Steddie fic idea:

Someone recorded one or a few of Corroded Coffin's songs and put it on cassette tape. (It could be live show, but the sound would have to be really clear)

In a shuffle, the tape gets played at a party Steve goes to...and he is enamored. He ends up paying the guy who played it $5 for the tape, and the song becomes his favorite.

All Steve has of the song is the one mixed tape. Nobody he talks to knows where the song came from. The record store was no help. (He is, of course, asking all the wrong people)

Steve is also very afraid that he will overplay the tape and break it.

Out of all the Tears for Fears, Abba, Bruce Springsteen, etc out there, *this* is the song that could save him from Vecna...but he doesn't even know what it is really called or who made it.

Despite the physical swap already materialized, the mental aspect haven't adjusted yet. But I can hear it, his scared and fidgety voice upon realizing that he's no longer the big guy and I am now the one who own all of his muscle. That put a smirk on my face, my mind savored with the thought of listening to him whimpering for mercy as his mind also turned to become the scaredy and awkward piece of embarassment that he is. And I can sense that the others are experiencing the same thing, all the shackles that once fitting to chain those jocks in their place now loose yet they still unable to break free as their impending doom about to be fully realized as we are slowly yet surely gaining their muscle memories and also their inner mindset that caused them to be the arrogant pricks that they are.

hot bully take: there are so many complex group relationship dynamics being portrayed in bully and im honestly tired of how the fandom waters most of them down to "oh theyre all besties"
