Can you write about a reader being a dice goblin. after the reader and eddie had a huge argument and he apologises to reader with some pretty dice.
thank you for the request! i did some googling bc i don't play ttrpg, so i hope this makes sense! let me know <3 | 0.9k, fem!reader, fluff after a fight
The dice click in your hand as you turn them over in your fingers. You've almost finished organizing your collection, an effort that you began to keep your mind off of the fact that you haven't spoken to Eddie in four days. Honestly, you don't even remember what you were so mad about, or how the fight started, only that it ended in tears and he dropped you off and drove away and neither of you have cracked yet. But you know that even though you were angry and you know it was a real fight, you figure if you can't recall what caused it then it shouldn't keep you apart.
Plus, you miss him. You miss his voice, his smell, his hugs. You miss talking games with him, planning campaigns, just looking at him. So, you decide enough is enough. It's time to see your boyfriend. You return your seemingly endless number of pouches of dice to your desk drawer and set off for his trailer. The sun has just started to set and it's not a far walk, though you could use the time to figure out what you're going to say.
Your shoes have just started to crunch on the gravel of his part of the park when the door to Eddie's trailer flies open. Eddie himself stumbles out, running his hands through his hair and muttering something and checking all of his pockets like he's carrying precious cargo somewhere. He looks as exhausted as you feel. He makes his way to his van and he's so distracted you don't know if he'll see you, so you call his name.
"Eddie," you say, though it comes out softer than you'd like. Even so, he looks up sharply and catches sight of you, blinking like he can't believe what he's seeing.
"Sweetheart?" he says. "Is that you?"
"Course it is." You frown, a little confused that he's even asking. God, you just want to touch him. He looks at his van and then back at you.
"It's just...I was on my way to see you and here you are." His cheek twitches like he wants to smile but doesn't know if he's allowed to.
"Magic," you tease, giving him a small smile of your own.
"Magic," he agrees. He shoves his hands into his vest pockets do he doesn't reach for you. That won't do.
"Can we hug?" you blurt out. Eddie exhales with his whole body before you meet in the middle and he engulfs you in his arms. You slide your hands around him under his vest and breathe that scent you've missed so much. Detergent, cigarettes, a little bit of weed. Why did you stay away for so long?
"I'm so fucking sorry, baby --"
"I don't even remember what we fought about --"
"-- I almost called you every day this week, like every hour --"
"--but I'm sorry for avoiding you --"
"I love you," you say at the same time. You pull away from him just a little and he looks so relieved that you both burst into laughter.
"Why were you coming to see me?" you ask him. He hasn't totally let go of you, so your words are directed at his jaw more than anything else.
"Was gonna apologize," he says. "And uh, give you something."
"Oh?" You can't stop smiling, your eyes crinkling at the edges. You feel so much better with Eddie close to you.
"Yeah." He flushes. "Wanna see?" You nod. Eddie has never failed to make you feel special, picking up trinkets he thinks you'll like, or just giving you his own stuff. You always tell him you'd be happy with just you, baby, but he never listens. He pulls one arm back from around you and digs into his jean pocket, producing a black velvet pouch.
"Eddie," you gasp, "are those--"
"Dice? Course they are. Pretty dice for my pretty girl." You hold out your hand and he cups it with his own, gently pouring the contents of the pouch into your palm.
"I know you already have lots of sets, so if you have one like this already let me know --" You gasp when you see them.
"Oh my god, Eddie!" you squeal. They're purple but in a way where they look like small crystals shimmering in your hand as you roll them around. The numbers are gold and they glow like there's a tiny ember in the center of each one. They are the prettiest dice you've ever seen.
"Reminded me of you," he says softly. You look at him, faces still close enough that you can feel his breath.
"They're beautiful," you say. "My new favorites." You surge forward and plant a short, happy kiss on his mouth. He whines when you pull away.
"Worth the fight?" he teases, payback for you not kissing him properly. You just glare. "Kidding! Kidding, honestly. Please can we never do that again?"
"Deal," you assure him. "I really love them, Eddie. Thank you." He kisses your forehead, rubbing your back with one hand.
"Shall we take them for a spin?" You nod, happy to do anything so long as you're with him while you do it. He tucks his palm into your back pocket and pulls you into his side before leading you back to his trailer.

I made this pouch for one of my ttrpg character dices !
I'll have for projects to make my dice pouch in the character of my OC (like the dice set) or in connection to the universe ☺️✨
This one is for Fancy Raven, a super hero, her super powers is to stock objects in her skin like it was a tattoo (the inventory). She a tiny punk who like to craft. So it's like she was the one who made it : ) And she's also gay af ! So I think she's the type of people which displays its colors so here it is ❤️🧡🤍🩷

Come take a lunch break at the Butterfly and Bloom Inn!
All results below read more. Link in notes.
A soft crinkling of paper.:
A small, paper flower in a pot. It grows when you're not watching it, dropping paper leaves every once in a great while and seems to require little more than sunlight to thrive. The little business card that came with it says that writing tea flavors on these leaves will change the leaf into a tea bag of that flavor. The few unfamiliar ones it suggests will offer various boosts to creative endeavors when steeped. You could also use the leaves as bookmarks beforehand, in order to get more specific ideas from those books. After a few weeks of use, the flower seems to wilt a little and not drop anymore leaves. Perhaps taking it back to the cafe could help fix it?
A muffled whisper of fabric.:
A small pair of thin hand-knitted gloves. The fabric of the gloves feel as though they adjust to your hands, no matter about the shape or fingers you have. They don't move about besides that, but they do end up having an effect on things that you happen to manipulate when they are on. Practicing an instrument? The movement of your hands are more guided and perfected over time. Building a small craft project? The time it would usually take putting together is shortened by a quarter from small adjustments in your placement of the parts. Gardening? Your "green thumb" gets boosted. All these boosts stick even after the gloves are off, but putting the gloves back on doesn't boost you more than before. Practice itself is the way to improve. Over time, the gloves begin to get holes in them and doing your own patch-work doesn't seem to be helping. Maybe the cafe owner can teach you how?
A quiet click-clack when moved.:
A small set of various dice in a soft fabric pouch. The fabric is patterned with dragon scales that shimmer in the light. There are at least enough of them in the bag to play something like DND with, with d4 to d00. It's kind of hard to tell, however, because other kinds of dice seem to appear every so often when the bag is closed. Sometimes there are novelty die for specific TTRPG's. Sometimes you find less common but realistically possible die, like a ball-shaped d100 that has the numbers 1-100 on it or a d2. Rarely, you get a bit more magical, like dice that shoot small notes of light when you hit the maximum number. The little business card that came with it said that any dice that is kept out of the bag for a period of time will stabilize the die's hold in reality and take it out of the drawing pile until it is either returned or otherwise broken. Over time, the bag loses its shimmer and the dice inside become just the normal DND dice. The card that came with the bag says that the bag needs to be recharged after a number of uses. Guess you know what to do tomorrow.
A scraping of beads against each other.:
A set of bracelets and a small friendship bracelet making kit. For the bracelets already made, the attached business card says that they should be shared with your close friends. When all of you wear the bracelets together, your friendship seems to grow stronger. Opportunities to strengthen your bond happen at a higher rate than usual and the relationships you have with other people slowly become healthier over time. Arguments can still happen, but no one can even think of abusing each other, even by accident. If worn long enough, the bracelets can be used to signal one another if a friend is in a dangerous situation and draw the other members of the group towards the hurt member. After the situation is resolved safely, the bracelet belonging to the hurt member snaps apart. You can reuse the beads on a new bracelet for the member and it'll work the same as above, depending on how long they wore it. After a few of these incidents, you've run out of the string in the kit. Hopefully the store has refills in stock.
A hefty, small rectangular box.:
A deck of cards in a small, wooden box with two lids, top and bottom. They seem to be normal playing cards with jokers and rules cards. What isn't normal is how they work when doing card tricks. There's no guide in the box, but when you try out one you found elsewhere, it goes off without a hitch on the first try. Any magic trick you do with these cards seems to come to you instinctively and is guaranteed to wow your audience. When you place the deck back in the box and flip the box over, opening the other lid reveals a set of tarot cards in the place of the playing cards. The cards work like any other tarot cards, except you can change the art style of the cards with a thought. There is a small guide on how to use the cards on this side of the box. It provides possible spreads, various interpretations of the cards you draw, and so on. If you do a certain spread, any information that you receive from the cards is guaranteed to be accurate, in minor ways. Foretell some good luck coming your way? You find an extra twenty dollar bill in your pocket when you go shopping. Some bad luck? You drop your change by accident when checking out at a register. This doesn't change your fate or anything, more gives you a possible forecast. You deal from your deck one day to find a business card from the cafe in your hand. That reminds you, maybe you go back there again. Maybe they have other mystical trinkets you can buy.

A Single Choice Jam entry.
Entry - IFDB - More by Hituro
A climb of faith... Before you is a seemingly neverending tower, a mark of a different time, rising up the the heavens. Few can claim they've reached its top and stood on its final platform. And by golly, you will be one of them! That is... if you climb up the right path... and don't fall.... Through randomly displayed storylets, the game will take you on this impossible climb - a Daedalus climb... or maybe Icarus one if chance is not by your side. Those tit bits are quite varied, from finding nests of birds, empty offices, and many failed climbing attempts, along the way - sometimes you even get a treat (item)!. And since they will randomly appear, not one climb will ever be the same. Halfway through the climb, I wondered if I would ever reach the top (spoiler: you eventually do), as well as the futility of the climb. What will you achieve when you do? Is there truly something that will change your life? Or will you realise that all you needed was on the ground? Why climb this Babelian tower, riddled with remnants of past and forgotten times? The game kind of reminded me of TTRPG sessions, with the Herculean quest, the journey meeting others and finding items, and the visual descriptions found in the writing, or the randomness aspect from those darn dice rolls. While a neat experience, it sometimes felt a bit grindy when having to climb the tower again (but I've also felt this way with those RPG games too). I think what caught my eye the most was the very sleek UI of the game, with the text cards of previous passages stacking on top of one another (hover over them, btw!) or the inventory pouch displaying your items (some angles were a tad difficult to read though). Having both the settings and restart button being so custom was a nice touch too! I especially liked the background changing as you go up the tower... the stack, on the other hand, made me a bit height sick...
One sliiiight extra thing: the scrollbar/arrow down didn't work for me (Opera) even when toggling the setting. And the light blue for the links could have a been a tad more contrasting.
