You deserve to eat, your body deserves nourishment. You are beautiful and you are worth taking care of. 
If you are looking for permission to eat something, here it is, please eat.. even if it’s small. 
If you were thinking about food or eating and you saw this, it is a sign you should eat. 
If you’re feeling hungry, it is a sign you should have something to eat, no matter what or how much you’ve already eaten. 
You are beautiful and deserving of love and food and weight do not change those facts.
