as you seen many younger, stupid Na'vi do he hissed back, his was much more demanding it would send shivers down your back if you were fighting him. And then he punched the ikran, punched sending the creature downward. The older people surrounding you were cheering him on but you were to focused on if he was going to be able to do it.
He trapped the animal with his thighs but that wouldn't be enough, he was fighting back Quadritch grabbed his braid but the ikran flipped off of the edge and you smiled. But that smile quickly went away.
He emerged in the back of the banshee fist in the air. You bit the side of your cheek as Spider turns and looks at the ground, just as disappointed as you. You turn around and walk with the team. Oh how you wish you could be back at the lab, the lab that stunk of hand sanitizer, where you couldn't touch almost anything, where you had a small bed that your feet hund from, and your room filled with decorations to distract yourself from everything. That lab you hated for so long you wished you had it.
Quadritch saw your faces and for some odd reason his heart tugged in his chest.
"Hey you two, dumb and dumber your coming with me."
You and Spider turn around confused walking to the man who was still on the ikran.
"What?" You ask.
"You heard me last time I wasn't around you tased one of my men and knocked the other one out so I wouldn't put it past you to do anything else, now get on the banshee." He said and all you did was roll your eyes. As Spider hops in front of him Quadritch and he secures him as you jump on behind him holding onto him. "So who's dumb and who's dumber?" You joke and you could have sworn you could hear a faint chuckle come from the man before he took off.
The flying was amazing you almost forgot you were a prisoner. And you began to fly over water you quickly questioned where you were going to yourself. And then he landed Spider and you hoped off and Quadritch walked down to a short man. You and Spider jumped onto a pole next to them. "So yours the asshole condemning my ship." The man said with a thick Australian accent. He smiles "That would me."
And soon it didn't feel like you were a prisoner you had your own room as did Spider. And they let you walk around anywhere you wanted, do almost anything you wanted. And as days went on you grew closer with the team, even thought they kidnapped you, they were cool. Z-dog and you talked shit about the men, Lyle and you spared, Mansk you and Spider stole a few of his glasses he didn't mind though, Prager the one you tased finally made up, and Lopez taught you how to do tattoos, and Fike and you play pranks on the others all the time. And you two seed to get closer with Quartrich but it was different you didn't know what it was just different.
And sometimes he let you two sit in on meetings like today you were reading a book that was on the ship called Macbeth by Shakespeare. You closed it as it was getting boring and a little confusing. You looked up at some weird hologram thing they had coming from the table, and then you feel a yank at your tail. Turning around at lightning speed and see Spider snickering. "What did I say about pulling my tail?" You hiss and then he starts to run away, ducking under Quaritch.
Quadritch looks at Spider as he ducks and smiles. You push behind him and he chuckles at the childish tactics you two are doing. You chase after him and then his side hits the side of a table spilling some vile. Some look over and one man rushes over, "Oop sorry sorry." You say grabbing a napkin from a bin wiping it up before he swats and pops your hand making you pull away pulling from your hand. Quadritch's eyes follow as he seea the guy pop your hand. "You messed it up god I hate kids-" he said wiping the table the rest of the way. "Leave em alone."
Quadritch'a deep voice was enough to shut the man up and then you and Spider snuck out of the room running up and down the halls looking for something to do. "Hey Mansk!" You tell stopping in front of the man as he lifts a weight. "Hey! Have you guys seen my red glasses I've been looking for the-" "Nope sorry!" Spider yells before he grabs your hand dragging you along.
It was eclipse and you and Spider were on your bedroom floor his hair was spayed out as was yours it was so boring. "Wanna go sit on the roof?" You ask as you sit up him not far behind. "Sure nothing else to do." He huffs as he gets up a long with helping you up.
You peak your head out of the door, no one. "Coast is clear." You whisper to him as you sneak out first him behind you closing the door not to loud. Spider out his mask on as you cracked the door open cringing at the 'whoosh' sound it made as it opened. He stepped out first climbing to the room trying not to disturb the people under it. You closed the door leaving a small crack in it. You followed him and sat next to him looking up at the sky and the ocean you floated on.
It was quiet, comfortable silence.
Spider took a sharp breath before letting it out. "They are nice, you know everyone here." He said and you blinked a few times. "They are." You reply.
Silence once again.
"I just don't know why they want to kill Jake, I bet if we try and talk them out of it and teach them our ways they will like live freely." Spider was throwing suggestion after suggestion out and you just didn't know what to do. "I don't know Spider, I don't know what to do." You confessed. He sighed once again before laying his head on your shoulder. "I know." He replied.
For one of the first times in your life you didn't have a funny comment or thought to soothe the stress in the atmosphere. You didn't know what to do.

The Spiders Sister - Chapter 2
Summary: Reader is still a little sick and staying hidden while Wanda and Natasha look after her.
TW: Sickness, asthma
Words: 2.8K
A/n: Part two!!!
It must have been a couple of hours sleep before you woke up again. Somebody was knocking on the door and for a second you panicked, still feeling awful and sleepy your mind was working though a dense fog to catch up.
When you finally managed to recall the events of earlier that morning, you felt a slight bit of relief.
“Come in.” You called, your throat scratchy and sounding like sandpaper on glass.
The door handle turned, and you prayed the girls had kept their promise to not tell the others yet.
Wanda’s face peered into the room, and she glanced around until her eyes fell on you, still holed up in bed under the sheets.
“How are you feeling?” Wanda asked as she came inside, holding a tray. She gently closed the door after her and came to sit on the bed beside you.
“A bit better than I was. But not great.” You mumbled.
“Well, if you don’t mind, Nat and I are happy to look after you until you get better. Peter’s been telling us stories about you, now he can.” She begun and you groaned. Drawing a smile from her. “All good don’t worry. He’s a good kid and it sounds like you’re a good sister. And spider-man at that.” She said with a wink, and you buried your flaming face in your hands.
Wanda carefully pried your fingers away from your blazing cheeks and smiled softly at you.
“Now, I made you some soup and Nat’s gone to steal some of Peter’s enhanced-super cold and flu medicine out of Bruce’s lab for you.” Wanda said as she set the tray down on your bedside table. “Put this under your tongue.” She said handing you a thermometer.
“I’m fine.” You said not taking from her. She raised an eyebrow in challenge. “Really. Im all good now.” You argued and she still wasn’t having it.
Using her magic wanda floated the thermometer up to hover in front of your lips. You gave her a look and opened your mouth.
She beamed at you and the thermometer positioned itself under your tongue.
“Now what?” You mumbled from behind the stick.
“Now we wait for that to beep and go from there.” Wanda said catching the drooping thermometer with her finger before it could fall from your mouth while you spoke.
After a few more seconds of Wanda fussing with the things on the tray and messaging who you assumed must be Nat on her phone, the stick beeped.
Before you had a chance to remove it yourself wanda had stolen from your lips and was closely observing the numbers on the small screen.
She hummed a low note and sent another text to Nat before placing it down on the bedside table.
“Well?” You asked trying not to pout about feeling left out.
“102.3 still a fever.” Wanda said before standing and heading to the door to open it.
Natasha stepped into the room with three bottles of medicine in her arms.
She came over and took a seat next to wanda who had sat back on the bed like before.
She handed the bottles to wanda who looked at the labels and began taking out pills from two of the bottles and measuring out a red liquid from the other.
“Oh, hell nah.” You said. “I am not drinking that.”
Nat raised an eyebrow. “You will be.” She said and you frowned, slouching down and glaring at her which only seemed to make her smirk grow larger.
Wanda finished measuring it all out and handed you the two pills and a glass of water.
“What is this?” You asked.
“Fever reducers and cold and flu meds that were made for peter.” Wanda said and you nodded and took them.
Then wanda held out the small medicine cup of red liquid.
“Nope.” You said pursing your lips. “Not happening.”
“If you don’t take this, I’ll force feed you it myself.” Wanda said and you glared at each other for a second before swiping it out of her hands.
“Fine.” You grumbled and wanda beamed at you.
“Good girl.” She said and you defiantly did not feel your stomach flip at those two words.
However, Natasha seemed to smirk to herself about something while wanda busied herself with the soup.
You took the medicine like a shot and scrunched up your nose after.
“Why is it sweet?” You asked smacking your lips together.
“Peter’s a baby when it comes to gross cough syrup, so he requested it taste like cotton candy.” Nat said and you rolled your eyes.
“Of course he did.” You mumbled.
Before you could find further reason to complain Nat plucked the cup from your hands and wanda set the tray on your lap, fussing over the pillows behind you that were keeping you propped up against the bedhead.
You eyed the tray closely. There was a bowl of thick orange soup with a blob of white sprinkle with small green herbs. Along with a soup spoon and napkin.
“Um? What kind of soup is it?” You asked.
“Pumpkin soup with sour cream and chives.” Wanda said. “It’s an old family recipe from my childhood.” She said seeming to lose her smile for a fraction of a second before it came back.
You nodded. “Thank you. You really didn’t have to go to all the effort wanda.”
She just shrugged. “Its kind of what we do around here.”
“Look after each other, she means.” Nat clarified and you nodded and brought a spoonful of soup to your lips.
It was warm and tasted amazing. You hummed in delight at the taste and Wanda beamed.
“This is really good.” You said taking another spoonful of it.
“I’m glad you like it.” Wanda said.
“So, where’s peter?” You asked, striking up conversation.
“May took him home. Nat managed to convince her that you were fine staying here with us. We are happy to have you and if you like that could be a more permanent offer depending on what the team has to say.” Wanda said and you choked on your soup.
Coughing, you felt Natasha’s strong hands pound your back to help you breathe.
Once the fit had subsided you blinked at wanda who was looking at you with concern in her eyes. You waved her off.
“I’m all good.” You begun but she handed you the glass of water anyways.
“Small sips.” She instructed and you nodded and drank some of it slowly.
“Sorry.” You apologised. “I just wasn’t expecting that.” You mumbled, cheeks warm.
“No need to apologise I probably should have waited until you weren’t eating.” Wanda said and you laughed.
“But in all seriousness… you guys want me here? Like … on the team?” You asked and Nat looked at Wanda before nodding.
“We would need to have Fury sign off. Steve and Tony will have to agree as well, but theres not denying you would be a valuable asset to the team.” Nat begun. “I’m planning on holding a meeting with the team when your up to it. But until then I want you to rest and get better. It’s important you put your best foot forward when starting off with the team.” Nat said and Wanda nodded.
“You’ll do great. The team will love you.” Wanda agreed, throwing in her own two cents to Nat’s speech.
“So, Nat how did you manage to sneak in and out of Bruce’s lab and find peters meds?” Wanda asked with the grin that Natasha returned.
As Nat launched into her story, which included a cabinet of medicine labelled spider-baby, a banner-stark debate over what atom is the best and lastly her spy skills.
By now everyone had gotten themselves comfortable on the bed. You were sat against the headboard with wanda on your left and Natasha on your right.
The king bed managed to squeeze all of you in and left ample room for more space.
As Nat continued her story you found yourself listing to one side. Your eyes drifting half shut as the exhaustion rolled over you.
Blinking harshly, you tried to stay awake until a soft hand guided your head to something soft that smelt like strawberries and vanilla.
You decided to forgo fighting sleep for any longer and left yourself drift off.
Natasha grinned at Wanda who was stroking your hair as you laid on her shoulder asleep.
It was an adorable sight and Nat may or may not have taken a photo of all three of you together with you asleep in the middle.
After the two listened to your slightly wheezy breathing and elected to let you sleep for now and to monitor your breathing, Wanda put on a sit-com on the Tv on a low volume as her and Nat settled in.
Over the course of the afternoon Wanda and Nat kept a close eye on you as you slept. Listening to the wheeze in your exhale and making sure it didn’t get worse or require your asthma inhaler.
Once or twice when Wanda checked your temperature with her hand against your forehead you nuzzled into her palm, still sleeping which warmed the witch's heart
You were adorable in her eyes and the glint in Natasha’s said she felt the same way.
At one point your powers began acting up as Wanda wanted to get up for some water and she found herself stuck to you.
She had looked lost and slightly bewildered while Nat giggled and helped her pry you off her.
“Tony says peter does the same thing when he’s sick. They can’t control it.” Nat had explained to Wanda in a hushed and slightly amused whisper so as not to wake you.
Finally at around five in the evening Wanda decided she needed to get up and cook dinner.
As she slid out of bed you began to wiggle a bit, seeking the warmth that had been there moments ago as you had been tucked into her side.
Wanda watched like a deer in headlights to see if you would wake up.
Instead, you simply rolled over and latched onto Natasha leg. Clinging to it like a baby sloth cuddling its mama.
Natasha had looked surprised almost shocked at the turn of events and Wanda hid a giggle behind her hand at Nat’s comical expression before she schooled her features.
It took a lot to surprise Natasha, but you had managed to do it within only knowing her for two days.
Wanda silently slipped out the door as Natasha looked down at you with a peaceful smile.
No longer paying attention to the Tv she was gazing down at you as she gently traced a pattern on your arm.
Despite having only known you for two days, Wanda and Natasha had found themselves almost entranced by you. From the way your nose scrunched up when you smiled to the way it twitched like a bunny before you sneezed.
Peter had kept telling them stories about you and your escapades as spider-man that had often landed him in trouble with Tony.
Wanda and Natasha had found all the walls they had spent years building over their scarred hearts to have melted in the presence of your sunny disposition, even if it was buried under a little sickness at the moment.
Wanda wanted to learn more about you, she always loved stories as a child, but you seemed like the best novel she may ever get the chance to read. And she wanted nothing more than to write the rest of your chapters together. She would be willing to bleed the ink from her own body to write your happily ever after together on the same page. To exist in a world of you and her. To add to the ecosystem that fed her soul. Because she always felt she had room for more un her heart. She had felt love like this before, once before, and it was double as she had laid in the bed with the both of you.
Natasha dreamed of finding someone that felt like home. After so long running from false families and a broken childhood, she wanted nothing more than to curl up and relax with someone that made her feel safe. Someone that made her feel the same way you do when you drink hot chocolate while watching the snow drift down on a winter wonderland. You were the home she was looking for. The way your heart touched hers, reached for her like a magnet was something she rarely felt. Something she had only ever felt once before. With another redhead who lived in the tower.
Wanda finished making dinner at around six. Before calling the team, she plated up three dishes of food and left the kitchen.
Only once she was safely clear and, in the lift, did she tell Jarvis to alert the team for dinner.
When Wanda stepped back into your room the first thing, she noticed was the concern on Natashas face.
Many may see the black widow as a cold heartless woman, yet that was just her persona in front of the cameras.
Sure, she was hard to crack open at first, but it seems she had taken a liking to you almost immediately.
Behind closed doors Natasha was quite a sweet and caring person for those she loved, showing her affection in indirect manners such as little gifts and cracking jokes at just the right time.
As wanda approached the bed she begun to realise why Nat was worried.
Your breathing which they had been monitoring had grown more wheezy.
Nat looked up from where she had been studying your face to look at wanda.
“I wasn’t sure if I should let her sleep or wake her to use her inhaler.” Nat said.
“No, you did the right thing. We have to wake her up for dinner now anyway, so we’ll have her use it now.” Wanda said with a small smile.
“We should also check her temperature and give her some more medicine.” Nat added and wanda agreed with a nod as she placed the dishes down on the desk.
Natasha gently began to rub your arm. “Y/n/n. Y/n/n wake up.” Nat said softly and after a second you batted her hand away drawing a chuckle from Wanda.
“Noooo let me sleep.” You said but Nat wasn’t having it.
You tried to pull the covers over your head but Nat held them down in place on the bed with her foot.
“Would you get up if I told you wanda made dinner?” Nat asked and wanda stifled a chuckle behind her hand as you cracked one eye open.
“Maybe.” You said and wriggled so you were sat against the headboard.
“Good. But before you get dinner its medicine time.” Nat said and you groaned in protest.
“There’s always a catch.” You grumbled and Wanda winked at you.
“For you? Always.” Wanda grinned and you gave her a half-hearted glare.
Natasha pressed your inhaler into your hand, and you simply blinked at her. “I don’t need it.” You said.
“I’m not asking again.” Nat smiled sweetly.
“Technically you didn’t ask the first time.” You said and looked at wanda for backup where she was leaning against the desk with an amused smile.
“Nope.” She said popping the p. “I can hear you wheezing from here bubs. Take it and breath like the rest of us.” She said smugly.
“Whatever.” You pouted and took the inhaler, ignoring them both and looking at a spot on the wall.
When you were done wanda patted your cheek.
“Good.” She said handing you a thermometer you took and dutifully placed under your tongue.
When it beeped Nat’s quick hands beat you to it and stole the device from your lips.
“99.8 it’s gone down.” Nat said with a smile.
“Yay.” You drawled sarcastically.
Before you could even get another word or remark in Wanda placed two tablets into your hand. “Swallow these.” She instructed and pressed a glass of water into your other hand.
You sighed and did as you were told, making both women smile at each other.
As the three of you ate you complemented Wanda’s cooking and savoured the food.
The two women chatted to you about the avengers asking any questions you had. When dinner was done, they could see you fighting to stay awake.
When do I get to meet the team?” You asked over a yawn you directed into your fist.
“Well, we’ll see how you feel in the morning and go from there.” Wanda smiled as she messed around with the pillows. “Get some sleep Y/n.” She smiled and you nodded, too tired to argue.
Settling down you were asleep before they two had left the room.

I have some news to share...😕
Hello, everyone. I have some news to tell you all, and it took me by surprise when I discovered it. Firstly, I just want to say thank you to a wonderful person on this app for telling me (don't know if you would like a shout out or not, DM me if you do, but you know who you are), but without you, I would have never known, so thank you so much!! ❤❤
But onto the news, like I stated previously, a wonderful person sent me a post that someone had published a story here on Tumblr that was literally copied and pasted from my own story, "Lapdog," with a simple change of the characters, and some dialogue that contained Spanish was reverted to English. I never gave this person authorization to use my work, and they literally took complete ownership of it, even stating: "It took me 5 hours to make." When, in reality, "Lapdog" took me 2 days and even more to edit and write. 🤧😅
I was greatly upset when I saw this; honestly, I was shocked for a good while before getting advice from my sis, @powerful-niya, on how to handle this situation. I had completely forgotten that plagiarism and the stealing of one's work could even happen, so when this occurred, it really took me by surprise. 😔
What further hurt me was the sight of this person fully claiming my work as theirs. They received many asks and comments about how good "their" story was and when a part 2 would be posted, and they responded saying: "Hii!! So a ton of people have been asking me about a part 2, and I mentioned that I would think about making the part two." And this one really got to me: "So some wise words would be to stick around for a bit, to see if it gets uploaded or not, but don't take this as a definite yes, because I'm still not sure."
It literally sounded like they were waiting on my second part of Lapdog to be uploaded to simply steal that one as well. I held very conflicting emotions: hurt, anger, sadness, and possibly even a little fear. However, with the help of some great besties here on Tumblr and from home, I was able to get through it. Here's a shoutout to those wonderful individuals, and I'm so thankful for you, girlies. I really appreciate the support! ❤😊
@serpentineaerodynamics, @grumpypixistix, @powerful-niya, @luvrxbunny, @amariiyagurl
(Also, thank you once again to the person who initially told me about this; I'm extremely grateful!) ❤
Lastly, I didn't make this post to spread hate to this person; that's the last thing I want. I uploaded this to spread awareness of my situation and how wrong it is to steal someone's work, who've poured every ounce of themselves into it, to simply get attention. 😕
Despite having little to no time to write, I still try to do a small amount on the weekends or in my free time (which is rare), but I try even still because I really enjoy writing, particularly writing about Miguel. So, that's why this incident greatly hurt me.
It's why I'm also thankful that I was able to take care of it, as the post has been removed; but I just wanted to notify my followers and anyone from their page who was deceived about what happened and why "their" story was removed from their blog.
Thank you, and I hope you all have a wonderful rest of your day/night. Do not spread hate and steal others' work; it'll only bring harm to yourself in the end. Love you all and stay safe! ❤🤓👋🏽

Sneak peek: The Tawsyuram clan
Tumblr media
“Why not join us?”
A human. With an ikran. A Human riding an Ikran was standing before the sully family. A Human, without a MASK. And very short too. Everyone was staring at the human in unbelievable shock. None uttered a word.
“Hello…..? Is something on my face?” The human asks her ikran who only grunts in response.
“Who are you?” Neytiri was quick to react, her blade ready to strike. The human raised her hands to show she meant no harm and didn't take another step.  “Easy, I am not here to bring you harm”.
What do you want?” Jake asks/demands.
“It's not what I want, it's more like what you need,” Danu replied.
“And what would that be?” Kiri asks, feeling a slight irk prickling behind her head.
“Protection from the RDA. My clan can help you with that and more” Danu adds.
“What clan would have humans in it?” Neytiri hisses, not liking the young human by the second.
“The Tawsyuram clan” .
