So I've got the flu that has gone round, the worst one I've ever experienced but I've lost 3lbs since last night. That's 6lbs since monday. I'm not furious about it, AT ALL, I'm really happy. But I absolutely hate being ill.
this is a completely different experience compared to the last time I relapsed. Last time, the weight fell off, I was thriving on so little. Now, I’m at a constant war with myself and my body chemistry has changed so much in just a week. I want to lose weight so bad omg but idk if I’m going to be able to and that hurts.
This one's simple and super sweet. I like it in the morning or late at night, I've never had a peach pie but if they taste half as good as this than I've been missing out.
One peach (roughly 100g)
Two tablespoons quickoats
Four tablespoons nutmilk
Four tablespoons water
One pack sweetener (Alternatively one teaspoon sugar adds 16cal, bringing our total to 99cals)
Optional: a pinch of cinnamon.
Stir it all and cook one of two ways:
Microwave for three minutes, allow to cool.
After mircowaving bake at 350 for about 10 minutes (in oven safe dish) to crisp up the top.
Ok so me and my boyfriend just moved into a new house. So I haven’t really been able to weigh myself but I remember the last time I did my scale said I gained....a lot so I stepped on our friends scale that he has been using for years and it said instead of 175 I actually weighed 153 😳 best day ever
Just an update, I am now 129lbs about. I have lost about 15-20lbs in a month. And look really good, I can admit lol but I just got a planet fitness membership and will be slowly building my dream body!
