10 ways to lose weight even if you’re lazy.
Losing weight takes work. But even if you’re lazy or just don’t have the time or motivation to embark on a journey of intense dieting and exercise.
1. Cut down your portions
You don't have to eliminate all of the carbohydrates or fats you like eating. Your cravings might get worse if you deprive yourself of your beloved foods. Reduce your portions and replace bad foods with healthier ones that have more fiber and less calories.
2. Eat with awareness

We can’t stop the natural change, but we can still look younger if we want to work hard to slow down the aging process.
Therefore, I’m going to help you with 10 easy steps to make you look younger:
Detox – It’s important to start detoxification, getting rid of toxin from our body. Our body metabolism has done that process, but in everyday life we are exposed to so many chemical hazards from air, food and environment. Fasting or just consuming fruits and vegetables are ways to detoxify our body.
Sleep – Having enough sleep at least 6-8 hours a day will make our skin healthier. Having a good sleep is also important because growth hormone is working during that time. It renews the old cell of our body, include the skin cell. Our skin will look fresh and young if we have enough sleep.
Food – Eating healthy and safe food everyday will make our body fit, slim and also look younger. Try to eat more fish instead of red meat. Fiber food, vegetables, fruits, and supplements are important food to consume. Drink less coffee and other caffeine beverages.Exercise – Through routine exercise, we will feel happier, energetic, and confident. It also increases our bone density and muscle which can make our body look 15-20 years younger. Beside aerobic, walking, and swimming, goes also to the gym to do lifting exercise.
Relax – By trying to be relaxed, our face will look younger. Stress and worries appear on our face. If we can manage our stress and feel at peace, our face will look younger and attractive.
Be Positive – A positive mind and affirmation we said can bring positive life to us. Negative thought tend to bring failure and make us look older and unattractive. Meditation is one way to make positive thoughts.

Water flushes and cleans your system out. This flushing of the system helps in weight loss. You can make drinking water easier by adding some sort of flavour to it.
Diet: You should not have traditional 3 meals a day type of diet anymore. Go for smaller meals throughout the day, these small meals keep you fuller and keeps your cravings at bay. Eating 5 to 6 meals per day should help you achieve weight loss faster. Following this diet makes waiting for the next meal difficult but in the end it will all be worth it. Basically all depends upon the calorie intake…….initially i used to take around 5000+ calories in a day in form of biscuits,namkeens, kachori,momos etc.
And the end result was my weight which came around 100 kg.

But then i started cycling with strict ban on my sugar and fast food intake and also few changes such as
1.I used to drink warm water throughout the day
2.Green tea in morning,around 4 pm in evening
3.No sugar instead jaggery some day is allowed
4.No refined flour like maida etc.
5. chapatis with curd in lunch and some salads
6.5 egg whites around 8 pm/oats also you can take
6.Cycled for around 1 hour daily(indoor cycling)All this started on 5 april during lockdown and i significantly reduced my weight from 100 to 68 kg in span of 4 months
