oh hey, speaking of ocs actually, some proper updated refs for these guys! Id like to get a collection of drawings detailing specific details and introducing their classes more properly, but for now, I’ve got these! Character ramblings under the cut for anyone interested!

The Decoy is a support class built around getting someone’s attention and being a nuisance for as long as possible. It’s not a very damage-heavy or strong class, but focuses more on being tough to catch than anything else. The Decoys are both circus themed runaways who insist on being in costume despite the fact that the class is not inherently circus-themed. Armani is loud, friendly, but kind of an acquired taste as far as whether or not he’s actually enjoyable to be around goes. He’s learned to utilize a few decades worth of aggression issues by simply avoiding losing his shit until he’s on the field and allowed to beat the shit out of people. He’s marginally successful at holding out until this opportunity. Marcel is a mime of few words, opting to obnoxiously emote to communicate before he’ll speak directly to you. He’s quick on his feet and good at appearing like he’s got his head on his shoulders, but you can only be so normal when you’re a man whose decided to operate as a mercenary in a full face of performance makeup.

The P.I. (Investigator isn’t the technical title, but it filled the space better) is a pretty standard offense class. She’s got some robot eyes with some cool recording and projecting abilities, but I’ll be honest, I don’t have a lot filled out to make the P.I. An interesting class yet, ive been focusing more on Hattie as a character. U_U She’s a pretty empty-headed but charismatic lady. She operates with a lot of confidence, regardless of her skill. She’s a damn good investigator, great with puzzles and working through clues, but when she doesn’t have a metaphorical magnifying glass in her hands and a case to crack she’s as dumb as a bag of rocks and refuses to listen to anyone trying to point it out. She talks like an old noir detective despite it being the 60s, and speaks in extravagant metaphors that don’t really make sense if you think about them longer than three seconds.

Meet THE HACKER

The Hacker is a support class mercenary, able to take over enemy buildings, mess with the opposing team's equipment, stun enemy players, take over control points and push the payload cart quicker and more efficiently and temporarily boost friendly buildings. He also has a special ability to perform an EMP which destroys all nearby buildings, stuns all nearby enemies and uncloaks all nearby enemy spies. His melee weapon is a huge chunky laptop [which probably weighs more than he does] which has broken into as many databases as it caused concussions. It indeed IS slowly falling apart!

The man behind the class name, the RED Hacker [the BLU Hacker is a separate character that I will post separately some other day for my own sanity] - Quincy Wysocki [friends call him Quince!]. A nervous wreck, failed swing performer and a former data thief, Quincy relies more on dumb luck than any amount of actual skill. If you knew anything at all about technology and talked to him for like 5 minutes, you'd quickly find out that he has no idea what he's talking about. He's all bark, but no bite. He himself claims he's a genius of extraordinary intellect, but he also thinks that electricity is invisible magic.

Then how did he get the job, you ask? He was hired because of some top secret data he got his hands on that the Administrator doesn't want getting out [that he lost a week later]. How is he doing his job at all? Mashing random keys and hoping for the best seems to work most of the time! How did he build his [definitely not war crime material] equipment? With extraordinary difficulty!

He's awful. He's a complete loser. He has never felt the touch of a woman [or man] in his life [an affectionate one, at least]. He has no idea what he's doing 100% of the time. He's Quincy!

I feel like a scout voice line towards the Handler would definitely involve some rude allusion towards beastiality as an insult. Of course, Handler isn't into dogs, but it would still likely be there.

And no, Handler's too socially awkward to get bitches.

Despite Handler having longer hair than his fellow mercs, he has a tidy undercut under it all, allowing for him to put his hair up when necessary.

Unfortunately, not fucking the spy. Just fucking them up and out of this mortal coil.

Updated Hazard's refs + tried my hand at a silly comic edit of them!

The Hazard is a defense class who uses chemical weapons! They rely on prolonged exposure to their chemicals to increase damage and hinder enemy movement -- the longer they're exposed, the more damage they take from exposure and the slower they get :)

The RED, BLU, and Classic Hazards are each their own character, but all three of them are huge sticklers for safety -- they can often be found checking and double-checking (and triple-checking) their gear to make sure everything's working properly. Because of this, they also clean often, eventually ending up as a sort of unofficial janitor for the teams if the base gets too dirty/hazardous for their liking.

I have. a tf2 oc now <3 (kinda, more info + drawings below the cut :D)

so, this is a 10th class oc-slash-cannon character, the Hunter! she’s Heavy’s younger sister Bronislava, who appears in exactly 10 panels and I’m obsessed with her.

after she leaves home she lives in Paris for a bit, but she finds that life without murdering incredibly large animals is… kinda boring. so, she packs up and moves to new mexico to become a merc like her brother.

she’s very laid back and self confident, and she does her job purely for the fun of it. sitting in her lil sniper nest giggling and kicking her feet. she gets along really well with heavy, medic and pyro, and cannot STAND spy or sniper (what’s the point of killing people from very far away if you aren’t even having fun??)

she’s a little stupid and a lot deranged and I love her soo much
