Back in early January we asked your opinion about an Eye Community Car Sharing scheme. We thank all who commented on this project, you gave a great insight into what your thoughts were. Eye Town Council has taken the time to look at the cost and available funding for this project. The findings were that this would cost in excess of £15,000 a year to run the scheme, plus set up costs for parking bays on street. With no additional funding available and without support from Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Council this cost was too high to add to the council tax burden in this economic climate. Ethan and Hayes Eldridge, born and raised in Henford-on-Bagley, moved to the towncentre from their childhood home at 3 Olde Mill Lane after their parents tragically died. Hayes has begun high school and dreams of leaving behind Henford-on-Bagley for a shot at a basketball career in Del-Sol Valley. Ethan can't imagine living anywhere else, Henford-on-Bagley is his home and he wishes to have his own family here someday. The boys adopted Fish (by SkullCatSim on the gallery), shortly after the accident and he has helped them both tremendously with their grief.

I started working on some Fen'Harel myths over my days off. This also isn't six sentences but I'm at peace with that. Really. I am.

Fun fact I found out while googling things about wolves and trees: old trees are often called wolf trees. I'm sure that has no relevance here tho.

They tried to hang him from a maple, but autumn came and swept the leaves beneath the jester's dangling feet. They tried to hang him from the pine tree, but its back bent with his weight. Each time he laughed, until they brought him to the wolf tree at towncentre. Its boughs were bare, its trunk stable, and it held his weight without complaint.

The jester’s shadow was as long and dark as the old tree, and at last the rope choked the laughter from him. The king did not laugh, but he did smile. “You were right in one respect, jester,” he said to his swinging corpse. “The most honest laughter is at another soul’s expense.”

After over 10 years as a vacant site the green button has been pressed and it is all systems go for this project that Eye has waited so long for. People running a small, micro or Home-based business should be pleased because once completed help will be on hand to invest in Eye. This is also great news for the residents of Eye and Eye Town Council as this will see their offices moved into the heart of the town for easier access for residents to communicate with their Council and Councillors on a regular basis.
