“Zee,” Niall whined, peeking out from under the covers, holding out his arms as he made grabby hands at his boyfriend, “Where you goin’? Get back here,”

“Babe,” Zayn sighed, pausing on his trudge to the bathroom, smiling softly “To the studio, it’s all set up. You know I’ve had the melody stuck in my head for so long, and I finally got-”

“Zayn, it’s snowing. No one possibly expects you to come.” Niall interrupted, pouting, “My arms are tired, I can’t keep them up for much longer, c’mere already, darlin’ ” he grumbled, blinking up at Zayn, finally cracking a smile as the older man slid back in next to him.

“You can always just say you got snowed in,” he mumbled contentedly, voice muffled from where he had buried his face in the crook of Zayn’s neck, “Besides, you love sleeping in, so don’t pretend like you weren’t waiting for me to ask,”

“I’m not going to fight you on that one,” Zayn chuckled, draping his arm over Niall’s waist, “But it isn’t even that much snow, Ni,”

“They don’t need to know that,” Niall smiled, raising his head to press their lips together.

“You’re taking too long! Snowed in days usually have loads of cuddling involved, Zee,” Niall pouted across the living at the figure bustling around in the kitchen.

“Niall, I’m just making us some hot chocolate,” Zayn said, shaking his head fondly, “Marshmallows or whipped cream?” he asked, piling on both with a grin plastered to his face even before he heard Niall’s reply of ‘Why d’you even bother askin’?”

He crossed the room with his gaze fixed intently on the mugs in his hand, careful not to spill any. He didn’t want to take any chances, not after Niall had poked him about it for ages when he’d spilt some eggnog onto the rug by the fire the previous year, not stopping until he’d agreed to replace it.

“It’s not even really snowed in,” Zayn said, handing Niall his mug as he flopped onto the couch, biting the inside of his cheek to hide his smirk.

“Now you’re just tryin’ to rile me up,” Niall chuckled, pulling Zayn closer as he tangled their legs together with a mischievous grin. Zayn yelped when he felt him press his cold feet to his. “Ni, I was the one in the kitchen! Haven’t you been under the blankets this whole time? How did you even manage to get your feet this cold?”

“ ‘S a talent. You love it,” Niall smiled, blinking up at him through his eyelashes as Zayn cuddled up to him, rolling his eyes.

“Home Alone? Then we’ll go make a snowman? And don’t even try telling me it won’t snow all that much. We both know it will,”

“Sure, if it does, we will,” Zayn laughed at Niall’s petulant tone, ruffling his hair as he stood up to get the TV remote.

“Don’t!” Zayn cried out, hunched over giggling as Niall pelted him with snowball after snowball.

“You’re just being weak now, Zee. ‘S not even that cold. Back in Mullingar-”

“Okay, okay! Not the ‘Back in Mullingar’ stories! Anything but them! I’ll go get the decorations,” Zayn said, stumbling a little as he got up from his curled up position, stumbling back towards the house.

“You were the one who suggested the snowball fight in the first place,” Niall protested, giggling as he plunked down next to the snowman. “He’s naked and cold, be fast,”

Zayn stopped short, turning to raise an incredulous eyebrow at his boyfriend. “He’s made of snow,” he said, enunciating each word clearly.

“So? He’s cold. Now go,” Niall made little shooing motions with his hands and Zayn shot him an over the top salute.

“It’s like living with a child,” he mumbled to himself, smiling.

“You love it! Aren’t you glad I made you stay home?”

“I do love you, baby. Never grow up,” Zayn grinned, turning to blow a kiss to him, blushing and giggling again when Niall pretended to catch it, blowing one back at him.

Louis reaction to Liams Valentine's day puppy?

“You got Liam a puppy?”

Louis’ not sure what to think, really. He's gotten Harry plenty of things for Valentine's Day – flowers, chocolates, an engagement ring, candy, cards, teddy bears – but a puppy is one thing he never expected to hear.

When Zayn nods, Louis raises his brows, wanting to make sure they're clear on this.

“For Valentine's Day? An actual, live puppy? Are you insane, Malik?”

“Maybe a little,” Zayn shrugs, just barely able to hold back the smirk that tugs at his lips.

“Of course,” Louis huffs. “You know that lad doesn't need anymore pets.”

“It makes him happy,” Zayn counters, raising a brow.

“Payno’s happy enough with his fancy smiley bushes and having sex with you a few times a week. I think he's alright,” Louis retorts, crossing his arms over his chest.

He eyes Zayn over, watching as Stanley runs happily around the living room, sniffing every inch of the floor and furniture as he trots around the room.

“Why do you care so much, anyway?” Zayn raises a brow, just barely catching Stanley before he leaves a puddle on his carpet, and he guides him to the puppy pee pad he'd luckily put down that morning.

“‘Cause Harry's gonna want a puppy now. Or a kitten. Or a baby. He's gonna go crazy over that,” Louis groans, to which Zayn snickers in amusement.

“Good luck with that, then,” Zayn grins, feeding Stanley a treat once the pup gets off the pad. “This pup's sticking around for a good while.”

“Great,” Louis groans. “I'll try to keep Harry away for as long as I can, then.”

Louis’ gaze softens a little as he looks down at Stanley, who's wagging his tail at him as he looks up at him, eyes bright and tongue sticking out as he happily pants.

Louis chuckles, crouching down to pet the dog, who leans into it without hesitation.

“He is a good boy, though, I gotta say.”

“Oh, softening up to him already, huh?” Zayn smirks, watching Louis.

Louis huffs, rolling his eyes at Zayn. He can't help the smile that forces its way onto his lips, though. “Maybe a little.”

A/N: Hi everyone, with university I've been a bit busy (again) and I've hardly been able to come back to tumblr. The thing is, today while I was studying I came up with this idea and I needed to post it. These posts will be linked to the chapters of When The Music Finally Starts, so they will go chronologically. DECEMBER 12, 2016:

According to sources inside the show, Niall Horan, Hailey Foster, Liam Payne and Harry Styles turned up to support Tomlinson in his X-Factor performance. The 25-year-old singer was performing for the first time since the death of his mother, Johannah Deakin, on 7 December.

Although this shows the great friendship and closeness that still exists between the band members, Zayn Malik was the only one of the former bandmates who didn't show up to express his support for Louis.

It should be remembered that rumour has it that Malik, who announced his departure from the band a month and a half into their third world tour in March 2015, ended on bad terms with Louis and the band's only female member, Hailey, in particular. Although the reasons for the dispute never transcended, it is possible that they are still present as the singer did not show up to support one of his former "friends" in such a hard moment.

Zayn openly admitted he wrote this song about Makayla when he found out she was dating Tyler after they broke up. "I was jealous that he got her." He admitted in an interview with vanity fair. Very controversial song given it was released when Tyler and Makayla broke up. The song references Tylers supposed infidelity and claims the typical 'hes not good for you I am.' Makayla Stans says this is the new Nice Guy anthem and shamed Zayn for making a song just to prove how jealous and possessive hes been over Makayla for years.

Its never been explicitly said but this song is widely accepted to be about Makayla. Taeyang himself said "I wrote it as an anthem to a very close friend at the time who just could not get over the bad relationship they were in for a while." Fans thing it was about Makayla and Taeyang helping her get over her relationship while also falling in love with her.

6. My Kind Of Woman | Dedicated to her by Timothee Chalamet

A fling romance is the only way to describe them. it was brief and in the throws of addiction. She moved past it its odd that he seems to still be stuck on it even though hes married to her cousin.

"I wrote the song after a breakup that truly broke not only heart but hers as well. It was just a way to process everything and try to get over it by writing every thought that came to my head." Taeyang explained on Vlive. Everyone knows it is about Makayla, he even used her self-portrait painting as the cover art for the song. Little did he know it would become his most famous solo song and Makayla has gone on to cover the song as well.
