Part 1 - Switch AU Yagi Toshinori Origins. 

Finally, part 1 is out!! This will follow how Yagi met Deku. Yagi’s been in the foster system since he was a child, and being quirkless resulted in him being passed around to terrible foster parents all his life. 

(I’m very sorry for my attempts at writing Kanji, I’m sure they look out of whack but I tried my hardest. Also phone users, tap for higher quality images. Tumblr likes to torture me by blurring images.)

So I’ve been mildly obsessed with this au, and man am I having fun figuring out where everyone fits into the story. It was fun and light-hearted until I started to think where aizawa would be. He’s totally in Eri’s position. I’m only vaguely sorry for it. Will there be more of this au in the future??? probably. Will I be the only person who cares about it??? definitely.

HC about Izuku’s injury so far; he’s an amputee and his other arm is practically useless to him in a fight as well. Not a real option to fight with them, so he uses his legs. He keeps the prosthetic to keep up the ‘symbol of peace is a-okay!’ shtick. It can move and fool the masses, but if he actually throws a punch with it, it’ll get crushed.
