Meg's Doing It ALL Wrong!
"the most ass backwards, shocking, antisocial fail I've seen possibly ever."
If you've ever had a desire to eavesdrop on any business school course or psychology of business course, Ibble Dibble's most recent case study on Meghan Markle's business scams is not to be missed. Please forgive my use of gifs as I salute her 1,2 knock out punch to MM, Omit, NOprah & Sparry's ridiculous allegations of waycism. No one has come close to telling it like Ibble Dibble.
I salute you #1 I.D., take a bow! Your quote should be etched on the Duchess's future Frogmore Cottage tombstone because you did something no one else has been able to do: nail her waycism insanity in 1 intelligent sentence.
Friends, help me show our support for the female content creators on YT who are actually saving intelligent women from following in MEgain's footsteps.
Please follow the link to LIKE & SUBSCRIBE to Ibble Dibble's YT channel. At one point the megbots had her YT channel demonitized, but ID fought back and won. ID is an intelligent threat to MM's low class megbots. Also follow the Duchess of Suss who called out the aroscam in a hilariously funny video.
Meg's Floptastic Flaws #3: Meg is a Terrible Snob
there are good snobs like Prince Charles, Princess Margaret & Martha Stewart, bad snobs, and snobs who are just very bad at snobbing
Meghan is a narcissist who is actually an
ARCH SNOB : a snob who is a bad bad snob
"Meghan's snobbery is so appalling because SHE is BAD at snobbing."
"She is literally labeling and ranking people. Her big product launch is at best a freudian slip, at worst a passive aggressive power play...it is the most ass backwards, shocking, antisocial fail I've seen possibly ever."
A passive agressive power play:
audicity to think she can buy those celebs as friends for a jar of jam
poach their followers
insult them personally by numerically ranking them from most to least important on the very labels
the celebs are too dumb to know she's negging them
thinks we the public will admire her behavior & line up begging for the next batch of worthless nonsense she danes to sell
simply to posture on social media... gross but also ineffective
on some level Meghan always knows she's shooting herself in the foot
Meghan exhibits High Social Dominance Orientation: a genuine belief that some groups of people are innately superior to others and should therefore hold more power in society.
Meg's fury, jealousy & resentment for being scorned by Hollyweird & British high society in turn, snubs the only people who pay attention to her--you, US potential customers
a narcissist harboring true malice & intends to arrive at her rightful place upon the social ladder by any means necessary
believes she is due limitless revenge for being snubbed and immediately commences enacting it by any means necessary (a la her sewer squad & digital justice)¹
believes she has the right to exploit & abuse perceived inferiors
Meg is a bad snob. She does not judge in a qualitative measure but snobs purely to service her own delusions of grandeur OR at worst to entertain herself by upsetting her victims and creating chaos
meg has a following who wants to be like her & we know bc they leave insane comments
"Meghan Markle can't present herself as the loveable villain because she has NO sense of humor! She's just a bad bad snob." Case in point:
Tumblr media
"Meghan (unlike a good snob), flipped what was likely a single joke about a little orphan annie ginger fro, (she heard 2nd hand), into an international incident with legal and diplomatic repercussions."🎯🎯🎯
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
youtube
Meg's fury, jealousy & resentment for being scorned by British high society...she believes she has the right to exploit & abuse (Catherine & William) perceived inferiors
Tumblr media
"Another Rip Off"
youtube
¹comparisons to Mao's (actress) wife and the biblical queen Jezebel are accurate. Mao's wife jailed & murdered all who had rejected and/or criticized her during her climb up the greasy pole. Queen Jezebel sought to murder and silence all the true prophets or outspoken truthers. Meg's mission for "digital justice" is to criminalize criticism.

( YOU CANNOT FOLLOW THE DEAD / BUT YOU CAN FOLLOW A LEGEND UNTIL IT STAINS YOU. )

Tumblr media Tumblr media
── THE CHOIR ONCE SANG :
ACT ONE : DRINK FROM THE WELL / CONSUME THE ICHOR / FEEL IT DRIP DOWN YOUR CHIN, POOL IN THE HOLLOWS OF RUIN, AND CONSUME YOUR BLOOD. IN YOUR VEINS THE ROT DECAYS / HOLINESS REVIVED AND RAVAGED / AND YOU WILL BE ONE AND YOU WILL BE MANY.
ACT TWO : DRINK FROM THE WELL. CONSUME THE ICHOR. RELEASE THIS CURSE AND SURRENDER THE MIND, BUT YOU'LL STILL SUFFER IN THE END, AND YOU'LL STILL BE SOME KIND OF DEAD, ANYWAY.
── AND SO YOU WHISPERED : you'll still be some kind of dead, anyway, but you won't be yourself, so what does it matter?
( IT DOESN'T MATTER ; YOUR HANDS NO LONGER AFFLICTED WITH VIOLENCE, MIND A BLANK SLATE.
NONE OF THIS MATTERS, SO WHY DOES YOUR REFLECTION IN THE DEEP RED HOLD SUCH A DEVASTATION? )
── BUT SOMEONE IN THE CHORUS WATCHES, SILENT, FEELS THE MANY EYES OF A SOULLESS AND WICKED BEAST. OH, DEAREST TRAGEDY, HOW THEY PITY YOU SO :
you are not meant for the seaspring : this decrepit, vast emptiness. the endless bloodied waters, murky and thick with sin and the groupmind of sinner and saint. what lingers under crimson eyes and crimson gazes is akin to a vessel of truth and madness, a converged consciousness of craze. you are not meant for such self-destruction, even if your past and terror you have invoked on others deems you so.
ais finds you here too often ; your presence always known and understood. the sight is a familiar one nowadays, neither comforting nor alarming. your worn body sits so still before the red lake, gaze twisted into something of lament and contemplation. how melancholic this scene is : it reminds him of a false deity, this setting -- a lost lamb in the midst of judgement, a sanguine altar, and the musing of salvation over sacrifice.
something echoes in his mind, speaks through riddled tongues, but he understands. you could lose yourself here so easily -- a simple push, a drowning guised as purification. too easily, ais thinks, and the higher being that resides in his mind laughs and laughs and laughs, slaughter under means of sanctification the highest form of cruelty.
ais inhales deeply, rids himself of such venomous thoughts. his coexistence with another is a curse in itself, but the violence in his blood is his and his alone ; he will not subject you to it.
an echo of approaching footsteps. you recognize it, know it to be the devil himself, but the fear that was once in your heart has faded now, changed into something of unspoken fondness. he sits beside you, shoulder to shoulder, and you almost smile, knowing it is a silent teasing. there is far too much emptiness in a place once filled with old comrades gone missing ; such little distance between your bodies is entirely unnecessary.
you stay, anyway.
"you'll think your pretty little head off, sparrow. still wondering if it's worth it?"
the seaspring seems to come to life at the sound of his voice. a ripple, seemingly small, then a sequence, a disruption of the flow, a violent wave crashing against another in a mere second. you blink. nothing. a single ripple, silent. alive.
"always wondering." you murmur, brows knit in slight confusion. you fail to see ais smirk at your bewildered expression, but it quickly falls, turns into something somber. "you told me that i survived this far, got away with this for so long--" you look at your bandaged hand, watch how it trembles ever so slightly. the words turn into something incohesive, something so horribly hard to speak that they lodge themselves in your throat, make you feel like a fool.
"you're still wondering."
you swallow. something hurts.
"yeah."
and you wish he would talk you out of it, tell you that there's another way, that you shouldn't give up hope yet. but he doesn't, because no matter the choice, he'll respect it. whether friend or foe, lover or enemy, no matter whether you give yourself up or save yourself through other means, ais won't stop you. he won't intervene because he knows the seaspring by heart and he knows you by heart.
this is not his story.
( he silently hopes that you don't give in, make the same mistakes he once did. he begs, pleads, but he's too prideful, too cold and warm all the same. this is not his story to tell and this is not his choice, so he'll stay by you, close and too far, and he'll wait and watch. )
no one speaks, but that's okay. there are no words to be said, but there's still something that threatens to choke you, weaves itself into your skin and wraps around your throat. maybe you are choking on the tale of this calamity they call your existence. maybe you are choking on the guilt of all you have harmed. maybe you are choking on your death.
you tilt your head back, breathe deep. your eyes sting. ais watches you fall apart, little by little, but he cannot fix you. he knows that. you both do. neither of you will try, anyway. that's not how the story is supposed to go. tragedies become tragedies and stay that way; no loss if there is nothing to lose.
something is choking you. it's hard to breathe, hard to see. your eyes still sting, so you look down, because it's better that he doesn't see the tears you will endlessly shed in the realization that you were born into a death you cannot escape.
you look down, refuse to look anywhere else, and that's alright. ais makes sure he's in your view, reaches his hand out, palm up, and offers himself to you. he doesn't say anything at first, doesn't feel the need to until he sees your shoulders tense. bandages or not, there is always a risk, always a chance that something could go wrong. your lips part to speak, protest, heart beating too quickly in both fear and wanting, but he reads you loud and clear.
"it won't hurt me, sparrow. your bite did more damage."
you look up for the first time in minutes, catch sight of his lazy smirk. there's something so incredibly gentle about it that it makes you defenseless, so hopeless and hopeful, and you do not know what to make of it. you both lie in wait, one in the calm, one in frenzy, but neither knows which feeling they drown in, and neither of you dare to dwell on it.
slowly, carefully, you place your bandaged hand on his, and it shakes so violently that you almost think to pull away, but he squeezes your hand with such a softness that you could never imagine him capable of.
something is choking you. it's hard to breathe. your eyes sting, but this time it's different. better. this time it's something of relief, something of starvation, something of love unspoken. you cry even harder, but he says nothing, only squeezes your hand, once, twice, five times, and in those gestures is a don't go. stay with me.
( but you don't know this-- you never will, he thinks, because he has lost everyone he's ever known, ever cared about, and even the devil cannot stop the evils of the earth, even if he has become an evil himself. )

I wanna request headcanons for Arashi, Izumi and Ritsu (separated) when they gone to a underground livehouse and seeing his s/o perfoming there please!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
𝘽𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙚
Where you, a famous idol’s lover happens to be a secret underground performer!
Characters include arashi, izumi and ritsu x GN reader (seperate)
Hihihi! Thank you for the request! I’m sorry if you wanted another the reader to be a different gender, it wasn’t specified in the request (but that’s okay!) so I just went with GN reader. Please enjoy!
warnings: the pronouns they/them have been used in arashi’s part, other than that… none :D
𝘼𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞 𝙉𝙖𝙧𝙪𝙠𝙖𝙢𝙞
she has always wanted to hear your singing voice but you just kept hiding it from her
arashi would always encourage you to sing around her too…
like i kid you not she would practically BEG for you to reveal that mariah carey high-note-hitter voice!!!
still, whether if you could hit high notes or not.. she still really wanted to hear you sing or rap either way
one day, arashi stumbled upon a set of stairs that leads to an underground stage
curious, she took the stairs down and heard the most amazing singing voice she has ever heard
arashi looked on stage to see you! the one who has tried to hide their voice from their lover… singing their heart out!
she couldn’t help it but start to get her phone to record you and your voice a bit
after that, you had some explaining to do at home 😭
you were a bit embarrassed at the fact your lover had found out your secret because you instantly knew from the way she hugged you firmly and praised the way your voice sounded
arashi would never get mad at you though! but now, she finally has a reason to make you sing around her!
she would bring you to more karaoke dates after that so you wouldn’t have an excuse to not sing
𝙄𝙯𝙪𝙢𝙞 𝙎𝙚𝙣𝙖
another person who really wants to hear you sing
but unlike naru, my man would tease RELENTLESSLY to get you to sing
and when he came to the realization that his tactics might’ve failed, he saw an advertisement for an underground concert on a magazine
out of curiosity, he bought tickets and disguised himself up… in case somebody recognized him (his words not mine)
then, getting a good glimpse of the stage and just seeing you was like a whole new experience for him
he whipped out his camera so quickly just to take pictures and record the stage and you singing,,, why did he have a camera? i don’t know…
and let’s say the disguise was not very well put together because you recognized him from up there and started stuttering on the lyrics
even with all that, you tried to keep your cool for the people watching with sena still recording
bro was so proud of himself but more proud of you finally getting to sing in front of the public and him
he thinks of it like you following in his footsteps to become an idol as well
after the show, he assured you that there was nothing to be worried about and that he loved your performance! he’d be thrilled for you to sing around him more often
𝙍𝙞𝙩𝙨𝙪 𝙎𝙖𝙠𝙪𝙢𝙖
i would imagine singing to ritsu only once and that would be just humming a lullaby to help him fall asleep
after he heard your soft humming, he was out like a light
and after that, he would constantly use the ‘i can’t sleep’ excuse to hear you sing which you have caught on to (but you just can’t say no!)
even with all of this, ritsu hasn’t heard you “properly” sing yet because all he has heard was lullabies
he wouldn’t be a big fan of going outside so mao would be the one to drag him to watch and listen to some underground concerts live
that was when your boyfriend finally opened his eyes to you singing your heart out on stage
then, he was finally wide awake to watch you perform
you’d be so distracted in singing that you didn’t notice him in the crowd until you were down performing and decided to glance around
ritsu gave you a small wink before leaving which sent heat running to your face realizing that he had just heard all that
at home, your boyfriend yet again requested the same song you sang on stage to be his lullaby for the night 😭

In a place where moons shines bright, a handsome young man who's a knight walks toward the lake that reflected the eternal sky, as he step on the water.
Instead of falling into it, his able to walk through it like there's glass yet fishes all swim around in Glee beneath his footstep.
As he reach the middle of the lake, a white piano that lies there awaiting him. Tracing the edges of the musical instruments a soft smile appear in his face as he takes his seat.
His ruby orbs stared daze for a moment before the first key played and followed by more. A beautiful sounds soon envelope the whole forest and beyond.
In a beautiful castle, people who's fearing the worse yet hoping for the best all hear the beautiful tone of the piano and the voice that travel by the wind spirit.
[ trapped in the forest of sleep, I think of you who I can't be with.]
A sigh of relief almost audible when they all hear it. "Ahahah. He really did it!" The king chuckle as he stood up from his chair in the round table and going to the balcony without caring what the others says.
"Soul song... " Staring at the glowing lake beyond the forest of dreams and nightmare, the kind who was smiling earlier cannot help but sadden when his knights cannot see his face.
"If anything, we could just bring the person here. " He mumbles worried about the unknown.
"But you still agree to let him do what he want, so you better not regret what you did Leo." The silver knight tells the king who don't reply.
"... We can still stop it if you want." The red knight, the youngest suggested. "We all agreed, and we can only hope things will go well." The golden knight says as she looks at her fellow knight, through she too worries about the possible bad outcome of what their dear friend and fellow knight is doing at this moment.
From they all saw the light disappear and the music comes to a stop they felt something is missing. They saw white butterflies fly around them before leaving to the sky and beyond.
"He did it!" Leo cheer before he turn around. "Im going to get some drinks to celebrate!" He quickly reason as tears fall from his eyes, he refuse to let his comrade and friends see this but like him others are crying and sad in their own way.
Tsukasa the youngest is being console by Naru and Sena who's acting tough refuse to let his tears fall but dejected and sadness can be seen in his eyes.
Of course, why won't they? Their friend and fellow knight who is earnest and will make sure his dreams are not just dreams. Even it mean leaving and taking chance to the unknown.
In another world, where you think it's all but a dream lies a world of eternal night. A knight who awaits you in each dream is not just an illusion. It's just that you two are world apart. He just have to make his dreams a reality. To Be in your reality.

"hey! I got us some Ice cream!" Mao called out to you who's waiting for him in the bench in the park, the ice cream man left as he run toward you with the ice cream.
"Yey!" You give a thumbs up to him as you take your ice cream. " Thank you maomao!" You smiles at him earning a chuckle and blushing state. You were enjoying your ice cream when you hear a call of mao name not from a far.
"Maoooo..." You look around and found no one. "Ritsu!" Mao called out as someone from behind the bench ring his arms around mao and rest his head on mao head.
"Nom." You give them a look as you enjoy your Ice cream. "Maoooo did you find a lover already?" The stranger with ruby eyes point at you.
"R-ritsu!!" Mao face turn bright red like his hair by his friend words. "Hmm... Hello... Dear prince/ss " ritsu ignores mao and give you a sweet smile and held your hand and give a kiss on the back of your right hand.
"Let's get along well..." He mumbles as he hugs you too (shameless to put himself between you and mao in the bench)before long his already asleep, holding your hand and mao.
"Gezz.. *sigh.... " Your date cannot help but sigh, he proceed to removes the dry leaves in ritsu hair and clean your face full of chocolate syrup with his handkerchief.
"You two... Why did it seems I'm more like your mom than a date..." He mumbles. "Why a mom? Can you be husband material too." You chuckle as you casually says this. The red haired pause before his face and ears turn become a blushing mess.
"Hard working and caring ... as well very charming young man. I'll be envious of your future spouse cause they'll be super lucky." You added as you finish your ice cream.
"Ah.... " You successfully made your date too baffled to speak. "Hmm. Your correct, dear prince/ss." The sleepy stranger between you two chuckle. "Ah... You seems familiar to someone." He mumbles not remembering much but a soft smile paste on his face as he look at you.
"I felt I meet you before. " "Mao your friend trying to flirt with me." You joked flustered by how close this stranger called ritsu is. "Ritsuuuu..." Mao pulled the other away cause his already intruding your comfort zone as mao notice.
"Why are you in the park anyway?" He cannot help but worry for his friend who seems to have the same thing with sleep like you do.
"I don't know... I forget. I probably sleep walk." The other mumbles staring at mao before looking at you again. "Hey, Do you want two boyfriends?" He gives you a charming smile like his asking you a normal question.
"Huh." -you. "WHAT ARE YOU SAYING?!" - Mao, baffled.
"let's all go date one another~ ahaha ~" the sleepy knight leaks his arms with you two.
"That's not..." Mao wanted to say something when you who think this friend of his is being silly and was silly in the moment (blame the sugar) "okii!" You raise your hand in agreement!
"MC?!" Mao was surprised and flustered. "Okii, first agenda is make mao sleep... His not sleeping very well for few days..." Ritsu point out and you nodded your head. Very worried about mao too. Mao cannot say anything as you two pulled him under a tree and made him sleep where ritsu have some blanket and pillows on.
Since you and ritsu are two sleepy person you two quickly fallen asleep while making sure the red haired mao will not leave and have no choice but sleep. While sighing how his date did not turn out as he wanted, still he don't think it's a bad one.
Before he close his eyes he saw white butterflies flatter around the three of you and slowly succumb to a nice sleep.

Bringing back Black Butler actor AU by writing a bunch of headcanons for it
Sebastian has a dog, yes. He loves it very much, a big fat bulldog that WILL run at you to show you love
The children do homeworks on set so an adult can help them LMAO (don't ask Will though he hated that shit)
Not Sieglinde though, she's homeschooled!! Sucks to sucks, it's not easy being rich 😩😩
Grell and Sebastian are childhood best friends. Sebastian's the one who scored her the role because he "works well with his bestie"
Grell: I genuinely thought I was just going to play a cute butler who's going to have this big gender identity revelation but turns out my best friend just thinks I'm a psychopath so that's nice to hear
Ron originally was a make-up staff who did stand-in for script readings but then the director was like "you're the perfect amount of British"
William genuinely adores Grell because she's been in the industry longer and also she's hot as hell
Madam plays extras after her death scene
Madam: I was just too hot to be alive </3
This is Lizzie's first role and for her great work, she was allowed to bring home 3 dresses of her liking
Had it been their way, Redcliff would've had more screentime and deeper relationships but ig ppl aren't ready for that
The one who breaks character the most is Ciel and the one who does it the least is surprisingly Finnian
Finnian is more known for darker and more serious depictions of teens so when he got casted, everyone was like "we're about to witness mental illness y'all"
Ran Mao is very talkative outside of her screen time. Girlie would infodump about her favorite thing that month to everyone
Mey Rin's a Chinese diaspora and so Lau takes her to 'reconnecting with your roots' trip at least twice a month
Ran Mao's a streamer and it's just her yelling "A FUCKING MONA 💀💀💀"
Lau is actually younger than Sebastian, Madam and Grell so when he first started, he called everyone with honorifics because this is his first non-chinese film and wow you white people really do go call everyone by their names even if they're older
Yes, this is an excuse for him to call Grell "Grell jiejie" and I just think that's cute and I love it. As a Chinese who can't speak Mandarin for shit, I want to call her jiejie LEAVE ME BE
Sieglinde has a very thick German accent that slips sometimes and whenever that happens, she and Ciel starts laughing
Sienglinde: it's not my fault you british have weird as hell accents
Ciel, a british: YOU TAKE THAT BACK
Lizzie brings all the young sapphic watchers bcs y'all,,,my girl is not straight at all and if she is, it's written in the most cursive shit ever
Sebastian on Grell's Instagram comments: SO TRUE QUEEN, MY WIFE, MY LOVE, PLEASE MARRY ME ❤
Grell replying back: lol no you're ugly /j
Grell is unfortunately a brunette irl rip to her roasting her own hair
The ones who are the least like their characters: Ciel (dude he's like 13), William (very sweet and soft-spoken, hates confrontation)
The ones who are literally their characters: Lau (he doesn't have a script, that's just him), Lizzie
Sebastian did actually accidentally stepped on Grell's face. He felt so bad that he kneeled to the floor and basically gave her an apology poem while she's just >:( that she has to redo her makeup
Mey Rin is blind as shit irl, she's just like me fr
Mey Rin: I wished I could see really far instead but no, I can't even see past my own nose
Ran Mao followed Lau's footsteps and calls (only) Grell "jiejie" because she likes her the best LMAO. The highest honor from Ran Mao is if she calls you with a Chinese honorofic, unless if you're Lau in which case she feels obligated to call him 'Lau gege'
Ciel is absolutely in awe with Sebastian's acting skills, he's all starry-eyed like "TEACH ME PLS"
Sebastian could only dance thanks to his theater kid days with Grell
I firmly believe that Sienglinde would love kpop and Hatsune Miku
Finnian has a RBF when he doesn't realize it, it scared Ciel shitless the first time

Mayblade Day 4
[previous: chapter 1 & 2 | chapter 3]
CHAPTER 4 prompt: sci-fi characters: hiromi, emily, ayaka, kyouju, max, mao pairings: ---
Just to please Emily, Hiromi had agreed to go check out the tennis club. She made no promises of joining, but they headed out to the courts together nevertheless. For being a relatively small school, Bey High had a surprisingly extensive sports park, and the club catalogue boasted everything from cycling to swimming and indoor surfing, somehow.
In the course of one afternoon of following her friend around, Hiromi had been introduced to Emily’s acquaintances in the baseball, basketball, and football clubs, all of whom felt it necessary to give her a robust sales pitch about their respective sports and club activities (each of which was the best, according to them). She’d done a bit of basketball in middle school but certainly didn’t have the confidence to jump in to play with the likes of Eddy and Rick – there was no separate team for girls, as there were none in their club – so she let them all politely know she wasn’t interested.
“How do you know all those guys, anyway?” she asked once she and Emily were back at the tennis courts. “I didn’t know you’re the type to hang out with… well… jocks like that.”
“We’re all in the enhancement program. We usually hang out when the tests are being taken.”
“Oh, that weird science stuff?”
Emily shot her a dangerous look. “It’s not weird! It’s very good. We get a lot of useful information out of it. The program has already helped me improve my training habits.”
Hiromi vividly remembered Emily herself calling it weird, back when the physics professor had pitched the state-funded, science-based enhancement program in the beginning of the semester. The name alone was fishy as hell.
“Are you sure you’re not on track to steroids or something?” she asked.
“Oh please, we’re not doing drugs or anything,” Emily huffed. “It’s about collecting performance data. I would trust Mrs. Judy with my life – she’s a remarkable scientist.”
Emily rarely praised the teaching staff, so this was borderline alarming behavior from her. Hiromi side-eyed the ginger but said nothing more.
Tumblr media
Desperate times called for desperate measures. With the void in her daily life left by the astrology club, Hiromi ended up taking Ayaka’s offer to go check out the engineering club.
Having witnessed the sports club facilities and now this, she had to admit that Emily had been on to something with her hints about their lack of proper clubbing spaces. The engineering club operated in the electronics laboratory and had full access to all its resources, resulting in the room looking like the research floor of some hi-tech facility. Hiromi hadn’t had any idea the other clubs had such lavish surroundings.
The members present were working in pairs by the lab tables. One pair, Hiromi recognized as friends of Salima and Kane, a couple of boys from 1-B whose names she’d never bothered to catch. The other pair, in the very back of the room, also had familiar voices that she couldn’t quite place as she walked closer, following in Ayaka’s footsteps.
“And these two are the real sci-fi boys,” Ayaka presented. “I don’t know what they think they’re making, but it sure is something.”
So it seemed; the lab table was littered with equipment and evidently 3D printed mockups that Hiromi couldn’t even begin to describe, as well as three computer screens flashing with graphs, code editors, and something that had to do with the measurement equipment plugged in with half a dozen cables crisscrossing across the table. They really were actually creating something, not just sitting around reading books like she’d been doing all semester.
The boys – who even wore lab coats, for immersion, she assumed – were roused out of focus by Ayaka’s announcement and wheeled around in their chairs to look at their interrupters. It was only then, Hiromi realized, that she’d seen these people around because they were Takao’s friends; the shorter one who now lifted his enormous, round glasses to his forehead, Saien Manabu who didn’t live too many blocks away from her house; and the other, a blond boy with a thoroughly goofy face and a pale nose covered in freckles, turned to study Hiromi with curiosity.
“Hey there,” the blond gave a cheery greeting. “Another friend of Aya?”
Hiromi, troubled as to how exactly answer this, was saved by Ayaka: “Tachibana came to take a look at our club. Now’s your chance to give the pitch of your life and get someone uninterested to join, Max.”
“Well, I’m not going to force anyone, if she really isn’t interested. I’m Max and that’s Professor.” He nodded at the shorter boy.
“You are in Takao’s class, are you not?” Manabu – or, apparently, Professor – immediately surveyed.
“Um, yes I am. So what are you working on? Looks complex.” She was eager to not let the conversation steer towards him.
“Oh, just a little something… It is for an innovation contest so we cannot reveal too much.”
“Don’t want anybody stealing our secrets,” Max added with a finger over his goofy mouth.
All the parts were out in the open here, though. Not that they made much sense to Hiromi like this, scattered across the table; there were several octagon-shaped pieces with a hole in the middle, as if frames to something. Judging by the breadboard and electronics measurement equipment, they were working on something powered by electricity.
“Are you looking for a club to join?” Professor then inquired. For such a tiny guy, he had an awfully mature and formal appearance, sporting a shirt-and-tie attire under the oversized lab coat.
“Not really… or, kind of.” Was she? She could as well have been.
“If you like comics or games more than building things, I am the president of a couple of those. They are very laid-back clubs, you can come over to read or play something as you wish, if you join that is.”
“Thanks…” She did like some comics and games… but the idea of going to a clubroom to do one among strangers instead of in the safety of her own room, not so much.
Hiromi did give it a minute of serious consideration, however, until a shouting voice cut right through her train of thought and left her perplexed.
“Aaaaayyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!”
Something very pink had just emerged into the electronics lab. A girl with bright pink hair and baby pink clothes barreled herself in Ayaka’s direction, which also happened to be Hiromi’s general direction.
“You’re early,” Ayaka commented, her cool demeanor the opposite of this bubblegum pink burst of energy.
“Hi, Mao,” Max greeted the new girl, though with more politeness than cheer, Hiromi noted. Professor had slipped his glasses back on and was back to work already in silence.
“Hi, mayo boy. Eh, I’m like, ten minutes early – so what? I can see you’re not doing anything, anyway.”
“I was showing our club to Tachibana.” Ayaka gestured at Hiromi, and she was quickly beginning to feel like a test subject presented to each human in turns. “She’s looking for one to join.”
“Please, just call me Hiromi,” she managed to rectify, finally.
Mao gave her a scrutinizing look from head to toe. Or, at least, it felt scrutinizing to Hiromi, who felt so very plain compared to this eccentric girl with a cat ear hairtie in her head. “I see! So, you thinking of joining the engineering club?”
“Erm… Probably not. I don’t think this is my thing…”
“Well, if you wanna try something completely different, I’m in the wushu club.” Mao must have noted the thinly veiled horror on Hiromi’s face, for she added: “Oh, don’t worry, there’re no requirements for joining – if you’re a total beginner, we’ll teach you the basics of whatever art interests you. It’s fun! And you’ll learn it fast, I promise. Anyway, Aya, I’m starving! Let’s get going already!”
With that, the pink whirlwind grabbed the short-haired girl, and then they were both gone.

----
“Worthless as always I see!” A young teen yelled, her dark green eyes glaring down at women crying below her “Answer me Tsumi!” She yells, stepping closer to the woman called Tsumi, “Mao…move!” A young man orders stepping past her, a katana in hand
He crouches, grabbing ahold of Tsumi's chin as tears fall from her face, “You didn’t answer Mao” he says, brushing the katana against Tsumi's exposed arm, “I-I’m s-sorry, Yamato…it won’t happen again!” Tsumi says, her words barely audible, Yamato’s grip on Tsumi's chin tightened
“The fuck you call me!?” Yamato yells, the Katana in his hand slashing against Tsumi's arm, she cries grasping a hold of her cut and bloody arm, Yamato rolls his eyes, letting go of Tsumi's face, Mao laughs as she watches the scene unfold “Very nice, big brother!” she chimes as Yamato stands his blonde hair covered with snowflakes as the first sign of winter approaches, “Tsumi go clean yourself up now!” Yamato orders, Tsumi stumbles clutching her cut arm tight in her grip “Y-yes, my lord” Tsumi says, bowing her head before turning from the two
“Can’t believe this crybaby is my older sister…” Mao says, crossing her arms as she watches Tsumi stumble away from the two “half-sister!” Yamato corrects, turning on his heel, motioning for Mao to follow him back into the estate
----
Tsumi shivered as she walked the cold air hitting her harshly, and the gash on her arm causing her a harsh amount of agony, as she walked along the stone pathway, Tsumi breaths as she slid open the servant quarters door, the warm air hitting her faces as she steps into the room, it refreshing as Tsumi walks quickly blood dripping as she steps fast
Tsumi slides open another door, it’s colder but she steps inside. Sighing softly Tsumi Neils, sliding a blue box with yellow flowers over to her. Tsumi opens the box it’s filled with medical supplies and other things that must belong to her, a whine leaves her mouth as she carefully reaches for the bandages, setting them down on the cold floor
Tsumi let out a groan as she closed the box sliding it away, the blood from her arm stained her kimono, with shaky hands Tsumi wrapped her wound, she winced as the pull of the bandages caused discomfort as she finished, tightly wrapping the final bandage around her arm tying it… Tsumi huffs as she shakily stands up
Footsteps catch her attention, as they approach her room “Tsumi” the voice calls sliding the door open, it's another maid, she was young, seeming the same age as Tsumi “Y-yes…” Tsumi answers, holding her arm closely to herself “Are lord wishes to see you…” she says, sliding the door more
Tsumi sighed, nodding her head as she walked past the maid “He’s in the meeting room…” the maid said, a hum left Tsumi's mouth as she walked away, returning outside as the cold winter wind blew heavy as snowfalls, Tsumi moves her braided blonde hair to her shoulder hooking her arm around it…so it doesn't “fly” around, as Tsumi walks to the meeting room
----
As Tsumi approached the meeting room she could hear the sound of Mao yelling, she didn’t sound happy… she sounded distressed like there was a real reason for her to be yelling, Tsumi stopped at the door of the meeting room it was cracked slightly, Tsumi takes a breath before looking into the crack the scene that played in front of her hooked her to the core
“What do you mean the King of Curses is threatening our village?!” Mao yells, her black kimono swaying slightly as she yells, Yamato places his hand on Mao’s shoulder “Calm down let him explain” he says, Mao sighs rubbing her eyes “I’m sorry for yelling Father please explain!” Mao says, taking a seat on one of the three cushions in front of their Father…
Dai coughs, clearing his throat, “As I stated, Sukuna has given me an ultimatum… give him a sacrifice or the village burns.” Mao tenses as she listens to her Father explain, Yamato thinks for a moment “Who are you sacrificing?”, Dai coughs causing Mao to reach out for him “I’m fine Mao” Dai says raising his hand, stopping Mao
“But Yamato on that subject I’ve decided Tsumi will be the sacrifice…”
Tsumi's eyes widen as she listens, backing away from the door, her breath catching in her throat… Everything seemed to be spinning nothing looked right in Tsumi's eyes, her body shock at the weight of Dai's words, Tsumi knew he didn’t love her but sacrificing her to Sukuna seemed way too far for this sick man
“TSUMI!”
A voice yelled it was Mao, the teen was standing in front of Tsumi, her dark green eyes staring harshly at Tsumi, she said nothing as the both of them stared at one another “Tsumi come we need to talk…” Dai spoke, waving her over
Shakily Tsumi stands, Mao lets out a groan as she walks past her, Yamato glares at Tsumi as she bows to Dai before taking a seat on the cushion in the middle closest to Dai “Tsumi I assume you overheard me correct?”, Tsumi nods her head avoiding Dai cold dark green eyes “Seems you know what that means correct?” Dai asked Tsumi's blue eyes met with Dai’s for a moment as she speaks
“Y-yes I understand Father…” “Good, I’ll have the maid bring you a new kimono…” Dai informs coughing slightly, Tsumi clears her throat before she speaks catching Dai's attention “Father what if, I were to refuse this…” Mao groans as she hears Tsumi ask this question, Yamato does the same causing Tsumi to fall quiet, “You’d either die by Yamato’s hand or…a curse” Dai says his voice low, causing Tsumi to tense up, he never lied about killing anyone
“I-I understand…”
Mao laughs a little as she hears the fear in Tsumi's voice, Yamato sighs looking away from his sisters. Dai waves for the three to leave, Tsumi bows before standing up, Mao rolls her eyes as she stands-Yamato stands as Tsumi reaches the door, sliding the door open, disappearing into the dark hallway-Dai grabs hold of his bamboo cane, standing up slowly Yamato grabs hold of his Father as he coughs
“Tea…?” Mao, asks smiling softly at her father “Yes tea sounds great.” Dai answers, as Yamato smiles at the two, “I’ll ask the maid to prepare it!” Mao says, running out of the room, Yamato stares at his Father waiting for him to move, Dai shakily starts to walk his greyish-blonde hair swaying as he walks. Yamato holds him close making sure he doesn’t fall. As they step outside the meeting room Yamato slides the door behind him the lights being the only light in the dark cold hallway
----
Tsumi listened as a few maids whispered behind her, their hushed voices loud in her ear “Have you heard” One said her voice soft “No what's happening?” another question, Tsumi sighs blue eyes staring down at her freshly bandaged arm, “Tsumi is going to be the village sacrifices, to Sukuna” Tsumi listens as the maid behind her gossip, they stop as the head maid slides open the door, she looks displeased with them but motivations, as she walks forward two other maids follow holding a dark blue kimono
The three maids step out of the way as the head maid steps behind Tsumi before she can say anything, Tsumi's blue eyes meet her brown ones, the maid clears her throat as she looks away from Tsumi, “We need to get you ready” she says, backing up as Tsumi stands up holding her arm “Shall we…?”, the maid nods motioning for the other two maids to follow the both of them
Tsumi shivered as she pulls off her black kimono, the head maid's brown eyes staring at the scar that liter Tsumi's body “Seems the rumors are true…” she said, folding the black kimono and setting it to the side…Tsumi hums to the maid’s question as she starts to put the blue kimono on, tying the obi tightly around herself “I’ve heard things about Sukuna…if you can be careful!” The maid says bowing before leaving Tsumi
“I’ll try”
----
Tsumi's blue eyes stared at her hands as Dai's bamboo cane came into view “Tsumi…” he said, his voice harsh as his cane tapped against the ground, the coldness of the winter wind crept up Tsumi's spine as she choked on her breath, nerves stressed as her fears creep into her mind. What would happen to her, will she even live or would he kill her just cause he can
The fears of what could happen clouded Tsumi's mind as Dai's bamboo cane tapped against the meeting room floor, he seemed to want to get this over with. Everything spun in Tsumi's head, tears threatening to fall as she sat there overwhelmed by fear
Tsumi felt something hit her back causing her to look up, it was a curse she was tall, her head seeming to touch the roof of the room, Tsumi stared shocked by the curse… she had dark purple hair that was long tied into a high pony if let down it would reach the floor, Tsumi felt something hit her back again she looked it was a tail seeming to belong to the curse it was black with pink fluff at the end and the middle of it
Her was face turned to Dai, towering over him, “Didn’t Sukuna ask for Mao…?” she asked, voice echoing in the room “He did but Tsumi, my oldest daughter, requested to take her place!” Dai explained, glaring at the confused Tsumi. The curse groaned before her to face Tsumi, she was tan and her face was covered in black marking two locationed on her checks, while two sets of others sat above and under her eyes, her eyes were pink with “x” pupils
She hummed as Tsumi stared at her, the curse bent down showing off more about her. On the top of her head were two black horns with pink highlighting them, and her hair was tied with what seemed to be pink flowers. Was that part of her technique? As Tsumi's eyes looked over the curse’s body, her hand caught her attention they were black and faded into her skin at the joints of her arms, she had long black nails that complemented the black of her arms
“Tsumi stand we’re leaving” the curse ordered standing back up, Tsumi’s legs shook as she stood eyes staring down at her hands… “Come”, the curse said, stepping away from Dai. Tsumi followed close behind her hands shaking harshly, the curse led the both of them outside, snow falling softly in front of them
Tsumi looks up, staring at the snowflakes falling. It's soothing, the curse sighs “Follow, don't fall behind!” she orders stepping into the crunchy snow, Tsumi nods following close behind her

It took him 4 years to graduate from Juniors, 7 years to become a World Champion. The day a precocious genius, Shoma Uno climbed the "Stairs to the Champion". (Part 1 of 4)
Uno has a brilliant track record of winning Olympic medals for two consecutive tournaments, but he had faced many troubles in his career. We will introduce the 3 factors which led him to winning World Championship, the road from the day he made a name for himself as a "genius skater" since elementary school, to the top. This season's figure skating in which Beijing Olympics, World Championship and Japanese athletes who played a major role in, will come to an end with The World Junior Championship (until the 17th) in Tallinn, Estonia.
The World Junior Championship which took place in the same place seven years ago in 2015; following Daisuke Takahashi, Nobunari Oda, Takahiko Kozuka and Yuzuru Hanyu, the person who became the 5th Japanese man who won Junior Championship was Shoma Uno - this year's World Champion.
Uno has made a name for himself as a "Genius Skater" since elementary school. With two consecutive Olmypic medals in Pyeongchang (Silver) and Beijing (Bronze), two silver medals in addition to this year's gold in Worlds, and a gold in Four Continents, Uno has a brilliant career.  However, it took him 4 years to become a Junior Champion, and 7 years to become a World Champion. That journey was not just smooth sailing, at all.
You can say the reason why Uno became a world champion this year is;
Working together (like a three-legged race) with his coach
The trust he has in his boots
The existence of his rink mates.
Before explaining each item, let's have a look back at the footsteps until he grabbed the long-sought title of the World Champion.
Unexpectedly struggling with Triple Axel
Uno became the second person (in men's figure skating) since Takahiko Kozuka to win Japanese Nationals Novice Championship in the novice era (9-12 years old) 4 times in a row. In addition to his strength in competitions, growing up in the figure kingdom Aichi, he appeared in many ice shows and exhibitions of senior competitions. He had the attention of fans from early on with many opportunities to show his dance-filled performances with good footwork.  A 12 year old Uno was introduced as a "next olympic medal candidate" in a feature program before the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. Machiko Yamada, who was also a coach for Midori Ito and Mao Asada, spoke to the cameras. "If he continues to grow steadily like this, we might be seeing him (in 2014 Sochi Olympics)."
Uno who was doing well until he started middle school and became a junior, suddenly faced a wall. The program choreographed by coach Mihoko Higuchi, who taught with coach Yamada, has refined Uno's expressiveness and dance skills. However, even though he participated in World Junior Championship every year as a representative of Japan, he had a hard time mastering jumps. At the time, it was the way to go for men's leading athletes to graduate from juniors by mastering the triple axel and achieving good results in World Junior Championship. Uno wasn't quite able to land a successful triple Axel in competitions. That being said, Uno practiced more than anyone else. One of his strengths was that once he acquired a jump, he can land it in competitions with almost no mistake. Because he was able to land a double axel with a good height distance, people involved and fans were optimistic, saying "it won't take him too long to master the 3A." 1. source 2. tweets

GENRE: angst? - slight demon au
FEATURED: keito!
WARNINGS: mentions of blood and death
PROMPT: a demon is chasing after mao
WORD COUNT: 1,256
The fear that ran through his body, icing over his veins and causing his blood to freeze.
His breaths once heavy now felt short, kelly green painted eyes wide with terror, jaw hung loosely with that terror combined with shock.
Isara's hands twitch from where he lied them palm flat against the cold flooring.
He wanted to move, but he couldn't.
With sitting behind some crates of an empty room, he didn't bother checking the name of hoping to run far and escape from the very creature that now sat before him.
Large, purple eyes — sharp and hard focused. The creature was lean yet tall as it sat closely to being on its knees with staring down at Isara Mao.
Dark beige horns pointed like a scorpions tail, rounding off similar to a wild goats set of horns would.
Blood dripped down from its lower jaw that never seemingly ties to a shut, forever open and loose.
Fresh and a very deep red shade of blood, the stench of it was horrible. Some of the droplets splashed onto Isara's figure, staining his clothes and staining his skin.
His fear didn't let him move. For the past five minutes since attempting at a run, only to be found by this very creature again, he's been nonstop having a staring contest with it.
He wasn't sure what to do. Every plan he thought of so far fell back down into the bucket like an old paint roller.
He wanted to shout for help. From anybody. Yet the idea was useless in ways more than one. If he did shout, nobody would hear him as the majority of the school was dead as far as he knew.
Massacred from the very creature staring down into his soul.
Isara then takes a quiet yet deep breath. He darts his eyes quickly around with the view he's got without moving his head away from the purple eyed creature.
There was nothing practical in the room. No chairs, no tables, no shelving, he can pull off its hinges from the walls. Nothing that he could use to escape once again and hopefully distract the said creature.
He then focused his attention back onto the creature before him. It still didn't move. No blinking. Nothing. Only blood and drool leaving between its sharp-like teeth, causing a large puddle to form all around and partly onto Isara. Was it waiting for him to take the first step? Did it like the chase Isara had been giving it for the past few hours or so?
He reaches his hands to behind him where the crates he leaned against sat. With trailing his palms slowly up the wood and pushing himself up into a small heave.
A heavy sounding huff noise comes from the creature. The noise was like a dog panting. Only the noise was short and low, but far too heavy to be a pant. It seemed to acknowledge what Isara was planning.
A look of wonder beamed in its purple gaze.
Isara gulps down his fear as he turns to the left side of him, it was the only free passage way. The right side of him was blocked by one of the creatures' large arms.
He then counts down from inside his head, and once more, he dashes away from the creature.
...
His footsteps thumped heavily against the concrete of the pavement.
Every now and then, in between a couple of seconds, Isara would look back to see if the creature followed him. So far, for the past few minutes, it didn't trail behind him, but Isara didn't let that idea let his hopes down.
He's already let his guard down a bunch of times today from the creature. He's learnt his lesson.
"Isara!"
Once again, within those short seconds, he had his head over his shoulder glancing back still with fear, and with doing so, he seems to have bumped into somebody on his run causing himself to stumble for a second with a grunt and turning forward once more.
Isara glances up, his heart racing with fear and now some other new feeling as he recognises the person he had bumped into. "Hasumi!" His voice sounding so panicked, mucked up and out of breath.
"You need to watch where you're going, Isara — especially in a busy place like the middle of the town. Why are you in such a hurry, anyway?"
His mind stilled to a halt for a second, thinking his wrecked day out for the moment.
"A creature — like a demon? I don't know — it has manifested itself on Yumenosaki's school grounds."
Isara's infinite amount of fear pushed some adrenaline through his veins as he grabbed one of Hasumi's hands and attempted to pull the taller male forward in the direction he was running to. "We need to leave — quickly — before it gets us!" He tries moving forward, only to be reeled back by the Akatsuki member.
"Demons... Isara... what are you going on about? Demons don't exist." A sigh then leaves between Hasumi's lips. "Have you been staying up some past few nights and possibly be driven by hallucinations as an aftereffect?"
Isara shook his head side to side vigorously. "That's not it. Kanzaki has been reminding me every evening to take my medication before bedtime as you suggested him to, and I've followed his instructions as you wished, but that's not the point! Hasumi, the creature, it's real! We need to—"
The sound of thousands of screams interrupted Isara's talk. He looks behind himself to see the very demon he was quite literally speaking of to Hasumi Keito.
The creature stood far taller than Isara last saw it minutes prior to the very situation he was in now. It stood taller than some of the large office buildings. Its steps rumbled throughout the streets, causing large vibrations to reverberate past the many roads of the town.
Townsfolk ran and screamed for their lives. Children, women, men... and more. They ran with terror. Some cried as they saw their loved ones alike getting squashed like beetles under the steps of the very tall creature. Blood and thin pieces of human bodies splattered the whole streets in red and varying flesh.
"Is this... the demon you were just going on about?"
"Yes!"
"Damn it... come on then, let's—"
Before Hasumi Keito could finish his sentence, he was stopped by a large shadow overcasting him and Isara.
A yelp of fear then erupts from Isara as the hand comes flying down towards him, separating the hold between him and Hasumi.
As the massive hand separated the duo, it caused the ground to shake and for Isara to stumble and fall to his backside. He shouts loud, calling out for Hasumi once he heard the older one scream.
The only answer he got from his call was more blood covering the creatures already red-stained hands.
His breath then hitches, as before he could get himself to move once again, ebony fingers, slender and bone-showing wrapped around his fingers. Jagged claws jabbed at his figure, threatening the instinct of the creature to kill him.
Isara was lifted high up into the air. The demons arm raising past its own head as it held Isara tightly in its hold like a golden prize. Its flesh-torn and jagged mouth curled into a grin of pride as its voice — deep and rumbling — he's never heard the creature talk up until now — echoed forever into the sky.
"Three, two, one. I found you, my treat!"

Robbie on Robbie #5: "You and me are not like the others"
From: "Not like the others" from "Take the crown"
Rj was running through the forest at his usual alone speed. When he ran with the others, he slowed down so they could keep up, but when he was alone, he loved to sprint through the woods as fast as his legs could carry him.
He was jumping over roots and taking sharp turns, letting out the occasional "Hiya!" for power as he went.
He arrived at the clearing where his own training gear was, which he had kept secret from his students all along, and bent over to catch his breath.
He heard rapid footsteps approaching him from behind. He heard the person who was following him stop behind him, gasping for breath.
"You run a lot faster than you used to," Dom said.
"It's called training," RJ replied, turning to his friend. "You should try it some time."
"Can I train here?" Dom asked, looking around the clearing.
"I'm afraid this is a Master training space," RJ said. Dom turned to him with his lips pursed, and RJ shrugged. "Sorry, nothing I can do."
"I do not want to become a Master," Dom said, leaning against a tree. "It doesn't matter how much you insist, I will not be getting the tattoo any time soon."
RJ raised his hands in surrender. "It's your call."
Dom leaned against the tree while RJ walked up to a hanging rope and started climbing it using only his arms.
"You have gotten stronger too," Dom commented.
RJ let go of the rope with one hand to look at Dom, holding his weight with just his other hand. "Another perk of being a Master."
"Show off," Dom dismissed.
RJ went back to climbing and reached the top. He sat on the platform, looking down at Dom, who looked pensive.
"Why don't you want to be a Master?" He asked him.
Dom looked up. "I don't know. It just doesn't fit my style."
"Your style as in your animal spirit or your style as in your personality?" RJ asked.
"Both?´Neither? I don't know." Dom took a few seconds, walking towards a weightlifting contraption. "Masters are people you look up to," He started as he loaded weight on the machine. "why would anybody look up to me?"
RJ nodded and liked his lips, even though Dom couldn't see him. He started climbing back down. "I can understand that," he said as he worked his way down the rope.
"You can?"
"Yes. Remember where I was when you met me? I had just split with my father, not my best moment, physically or mentally."
"I remember," Dom said, continuing his weightlifting. I wasn't in a much better place."
It was RJ's turn to sit on the ground and watch Dom work out. "We helped each other out of our respective holes," He said.
"We did."
"I always thought we'd be joined at the hip forever," RJ said. "That either we'd both become Masters or neither of us would."
"And yet, here we are." Dom put the weights down one last time and moved to sit across from RJ.
"Here we are."
"Why did you become a Master?" Dom asked.
"You know me, I like the path of least resistance," he said. "After Mao dispatched you, becoming a Master just became the natural progression to all the training." He shrugged. "Perhaps, if you had stayed, we wouldn't be here."
They stayed silent, looking at each other.
"I tried to stay in touch," Dom said softly. "As much as I could."
"Hey," RJ said, moving to sit closer to Dom. "I'm not blaming you. Our oaths parted, and we walked them. We got separated. It's natural."
"Yeah. Still sucks, though."
"Well, we can rekindle our friendship. I need a training partner that is on my level, for starters."
"Your level's miles above my level now, RJ."
"Nothing a little intensive training can't fix," RJ dismissed. "We could have been Theo and Casey. Tasked to defeat Dai Shi ourselves."
"Now we have to stand aside and watch them do it."
"We can't do that," RJ said. "They'll get skewered. I may be a Master, but I'm not as good as Mao thought I'd be."
"Hey, Casey's doing wonderfully well."
"I feel I have nothing to teach Theo and Lily."
"Don't say that. You have a lot of knowledge to share," Dom said. "And wisdom. You were always very wise. You still are."
RJ laid back, looking up at the canopy. "We can train here together, just the two of us. Any knowledge or wisdom I can share with Casey, Theo, and Lily won't matter if they're dead." Dom lay down next to him. "We have to become their protectors."
"Whatever you consider is necessary, Wolf Master," Dom said.
"Dom, you and me," RJ started in a somber tone. "You and me are not like the others. They're indispensable. We are not."
"Are you saying we may have to lie our lives down for them?"
"Let's hope it doesn't come to that."
"I'm not dying before you die," Dom said, looking at RJ.
"And I'm not dying before you die," RJ replied, turning to look at him.
"Then it's settled, then," Dom said, sitting up. "Neither one of us dies."
"Ride or die," RJ said, offering his fist.
"Ride or die," Dom replied, knocking fists. He pointed to his surroundings. "Where do I start?"
"Climbing," RJ instructed. "Let me see where you are, so I can plan where you're going."

A response to Cui Hao's appraisal of Zhuge Liang
Tumblr media
Cui Hao was a minister of emperor Taiwu of Northern Wei (386 - 535) who helped his ruler unify the north of China. Cui Hao’s appraisal of Zhuge Liang can be found in Mao Xiuzhi’s biography in the Book of Northern Wei. I am using Taishi Ci’s translation for this.
Anyway, this is what he had to say about Zhuge Liang:
Cui Hao appointed Mao Xiuzhi as a scholar on subjects of the Middle Kingdom. Although Mao Xiuzhi was no erudite, he was still conversant in the old texts and histories, so Cui Hao was always respecting him and engaging in conversations with him.
On one occasion, they began discussing Chen Shou’s Records of the Three Kingdoms. They felt that it was a worthy successor to the glorious histories of old, having followed in their footsteps; its prose was sublime, its composition proper, all in imitation of the words of Wang Ting. It had been a slight project, yet produced a glorious work, one concise and yet complete. They felt that no other history since the Book of Han by the Ban clan compared to Chen Shou’s work.
During this discussion, Mao Xiuzhi said, “When I was in the Shu region many years ago, I used to hear the elders say that Chen Shou had received a hundred floggings while serving as a clerk under the Zhuge family, and that was why he had ended his biography of Marquis Wu (Zhuge Liang) with the comment that ‘flexibility of strategy was never his forte’.”
Cui Hao replied, “If anything, Chengzuo (Chen Shou) was far too effusive in his appraisal of Zhuge Liang and bolstered his reputation. If we examine what he wrote, there is no sign of blame against Zhuge Liang; there could not have been any underlying animosity against him. Why do I think so? You may note that the age in which Zhuge Liang became Liu Bei’s chancellor was one in which the cauldrons of the Nine Provinces were roiling over, a time when heroes and stalwarts rose and burst forth, and when this master and his servant found one another, it was like when a fish had found water. Yet they could not contend for the realm with the Cao clan. Rather, they abandoned Jingzhou, fled into the regions of Ba and Shu, deceived and wrested power away from Liu Zhang, pretended to form common cause with the Sun clan, held out in some cramped and distant region, and declared themselves sovereign amidst the border tribes. This was an inferior sort of strategy. One might, perhaps, put Zhuge Liang on the same level as the regional warlord Zhao Tuo. Yet Chen Shou would have him as second only to Guan Zhong and Xiao He? Isn’t that being too generous? I say that his censure of Zhuge Liang was inadequate to his real failings.
“Besides, once Zhuge Liang had occupied the Shu region, feeling reliant upon the firm defenses of the mountainous terrain, he did not act according to the proper timing or appreciate the real measure of his strength. He enforced the laws through severity and power, wielding his control over the people of Shu, and proud of his talents and boastful of his achievements, he was most inclined to give himself false credit. He even sought to pit an army of border barbarians against a superior state. At first he sent his troops out to Longyou, twice against Qishan and once against Chencang. But his efforts in this regard were always too little too late, and he was obliged to admit defeat and turn back. Thus the next time he entered Qinchuan, he no longer attacked cities, but sought to fight the enemy in open battle. But the people of Wei knew his intention, and they kept shut their ramparts and fortified their defenses, until Zhuge Liang was compelled to give in without fighting. In the end, when he recognized that all his efforts had been exhausted, the indignation of it all was like a blow to his body, and that led to the illness that killed him. Knowing all that, how could one ever rank him among the great generals of old, who could both recognize opportunity and advance and realize dangers and retreat?”
Mao Xiuzhi said that Cui Hao had the right of it.
Let’s go by parts.
I frankly don’t know what other strategy could have been taken when it came to bringing the fight to Cao Cao. Liu Bei’s forces only numbered a couple tens of thousands of men and had recently been defeated by Cao Cao. At this point, trying to bring the fight to Sun Quan would have been disastrous because Sun Quan spent several years consolidating his position as opposed to Liu Bei, who had recently lost it. Therefore moving to Wu was not feasible. Then we have the alternative of resisting Cao Cao in Jing province, but Liu Bei was literally unable to do that. Let’s not forget that Liu Biao limited his command and never considered him for succession. It was not his decision to surrender, it was Liu Cong’s, and his decision took him completely off guard. Cao Cao’s men were quickly approaching, and getting bogged down in Jing province would have again been a bad idea. He already suffered losses at Changban, and even then it seems kind of irrelevant in the grand scheme of things because Liu Bei did take Jing province later on anyway.
If we look at Zhuge Liang’s analysis of the situation, he predicted Cao Cao’s defeat at Red Cliffs due to the exhaustion of Cao Cao’s men, their inexperience in naval warfare and the situation of Sun Quan’s own realm. Seizing the armory and fleeing south to get into a better strategic positioning proved to be effective. For being unable to “contend for the realm with the Cao clan”, the Cao clan sure was unable to unify the realm. Cao Cao’s loss at Red Cliffs and once more at Han river meant he would be unable to unify All Under Heaven. The use of geographical features for defense was key, and Cao Cao was unable to break those barriers. If the alliance didn’t have secure positions for an attack north, then as easy as land was taken it could be lost. Cao Cao’s domains were vast and densely populated, so relying on the advantages of the land is one way to defeat a superior foe and progress was being made in 219.
Besides, once Zhuge Liang had occupied the Shu region, feeling reliant upon the firm defenses of the mountainous terrain, he did not act according to the proper timing or appreciate the real measure of his strength.
This I can’t really disagree with, Zhuge Liang’s chance was during the first Northern Campaign, which failed, and subsequent attempts couldn’t really make as much of an impact.
He enforced the laws through severity and power, wielding his control over the people of Shu, and proud of his talents and boastful of his achievements, he was most inclined to give himself false credit. He even sought to pit an army of border barbarians against a superior state.
It is no secret that Zhuge Liang was a follower of legalist principles. He severely applied the law, which is apparently the opposite of what Cui Hao did while he was alive. However, Zhuge Liang’s handling of internal affairs was stellar. He punished those who broke the law regardless of how friendly they were with him, he promoted talent no matter how unlikable he may be. Zhang Yi has this to say about the way he conducted government:
His Excellency does not leave out those afar when he deals out rewards, nor does he show partiality to the near when he metes out punishments. Rank cannot be obtained when one does not deserve it, nor can one escape punishment by dint of powerful influence. This is why all, regardless of wise or foolish, forget their own selves in serving him.
Chronicles of the Three Kingdoms, Achilles Fang.
Chen Shou’s appraisal from Zhuge Liang’s own biography:
His punishments were indeed harsh and strict, yet there were none who complained; this was because he was equitable and fair in mind and clear in his exhortations.
Even then, Zhuge Liang was willing to show leniency to those who regretted their faults and would be merciful to the biggest of offences. Li Yan was not executed even though his crimes warranted it. By ruling with “severity and power”, the names could be corrected and all in the realm knew exactly what their jobs were and how to act. What actions deserved punishment and which actions deserved promotion. Despire his severity and power, the people of the region of Shu deeply respected him. Zhuge Liang was so beloved that the people started worshipping him and even falsely attributed good deeds to Zhuge Zhan just because his father was so well liked. This cannot be put against him.
Regarding the comment of being proud and boastful, it is indeed rich coming from a man who considered himself superior to the famous Zhang Liang of the Han dynasty. There are some grounds in which one can accuse Zhuge Liang of arrogance. He compared himself to people like Guan Zhong (warranted) and Yue Yi (debatable). However, this was during his youth. When Zhuge Liang had to take matters into his own hands as Prime Minister of the Han, Zhuge Liang showed great frugality.
Now Zhuge Liang had memorialized the Sovereign of Han saying: “In Cheng-du I have eight hundred mulberry trees and fifteen qing of poor land; my sons and younger brothers have thus clothes and food in abundance. While serving outside, I have not drawn any emolument. As for the clothes and food I need for my person, I have depended entirely on the state. I have accumulated no other property. On the day I die, there will be no superfluous silk inside my house nor any extra wealth outside, for such would make me ashamed toward Your Majesty.”
When he died, it was just as he had said.
Chronicles of the Three Kingdoms, Achilles Fang, from Zhuge Liang’s biography.
Let’s not forget the failure of the First Northern Campaign. After Ma Su’s failure in Jieting, the campaign was terminated and the Han forces had to retreat back to Hanzhong. Zhuge Liang then sent a memorial requesting demotion as punishment. Ma Su’s failure was also Zhuge Liang’s, for he was appointed by Zhuge Liang himself based on the confidence he had on his protégée. When that proved to be a bad decision, Zhuge Liang took the blame. It was all a matter of accountability, and Zhuge Liang was perfectly willing to admit his own faults. The execution of Ma Su was part of it as well. Because Ma Su was a friend of Zhuge Liang’s, he had to be executed so as to uphold the law and send the message that nobody was above it, no matter their proximity to the Prime Minister. He was clearly upset about his execution, but still went ahead with it anyway. The man was clearly aware of his position and what it entailed, taking the blame for the good of the state and toiling for his sovereign and country. While there are grounds to accuse him of arrogance in his youth, when he actually was in a position of power he never let it get to his head and was impartial and fair in his governance, and he had the humility to just take what is necessary to feed himself and his family. The accusation of him being boastful and taking other people’s credit is preposterous.
Finally his comment about pitting an army of barbarians against a superior state. While I am not entirely sure what Cui Hao meant by this, Zhuge Liang’s army was far from barbaric.
Liang  has  always  worried  about  the  lack of supplies would stop his ambition, thus he send some troops to farm, preparing to  stay  for  an extensive  period of  time.    The  farmers  live  among  the  peasants  on  the bank  of  Wei River, but  the  peasants  lived  peacefully  with  the  army  as the troops do not abuse their powers.
SGZ, biography of Zhuge Liang, Translated by Lucy Zhang and Stephen So
His men were trained to such degree that the locals were not disturbed.
Therefore soldiers must be taught with out fail. First   train them in conduct and duty, teach them to be loyal and trustworthy,   instruct them in rules and penalties, awe them with rewards and punishments.   When people know enough to follow along, then train them in maneuvers.
Zhuge Liang’s way of the general, translated by Thomas Cleary.
He clearly emphasized the important of training, the rules of the army and the fair dlivery of rewards and punishments. This isn’t anything new, it’s pretty much in line with the way Zhuge Liang ruled as a whole. His army, thus, was also very well disciplined, trained and organized, hardly a mob or a band of barbarians. This is an underrated aspect of his generalship in my opinion. Flexible military planning was not his forte, but administration and leadership of the army is also very important. The Art of War states:
Generally, management of a large force is the same as management of a few men. It is a matter of organization. And to direct a large force is the same as to direct a few men. […]
In the tumult and uproar, the battle seems chaotic, but there must be no disorder in one’s own troops. The battlefield may seem in confusion and chaos, but one’s array must be in good order. […] Order or disorder depends on organisation and direction; courage or cowardice on circumstances; strength or weakness on tactical dispositions. Thus, one who is skilled at making the enemy move does so by creating a situation, according to which the enemy will act.
Organization is key in order to create the right situations to bait the enemy into fighting. Zhuge Liang accomplished this a few times, like when he defeated Sima Yi at Lucheng or when Zhang He was killed at Mumen. He lured the enemy and struck. On the battlefield he was pretty competent and even if he was unsuccessful, retreat was orderly. This is Zhuge Liang’s forte. I will not claim he was one of the great generals of old, but I think Zhuge Liang was certainly a man of military talent, and part of that was due to his skills as an administrator.
Regardless, while Cui Hao’s criticism of his lack of flexibility in warfare is warranted and I don’t have much to disagree with him on, I think it’s also missing the point. Zhuge Liang is revered as an ideal minister, and while his military skills are celebrated, it is his role as a loyal and devoted minister that gets more attention. While Zhuge Liang does not qualify as one of the great generals of old, he certainly qualifies as one of the great ministers of old, a man who took the entire burden of the state on his shoulders, rested the people and strengthened the nation for the sake of its survival. The people were greatly satisfied with his rule, he had the favor of the Son of Heaven and all respected and admired him, both within and without. His name became a legend shortly after his death and earned him comparisons to the great people of old, even comparisons to Confucius himself. While I won’t judge how accurate this comparisons are, it’s certainly telling of the impact that Zhuge Liang left despite being ultimately unsuccessful. He became the inspiration of many after his death and he enjoys a very well respected reputation even to this day, earning praise all across China and in other foreign countries as an example of loyalty and good rulership. Cui Hao, while certainly a capable man, boasted of his abilities but was ultimately outmaneuvered politically and brought the ruin of his clan.

Discourse on feminism Super Mario 64 T-Shirt . is fundamentally different in China than in Australia and Europe; both share the goal of gender equality. but, in recent years, the Chinese Women’s Rights Movement has faced rigid government repression. In its early days, China’s Communist Party enforced state feminism as part of its ideology, with equal labor fueling the country’s economic resilience—so much so that during the ‘50s and ‘60s, the nation boasted the highest female labor force participation in the world.Market reforms over the last few decades, however, led to a disproportionate number of women losing jobs compared to men, and since 2007, the Chinese government has peddled propaganda encouraging young, educated women to get married, have children, and realign themselves with traditional gender roles.Super Mario 64 T-Shirt, hoodie, sweater, longsleeve and ladies t-shirt Classic Women's

Classic Men's Those in their late 20s who refuse to comply are deemed undesirable sheng nu, or “leftover women,” but in response to this, the China’s Women’s Rights movement has found ways to evade the country’s Internet censorship and gather force on social media—even adding their voices to the global #MeToo movement Super Mario 64 T-Shirt .NVSHU's founders consider themselves devoted feminists and allies, but their central aim is to facilitate empowerment through individual personal expression—itself a radical act. “We want to encourage people to explore their creativity,” Akilla says. “We’ve started with music as the tool to do that, but we hope that the confidence people get from learning with a practice like deejaying can support them in other parts of their life.”The goal of NVSHU, then, is to apply an inclusive vision to Shanghai’s emerging nightlife scene, which exists as a unique space for people to explore their creative freedom. The city’s nocturnal world is, after all, still a relatively blank canvas. Due to the strict policies enforced by the Cultural Revolution of Mao Zedong in the ‘60s and ‘70s, certain musical genres and instruments were fiercely regulated for decades; following Mao’s death in 1976, the country entered a new era of modernity and accelerated economic progress, but there was still no popular nightlife in China until the ’90s. The underground club scene, as a result, is still in its infancy. NVSHU and their contemporaries—left-field collectives such as Asian Dope Boys and record labels like Genome 6.66 Mbp—are actively sculpting this subcultural landscape on their own terms. For Koondhor, electronic music provided the conduit for her own personal expression. In her teenage years before she entered the music industry, Koondhor worked in a buttoned-up finance apprenticeship at a Swiss bank, following in the footsteps of a family line of bankers. “The weekend was my escape,” she says, an opportunity to transform into a more fearless version of herself. Club culture became a playground for brash style statements—a black marker under her eye à la Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes or DIY shredded jeans. Akilla, who has always favored a more androgynous wardrobe of sneakers and oversize suit jackets says that “mainstream rhetoric has a very narrow constraints on femininity, so one thing the underground has taught me is how to learn and redefine beauty for myself.” You Can See More Product: https://kingshirtstore.com/product-category/trending/ Read the full article
